A/N: Yeah... another reincarnation MHA/Gravity Falls story... this time with all 10 of them and not Dipper and Mabel. This story will take cues from the back story of Rise of team Zodiac. But no Blackmailing Trump running gag. After I had started the story Alex came out and said that Trump didn't become president in the Gravity Falls universe but rather McGucket did... who used technology to come up with a covid vaccine. I am not making that up. That's going to be McGucket's backstory before he died... So yeah... enjoy the chapter!

Chapter 1: This Life and the Next
It had been more than a decade since Weirdmageddeon. Many things had happened. However the last week things. Have been hectic. The 10 who were prophesied defeat had gathered in McGucket Hootenanny Hut.
They had always kept in touch as best as they could and took long due to their busy schedules, while most of their schedules were that bad like it being the slow season for the mystery shack for Soos, Wendy making her own hours with her busses, same with Mabel and Dipper as Mabel ran her own business as a fashion designer and Dipper becoming a paranormal investigator as well.
No it was Robbie who's band has become somewhat popular but mostly Fiddleford who was the President of the United States of America.
Frankly it was more unexpected that he able to hold this meeting within a week of getting these dream was a miracle in in of itself.
"Okay so we all have the same dream… that in more than a century Bill will somehow return." Said Ford.
"Did you have to put it that way." Said Dipper.
"There are signs that we have to be the ones to stop him." Said Ford.
"Why?" asked Robbie.
"When he formed the circle there was a power flowing through us." Pointed out Gideon.
"Expectably even if we weren't able to kill him that way we still summoned a small amount of that energy." Said Ford.
"So what's the plan?" asked Wendy.
"How about we become immortal cyborgs!" said Fiddleford.
Soos and Mabel began to think about it.
"How put a pin in that one." Said Dipper.
It wasn't that it would be a bad idea… he honestly though it sounded awesome and it wouldn't be too surprising considering all that he had done as President.
Namely create a technological vaccine that stopped the spread of covid before it could get that bad.
In fact that ended up that gotten him re-elected. IF anything he'll go down in history as a the president that saved countless lives with his vaccine. Not to mention in the future for other viruses as well.
They were even working on the vaccine to cure other viruses as well.
Needless to say much the county was disappointed that he wasn't trying to get rid of the 22nd, but he thought it was best if he didn't shake the boat too much.
"All right… over the course of the next several months I'll come up with ideas with what to do." Said Ford, "But we do have to agree to whatever. The plan is…"
They all nodded in agreement.
Over the course of the next several months they dealt with the dreams, though they were weren't as bad before the meeting they still popped up from time to time.
Over the course of the next several months Ford went through ideas.
And after the new president was sworn in and Fiddleford went on a very public vacation Ford disguised the new plans.
"Okay I believe reincarnation is the way to go." Said Ford.
"Really?" asked Wendy.
"Oh cool!" said Soos.
"Are you sure?" asked Mabel.
"if we go for some kind of immortally it will cause some problems like people outside of Gravity Falls finding out especially his followers." Said Ford.
He wasn't talking about Bill but rather Fiddleford opponent in his elections, somehow the man had basically obtained what appeared to be a cult that followed him that a good chunk of the population was under his sway.
Ford believes that there was something supernatural going on as there several signs of it.
And they weren't just after Fiddleford, but also Stan and Mabel. Stan as he knew the man in 70's and had been in a Columbian prison together and also sold him something in the 80's. he came out with that dirt it hurt him a lot in the election. As for Mabel, it was because she took down the Electoral College back when she was proving she had a pure heart to that unicorn. Had it not been for that the other man would have won.
So the two of them had been something of targets for their wrath, but thankfully the people and creatures of Gravity Falls protected them.
"Becoming ghosts or spirts is also a bad idea." Said Ford.
"Yeah there's so much wrong that can go wrong with that." Agreed Dipper.
"Who knows what could happen to our souls as ghosts." Said Gideon with a shudder.
Years ago they had found out that Gideon had his soul corrupted by the amulet. They removed the corruption but Gideon always felt horrible about the state of his soul fearing there was long term damage.
"I had found a ritual to ensure our reincarnation." Said Ford, "To appear sometime before Bill reappears as well as the fact we will be drawn together and as well as how we would regain our memories."
He explained how it worked. Once two of them met someone for the first time they would regain their memories of their past lives. Once they were in a close proximity to each other they would slowly regain their memories over the course of an hour as well feel a mental tug. Also whenever they meet someone for the first time even if both of them had their memories they would feel a tug in their mind and who knew the other is.
"We don't know what the future holds." Said Ford.
"Well for the next millennium." Said Mabel.
"But I think this is the best option." Said Ford, "We can live the rest of lives and maybe make plans for the next.'
"Like if you two become reincarnated lovers." Joked Mabel.
Both Dipper and Pacifica blushed, they were in a very serious relationship… Dipper was planning to soon propose in fact.
"Deal with in the future." Said Ford.
"good idea!" said Pacifica.
"Yeah!" said Dipper.
However they all looked at Gideon looking towards him as he would be the one who might be against it.
"There's a chance it might help heal my soul." Admitted Gideon.
And it was clear the reincarnation plan was a go.
They performed the ritual with Ford setting up an age limit they couldn't be less than five to regain their memories in case. If they have known each other form birth they wouldn't remember until their fifth birthday.
It was more of a in case they were reborn as twins thing.
Throughout the years things would change however.
Because one day in China a baby was born glowing. And soon more and more children would be showing all sorts of super powers.
Including Mabel's third child with her husband.
Ford, Dipper with some help of Gideon ended up become the premiere researchers in of the field of meta abilities (though they would later be known as Quirks).
Mabel ended up become a very famous activist after a riot formed in Gravity Falls (thankfully all out of towners) and she led an army of Lumberjacks, Manotaurs and Gnomes again this riot and gained the title of "Fighting Mama".
Pacifica became known for her charities and relationship goals memes with her and Dipper.
Robbie's band also took off and often helped out with Mabel's activities.
Fiddleford also came out for Meta Abilities, saying they shouldn't shun and shame those with powers.
Well not those exact words.
But still.
However as the years went on of course they started to die.
They all knew the days would come with the promise to find each other in the next life.
With Dipper and Pacifica deciding to try in the next life and see where it goes.
Dipper died peacefully in the hospital surrounded by friends and family.
Hoping that his next life wouldn't be so bad once he reunited with everyone…
Many years later in Japan.
A teenaged boy named Izuku Midoriya sighed as he walked down the street. He had curly green hair, big green eyes and freckles. To the outside world he was a boy who wanted to be a hero despite not having a quirk.
But unknown to everyone bit himself and maybe someone he knew he was the reincarnation of Mason "Dipper" Pines.
He had regained his memories on his fifth birthday.
But it wasn't because of a twin sibling he was born with or an uncle but rather the son of his mother's best friend.
They were born three months apart.
and of course that boy was the reincarnation of Robbie.
Izuku coup old only assume a combination of the fact that despite knowing each other for years in their past lives they still didn't like each other, the stubbornness of his past life, the even bigger stubbornness of this life and the fact he spent over 3 months alone as a five year old he had entered a deep, deep, deep pit of denial.
That was the reincarnation of a rock star from the dawn of quirks.
There were moments where he very briefly came out of that denial but then went back in .
And today was the worst.
Izuku had managed to develop a personality before getting his memories of his life as Dipper.
That being hero obsessed fanboy who wanted to do nothing but grow up to save despite having no quirk.
Even with his memories he still wanted to be a hero but he was smart about, it he knew how to train how to get fit, however make sure to fight.
Though his past life memories helped big time.
It was still a pain dealing with people who didn't think he could become a hero however.
He wanted to attend the best hero school in Japan and his entire class mocked him for it.
With Katsuki (Robbie's reincarnation) mocking him in particularly telling him he should "Take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a quirk in his next life!"
Though Izuku noticed his face quickly morphing to panic about what he just said.
"fuck I didn't mean that… don't you dare die until the time is right!" he quickly yelled out.
He left with his lackeys following him and he could he went right back into denial right after that.
Still Izuku groaned as he continued on his way.
It was still an experience to come from people hating "Meta Abilities" to people hating those without "Quirks".
He was still looking for the others, wasn't sure where he would find them and when but knew they would be drawn together sooner or later.
He often did day dream that his idol that number 1 hero of Japan was Ford's reincarnation.
He knew it was very unlikely, even with All Might had polydactyl.
It was just a nice little fantasy…
He had reached a tunnel and suddenly he noticed a nearby manhole cover move around.
And suddenly a person made of sludge erupted from the manhole.
"Oh look a medium sized suit." Said the sludge man.
He engulfed Izuku and formed himself into his mouth .
"Great… this just happened today." Thought Izuku.
He kept calm especially since it sounded like a hero was chasing after the villain.
He tried his best not to pass out.
And thankfully there was a shout of "I AM HERE!" a figure emerged from the sewer and punched away the sludge villain/
Izuku managed not to pass out and was gulping air like there no tomorrow.
He looked at the one who saved him it was All Might… the greeted hero of Japan, known as the Symbol of Peace.
A massive man with golden blonde hair shaped oddly like a bunny and many muscles.
"Sorry about that." Said All Might as he got closer to Izuku.
And that was when both of them felt it. The tug in their mind.
"Dipper?" asked All Might.
"Ford?" asked Izuku.
Both of them nodded.
And then Izuku groaned very loudly.
"What's wrong?" asked All Might.
"I connived myself you couldn't be you." Said Izuku.
All Might understood what he meant.
That he had convinced himself that he couldn't be Ford's reincarnation.
"really?" asked All Might, "But we sent that message many times."
Izuku was confused and then groaned again.
"Endeavor is Stan!" he said.
Endeavor was the number 2 hero of Japan. After they had met up for the first time the two hit it off and if they had to team up they were often in sync with each other. The two sometimes joked that "Maybe we were bothers in a past life."
"You were brothers in a past life." Groaned Izuku.
"I have to…" said All Might motioning to the mess of the knocked out Sludge Villain.
'Yeah just let me have my crisis…" groaned Izuku.
All Might chuckled as he cleaned up the sludge villain, drinking some bottles of soda he had on him and stuffing the villain into them containing them.
Thankfully when he done it was time to talk.
"So you had to have found someone." Said All Might.
"Yeah… it's a long and annoying story." Sighed Izuku.
"Robbie?" asked All Might.
"Worse… Robbie in denial." Said Izuku.
All Might nodded.
That was when he looked paranoid.
"I was planning to show you either way." Said All Might, "But I need you to keep this a secret."
Izuku nodded.
That was when there was a blast of steam emanated from his body.
And suddenly he deflated.
He was no longer musclebound, but very skinny, he was practically a living skeleton. Also his hair was no longer gelled and nice but rather messy.
"What happened?" asked Izuku.
He lifted his shirt revealed a terrible scar.
"It a fight five years ago… one that public don't know about." He explained.
"Yeah… Toxic Chainsaw wouldn't do that." Said Izuku.
All might smile.
"Toshinori age." He said.
He was confused but then realized that his name.
"Izuku Midoriya." He said.
They began to walk to the police station together and talked about each lives.
Tuned Endeavor wasn't the first revaccination Toshinori had met.
"All Might" was well known for his partner David Shield who he met in college in America.
As it turned out it was something akin to fate that the two college buddies would be reunited in college.
Izuku wasn't surprised knowing what he knew now.
Of course Izuku had to explain about Katsuki and his denial.
"Oh… that's a…" said Toshinori.
"Yeah… I was hoping to find Wendy eventually.:" sighed Izuku, "She might be able to permanently snap him out of denial."
Toshinori read between the lines. Which was smack some sense into him.
"It wouldn't be so bad if didn't have a "perfect quirk" getting sucked into it while I'm Quirkless." Said Izuku.
That was when Toshinori flinched as if reacting to a loud noise.
"Are you okay?" asked Izuku.
"I'm fine." Said Toshinori, "Just something I deal with…"
Izuku nodded.
Of course he knew none of them would have problems with being Quirkless due to the whole past life thing.
"Oh IO should tell you about who knows about the reincarnation so far." Said Toshinori changing the subject.
Four people had found out outside the three who were currently alive. The first two were Rei and Touya. Enji's (aka Endeavor's) wife and oldest child. He actually had four children but only his oldest knew about the whole reincarnation thing.
"Why only his oldest?" asked Izuku.
"it's a long story and I shouldn't be the one to tell you." Said Toshinori.
Yeah it was better that he didn't tell Izuku what Enji was like before he regained his memories of being Stan.
The memories of Enji an hour after their meeting crying "I screwed up so badly!" would be something that would haunt him a long time.
He also explained David did tell his wife but she passed away years before. He had yet to tell his daughter though.
"It's because he's unsure how to tell her that he was the "Hill Billy Mad Scientist President who saved the world"." Said Izuku.
"Exactly." Said Toshinori.
The other two on the other hand.
One of them was a mentor figure of his from when he was a kid, and older hero by the name of Gran Torino.
Toshinori cringed as they didn't want to explain at the moment.
To the final one…
"Wait Nezu knows?" asked Izuku.
"And I didn't even tell him." Said Toshinori.
"how does he know?" asked Izuku.
"HE just does. I tried some methods to see if Bill was behind it, but he wasn't he just knows about it." Said Toshinori.
Izuku wasn't sure how to respond to that.
"By the way I was wondering if you want to be a hero?" asked Toshinori.
"I do." He said with a bright grin, "before I regained my memories I always looked up to you! I lawyers wanted to save people with a smile the way you do…"
Toshinori smiled at this.
"So you're still my fan." He said.
"Yeah…" said Izuku blushing.
He then flinched once again.
"Is your health really that bad?" asked Izuku.
"no it's something that happened before the incident." said Toshinori.
Izuku nodded.
"are you trying into UA?" asked Toshinori.
"I am… so is Katsuki to be honest." Said Izuku.
Toshinori nodded.
"Then I'll help train you and I know Enji will want to as well." Said Toshinori.
Izuku smiled and nodded.
They counited to talk about other things on the way to the police station. With Izuku unaware of the voices telling Toshinori that he needed to be the one pass it on.
And especially the fact that Toshinori himself was haunted by the ghosts of 7 people… in a rather bizarre way…
Next Time: Izuku learns a lot... the biggest thing is that not only does Toshinori have a quirk that can be passed on but it's also haunted by the 7 holders before him. Also he meets his spiritual extended family in the form the Todoroki's as well as talks to David and his daughter virtually. What else will happen? Find out next time!
A/N: Yep! This going to be a happy well-adjusted Todoroki family story too! I'm saying that here because I can't tag the story like at AO3.
Also it's going to take a few chapters for the five reman in reincarnations. Okay I will say 2 things… Ochaco is not Mabel's reincarnation (but it will be brought up they look alike) and that five remaining are first year hero students! Some of them are going to pretty obvious not all… hope you can guess right!
