Hello and welcome to the next chapter of Demon Tamers. The gang will be starting their hunt in the demon fill city of red grave with Nero crew. Let see how they do. So let get right to it. Recap
Last time on Demon Tamers: The Tamers were relaxing in Sharilton in the aftermath of the Negamon disaster as a rift in the dimension appears. The Tamers were pull in as Marcus, Oscar, Argo, Solene, Matt, Rina, Kyle and Tanner appear in the city of Red grave. There they meet Pax Travos a dimensional guide. He told them that their old foe Matadormon was in the city helping a demon name Urizen to grow a demonic tree call the Qliphoth. They were told to assist the devils hunters Nero and V to defeat this threat. They met Nero as they travel through town to meet up with V at the church. Once there they encounter s giant demon. Once they defeat it V arrive telling them they need to take out the Qliphoth root before they can get to the tree itself.

Flying Tamers
Oscar Pov: To think we could get caught up in another mess like this. Barely a month since the Negamon thing and we have to help save another world. We were taking it easy in Sharilton until we got pull into a portal to another world. There we met this Pax guy who told us that Matadormon is helping this Urizen demon to get some all powerful fruit. Knowing what Keisuke told us about him, Matadormon is planning to betray Urizen to take the fruit for himself. We agree to help as we team up with a devil hunter Nero, his partner Nico and V. Right now were in Nico van as we plan out our next move. "So what the plan to chop down that crazy weed?" Argo ask as my girlfriend sat in my lap. "There are four root like towers scatter around, they help transfer the human blood that is being collected to the Qliphoth, it we cut them off." V said. "We cut off the flow of blood slowing down the collection to the fruit you mention." Matt said. "Correct, it why we should split up." V said. "... and cover more ground. Good idea." Nero said.
"In that case me Argo, Tanner and Matt will go with Nero." I said. 'And me Solene, Rina and Kyle and help V, good it fighting time." Marcus said as he punch his palm. "Behold my genius!. Cash first." Nico said as she came over holding a rad and black metal arm. We learn that Nico is able to use part of demon to make weapons. She turn part of that Goliath thing we fought into a new Devil bringer arm for Nero. Nero was about to take it as Nico stop him. "Cash first." She said. Nero roll his eyes. "All the materials I collect for your little pet projects don't count for anything?" He said. "My brilliant badass work is worth every dime, you know it." Nico said. "Yeah? Well your quality control sucks ass, and you know it." Nero said. "Or don't let the demons smack you around such much?" She said. "It look a lot like the arm my brother made for big sis Yang." Solene said. "I still can't believe he gave her a rocket fist of all things, I still remember when it end up decking Jaune in the face." Tanner said with a grin.
"I am truly gifted! It's a work of art!" Nico said. We heard a laugh as we look at V demonic bird Griffin as he sat on the fridge. "Oh, so you're an artist now, huh?" He ask clearing mocking her. Nico got in his beak. "Yes I am! Got any questions, little chicken? My grandmother was called the ".45 Caliber Virtuoso"... Legendary Gunsmith. I hope to be like her someday. An artist, and a lethal artisan. Everything I create is art, whether its a gun... or a steel pot... to cook birds in. Anymore questions, huh? ...Little chicken." She said making Griffin gulp. V soon got up. "It best we depart now, if we don't see you, we'll meet at the bottom of the Qliphoth." V said as he head out with Marcus group following him. "We should get moving too." I said. "Right follow me kids." Nero said as we exit the van. We set out as we walk through the city until we came to what look like a river. There was several down buildings in the area as we can see the root tower in the distance. "So any idea on how were going to get a cross?" Tanner ask.
"Doubt we should fly on the Digimon, Vorvomon ultimate level is the only form we got that could carry us." Matt said. "But it will make us a target, it would be prudent to travel low." Kudamon said. "Not to mention the building are not that far apart we should be able to jump across." I said. "What about Nero?" Herissmon ask. "I got it cover furball, Nico happens to put this in my arm." Nero said as he shot his metal out on a cable as it grab the edge of the building as he was pull to it. We jump after him to caught up. I notice something in the air. "Move!" I shout as we jump back to avoid a fire ball. We saw several black bat like demons above us. "What are those?" Pulsemon ask. "Pyro bats they are low level demons but annoying in groups." Nero said. "Then let take them out." Argo said. As the demons came at us. One dive as me as I ready my cane and swung smacking it into another. "Lighting quills!" Herissmon shout as he shot his quills to take out a few of them.
Arrow swung he whip to strike one as she then grab it to slam it into the ground. "Holy shoot!" Kudamon shout as he shot a ball of light that explodes on several of them. Matt was dodging the bats as he cut them down with his sword. Vorvomon was able to land on one that dive at him as he pin it to the ground. He then bit it head off. Tanner dodge a fire ball as he use his shotgun to blast it to bloody bits. "Elec rush!" Pulsemon shout as he tackle into a pyro bat and electrocute it. Nero was rapidly shooting them down as he launch his grapple hand to grab the last one to pull it to him as he cut it in half. "You were right about them being annoying." Tanner said. "Yeah most demon are like that." he said as he look at the root tower. "It best we take the closer one out first." He said. "Yeah, one we take them out thenwe can head to the main tree." I said. "Then let get moving already." Argo said as we continue to move across the buildings as we move we saw a bridge coming down as the others were runnig across it to escape.
"Look like they are having fun." Tanner said with a joke. "Doubt that Tanner, be lucky we didn't get caught in that." I said. "Kyrie... I wonder what she's up to..." Nero said. "Who Kyrie your girlfriend?" Argo ask with her normal smirk. "Pretty much." He said. 'So she a devil hunter too?" I ask. He shook his head. "No and thank goodness for that, I want her as far from this kind of work as possible. It the last thing she needs to get involve in after what happen." He said. "What you mean?" Pulsemon ask. "Well me and Kyrie along with her older brother Creedo grew up together. We were part of the order of the sword on Fortuna. It was a church that worship the devil Sparta who happens to be Dante dad believe it or not." Nero said. "For real, so your friend is part demon then?" I ask. "Yeah so am I, any way the order was creating demon and plan to use me as a core to power their so call savior even going as far to kidnaping Kyrie to do it. During the time Dante came to put a stop to it and Creedo was killed." He said sadly.
"After it was over we left Fortuna and met Nico and I been hunting ever since. Dante who take me on jobs at time and life was good and Kyrie was safe. Then this mess started." He said. "Heavy man, glad every thing work out for you." Tanner said. 'Yeah, now if were done talking about my past we got work to do." Nero said as we kept going. We found our way into a tunnel as it look to be block by large roots. "Great now the stupid tree is in the way." Argo said. "What that?" Herissmon said as we spot a large red growth on the roots. "Look like a blood croth." I said. "Well we need to do something about these roots." Matt said as a gun shot rang out as the croth explodes. We look at Tanner with his gun out. "What?" He ask. We saw the root was dying as it turn into dust opening the path. "Nice work." Nero said as we went into a room. We saw another croth as a few Caina and Antenora appears. "Great more trouble huh?" Argo said. "Better take care of them." I said. I ran at a caina as it try to swing it scythe at me as I duck under it and jab my cane into it chin to knock it down.
"Lighting dive!" Herissmon shout as he roll into a electric ball and slams into another demon. Argo shot an ice dust arrow into one as it was frozen solid. "Twirling tackle!" Kudamon shout as he spun and shatter the frozen demon to pieces. Matt went up against the Antenora as the brute swung his cleaver at him, Matt sword was heated as he cut the weapon in hale and then slice the demon at the waist to killed it. "Peiti flame!' Vorvomon shout as he shot a fire ball at a cania to torch it. Tanner use his back trace to avoid a strike from one as he smash his bat against it head. "Peiti thunder!" Pulsemon shout as he shot a few thunger bolts shocking the demons. Nero was parrying one with his sword as he then thrust it into the demon chest and swung upwards to finish it. He then use his gun to shoot the blood croth and took out the roots. "Let keep moving." he said as we went through the hole in the wall to find a set of stairs. We head up them to enter a library of all places.
We look around to see a painting of a black cloak figure with greyish arms and a white mask holding a giant pair of scissors. "Talk about creepy." Tanner said. But then the painting seem to swirl as the figure jump out of it and try to run us through with it scissors. We move in time to avoid it as it circle back to get above us. "What the fuck." Matt curse. 'A death scissor great." Nero said. "Well boys if you don't mind I'll take this one." Argo said as she pass me her cloak. "You sure?" I ask. She kiss my cheek. "Relax Oscy I got this." She said as she step up to face the demon. "Oi masky come an get me!" She shout as she got ready.

The demon gave out a cry as it accepted Argo challenge and flew at her. Argo move to dodges it scissors as she crack her whip to hit the demon in the side. The death scissors open it weapon trying to cut Argo in too as the girl use her whip to grab the beam above her to move onto of a book case. She ran along it to shoot lighting dust Arrows at the demon making it cry out. It started to spin like a drill in hope of hitting Argo. Argo jump around tot dodge it assault as it move all over the room. Argo lure the demon to clash into the painting it came from as it scissors were stuck in the wall. Argo grin as she flick her wrist as 3 long blade like claws extended out of her groves. She rush at the demon as it look at her in time for Argo claws to stab through it head. It cry out as it dissolves into nothing. "Holy shit bro your girlfriend just got more bad ass." Tanner said surprise as were the rest of us. "Argo since when did you have those?" I ask as she retracted the claws. 'These were the weapons I use back in SAO, I thought it would be good to start using them again." She said.
"Either way their definite help us out, come on we should be near the tower." Nero said as we kept going. We came to a hallway as we heard some kind of screams as something shot pass the windows shattering them. "What the hell was that?" Vorvomon ask. 'What ever it is it was trouble." I said as we kept going we soon came to a large open room. "It appears to be a dead end." Kudamon said as pinks beams hit the ground in front of us. We look as something was floating down. It was a grey skin woman like demon, she have 8 fin like wings as her lower body was a fish tail. The top of her head look like a pair of hands that open up as she gave a screams. "Humans I am Artemis, you will die here!" She screams. "Just getting right to the good point, huh?" Nero ask. "Let stud this bitch up." Tanner said. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" We shout.

Tamers vs Artemis
Nero charges at the demon as she shot pink lasers at him. He was able to dodge her as he land a few slashes to her chest. She flew away as she got high to shoot at us as we scatter. I use the wall to rebound to get close and strike her in the back with my cane as she try to swung at me. "Lighting stinger!" Filmon shout as he stabs her in the side making her cry out. Artemis then spun like missiles at us. "Rolling tackle!" Reppamon shout as he spun into her to stop her charge. Argo them hit her with some fire dust to burn her. Artemis swung her wings to shoot mores laser as Nero threw a book case to block them. He then quickly shot at her in the wings to make her lower to the ground. Matt use this to get to her and he was able to cut off 3 of her wings. She was a still able to fly as she try to strike at him. "Mighty flame!" Lavorvomon shout as he shot a fire blast into her back to distract her. Tanner some how got the drop on Artemis as he smash his bat against her head knocking a tooth out.
Bulkmon grab the demon by her tail to slam her into the ground. "Electrical fist!" He shout as he punches her in the chest with a lighting charge fist. Nero jump over the lighting Digimon as he stabs his sword into her head and twirl flinging the demon into the ground. Once Artemis recover she screams as she went at the devil hunter. Nero land a slash on her chest cutting her. That when I notice something. "Their a person in there!" I shout. We saw the figure of some one in Artemis. Nero quick stab the demon dragging his sword down making an opening as the woman fell out as he caught her. Artemis soon dissolves leaving a pink orb on the ground. We gather around Nero to look at the woman he was holding. She has short black hair as she was naked with blue slime covering her. Argo force me to turn away. 'Eyes on me only farm boy." She said as I nods. Nico soon came walking in. "Dante's friend..." Nero said. 'It lady." Nico said. "You guys know her?" Matt ask. "From my gun smith days, I made her signature rocket launcher." She said.
She gave Nero a look. ": I can't believe you'd do this to Kyrie, I'm gonna have to tell her, man..." She said as she pick up the orb that demon drop. "Really?" I ask. "Oh I'm just missing with him kid." She said as she head for her van. Nero sigh. "Kyrie would kill me right now..." He said. "We should keep moving." Matt said as we follow Nico. I hope the others are doing ok.
