Percy Jackson and The Romans
Chapter 1: The Arrival
Percy remembers nothing other than his name in this, not even Annabeth.
Percy was starting to get annoyed that the snake haired ladies had been chasing him for three days! He was exhausted, and they should have died many times. Nothing killed them, not bowling balls, not running over them with a car, nothing. He had been running for what felt like forever after he was taught by lupa for a full month she sent him on her final task to get to the roman camp Camp Jupiter. She told him he would know where to go. It felt like he had his own internal compass pointing to the camp he was only half a mile away from the camp. Percy hated this whole situation. He was told that he was the son of some old Roman god named Neptune but he was too busy to think about that. The snake ladies kept trying to kill him, but everytime they attacked him their weapons glanced off his skin and they would always comment about his iron skin and how they would find his achilles spot.
Little time skip he finds Juno
It took him a second to register what she was saying but he thought he might as well take her to the camp. It was the right thing to do even if maybe got him killed he had to try. As he was getting closer to the entrance to the camp he saw kids in armor. He was too busy and tired to look at them. As he passes them one of them a larger dude yelped in surprise as he saw the Gorgons he pulled out his bow and shot at them as the other guard brought him into the camp about ten seconds later the bug dude starts running after them saying he couldn't stop them and the Gorgons would be here soon. The girl guard looked at him and said okay we have to get you two across the river and she beckoned at the bigger dude and percy to follow her they started across the river, but percy was hesitant and the old women looked at him and said this is enemy territory for you but if you want to save this world then you must but i will warn you your iron skin will be gone percy looked at her shocked for a second but decided it was his best option to go across the river. As soon as he stepped in he started steaming it didn't hurt but when he looked down he realized how red his skin was and on top of that the old lady was getting heavier with each step. Once he got to the bank of the river he set her down and that's when he heard a scream when he looked up he saw the bigger guard being hoisted away by the Gorgons he was screaming as their talons dug into his arms. Other campers who all looked like kids were coming from the camp some in armor some with weapons but all of them looked tense the archers had their bows and arrows at the ready but none of them could get a clear shot and then for some unknown reason to him he turned and looked at the kid he felt his gut clench and he reached his hands up and the water moved how he commanded hit he squished the Gorgons and the guard dropped into the water before Percy got to him he watched as the guard grabbed two vials from where the monsters had been destroyed he didn't think anything of it as he helped the guard up and out of the water. Onec the bigger kid got out of the water the old lady he helped get their grew 3 times her size her clothes transformed from an old hippie to what looked like a goatskin cloak everyone else bowed but seeing as Percy had just gotten her across the river he felt like he didn't need to. Once she had fully transformed she said Camp Jupiter please welcome your newest recruit Perseus Jackson son of Neptune. On the river bank one of the girls said Percy… Jackson she sounded like she knew his name. He was hoping to see a familiar face when he looked he saw a girl who was obviously the leader but what surprised him the most was how beautiful she was. She had dark piercing eyes, long black hair and she looked at him in astonishment.
