The next day Emma and her family, including her parents, were still in shock along with the town too, that Cora is now dead thanks to the Dark One. The town didn't know what to think about it but at least Cora's dead. Emma and David worked. Nothing much happens. Until Emma picks up lunch at Granny's. She spotted the stranger Greg was still in town and when she asked why he didn't go back home he simply said he's taking a liking to the town, and it's beginning to grow on him. Ruby comes back with the bag in time to hear Greg. After he pays for the meal, Greg leaves while Emma and Ruby exchange a look.

As she waits for another few minutes for her and David's lunch is finished, she can't help but think that there are practically two strangers in this town now. Even though one is Neal's fiancé Tamara which she had already met with she can't help the vibe she's getting from her, which is unworthiness. It also doesn't help that she used her special powers and found out she is hiding something which she doesn't know yet. She just knows she doesn't trust her. That it can't be a coincidence that Greg and Tamara got to town within short days of each other.

She can't help trying to ignore this but can't help the similarities of the first time she felt that something big was happening. The first time was her last days in the Enchanted Forest where Rumpelstiltskin cursed her and sent Clara to a different realm. Where the Dark One split her family apart. She learned to not ignore things where days of upcoming dread were getting stronger day by day. She needs to figure out what exactly is going to happen so she can try and let whatever is supposed to come be avoided. Truth to be told there was nothing she could do but being a normal sheriff of the town. However, that doesn't mean she can investigate discreetly or keep her suspiciousness.

Meanwhile, a wooden man named August made a rare trip to town and heard through town gossip that there were two strangers here in town that came outside. He at first shrugged it off as the first stranger was a man who caused an accident at towards the entrance of Storybrooke and was being medically seen. Until the stranger decided that he was beginning to like the town, he shrugged it off again until he heard that Neal, Baelfire's fiancé had arrived. His fiancé is Tamara a woman with black hair with dark brown eyes with medium brown skin. One look at her or rather one mention of her sends him chills down his whole body. He goes back to his trailer in the forest pondering what to do next.

Hours later at night August went to the police station believing that it was safe for him to go out because of the time that everyone should be mostly preparing to go to sleep. Anyway, he goes to the station to find that Emma is still there working on closing the station before she heads back home.

"Emma, I need to talk to you," August says.

"Can this wait until morning?" she asks tiredly.

"No, it can't unfortunately, I thought to myself all day that the best course would be to talk to you."

"Okay," she breathes, what is it?"

"Neal's Fiancé Tamara," he says as Emma lifts her eyebrows in shock. "You can't trust her," he simply stated as he tells her that it can't be a coincidence that Tamara's here, especially him believing that she is using Neal. Then he tells a story after Emma chose to stay here, he went to Hong Kong to find a solution of not turning into wood, he found a person the people called 'The Dragon' and how he found Tamara there as well though for a different reason than him which he found out her true intentions. After he hold Emma his story, he may have also said Tamara had found him and threatened here in Storybrooke once they spot each other once again.

Emma sighs, "Thanks for telling me this August, I've had suspicions about her, and you confirmed my reasoning's though I'm trying to find any evidence that she is doing something." In a moment after she thanks him, she suddenly gets worried about him and knows instantly she needs to protect him from Tamara just in case. As August was about to leave, she quickly said, "wait! August, please come back here in the morning, after what you just told me about Tamara I'm worried about your safety. Come back here in the morning and we'll protect you okay have a good night."

August nods as he didn't think of that. Didn't think that he could be in danger, and suddenly he is worried of what could happen, why didn't he think of these hours before suddenly realizing that he just may have put himself in danger for telling Emma the truth about Tamara. He then blames himself, however, not regretting what he did. He just hopes everything will be fine in the morning.

Once he leaves, as Emma checks the station once more before leaving. Throughout the night Emma couldn't help thinking what Tamara was here for. Something with magic she now knows now thanks to August, but still, what is it besides something horrible which the feeling she keeps getting are growing slowly day to day. Now she has to think about protecting August as well and what her plan is going to be.

In the morning, however, once after Emma and David arrived in the police station from the loft, they found August was already there but on the floor unconscious.

"Dammit," Emma says trying to find a pulse from August in his wooden form and found that he is still alive but only barely. "David get the blue fairy now!" she commanded her father as he ran out of the station and then immediately asks August "What happened?"

"Ta…mar…a…. knows." August said as he closed his eyes just when the doors opened only for David to come back with not only the Blue Fairy but also Marco, who just happened to be asking for his son from the fairy. The Blue Fairy waves her wand and because of his actions she was able to bring him back alive, however into his child self not of his current adult self.

Once Emma picked herself up from the floor, she looked around and found something that wasn't here last night. She found a taser that doesn't belong to her or here in Storybrooke wondering where it came from. From what she gathers August tried to fight her and Tamara used this taser on him, by killing him effectively in a way. Probably while August was being tasered he managed to get it away from her and then she left as she and David were close by not even noticing that Tamara left the taser there accidentally.

Emma told David to give her gloves and the evidence bag. Once given the gloves and were on she slowly takes the taser into the evidence bag. After that she gets an official arrest warrant on Tamara after calling Regina as the mayor along with getting quick word with the judge getting the approval in within minutes. Once that was done, she left David at the station in case something should happen while she arrests Tamara. She grabs the evidence bag and walks out of the station going to the sheriff's car with the keys in her pocket. After a very short drive Emma goes inside Granny's Bed and Breakfast to the room where her ex and his fiancé are staying when she knocks on the door.

Neal opens the door and fortunately for her Tamara is there as well. Emma goes in and takes out her cuffs out. "Tamara Burke, you are arrested for murdering August W Booth. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you." Emma says as Neal immediately shouts 'what' in shock. Then just as Emma took Tamara away, Tamara had the audacity to prove her innocence until she took the evidence bag out as she watched Tamara's face change expressionlessly and let Emma take her.

On the way-out Emma knows that as she moves Tamara in cuffs out from the bed and breakfast she notices as she tried to pretend to notice that there was a small gathering from the hallway from the B&B to the diner as they see her taking Tamara in shock surprised that one of the outsiders were in cuffs. They were almost relieved as they all knew that this outsider was definitely not one to be entrusted with. Emma also knew that the word was starting to spread that August Booth, the adult Pinocchio, was gone because of Tamara.

At the station after putting Tamara into the cells after getting her police shot done. Emma starts questioning her.

"Why are you here?" she starts guessing that this would be easier to start off first.

"My fiancée Neal invited me to meet his father." Tamara said since it was kind of true.

"No, I doubt that. You're here for another reason as August told me that you two had some history. Don't lie to me Tamara, what is the real reason you're here? Why did you kill August Booth?" While Emma was questioning her Neal came to the sheriff's office to find his ex-questioning his fiancée, he was livid, but he couldn't help to intrude the session as he listens to what Tamara has to say because well, she is innocent, she has to be.

"I killed August because he told you about our shared history that we have. When I first met him, I couldn't believe it. A magical person here in our world with no magic, Pinocchio getting magic to help him in his situation. He was proof, the 'dragon' was proof, and they needed to be gone. Magic doesn't belong here, it needs to be gone, it needs to be destroyed. I was willing to do anything to get rid of it including letting Neal believe that I was in love with him, so that he would bring me here."

Neal was crushed that the love he had for Tamara wasn't real. It was all fake, a scam just to get here. He felt used, he really thought that he could trust her but clearly, he can't.

"Do you know how you were going to destroy magic?"

"I do, I was told about it from the home office how to destroy the town. Me and Greg were going to steal a self-destruct trigger which is a diamond from the mayor, go the mines, use a dwarves pick axe and hit it on the diamond to activate it as it will destroy the town and kill everyone who was born from the Enchanted Forest."

"You know Greg Mendall?"

"Yes, I do, I met him two years ago. He told me his story when as a kid he was on a camping trip with his father near here that changed his life. One day it was just him and his father bonding and the next day there was a town that wasn't there before, he remembered it all so clearly. He managed to leave but has no clue to what happened to his father though of course he changed his name, so I doubt the mayor remembers him."

"Is that all?" Emma asks. Tamara only nods in silence. After that Emma moves Tamara to the cells. She acknowledges Neal was there, she didn't need to ask for how long he was here but enough to know that Tamara was using him. David came in shortly after, as she told David to watch over Tamara as she went back out to find Greg Mendall and after that to Regina's.

Emma first went to the B&B, to find Greg Mendall, however after talking to Granny for a short bit finds out that he's no longer in his room. She then decides to go to Regina's not knowing what to do now, however when she arrived the mayor wasn't in her office or home. She then drives around occasionally talking to citizens to see if they had seen the stranger Greg Mendall or Regina, which bothered her because nobody knew anything about where they were. So, she keeps driving along the town thinking of places if he was going to do something it would be somewhere that's big and abandoned, like the town's cannery. However, before she drives there, she calls Mary Margaret to look after her kids and to pick up her husband for back up.

After getting Killian she drives to the cannery as she tells him of what's currently happening in this town. That she needs to talk to Greg before he does something bad, however with Regina missing she believes it's possible that it's already happening. The reason why she is bringing her husband is so that in case something does happen she will have help. Normally she would call her father, but she really wants him to look after Tamara. Even though she doesn't know who is more dangerous, she knows she can't trust them.

Arriving at the cannery she immediately enters with Killian as together try to find Greg. For a few minutes she didn't hear or see anything until after another five minutes, ten minutes after they got there, they heard a noise, a scream. Meanwhile Greg revs up the machine to full capacity and gives Regina one last chance to tell him where his father is. This time, Regina agrees to tell the truth, she tells Greg that his father is dead. She admits to killing Kurt after Greg ran away. Greg doesn't believe Regina is being honest with him, however Regina tells him that if he wants proof that she is telling the truth than he should dig at his father's campsite, the place where Regina buried the body. Regina tells him to kill her, and that she just wanted to see the look on his face when he found out the truth. As soon as Greg turns the machine back on, Regina screams in agony. Greg proceeds to torture Regina and tells her that this is the end of her. He tells her that she won't hurt anyone ever again, and when he is about to shock her again, Emma and Killian arrive.

Emma shouts, "Put your hands up in the air!" with her gun in her hands, not knowing when she took it out. Then she shoots at the machine as Greg starts to escape. "Take care of Regina, Killian." Emma says as she starts to run to Greg shouting all she wanted to do with him was to talk. As Emma runs, she realizes what she needs to do. She needs to shoot him, to stop him and then arrest him. So, when Greg believes he managed to get rid of Emma, Emma surprised him by finding a shortcut and shoots him in his shoulder. He falls to the floor; she then grabs another pair of cuffs and arrests him for premeditated murder. Then she called the hospital for an ambulance.

That's when Killian reappears with Regina saying that she is near death but believes she will be fine with rest and magic. She nods when a few moments later the ambulance arrives and takes Greg Mendall back to the hospital. There she goes back to the apartment with her husband and Regina is still unconscious. She tells an unabridged story of what happened to the mayor and to call mother superior. She looks at Clara and Henry saying hi to them, telling them that she'll see them later on, as the today was a long day.

She goes to the hospital when David calls, only to ask when she'll be back. She explains the situation to him understanding that she won't be back until a few hours later. She then asks if anything happened with Tamara. He said that she hadn't done anything and that it had been quiet, which was good news for them. However, why does Emma still feel something big was still happening as she waits for Dr. Whale to check in on Greg again. She decides to not dwell on her current feelings and rather concentrate on figuring out what this big thing was.

When Dr. Whale comes back saying what Greg has gotten now and all healed up again, she waits again until he wakes up which wasn't long.

"Sheriff," Greg Mendall starts.

Emma breaths. "What did you do to the mayor, Regina Mills?"

"What she deserves." He says plainly.

"What did she do to you? Tamara mentioned that you've been here before and that you've changed your name. Why did you change your name? Tell me why the mayor deserves to be tortured? Don't even think about lying to me, Mr. Mendall, as you did before. Did you know why I was finding you?"

"I figured you knew what me and Tamara were going to do. So, I decided to speed things up a bit, and I did. Did you know there was a secret, secured location where magic beans were being grown? It's now destroyed thanks to me or rather Regina did with my help."

"I will look into it once I'm done with you. Now please continue and tell me why you changed your name and why Regina deserves to be punished?"

"As Tamara already told you, I was here before when I was a kid with my father on a camping trip when a storm came out of nowhere. My name at that time was Owen Flynn and my father's Kurt. Anyway, when the storm was over, my father's car was damaged, so we decided to walk into the nearest town for help, luckily there was one right here unbeknownst to me and my father at the time, that this town wasn't here while we were camping and suddenly there was one. We got help thankfully, however the mayor didn't like us, so she decided to help us out to leave earlier. She then invited me and my father for dinner after I gave her my keychain as a gift for letting me stay in her seat at the diner. My father talked to her for a bit since she knows the real reason me and my father were on this trip, which was that my mother recently died, and I was struggling with that loss. She offered to let us move here; I was happy with the idea, but my father didn't. Then when the car was fixed, something happened when my father was visiting the mayor one last time and all of a sudden, he was rushing us to leave. The sheriff at that time managed to stop us and before he arrested my dad my father gave me his keychain as a promise that we would always be together and told me to leave without him and I did, I escaped and never saw him again.

Years later I told people my story and no one believed me except for a group called, "believers," who are people belonging to an organization, called the Home Office, that believe in magic and are willing to destroy it. I joined in and helped to repel magical incursions in this world. Knowing that I most likely will come back here to Storybrooke, I changed my name so that the mayor wouldn't recognize me to find out the truth about what happened to my dad." He says after asking for a glass of water as he struggles with what he just found out from Regina. He takes a couple of breaths and sips of water as he continues his story. "According to Regina she said she killed him after letting me leave and buried him near our campsite."

"Thank you for your corporation. Now can you please direct me where the campsite is to verify that your father is dead. I will take it from here from now on and will come back to update you as soon as I can."

After that she leaves the hospital cursing Regina. She picks up a late lunch of just a plain grilled cheese sandwich for herself and a sandwich for David. When she arrived back at the station, she took her break in her office and told David the latest news and what she was planning afterwards. "This is crazy," he admits, "I know, David I know. This is so messed up and assuming I do find the body I've got to arrest her."
