Alright, hey guys, quick start, I might as well tell you what's going on in this story. You see, I have had this big crossover story idea in mind for the past year, and I thought I could write it. So, this is an idea called Rebels, a big story I want to work on. It's kind of a big live-action/animated action-adventure epic film with the biggest storyline ever. Here's what the plans for the whole storyline of the story are going to be: First, we'll start with the prelude called Birthday, then we'll head onto the first part of the main story called Earth-89, then we'll head onto the next part of the storyline called the Field of Realities, which will be followed up by Rebound, then we'll focus on a mini-arc called Los Angeles' Charcoal-Propane War, and then we'll end with One Last Time.

Since the first part of the main story is called Earth-89, I am happy to announce that Earth-89 sets in the same world as everyone's favorite DC movie back in 1989, Batman.

It will be a huge storyline, but I know you all will love it. Also, I'm going to take a break from Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Ed-Touchables to work on it, and I hope you will all love it.

I hope you will all enjoy this story.

Prelude: Birthday

The story of a local high school student, a sixteen-year-old boy with a tragic past and a curse. He was born with the power of electrokinesis. When he unleashed the maximum amount of electricity, he lost almost all control of his mind, and he became unpredictable, vicious, and relentless.

The boy's name is Cillian Darcy, and this is his story.

Monday, March 12, 2023 — Six Months Ago

The story begins in New York City. Cillian was playing basketball with his team from his school, Chadwick Boseman High. The crowd for the home team cheered and applauded when Cillian scored a buzzer-beater to win the game as his father Hal cheered him on from the crowd. The team celebrated in the locker room.

When Cillian walked out of the locker room,.

"Son?" Hal said.

He sees his father, Hal, waiting for him. Cillian realizes that his girlfriend, Emily Pond, is dying.

Cillian walked out of the hospital room, where he saw his parents and his six older brothers looking at him in a sad tone.

"Emily's gone," Cillian said, announcing his girlfriend's death.

A few days later, Cillian attended the funeral of his late lover, Emily Pond. Her family asked him to say a few words about her in the eulogy. He felt devastated about it. Emily Pond was the daughter of a wealthy family in the city. She was a very friendly, kind-hearted, gentle, and nicest girl ever. She and Cillian were the power couple in school. He gave her the best year of her life before she died from terminal cancer. Her last wish was to marry her boyfriend, and Cillian chose to marry her before she died.

After the funeral, Cillian had friends who she could trust: Max Jones, a kind-hearted jock; Michael Boyce, the smart and funny nerd; Melody Barne, the gossiping fashion lover; Lindsay Watson, the feminist straight-A student; Rebecca Cohn, the typical overconfident rich kid; and Mikey Greenberg, the typical underprivileged latchkey kid.

"Hey, buddy. How's it going?" Max asked.

"He'll be fine. Just leave him alone." Lindsay said.

"What's the big deal? Am I supposed to be upset about something?" Cillian asked.

"Yeah, after Emily died, I'm surprised you even got out of bed," Michael said.

Cillian walked to Melody.

"Hey, guys." Cillian greet. "Mel, about your party, I just can't make it."

"What are you talking about? Everybody's going to be there." Melody said.

"It's just that my dad and I are going out on a trip together," Cillian said honestly.

"Cillian, what happened? You were doing fine yesterday, and you're going on a trip to your dad?" Lindsay asked.

"What gives, bud?" Mikey asked.

In the car, Cillian and Hal were on a trip to a town called Jericho.

"Hey, Cillian, you know you're about to be expelled in the near future, right?" Hal asked. "It means I have a school in mind. It's for people like you."

"People... like me?" Cillian asked. "The hell are you talking about?"

"Well, you were born with electrokinesis," Hal said to Cillian. "So, you're going to try and control them."

"Are you sure I can try?" Cillian asked.

"Of course, I knew you would, son," Hal said, smiling. "You're my seventh. I remembered when your twin brother always tormented you. I knew his trick all along."

"Hate Logan, not a nice guy," Cillian said.

"So, here's the plan: I'll drop you off at the town square so you can have a little look around; when my meeting's over, we'll meet up at Weathervane and have time to have a little look around," Hal said, smiling and coming up with a plan.

"Sounds like a plan, dad," Cillian said. "I told the coach yesterday that I don't think I want to play basketball anymore."

"But, son, you've been playing for the team since last year; why would you think about quitting?" Hal asked.

"I don't know; I think I'm fed up with the team," Cillian said. "I want to focus on my art, writing, and music again."

"If that's what you want, then go ahead, and then go ahead and quit," Hal said, smiling.

"Really?" Cillian asked.

"Yeah. That's what you wanted, right?" Hal asked, smiling.

"Thanks, Dad," Cillian said, smiling.

The duo arrived in Jericho, Vermont. Hal stopped the car to let his son out at the town square.

"Alright, I'll see you later, bud," Hal said, smiling.

"You too," Cillian said.

Hal drives off just as Cillian begins to explore the town. The first place he decided to go was Uriah's Heap. He walked inside to take a look around. Inside, he sees a mixture of antiques, thrift items, stuffed small animals dressed up in tiny suits, and occasional clothing, including vintage dresses.

While he began to look around, Cillian saw a couple of figures on himself with stuffed small animals before continuing to look around.

"What a waste."

Cillian stopped when he heard a voice. He thinks someone was talking to him, but who? Cillian shakes his head and continues to look around. When he saw a statue of Sonic the Hedgehog, he ended up smiling.

"Oh, no way!" Cillian said, smiling.

Cillian holds the statue figure of Sonic, smiling. Just then, a girl walked by. She's tall and has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her hair has blue and pink highlights at the ends. Oftentimes, she wears it out, but occasionally she is seen with a braid on her right side. She has light freckles and different-colored nails that turn into claws at different points.

"Can I help you?" The girl asked, smiling.

Cillian opened the door to the principal office and saw Principal Watkins entering his desk.

"This better be important. You're supposed to be in class, Darcy." Principal Watkins said.

"My dad died; are you happy?! My dad died all because of this school!" Cillian shouted in anger.

"Relax." Principal Watkins said. "That's good news."

"Not for my family or me!" Cillian said it in an angry tone.

"Your dad should've been facing a grand jury indictment instead of going to prison; he got community service." Principal Watkins said it in a careless tone.

"I know that he was a good man, and you framed him for something he didn't do!" Cillian said it in an angry tone. "And if being reckless is what gets rewarded around here in this school, if that's what it means to be a student, then I don't want any part of the basketball team."

"What are you saying, Cillian?" Principal Watkins asked.

Cillian throws his basketball jersey at him. "I quit." He said he was storming out of the office.

Principal Watkins was stunned and shocked that Cillian quit the team. He decided to strike back.

"Forget detention, Cillian! Consider yourself suspended from this school!" Principal Watkins said, suspending him.

Cillian stays at home from school to deal with the death of his father. He hears a gunshot coming from the next room. He walks to the next room and finds that Dylan has a gun to practice for his shooting.

"Dylan, what are you doing?" Cillian asked.

"Target practice," Dylan said, firing the gun again. "I'm planning to kill the man who killed dad."

"What?! That means you'll get a third strike!" Cillian said. "Dylan, think about it. If you do it, you'll be locked away in prison for good. I can't let you get a third strike."

"Why not?" Dylan asked his little brother.

"Because I'm going to take over for you," Cillian said, locking Dylan in his bedroom.

Cillian ran out of the house to get revenge on the man who killed his father. He decided to do one thing. He absorbed a huge amount of electricity for the first time and used his powers for revenge. He takes a deep breath and unleashes his vengeful tone.

"No! Cillian!" Dylan shouted, banging on the door in tears.

Cillian ran to the school in a bitter and vengeful tone. Dylan jumped out of his bedroom window to go after him after he realized his mistake. He jumped into his car and drove to Cillian's school.

Dan Grayson shows the school board, the staff, and the students the model of the new school.

"As you can see, the new gymnasium will house a separate boys' and girls' basketball court. Now that may bother some of you boys who love sharing a court with girls in gym shorts. I'm sorry, guys. And over here we have a modern Olympic-sized swimming pool that will make Shamu jealous." Mr. Grayson explained the model of the gymnasium.

"Sir, where's the football field?" Max asked.

"Good question." Mr. Grayson said this to Max before explaining the new football field. "That will be constructed over here, where the swampy area now exists."

"You're going to put the football field over the pond?" Rebecca asked in shock.

"Sir, that pond's part of our school!" Michael said.

"Well, we have to do most of our drilling over the old football field, but as you can see from the model, we're not just taking something out of the ground; we're putting a lot more back in." Mr. Grayson said.

"What's this new campus going to cost in taxes?" The teacher asked.

"I'm glad you asked that. Cal Star and the school board will be partners in building a beautiful school. It will cost you nothing." Mr. Grayson said.

Everyone applauds Dan's speech. Cillian walks in with the electricity about to be blasted, and Principal Watkins finds him entering. What everyone didn't know is that Cillian is very angry this time and is preparing to do what he always wanted to. Dan finds him entering.

"What can I do for you, young man?" Mr. Grayson asked Cillian.

"I know what you did," Cillian said in a whisper.

"What? Cillian, what did he do?" Principal Watkins asked.

"He killed my dad!" Cillian shouted. "Hal Darcy."

Dan was shocked by what Cillian just said. He finds Cillian to be a spitting image of his dad. Cillian ran towards him and brutally punched him.

"You killed my dad! You killed him! And this school's only right about one thing: I am a piece of sh*t! I'm a piece of sh*t for joining this stupid fucking basketball team! I'm a piece of sh*t for not spending time with Emily!" Cillian shouted in anger before turning to his friends. "I'm also the piece of shit for not killing you fuckers for lying about being my friends! I hate you assholes!"

His friends are shocked that Cillian secretly hated him before grabbing Dan in the neck, scaring everyone. Dylan entered the school and found Cillian preparing to kill Dan Grayson. He realizes that he arrived too late to stop him.

"Cillian!" Dylan said in shock.

"Please! Have mercy!" Dan said it in fear.

"Young man, put him down this instant!" The female board member said it in a demanding tone.

"You don't control me anymore!" Cillian said it in a bitter and monstrous tone.

"Young man, please! I didn't... I didn't mean to kill your father!" Dan said his final words before Cillian grabbed a bottle of oil and poured it on his head.

"Cillian, what are you doing?" Lindsay asked in fear.

Cillian prepares to finish what he started by using his powers for the first time. "Tell him that the goth boy sent you, motherfucker." He said.

Cillian released a huge amount of electricity on Dan's head, but it caused the school to burn down, causing everyone to evacuate. The fire department managed to put the fire out.

Everyone was shocked that Cillian killed Dan Grayson, and they are even more shocked that he has powers. Principal Watkins felt angry at his student. The NYPD came to arrest Cillian and took him to jail.

"There's no detention this time, Darcy. No suspension either. This is the end for you." Principal Watkins said. "You are hereby expelled from Chadwick Boseman High!"

"Worth it!" Cillian shouted angrily.

Cillian was taken into police custody.

A few days later, Cillian was acquitted of manslaughter in his trial, but the entire city needed a new scapegoat to hate, so they chose Cillian. He is repeatedly bullied by the residents of the city, At home, his mother Lisa, and six older brothers aren't giving him enough attention, love, and warmth.

The young man we saw in the beginning is no more, completely shattered by this tragedy and the treatment of the town. Now he lacks confidence and self-esteem but stays pure of heart, kind, and altruistic.

Sometimes, after the trial, Cillian's been listening to his father's attorney reading his father's last will and testament.

"To my sixth son, Randy, the sum of $250,000 if he shall survive me." The attorney said. "To my youngest son, Cillian, I give and bequeath my '93 Ford, the sum of $1,000,000, and my favorite autographed vintage guitar signed by Guns and Roses if he shall survive me and he will be transferred to Jericho, Vermont, to attend Nevermore Academy effectively immediately. "

Cillian was confused at first, He got expelled from Chadwick Boseman High and he will be moved to another school? He wonders if that "meeting" his dad went to was at that school. His only question is: What is Nevermore Academy?

"...Cillian? Cillian!" Alex shouted.

Cillian snapped out of his thinking. "Huh?" He asked.

"I said Mr. Pond would like to have a word with you in his office," Alex said.

"Oh, right," Cillian said.

Cillian grabbed his jacket and was about to walk out of the house.

"Are you okay, bud?" Sean asked.

"I'm fine," Cillian said.

Cillian walked out of the house and hopped onto his motorcycle. Fred's sitting in his office, doing his work. Cillian walked to the office and knocked on the door.

"Hey." Cillian greet.

Fred looks up and sees Cillian. "Hey. I'm surprised you actually made it here 30 minutes early." He said he was impressed.

"Yeah, well, I'm getting kind of formal on you," Cillian said, smiling.

"Come on in," Fred said, smiling and giving him a handshake. "So I hear congratulations are in order. I hope Mr. Grayson gets what he deserves."

"Yeah, I hope some bastards who betrayed me will get what's coming one day," Cillian said, smiling and sitting down. "Fred, I want to say thank you for believing in me and for going through a lot. I really appreciate it."

"Ah, it's no problem. You worked so hard, and I'm proud of you." Fred said, smiling.

"Which is why I'm here? What is it you want to talk about?" Cillian asked.

"Oh, you're going to love what I'm telling you. I have something that may interest you. My firm acted as solicitors for Emily." Fred said, smiling. "This is a reading of her last will and testament."

"Emily left a will? I didn't know that." Cillian said it in confusion.

"Well, it's kind of a long story. Before she comes to terms with her cancer, you made Emily's wish of marrying you come true. She was very grateful." Fred said, smiling.

"Yeah, but that was almost a year ago," Cillian said.

"True. As you know, Emily had spent almost 16 years meticulously curating the perfect life with the perfect friends. She realizes that the only mistake she made was being with the wrong boyfriend and instead falling in love with you. You made the whole year the best one she ever had." Fred said this to Cillian. "Emily came to me to make a will; she told me that she wanted to make her gift for you as a thank you for being a part of her life. She left it to you."

"Wow, Emily, you cheeky, kind-hearted bitch. Pardon." Cillian said, smiling as Fred laughed.

"It's okay. Before I do the legal reading, let's cut to the chase." Fred said he was smiling before doing the reading. "After death duties, she has left you the sum of $10,000,000, and it's to be transferred to your bank in Sherwood, Ohio."

Cillian was surprised that Emily left him a large sum of money. "No way!" He said in shock and smiling.

"Yep. I talked to your brother Sean, he said he will help you out with your finances." Fred said smiling.

"Why did Emily leave me her money?" Cillian asked.

"It's because you're the primary benefactor of her estate since it's likely your former friends would use it for personal gain," Fred said smiling.

"Yeah, you're right," Cillian said.

"So, what are you going to do with the money?" Fred asked.

"I don't know; I can use it for good," Cillian said to Fred. "I, uh... I hope."

Cillian wondered what he was going to do with the money both his dad and girlfriend left him.

Cillian packed his things, even his dad's guitar, and headed to Ian's car for Jericho. He looked at the car Hal left him. It's a 1993 Ford with a Red Eagle symbol on the front. Ian walked in and saw Cillian looking at it.

"Dad never let us drive this car, you know that?" Ian asked, smiling.

"Yeah, Mom told me. I remember when Dad took me out to the desert and, uh, I couldn't reach the pedals, so he let me sit on his lap and steer." Cillian said, smiling.

"I remember that day, bud," Ian said, smiling. "You were excited."

"I'm sorry, Ian," Cillian said, apologizing.

"Bud, it's okay. We forgive you." Ian said, smiling.

Dylan walked in and saw them. "Hey, don't mind me. I'm just planning something with this car." He said this to Cillian.

"Really? What's that?" Cillian asked.

"I'm planning to upgrade a few parts to make it go faster," Dylan said, smiling.

"Cool, because I want it back after you're done fixing it," Cillian said.

"Don't worry, I'll send someone to your new school to deliver it to you," Dylan said, smiling. "I'll miss you."

"Same here, bro," Cillian said.

Cillian walked into Ian's car, and they drove to the airport so he could catch his flight to Vermont.

At the airport, Cillian and Ian are about to say their goodbyes.

"Are you alright?" Ian asked.

"Yeah, just a bit nervous," Cillian said.

"I'll call you tomorrow morning while you're in your bed, all right?" Ian said.

"Thanks, Ian. I still hope my former friends will get what's coming one day." Cillian said as Ian laughed.

"Good one," Ian said. "I'll see you at the end of the semester, all right?"

Cillian nodded as he gave Ian a handshake as a goodbye before catching a plane to Vermont.

Present Day

Cillian focuses on meditation due to his health. His brother Lorcan sees him after entering.

Cillian wakes up a few hours later. He sees his brothers finding him.

"There he is." Alex cried out.

Sean, Ian, Dylan, Rex, and Randy see him.

"There you are, Cillian." Sean said to his little brother. "Your brother, sister, and daughter told us where you are."

"Sorry about that. I needed some time away due to my health." Cillian said.

"Here, let me get a rag." Ian said, grabbing his doctor's kit to get a rag. "Just cough."

Cillian nodded and closed his eyes a bit. Ian checked out some samples for Cillian's blood illness. He coughed up blood and grabbed a rag to wipe the blood off his face. The seven Darcy brothers are shocked by what this means.

"You're out of time," Ian said.

"That's it. Cillian, six months here is long enough. I'm texting Lorcan, Lilly, and Callie to pack your things; we're taking you home. Let's go." Sean said.

"Okay," Cillian said.

Cillian stands up with help from Ian and Dylan as the seven boys run back to Nevermore Academy.

In a hospital room, Cillian lays down in bed. Before the clock strikes midnight, Cillian has finally wondered what he could wish for.

"I wish that I could see Emily Pond again. She was my..." Cillian said, stopping for a minute, he looked at the time that it's now "23:59". He only has a few seconds to blow the candle out. "My first girlfriend. Just for one more week."

Cillian closed his eyes and blew out the candle just as the clock had finally struck midnight.

Tuesday - September 26, 2023. Time: 00:00

As of that, Cillian closed his eyes and collapsed unconscious.
