prologue

Part 1

Sitting in the couch after my date with Megumin I look at the ceiling thinking to myself

"Did something happen Kazuma?"

The reason for my deep thoughts caught my attention

"N-no Its nothing"

I blush looking away remembering Megumin's promise

Megumin who had been staring at me for quite some time now gave me a slyly grin

"Does Kazuma want to make out? After all Kazuma has been saying that he wanted to make out when we got home"

Nervously I stared back at

Megumin now with bright crimson eyes

This isn't like me at all!

With the sternest voice I could muster I replied with

"Y-yeah I did say that didn't I w-well then should we do it right here? Aqua has duties as a goddess

and darkness has her own duties as a Noble"

Megumin taken aback by my words began to fidget

"Um if Kazuma wants too so bad then..."

This is bad! I can't think straight anymore alright Kazuma think...

Ahh this is not working at all you know what I'll go for it I put my arms on

Megumin's shoulder Megumin then leaned closer to me with her eyes closed, I closed mine too A soft sensation in my lips struck me as I slowly began to open my eyes to see Megumin's face

As quick as it happened it ended just as fast, now looking at each other's beat red faces

"So how was it?"

"One more time"

"Ehh"

I pulled Megumin closer again this time I plan to do it right!

"W-wait Kazuma don't suddenl-"

I kissed Megumin tasting her tongue the intensity of the kiss excited me as I try to move to the next step

"Were home!"

Aqua and darkness entered the mansion Megumin and I quickly separated and acted as if nothing happened

Part 2

After Darkness and Aqua interfered with my moment Me and Megumin went to Wiz's shop so we can get a certain magic tool I requested to buy

"Oh, if it isn't the Nervous brat who couldn't continue his moment with the crimson demon girl"

Megumin blushed and began fidgeting and taking glances at me

"I-I'm not that nervous, a-anyways do you have the magic tool I requested?"

I tried to steer the conversation away from that topic

"Of course, Moi has the item thou requested, Moi even has something that you and the crimson demon girl might want"

Like what? There's something that me and Megumin would like?

"Precisely brat here"

Vanir gave me two small rings my requested ring and an additional black and red demonic looking Ring

Wait could it be

"Hoh? I merely gave you your requested item and an additional ring brat and you're thinking of marriage?"

"K-Kazuma!?"

"N-no I mean what about the additional ring?"

"This ring has a mysterious power that may increase you magic potency"

May? That does not sound so safe

"Worry not brat Moi tried it out and it gave Moi a small boost in my magic power I'm simply not sure if humans can use it but it seems to have a different effect that Moi couldn't activate"

"Oh, then I'll buy both of them"

"Thank you for your patronage"

Wait now that I think of it where is wiz

"Ahh that useless shopkeeper is out doing errands for Moi although I'm starting to worry"

I went out and turned to face Megumin

"Hey Megumin here"

I gave her the black and red ring

"This, Kazuma thanks"

Her cheeks were flushed as she took the ring

As we went out Megumin wore her ring I did the same; the ring I requested increases my physical stats while being able to create illusions whether the illusions look believable depends on luck perfect for me

Suddenly Megumin's ring began glowing

"Ahh my mana is being absorbed!"

I grabbed on to Megumin and my mana was also absorbed then everything when black
