A/n quick change that im going to make to the story and will later edit in I decided to change the price of tomes from ridiculously expensive to the same as the skill books because if I had to continue doing math every chapter I will kill someone, also this chapter contains something im absolute shit at which is a fight scene. So don't make fun of me.
'Well one problem is solved I can hire people now and anyone I hire will have the skills to make my shop work. That's good. Still, I have the problem of not knowing who im going to hire.' I sigh and grab a broom and start sweeping the floor. I mean I technically don't have to leave my store to get better stuff to sell I can just buy it, after all I now have enough to buy a set of dragon balls, I really underestimated how much I would be able to make in a month, then again, I lucked out with 1 really good world off the bat, I can provide a service that no one but a villain in their world can. I can give and take quirks. Still, I want to see the worlds im connected to I remember being really excited about my expedition into the Naruto verse. Id love to check out U.A, meet almight, go to the land of rivers and rob all their loot. Just have fun. After a while of cleaning, I hear the doorbell jingle, and I look over to the entrance I see two men on with long hair and a large build the other with short hair and a stocky small build.
Sam and dean, I quickly identify.
"I'm telling you I trust cass. She came clean in the end didn't she." Dean says apparently cass told the boys everything, not what I expected but still that's good. Ive been wanting to meet these two for a while especially dean my favorite character. Still, I don't get why Sam is being such a baby about what cass did. Sure, she screwed up working with Crowley but honestly, I expected dean to be the one that was angrier about that.
"She worked with Crowley dean, and in case you forgotten she left my soul in the cage to be torn apart by a pissed off lucifer. Dean a lot of people died because of that." Says Sam, and I now see what this is Sams anger is towards cass but himself for all the things he did without a soul I guess cass didn't build the mental wall that I told her she should.
"You can't hold that over cass, you made your decision it was made without a soul sure, but she's the reason you even have a soul now." Logically he's correct though, I don't think you can blame Sam for the damage he did without a soul either. It was just a shitty situation…. orchestrated by chuck. Blame chuck.
"Dude what's up with you falling for angels." Sam asked with a smirk and oh shit my destiel has kicked off. Yes!
"ITS NOT LIKE THAT!" dean screams obviously in denial. He's in denial I say I made that angel the hottest angel ever no way dean could resist! Oh, wait I guess I should say my line.
"Welcome to dead man's rest the interdimensional nick knack shop. What can I help you gentlemen with. First things first is chuck dead." I say in my best sleezy salesman voice. Then shifted to a serious voice.
"Huh." Dean starts "You do talk like a sleezy car salesman."
"At least cass warned us about him." Sam cuts in bitterly. "But no cass pulled out all his power and became the new god."
" Oh, good then welcome to fortune favors….What do you mean warned you about me! I'm a fuckin saint!" I screamed. The nerve like I was some danger to them.
"Nothing like that." Dean reassures me "He just meant that she warned us about your…. quirks."
"Hey I bought those legally!" I said then I realized what he meant. "Oh, you mean personality quirks."
"What other quirks are there." Sam asked confused.
"Quirks from another world are tailor made superpowers. I buy and sell them at a premium. And yes, I take fake credit cards because the irs can't do shit to me." I assure them seeing a grin on dean's face.
"SO, we can get superpowers?" sam asked not as excited as dean. "What's the catch do they slowly turn you insane."
"No that's the curse mark but you guys' cant has that." I said with a shit eating grin.
"No power comes for free." Sam said. Obviously thinking back to his days as a demon blood junky,
"Your right. they all cost a fair bit." I snark "But I get what you mean but remember im connected to other universes. Universes chuck doesn't get to fuck with. The magic of your world is corrupted because chuck wanted people to suffer. Its something cass plans to fix. However, in other worlds superpowers don't come with consequences. They just are. Well, your body could be poorly adjusted for them. But that's another thing all together. SO, you guys want to buy superpowers or not?"
I could see on Sams face he still looked uncomfortable probably the long-standing fear of being a freak dean on the other hand
"HELL YEAH! SUPERPOWERS!" dean was a child in a man's body, but I could relate getting the system was honesty the best thing that ever happened to me. Sucks that meeting the abyssal was the worst and yes that includes dying. Sam sighed and gave up on trying to convince his brother otherwise.
"Oh, one quick thing you can't have more than one quirk without cutting your life span in half." I said in a matter-of-fact voice and Sams eyes widened.
"What was that you said about no downsides?"
"I said there was no downsides to one power. Not to two powers. that's a whole different ball game." I said with a snarky voice.
Sam just sighs at our antics, and goes over to the skill book shelf and grabs the set of mana books. Then he gives a look to the ki control books, something I haven't been able to sell at all no one really wants to push their body to the brink just to gain power which I think is stupid since ki is ridiculously powerful. Sam grabs a set of the ki books as well. And my eyes light up.
Next Sam moves over to the tomes, and starts to grab every single tome off the book shelf. Much to my wide-eyed awe. I forgot since they regularly commit credit fraud and I can just keep the money without having to deal with the irs, this is going to be on hell of a purchase.
Sam then comes over to me. "How much is an essence."
"Five American dollars. If you buy in bulk there's a discount. " I say with a smirk and see Sams eyes budge, but then he sighs and hands over his credit card. Its not his credit he's ruining, and no debt collectors are coming after me. It takes some finagling since credit cards have a 10,000-dollar cap for the best credit cards, but even after going through almost 6 credit cards the same had paid over 33,600 dollars or 6,720 essence and now I was left with 24,720 essences. Best part is it was basically free for both parties. Unfortunately, supernatural is the only world where this kind of nonsense isn't likely to get the patrons thrown behind bars so this is probably a onetime thing as I don't remember the series having other hunters doing credit care fraud.
"Sammy! Sammy!" dean comes running with two quirk contracts in his hands.
"What dean" Sam replies a bit annoyed at how much they've already spent here.
"Do i chose gravity manipulation or sonic screaming?" Dean asks with a giddy child like quality in his voice.
"Couldn't you pick something more practical?" Sam asks. Rubbing his temples showing he's getting a head ache.
"What's more practical in our line of work then a freakin sonic scream! Or the ability to bugs bunny a bitch!" dean asked with contempt. He made fairly good points.
Dean eventually decided on the more practical gravity manipulation considering it had more uses than just offense. Which was good. Because that quirk alone was 500 essences, I went back to cleaning while dean ran rough shod throughout my store.
It was nighttime in kamino ward, the sun had just gone down and the night life was already covering the streets, heroes and villains alike could feel the air was tense with something that they couldn't identify yet. As the top 10 heroes of the country prepared for war heading towards kamino to take out an ancient evil the hero safety commission had sent out multiple of their assassins to gather intel about the area, all for one was located in a bar frequented by villains in a underground bunker, while doctor kudai garaki was in an abandoned warehouse where he was creating biological weapons. While the lower 9 top heroes were heading to the nomu factory to put an end to the bio weapons, almight, and gran Torino made their way to the bare. Clutching his side almight wonders where he went wrong, not noticing the signs that his greatest enemy was still drawing breath. Gran Torino beside him warning him not to give in to anger and get sloppy, they both head to the entrance of the bar followed by an escort of police. With a quick knock almight smashes the door down. the wind pressure putting everyone on the back foot instantly while gran Torino dashes into the room immediately knocking out all combatants that weren't taken down by almight wind pressure. Quickly police rush in to the scene immediately cuffing everyone and started dragging them out as almight is looking for the entrance to the underground bunker soon he finds the entrance behind the bar and starts heading down the first room he comes by is empty same as all the other rooms until he finds the last room in this room all for one stood ready for all might.
"You did quite a bit of damage to my operation. May I ask how you found me?" all for one says in an arrogant voice.
"IT doesn't matter how we found you what matters is your going down for good you monster." Almight bites out bitterly.
"Really almight our last fight was only a couple month ago... have you already forgotten how that went!" all for one snarls sadistically as his arms bulk up and sharp metal covers his knuckles throwing a punch at almight which almight barely manages to catch.
"Ever so. It doesn't matter this is the ed of you all for one." almight says as he grunts and throws a punch at the joint of all for one's arm knocking it to the side and closes in for a body blow, only to catch another punch to his injured side. The two separates quickly while all for one hold his broken arm, almight wipes away the blood that came out of his mouth griping his side. Almight knows he cant keep up in a close quarters fight in such a small area but he has to wait until he gets the signal that all the villains and police have been evacuated to minimize casualties while all for one has no such compunctions. With a twisted smile all for ones arm knits itself back together, and he advances against almight again throwing punch after punch with almight barely managing to get his guard up in time. Blow after blows almigh winced trying his best to hold out, then suddenly all for one stopped. Almight now able to look at his advisory notices a hole in the middle of his forhead. He turns around and he sees someone he didn't expect to see. Someone who was quickly making it up the ranks but didn't make it to the top 10 yet. Lady Kaina tsusumi Aka lady nagant. Standing there with a crimson rifle propped up on her shoulder she smiled. "Thank for keeping him distracted almight." Almight smiles and is about to thank lady nagant when he hears all for one groaning. No not this time. No more revives. With a quick punch carrying over 1000% of his power he crushes all for one's skull. Then he does what he should have done long ago. He rips what's left of all for ones head off his shoulders, pulls his spine out and crushes it. he's not sure how all for one could live with his injuries from last time. But he damn sure cant life with most of his nervous system annihilated. He looks to lady nagant who looks like she's going to be sick.
"Sorry you had to see that but I thought I killed him last time and look where that went. He survived you shot to the head. I wasn't taking any chances this time his legacy ends here." With a cold look at the destroyed husk of all for one almight gets a call on his radio that says kudai garaki has escaped with an unknown warp quirk, and so the night ends with a bitter sweet victory but almight can't help but worry that this isn't the end. he's going to need to find his successor and soon.
