hello and welcome to the next chapter of Demon Tamers. Today the gang is finally going to head to the Qliphoth to face Urizen. So let get right to the action. Recap

Last time on Demon: Marcus group ran into some trouble when the giant demon Gilgamesh attacks and send them into the underground of the city. They travel the tunnels in hopes of reaching the surface. Along the way they face a empusa queen that Rina and Veemon were able to take down. They reach the surface to see a pair of demons Malphas and a elder greyon knight. They were talking about the demon sword Sparda that could be use to help the gang defeat Urizen. The confronted the knight and kill his mount as the knight escapes. The gang decided to return to the others. Mean while Oscar group return to the4 van to let Lady rest as they were met with the devil hunters Lucia, Bayonetta and Patty. They came to help the gang and to learn the fate of Dante. But then Gilgamesh appears to cause trouble. They face off with the giant demon and took it down. Soon Lady woke up as it was time to figure out what happen a month ago.

Chapter 5

United front

Oscar Pov: Things certainly got hecked for us, we spilt up to take out the root towers to cut off some of thee Qliphoth blood supply and found one of the missing Devil hunters Lady. What more Nero friends, Patty, Lucia and Bayonetta came to help us out. Most of all when we got attack by a giant demon of all things. Now Nico told us that Lady was awake. Let hope she can tell us what going on. We were in Nico van as Lady sat up with a blanket covering herself. She look tire. "How you feeling Lady" Patty ask. "Like total shit kiddo, If Dante saw you here he would throw a fit. Heck I'm not too trill about it either." Lady said. "Sorry, I was just so worry about you guys." Patty said sadly. "Can't really blame the girl Lady, you have been gone for a while from what we heard." Bayonetta said. "So what happen to the others, did they end up like you?" Nero ask. "Trish... she... she was captured. I remember that. But I don't know what happened to Dante. But knowing his luck I have faith he alright." Lady said with a smile. "Agree Dante is more then capable to handle himself." Lucia said.

"As for your friend Trish chances are she was place into a demon like you to be Urizen lackey, when you got caught did you see anyone else there?" Argo ask. "A matter a fact we did, this strange clown looking demon was watching the whole time." Lady said. "Sound like Matadormon alright, bastard love watching people suffer." Tanner said annoy. We heard the door open as we saw the others come in. "Hey guys how it goes?" I ask. "Alright, we took out the tower and took down some demon. What about you guys?" Marcus ask. "We found one of devil hunters who went missing and we gotten back up." Vorvomon said. "You can't travel through here in a car." V said. 'Yeah the roads are trash to hel." Matt said. "We're just waitin' for you. There's only one way up that tree. Hang on, I'll get ready." Nero said as he check his gear. V look to Lady. "I'm glad to see you look so well." He said. "Yeah you too I guess." She said. V held out a piece of a horn to Nico. "I found these. If they are of any use to you, they're yours." He said as she eagerly took it.

"Wow! I can make something truly amazing out of this." Nico said as she got right to work. "Nero, can we trust him and these kids?" Lady ask. "V? Your guess is as good as mine. He might be useful though. The Tamers they are an interesting bunch, they show that can handle themselves in a fight. Enough talking you should get some rest." He said. "So what the plan?" Kyle ask. "We will take the subway, it spilt into tow path that will meet up at the Qliphoth base." V said. "Then let stay in the groups we use before to get there." I said. "I'll join up with little Nero, I'm curious to see how much you improve." Bayonetta said with a smirk. "An I will accompany with the other then." Lucia said. "Let get going." Nero said as we head out. We head for the subway tunnel as we head down. From there we spilt up to make out way. As we walk I notice that Bayonetta was staring at watching us closely. "It rude to stare lady." Argo said speaking up. "Pardon me, it just those creatures of yours are they Digimon by any chance?" She ask curiously. This surprises since we hadn't explain it to her yet.

"You know about Digimon how?" I ask. "I met one of you Tamers before in smash." She said. "Smash?" Nero ask. "It a inter dimensional fighting tournament I been attending for the 2 years it quite fun. Fighters from various world would face off against each other to prove their skills. One of them was a young man a swordsman with a red lizard like creature who could changes forms. He even have that little gizmo you lot carry." She said as she gestures to our D-arcs. "Wait that sound like Takato and Guilmon." Matt said. "Your shitting me Takbou is taking part in a secret tournament oh he have some major explaining when we get back." Argo said. "Hold up guys we got company." Nero said as we stop. Something drop onto a nearby wreck train, it was a large black lizard man with a tail on it back. "Another demon?" I ask. "In deed a riot, oh and he have friends." Bayonetta said as several more riots appears. "Great, well at least I can get a new purse out of them." Argo said with a grin. "Let just take them out." Tanner said.

A riot roar as it came at us, I made a barrier in time to block it. "Needle point dive!" Herissmon shout as he curl into a ball to tackle into the demon. Argo was dodging one as she stab her claws into it chest to tear a chunk out of it. "Twirling tackle!" Kudamon shout as he spun into one to push it back. Matt aim his shot gun as he fire a super heated shot through a few of them. "Peiti fire!" Vorvomon shout as he shot a fire ball to burn one face. "Come get some ugly!" Tanner shout as he hit one with his bat in the face follow with another to the chest as he then shot a hole through it. "Elec rush!" Pulsemon shout as he cover himself in lighting and slam head first into a riot. Nero rev up his sword as he stabs it into a riot gut sand swung upwards to slice it in half. Bayonetta does a front flip onto a riot head to force it to the ground and pin it with her boot. "Honestly I was hoping for something more interesting." She said as she fire her boot gun to blow it head off.

"Ok Should we feel like were going to need an adult?" I said worry. "I am an adult." Bayonetta said with a grin that make us uneasy. "Hand off my farm boy." Argo said as she pull me close. "Ok enough come on we should hurry to catch with the others." Matt said as we continue on. Marcus Pov: After spitting up again we head into the tunnels with V and Lucia in hopes of reaching that tree base. As we walk Solene walk up to Lucia. "So how do you know mister Nero and Mister V?" She ask. "Nero I met a few months ago when I need Dante help with a job V well I believe this is the first time we met." Lucia said as she look at the mysterious man. "True, but I heard about the matter in Vie de marli." V said. "Where that?" Kyle ask. "A small island near south America, I an the island guardian against demons. Years ago a man name Arius try to take the power of a demon name Argosax, he needed four relics to do so." Lucia said. "Doesn't that sound familiar." Veemon said.

"Anyway, I learn I was created by Arius and had to died to end his evil, lucky Dante convince me I wasn't evil. We defeat him as Dante went to the demon world to fight Argosax while I deal with a transforms Arius. Once3 it was all done I became a devil hunter and the rest is history." She said. "Dante sound like an interesting person." Coronamon said. "Too bad he probably plant food by now." Agumon said. "No I believe Dante is alive, we just need to find him." Lucia said. "Well we will learn once we get to the Qliphoth." V said as he soon stop. "What up V?" Rina ask. "We appear to have company." He said. We heard something as several lizardmen drop around us. "Riots huh please give us a challenge." griffin said. "Let us dispatch of them." Lucia said. "Don't have to tell me twice!" I shout as I slam my fist into one of the demons to knock it back. "Pepper breath!" Agumon shout as he hit one of them with a fire ball. Rina grab one by the tail as she swung it around to take out a couple more.

"Vee head butt!" Veemon shout as he head but a demon head on. Kyle move out of the way to avoid a riot jump at him as he stabs his sword into it back. "Diamond shell!" Armadillomon shout as he curl into a ball to tackle a demon. Solene shot out a blast of blue flames at them. "Corona knuckle!" Coronamon shout as he punch one with a burning fist. V send out Griffin to shoot lighting bolts at the demons as V then jabs his cane to finish them. Lucia use her throwing daggers to take out two of them as she quickly slice the last one in half. She flick her blade to get the blood off as she look at us. "Well done children your quite skill." She said. "You haven't seen any thing yet." I said. "Let us be off, we should be able to reach the sufarce soon." V said as we kept going. We soon head up some stairs to reach the surface. There we met up with the others. "Hey guys nice of you to boy us." Argo said with her normal grin. "Any trouble?" Kyle ask. "A few demon but we handle it." Matt said.

"We should be near the base, we just need to get through that." V said as we saw what look like a theater in front of us. We walk into it as a grey metal knight like demon drop in front of us. He had a cape and held a large great sword similar to Drake's. On his head was a pair of horns. Dropping down around him were several smellers knights with broads swords and shields. "Who are these dorks?" Rina ask. "Proto Angello, the smaller ones are sculo angello, they are simple soldiers while Proto is a captain." Bayonetta said. "Either way they are in the way." I said as the ground shook as the theater was sliding down hill. "Ah shit." Oscar said worry. "Let hurry up and take them out." I said as I punch at the proto as it block me with its sword to get my DNA charge. "DNA charge/Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" We shout.

Geogreymon charges at the knights as he cause them to scatter. He then whip his tail to knock two of them away. Oscar move to slam his cane into head knocking it into the air. "Lighting stinger!" Filmon shout as he jump and slam the demon into the ground. Agro use her claws to block a Sculo blade as she whip her leg to trip it feet and then stab it in the chest. "Razor wind!' Reppamon shout as he took a couple out with some air blades. Rina went to take on the Proto angelo. The lead knight was trying to swing at her as Rina was literally dancing around him. She grin as she jump and land an ax kick onto his head. "Hammer punch!' Veedramon shout as he slams his fist into the knight to send him flying off of the platform. I swear this girl is scary at times. Matt sword heat up as he was able to cut through one shield and slice him down the middle. "Mighty flame!" Lavorvomon shout as he turn one into molten metal. "Fira dive!" Firamon shout as he dive at a few blasting them back. Kyle use his sword to hold 3 of them back as he was able to knock them back as Ankylomon steps on them.

Tanner as able to disarm one od his shield as he shot his head off. "Electric dread!" Bulkmon shout as he unleash a wave of lighting onto them. Nero change his arm to a yellowish spiral like arm as he shot forward like a rocket to impale a few with his sword. V had Shadow turn into a long spike to stab a few of them. Lucia cross her swords to block one as kick in his chest and then cut him down. Bayonetta pull out a pair of sick looking claws one coated in fire an another in winds as she swung them sending the burning winds to finish off the rest of them. The platform contain to slide as we jump off in time to avoid falling into a pit. We saw we were in front the ruins of a large house with a play ground in front of it. "Look like we make it." Tanner said. "Took us long enough to get here. What, tired already?" Nero said to V as the man look oddly at the house. "You ok V?" I ask. "I've just remembered something... this town was attacked once before." He said. "How so?" Lucia ask.

"I was here... I can still see it. In fact, I was playing right here. That was the house." V said as he gesture at the ruin house. "This is where we part ways you all go on ahead." He said. "You're gonna miss all the fun." Nero said. "Why aren't you coming with?" Coronamon ask. "I must seek the devil sword Sparda." V said. "The sword use by Dante old man well isn't that interesting." Bayonetta said with a smirk. "What? Yeah, I don't think that's such a good idea, trust me." Nero said. "You're not the only one who thinks so. But to win this fight, we're going to need all the help we can get." V said. "If you think this sword can help us then were coming with you." I said as my group step up. "That right that bird lady was after it." Rina said. "I'll help as well, can't let a powerful weapon fall into the wrong hands." Lucia said. "Then the rest of us will head into the Qliphoth to deal with Urizen." Oscar said. "Good luck every one." Kyle said as we went our separate ways. Let hope everything goes well.
