Instead of going to the fosters after Juvie Callie gets placed with a different foster family, and Jude gets sent to the Fosters.

Callie's POV

When I'm released from Juvie, I expected to see Bill. However, it wasn't Bill that came up to me, it was a different social worker. Someone I've never met before. "Hey Callie, my name is David..." Before he even finishes I ask," Where's Bill? Why isn't he here? I need to see Jude." "That's enough Callie, I don't know what you're talking about," he tells me as we walk over to a couple. "This is Mr. and Mrs. Ashton you will be staying with them for awhile. Well, I have to run." David leaves, as if he has somewhere more important to be. "Come on," Mrs. Ashton says and we all head to their car.

As we are headed to their house Mrs. Aston explains that they have kids of their own and are fostering a few more. Two kids of their own, Devin and Rachel, and three other foster kids, Faith, Andrew and Sam. She told me that Devin is 21, Faith and Andrew are 17, Sam are 16 and Rachel was 14. It was weird to me why they had so many kids under one roof. Other than that she told me I would have to share a room with the girls.

Once we arrived, I saw it was a pretty small house for eight people. I know I probably won't be here long, I just have to find Jude. Once we go inside I see a few kids in the living room. "The kids will show you around and where you'll sleep," Mrs. Aston said before her and her husband go to what I assume is there bedroom. One of the girls comes up to me and introduces themselves. "Hi, I'm Faith, what's your name?" "Callie" Is all I say. I don't want get comfortable here. I know I'll be leaving soon. "Those two over there, playing video games are Sam and Rachel" Faith said as she pointed to the couch where a blonde hair boy and a brown haired girl were playing video games. "Hey" Rachel said, her eyes never leaving the TV screen. "And those two over there are Devin and Andrew," she pointed at the dining table, where two brown haired boys were. One with beer and the other with drugs in front of them.

The boy with the beer got up and grabbed another from the fridge and handed it to me. "I don't drink," I told him. "Well you better start. All of us drink, my name is Devin. Heard you were in juvie, welcome to freedom." He then gave me a small smile.

Faith brought me to the girls bedroom and showed me which was my bed. I put my duffle bag under my bed and headed off to the living room. I looked around for a phone but couldn't see one. "Looking for a phone?" Andrew asked from the table. I looked at him but didn't respond. "Here, we all have our own things going on. I assume since you're out of juvie you don't have a phone." He said handing me his phone. "Thanks" I said. "That's one thing about this place, you have to get your own stuff, and pitch in for food. They don't care if you go to school, work or anything as long as you earn your keep." He explained. I then head outside and call the number, I expected Jude to be the one who answered but it wasn't him. "Hello?" It was Jim, "Is Jude there?" I asked. "NO, THAT FAG IS NEVER STEPPING INTO THIS HOUSE AGAIN. SO QUIT CALLING." He yelled then hung up.

Great they moved Jude, now I have no idea where he is. I think to myself. I have no other choice than to call Bill himself. I dial but no answer, I decide to leave a voice mail asking about Jude, and if he could let me know where he is.

I return inside and hand the phone back to Andrew, "thanks" I tell him. "You didn't snitch about the booze and drugs did you?" Devin asked in an irritated tone. "Would you leave the poop girl alone, she just got out. She ain't that stupid, Dev" Faith told him. "Then who'd you call?" He asked. "My brother, I need to find him," I told him slightly annoyed he asked. "Oh, well I can find him, I got a few buddies. What's his name?" I wasn't sure if I should even tell him. I just met this guys and I can tell already he was bad news. I can't risk Jude getting in the middle of something bad. "Um...that's okay, I can find him on my own." He didn't seem bothered by my answer, he just shrugged and said, "Suit yourself, but if you ever do need it, the offer stands." "Thanks, but I think I'm going to head out for a bit." I said then left to go find Jude.

The first place I went was Jim's house, I needed to see for myself if Jude was not there anymore. I snuck around the back of the house, I saw a kid in the kitchen washing dishes but it wasn't Jude. I tried getting his attention quietly, and it worked he looked up and turned his head towards me. He quietly walked towards me and opened the door slightly. "Hey," he whispered. "Hey, is there someone named Jude here?" I asked in a whisper, I knew Jim would be anger if he knew I was there, and by the kid's tone, I knew he was home. "No, it's just me and Jim here. He did tell me someone about not being like the last one." I was angry Jim would even say that about Jude but I had to know he was safe before anything. "Do you know what happened to him?" "He told me he sent him away." So he was telling the truth, that just makes things even harder for me, I have to track him down. At least with Jim I knew where he was. "Ok, thank you," I said then walked away, and headed back.

When I arrived, the only one in the living room was Devin. He was on the couch watching TV. "Where's everyone else?" I asked, not wanting to be alone with him. He turned his attention to me. "What? You're afraid of being alone with me? He asked with a smirk on his face. "Just him asking me that made me uncomfortable but the smirk made it much worse. I couldn't say anything, I didn't know what to say. His smirk dropped after a second or two, "Sorry, so how'd your search go?" He asked, I sat on the other end of the couch as far away from him as possible. "I couldn't find him, he went to check the last house he was in, before I went to juvie but I couldn't find him." "Well, how about we make a deal, you go to a party with us and I'll find your brother for you. How does that sound?" He asked, to be honest I was kind of desperate to find him. I didn't know if he was safe or not, but I don't trust Devin either. "Fine" I say, I need to know he's safe. "Good, the party is tomorrow. So be ready," he said then left.
