Hello. It's an alternative version of Game of Thrones where Sansa and Joffrey have sexual relations, maybe some affection. The story is bloody and brutal, Stockholm syndrome, rape, mental and physical torment. Be careful what you read. A lot of changes in the plot. Sorry for my English, I am from Russia. I hope you will like it. A few comments: Joffrey is not as stupid as in the canon, he is a bit like Octavian from "Rome", a young and intelligent sociopath. Sansa is a slightly more psychologically complex character. Sansa is 16 and Joffrey is 18. About me: I am intrigued by the psychology of evil people, which is why I decided to write this. In everyday life I am very kind. Enjoy ;)

Sansa.

Sansa was stunned by what had happened. Joffrey promised to spare her father's life. She knew she couldn't turn around as the executioner cut off his head. She still couldn't believe it all. Her prince turned out to be a monster. When she fell asleep at night, she hoped that when she woke up, everything that happened would turn out to be untrue. Unfortunately, this did not happen. After Joffrey showed her the severed head on the walls, it got even worse. She always ran away from looking at dead bodies, she was too sensitive to look at them. This time she had to look at her own father's corpse, which was even more dramatic. She felt like a nobody, but at the same time she wanted revenge. She knew there was little chance that her brother Robb would save her, take her home, and kill the king. She still couldn't believe it, he loved her. She loved him too... still, unfortunately. She felt she still wanted him as she looked at him in the throne room. He had beautiful big green eyes and was very handsome. But that wasn't the point, there was something attractive about him... something that was cold and hot at the same time. She didn't know what it could be, there was something devilish about it that made you want to give in to it. The boys she met at Winterfell were polite, good and warm, perfect candidates for husbands: tender and caring. There was a kind of danger and adrenaline about the king. She knew he could profess his love for her one day and want to cut her throat the next.

"It's disgusting, how can I do this?" she thought.

She had to forget about him, now he is an enemy of the crown and a hostage who could be killed at any moment.

"I have to keep my honor. I have to hate him," she said to herself.

She was still lying on the bed, not dressed. She hasn't eaten or drank anything since yesterday. She slept all day, tired of pain and despair. She dreamed of Winterfell, her father was alive again, the whole family was walking in the garden. For a moment it seemed to her that it was real and not a dream. She felt safe and loved, she could smell home.

"I managed to come back, Father, you are alive," she muttered in her sleep.

She felt that Eddard was real, she felt the warmth of his body, she snuggled into his embrace.

She loved him more than anything in the world, and he loved her. She will never meet such a good man in her life again.

"I have to leave now, but we will meet again, remember that I love you," he whispered quietly and kissed her on the forehead.

"Dad, please don't..."

Suddenly someone touched her on the forehead. She woke up and Queen Cersei was standing next to her.

Sansa felt disappointed, it was all just an illusion.

Her father was dead and she was a hostage.

Cersei looked at her with a serious face.

"You have to eat Sansa, you won't die here because of this. I'm sorry." She said sarcastically.

The maids immediately brought plates of food. There was fruit and cookies.

Sansa casually ate a piece of cake. Cersei looked at her tearful eyes and disheveled hair.

"You look terrible, girl, take a bath and get dressed."

Cersei immediately ordered the servants to fill the bathtub with water and comb the girl's hair. "You're no longer a northern savage," she said rudely. -It's time to deal with reality. My son's fiancée can't lie in bed all day neglected. They are expecting you in the throne room. The queen lost her patience. She was always nice to Sansa, but today something really upset her. It probably wasn't just about Lady Stark's hair... Sansa had a feeling it had something to do with Joffrey. It had long been obvious that Cersei had no control over him. This really move her out of balance. She was a strong woman who liked to be in control. Joffrey made everything difficult. He wanted to be completely independent from his mother. -Yes, Your Grace. Please forgive this mess, Sansa said quietly.

"You can't be a little bird afraid to fly anymore," Cersei said as the maids combed Sansa's hair.

-You'll be queen soon. The world is a fight for survival, you have to fight against various adversities. A queen must be brave as well as beautiful. Otherwise, she or her husband will soon be dead.

"I wish this, I wish I were dead and Joffrey was dead too. Please let it happen," she thought.

Sansa had a gloomy expression on her face, she looked resignedly at the floor and pretended to smile.

"You don't have to pretend," said the queen

-I won't pretend either, my son will make you suffer. But it's better than death. You'll get used to it.

-I understand, Your Grace... Sansa replied politely. She didn't want to discuss anything with Cersei. She was afraid of this woman. After Joffrey told her outright that his mother thought she was an idiot, she stopped trusting her. She knew that Cersei was jealous of her and treated her as instrumentally as Joffrey. The Queen left the room. Sansa ate the last remnants of the cake, the maids styled her hair and did her makeup delicately, she knew that Joffrey wanted her to look beautiful.

Together with her entourage of servants, she went to the throne room

She wore a long purple dress and had layers of powder on her face to cover the bruises Joffrey had given her after she refused to look at her father's head. However, it was impossible to cover them completely. She looked sadly at the king who sat on the throne. Unfortunately, he noticed her immediately and gave her a cold and indifferent look. Sansa no longer saw the hatred in him. There was nothing there. It was terrifying. She wondered if she meant anything to him, if he cared even a little about her life, or if today he would throw her to the dogs after his executioner beheaded her. It was naive, but she still wanted to have her prince who would protect her and not let anyone hurt her. Now she had no one. For as long as she could remember, someone had always protected her. Father, mother, brothers, now only he is left... But who will protect her from him. Sansa looked at Joffrey with tears in her eyes. He seemed to notice them, this time his face changed a bit, it showed interest.

"He's thinking about me," she thought

Suddenly, Joffrey stood up from the iron throne and said in a firm voice

-My mother and the king's advisors agree that the greatest threat to us is Stannis, who, together with Uncle Renly wants to take my throne. The traitor claims it by lying and calling me a bastard, while he himself wants to steal my inheritance.

"He's a traitor, a traitor," said the crowd.

Joffrey seemed to be speaking directly to his people.

-I'll tell you why I'm here. As the son of the late King Robert Baratheon, I took over the duties, it wasn't easy, we have a lot of things to do. I was hoping that Uncle Stannis would be helpful and that together with him we could improve the operation of the small council. Unfortunately, he decided to betray himself. Now he is marching to the city, you are exposed to death, rape and hunger. This is his desire. His army is already gathering. Stannis will not enter the city calmly, he will destroy everything. He will take them by storm

"Your Grace," Grand Maester Pycelle said. The people know that you are a good king, and they also know that Stannis is a traitor.

The Dornes, Vanitovs and many wealthy families will send their troops to defend the capital - Littlefinger turned to the king. "Excellent," Joffrey said at the top of his voice. -Whoever defends the capital will be richly rewarded, no merit will be omitted. "So Joffrey is playing a hero," Sansa thought. "He never was and never will be" At this point, Joffrey stared at Sansa for a long moment. His gaze was a bit aggressive. „It scared me It's like he took my thoughts." Terrified, Sansa turned her head and looked at the ground again. She felt a specific pain in her stomach. She had no idea whether it was caused by stress or irregular eating. She felt terrible again and wanted to vomit. one of the maids noticed this „Calm down, Lady. Just a moment, the meeting will soon be over and you will return to your chambers". Sansa saw Cersei give her a reprimanding look." -She probably thinks I can't behave like a queen again"- Sansa thought. The crowd cheered and seemed to praise Joffrey's bold declarations about how he would save the capital and what he intended to do to the enemy. In fact, they were afraid of being with him. Nobody wanted war or murder. "People want peace," Sansa thought "First they'll get the traitor's blood," she heard Joffrey's voice in her own head.

Her stomach hurt more and more and her face started to turn red. She felt like her head was spinning. It was too much. Her father died a few weeks ago, and in a few weeks they would face a battle with Stannis. Sansa had heard that Stannis was an honorable man, but she feared that They might kill her due to the fact that she was Joffrey's fiancée. She was afraid of death, even though sometimes she honors orders to die. She didn't want to die... she wanted to looked at downstairs, at the king who smiled at the courtiers who bought his fairy tale about chivalry. The maids looked at Sansa to check if she was okay. However, she had to remain serious and look dignified, she knew well that Cersei was looking at her and analyzing her every move. After all, she will be the future queen. "The monster's wife," said a demonic voice in her mind. Sansa was terrified by what she heard, she immediately knew it was some kind of auditory illusion. But that voice was terrible. Then it continued to repeat himself in her head "The monster's wife, the monster's wife" it repeated like a curse. "Unless I die," replied the outer voice "But you're afraid" "Sometimes you have no choice". As the courtiers were leaving the throne room and the king and his guard decided to leave, Sansa and her maids finally made their way to the chambers. Suddenly she heard a familiar voice "Sansa. Come here," Joffrey turned to her and looked at her twice. Servants of Sansa immediately kneel before the king. "Your Grace," Sansa said dignified. "I heard about what happened in your bedroom, Mistress," Joffrey commented

Yes, your grace..." Sansa looked up, waiting for Joffrey's unpleasant comment. "Was that not enough for you?" he asked sarcastically. "What is it?" Sansa stepped back a few steps. Joffrey looked carefully behind him to make sure no one was seeing them, and then quickly walked over to her. He grabbed her hand painfully. Sansa squealed. He held tight. "About your punishment," he said, looking at her with lust, but his green eyes also expressed great contempt and indifference. "No, Lord, I swear I won't do anything again," she said, trying to break free from his embrace. "I don't trust you," Joffrey grabbed her hand so that you could hear the bones moving. One of the maids closed her eyes in fear. The king held her tightly and looked straight into her eyes. "I don't have time to punish stupid girls. I didn't want you, but they still insist on our marriage" - the desire was visible in his eyes again. But this wasn't normal lust. It was diabolical, sadistic, terrifying "But you will be obedient enough when you become my wife." He grabbed her cheek and pulled her to look at him. "You're beautiful," he hissed in her ears. his voice became similar to the demonic whisper from a few minutes ago. Sansa's eyes showed concern. Joffry noticed this quickly. He held her cheek even tighter. "That's why I have to punish you differently than before - after all he acted like a monster, he tenderly kissed her on the forehead and then on the hand that he had just held tightly. Sansa was not surprised by this change of behavior, Queen Cersei was looking down on them. "The perfect fiancé," Sansa thought mockingly "Lady," Joffrey said, slightly removing his hand from hers. "I want you to come to my chamber this evening." he said directly.

Sansa clearly disagreed. "My king, you can't do that," he said, very scared, and looked into his eyes, pleading. "Don't tell me what's possible, girl" - he replied contemptuously, then he moved with his guards and they didn't turn around for a moment. Sansa stood still. She was shocked and terrified. –„Lady, you must obey his orders, said one of the handmaidens" "I'll do what his Grace says," Sansa said, barely able to keep from crying. She had a feeling that this time Joffrey would do something worse than show her father's head impaled on a stake. She has often a good intuition. She felt that he wanted to play with her, humiliate her, destroy her. "And then leave it like a doll," the demonic voice said again. Has she gone mad from the multitude of threats and consequences? But if only other things were as unreal as those voices in her head…

one hour later.

Sansa's maids washed the girl in the bathtub after she got her first period. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant event. The girl got her legs and clothes dirty. As you can see, the headache and dizziness were the precursors of this event. "Madam, nothing happened, you became a woman," said the fair-haired maid "Ah, if only Shae were here," Sansa thought "Shae would hide everything, no one would know." Unfortunately, Shae was thrown out of the castle after Cersei found out that she was the Imp's lover. Sansa hoped that Shae was alive and well, as Tyron Lannister had assured her many times. Cersei would be furious if she found out where the woman lives now. Apparently he has a rich house somewhere in Bravoos. "She's free," Sansa thought desperately. She couldn't hold back and started crying. The tears fell one by one and ran down her entire naked body. "Please don't cry, Lady," one of the maids took Sansa's hand "How can I not cry?" Sansa splashed water. "I will have to marry the king and bear him children. Until the day he kills me or throws me away like rubbish" - Sansa couldn't cope, she screamed so loudly that the guards behind the door probably heard her. The women sighed softly and dressed Sansa. They put on a long dress in a light pink color and white pearls around her neck. "You look beautiful, the queen will be pleased," said a maid named Helen. Sansa didn't like her. Helen was very responsible towards the Queen and told her everything she could. Because of this, Sansa couldn't trust her. This time it wasn't any better. Sansa gave the woman a blank look, who in turn decided to smile at her in a friendly manner. -The Queen is waiting in her chamber, she will talk to you. -I don't... Sansa realized there is no choice.

Ser Mandon And Ser Boros led Sanse before the queen. The Hound wouldn't be with them. Sansa wondered where the man could be. She felt sympathy for him because he often defended her against the attacks of the king or those who did her harm. Today, however, she betrayed herself. She was finished and sentenced to die while she was alive. assured that in a few hours she was to visit Joffrey, when he found out about it, he would do everything to marry her and impregnate her. This vision was terrible. She will be his prisoner for the rest of her life. Physical and mental. After the visit in the throne room, all of Sansa's desires turned into fear... "this man is a monster," Sansa cried on the way to queen's room .Queen greeted her at the door. "Poor Little Bird, why are you crying so much? You are already grown, so beautifull, you have become a woman" "A lot of blood scared me, I think it would be less," Sansa lied. Cersei's maids poured them wine and served them strawberry cakes. "We won't marry you off to Joffrey until the war with Stannis is over. For now, your brother has started a rebellion. First, there will be dealing with Baratheon and then. "I will participate in the war between my husband and my brother," Sansa said sadly, taking a sip of wine. Cersei laughed. -First we have to defeat Stannis, that won't be so easy. A lot of people got involved in helping. Maesters, rich families, magicians... "Mages," Sansa asked, surprised -Only fools deny the existence of supernatural powers. It's not about only wildfire, the mages read Stannis's plans, its use, Cersei commented on this -That's amazing, I'd like to find out how it works someday - Sansa said excitedly. Cersei greedily pours out a whole glass -There is also Renly, but probably not for long. Stannis has a priestess with him who helps him. She is a witch. He never was and is not stupid. -What if the city loses?- Sansa asked terrified -If it had been a different man than Stannis, I might have offered myself to him - Cersei laughed when she saw Sansa. -Sansa, don't be such a maid, you're already 16... -But not Stannis, he's an honorable man. That's why he'll stick our heads on stakes.

I will pray to the Gods for mercy," Sansa said kindly -You'd better finish your wine, my dear. There are still a few weeks before the Battle, let's enjoy today - she laughs ."Yes," Sansa admitted grimly -I saw you with Joffrey downstairs in the throne room, what did he want from you? - she asked curiously. -He was angry with the way I looked in my room for a few days - Sansa lied a little. Cersei turned away, completely uninterested in her words. She poured herself some wine and looked straight at a painting hanging on the wall. -Go ahead Sansa, make my son have fun -What'?- Sansa wondered "Nothing," she said quietly -Just don't think about the battle. Sansa left the room with a surprised look on her face, she was really shocked that Cersei was regularly not interested in whether Joffrey was doing to her. Even though her family had Kingslayer in captivity, Cersei clearly didn't care about Sansa's safety. After all, she will soon become Joffrey's wife, she should get used to it. Suddenly she remembered Shae's words: "You are only safe when you trust yourself." Sansa decided to trust her intuition and deeply believe that King Joffrey would not hurt her. It wasn't so simple.
