"Well, here we go again." Peter Parker was the one taking over for the narration. "We have been through a lot in the past few days. Alternate timelines, with a hint of terror, as well as evil Speedsters, and...well, we were in a thing called the FRAMEWORK, and...we lost one of our own. Stein was hit. Badly. He wasn't going to get out alive, and we couldn't do anything to save him from the outside. Jax separated using the serum to stay alive, and Stein died in the FRAMEWORK to give them the chance to escape. We saved the multiverse from Bill Cipher, but...things are just odd without them. Jax went out to figure some things out and to alert Stein's family about what happened. Now...it's time for us to return to our own timeline."

Earth-65:

The team made their way through the walls of the Waverider, with Jax taking the jump ship to deliver the bad news to Stein's family. The rest of them were thinking it was about time they managed to get some rest and relaxation after everything. They went from saving their own world to saving the entire multiverse in the matter of the same day.

"Well, team, we saved the day, yet again," Sara said as she took her Captain's chair. "Mick, you wanna do the honors and plot a course for us?"

Mick seemed to only have one place in mind. "Gideon set course for Aruba."

"Roger that, Mr. Rory." Gideon complied. "Setting a course for Aruba, the year 2017."

But before they could, there was a jump in the entire ship that felt like turbulence.

"What the hell was that?" Felicia asks.

"I warned you guys, don't let Mick drive." Lane scoffed. "He's likely gonna be at least half drunk."

"In fact, it was another time storm as we were reentering our reality," Gideon informed them. "It seems our disruption in 1916 was just the start."

"Of what?" Nate was afraid to ask.

And just like that, the Waverider was swirling out of control as they were flung from the Temporal Zone just as they returned. They were spinning out of control, no way of stopping the Waverider from crashing.

"Everyone, prepare for a rough landing!" Sara warned the team.

"Can't we go one day without cashing the Waverider?" Peter questioned.

The Waverider was flung down the streets of a city that seemed unfamiliar to everyone. Then they were flung into a building, taking a huge chunk of it. Then the Waverider finally crashed into the street, causing everyone to be shaken around from their seats.

"What the hell was that?" Felicia asks as they all unbuckled.

"This ain't Aruba," Mick stated.

"No, this is Los Angeles, 2018," Gideon informed them.

"Guys?" Sara got their attention, looking out the front window. "I think we broke time."

The scene was chaotic. Dinosaurs wandered the streets, causing panic among the citizens. In the city's heart stood Big Ben, an anachronistic landmark amidst the mayhem. Horses from the days of the old west roamed freely, adding to the surreal tableau.

LIVE LIKE LEGENDS 3 : SCREW THINGS UP FOR THE BETTER

Wandering the city streets, the team observed the chaos that erupted around them, unsure whether they were to blame. They might have entertained the thought that it was due to their actions, yet acknowledging it was another matter entirely.

"So...we broke time?" Lane asked as they roamed the streets.

"Well, more like we broke history." Sara corrected him.

"I don't recall this being how we left things," Felicia commented as they looked around the city.

"Yeah, the city was normal last time we were here," Nate commented.

"Seems that our trip across dimensions stopped us from being corrupted by the time displacement wave that must have occurred," Peter said, shocked by the words that came out of his mouth. "Did...did I just say that?"

"Sounds like someone's missing the Professor," Felicia said and placed a hand on his shoulder to comfort him.

"Whoa, Big Ben," Ray said as he saw the tower.

"So what?" Mick asks.

"I always wanted to visit it," Ray admitted.

Then there was a roar, getting them to turn and notice that a T-Rex is coming for them.

"Uh...anyone got anything against dinosaurs?" Peter asks the team.

"Nope." Mick stayed.

"Looks like we're gonna have to fight our way through this," Felicia said as she drew her claws.

But before they were able to make a strike against the monster, a giant square appeared in front of it. It seems to have been some sort of time portal as the dinosaur vanished.

"Well..." A British voice called, getting them to turn and see Rip Hunter was back. Sporting a strange blue suit and a new hairstyle. "...you really have buggered everything up this time."

Mick gestures over to Sara. "Her idea."

"No matter," Rip said as dozens of other portals began to open. "As you can see, my agents are already hard at work dealing with these Anachronisms

"Anachronisms?" Felicia asks, feeling things have gotten much stranger since they left.

"People, places, and things displaced from their native time periods," Rip explained. But his words were only getting more confused looks amongst the team. "I told you I was leaving to create an organization to replace the Time Masters."

"Like... a day ago," Sara recalled.

"For you." Rip corrected her. "Forming the Time Bureau has been the work of the last five years of my life." They saw the entire mess of dinosaurs was cleaned up in moments. "I've gotten quite good at it, I'd have to say."

"You mean you have Time Agents at work in the Cretaceous Period as we speak?" Ray asks in surprise.

"Indeed, and throughout Los Angeles, making sure no one retains any memory of this unfortunate incident," Rip explains. "Which is why your services are no longer required."

"Whoa. What?" Peter asks.

"It seems only fitting, since I was the one who brought this team together that I should be the one to disband it," Rip explained when he noticed the missing members. "Wait, where are Mr Jaxson and Professor Stein?"

"Gone," Lane stated, reaching for his blaster. "Cleaning up a mess on Earth-616."

"Fighting a multiversal-level threat that could have destroyed the entire multiverse," Sara stated.

"And you think we're not needed?" Nate stated in anger.

"We've been through too much, Rip," Peter stated. "If you want the ship, then you better go through all of us."

"Seconded." Sara agreed as she stepped forward. "We're the Legends, Rip."

"And the last I recall, you gave up the Waverider to us," Lane stated. "So...as far as anyone is concerned, you have no rights to the Waverider."

"He's got you there." Peter agreed with Lane. "You think you can show up with a few fancy toys and say we're not necessary?"

"What's your plan for another multiverse effect, gonna read them their rights?" Lane asked with a scoff. "Try and take our name, Rip."

"We've already been through enough hell," Peter stated, all of the Legends sticking together. "What's one more fight for our home?"

Rip saw that they did indeed raise some good points with that one. "Well... I guess your ship is going to be in need of repairs." He eyed the Waverider that he transported to get repairs. "In the meantime, how about a tour?"

Across the world, sitting in his backyard, Richard Parker was relaxing in his lawn chair. He was relaxing, and taking in the sun on his day off. The missus was out, and his daughter was in school. He had the time to just relax and soak some New York rays.

But that was when someone came into his light while he was lying back. "Whoever you are, there's nothing worth stealing. Trust me." He sighed, not wanting to deal with an intruder. "I thought I had upgraded security here." But when he opened his eyes and removed his glasses, he was greeted by a Roman on a horse. "Okay, this is not what I was expecting."

"I am Gaius Julius Caesar of Rome." He introduced himself.

"Oh," Richard said, not believing him. "Thought I recognized you." He then leaned back and tried to relax, not wanting to deal with a crazy. "Roam is that way somewhere."

"I am here to conquer all the known world," Caesar tells him.

"Right." Richard nodded. But then a thought occurred to him as he sat back up. "Wait a sec. How did you get here?"

"I imagine through the mischief of the goddess Ate," Caesar stated as he looked around at the suburbs. "But it matters not the land I find myself in. It is but a matter of time before my banner flies over it."

"Is that a fact?" Richard sighed.

The team followed Rip into the portal and looked around. The place looks basically like an office building, and it was kinda sad.

"Stop right there!"

"It's the Legends!"

Severs security men came over and aimed their guns at the team. Some of them cooperated and raised their hands while others didn't.

"Uh, Rip?" Peter called their friend.

"You must excuse them," Rio tells the team. "Stand down."

"Wait, they know who we are?"

"Oh, we know exactly who you losers are." A lady holding a gun up stated.

"Losers?" Nate scoffed.

"Uh, yeah, we're the group who saved time twice." Ray was offended.

"Saved the multiverse twice," Peter recalled. "Why are you so pissed? Like... if you wanna go that far, we're the reason you people even are employed."

"Maybe it's that poly-blend pantsuit that's got her so grumpy." Sara mocked her.

"I didn't know Men's Warehouses gave group discounts." Nate mocked the uniforms everyone was wearing which all looked identical.

"What's wrong with you people? Do you wanna get shot?" The lady asked them.

"Totally rather get shot than look like a Sears model." Nate retaliated.

"And be careful who you threaten." Lane dared as he reached for his blaster. "I've fought Bounty Hunters, lady, you don't wanna score against me."

"The Legends are here as my guests." Rip assured everyone. "Now, would you follow me?"

They walked off with Rip and every time they looked around someone was staring at them. It was putting some of them off, wondering what kind of stories Rip has been telling them about the Legends.

The group responsible for stopping Vandal Savage, and the Time Masters from destroying history. Responsible for Stopping the Batman Who Laughs from conquering all of the multiverse. Responsible for stopping the Reverse Flash from getting the Spear of Destiny. And the group responsible for saving the multiverse from Weirdmageddon. Yet they were being eyed like they were criminals.

"Guess they're, uh, not used to seeing famous people," Nate stated, not seeing what others were seeing.

"Yeah, kind of like we're the Founding Fathers of the Time Bureau." Ray agreed with what was said earlier.

"In a way, I suppose that's true," Rip commented. "I suppose if you lot hadn't created the greatest time paradox the world had ever known, all of these people would have nothing to do."

"Unhand me, you knave!" They heard someone cry and noticed King Arthur being led down the hall.

"Is that...?" Sara recognized him.

"Oh, yeah," Rip commented when he saw Arthur. "King Arthur. His displacement into the Spanish Civil War caused quite the Anachronism."

"Ah, evil sorcerer! I might have known you were responsible for all of this." Arthur tells Rip.

Rip then pulled out what looked like a flashlight and flashed it in Arthur's face. It seemed to confuse him a bit

"Now when he's returned to his original time, he will have no memory of his displacement," Rip explained while Arthur was taken away. "All humility aside, we are the most important security organization that no one's ever heard of."

"Yet your office is in the middle of Los Angeles," Peter commented when his phone began ringing. "Huh? My dad? Probably wants to know what happened to me."

"I thought we dropped them off before we left," Lane commented.

"And... that was several months according to what Gideon said." Peter reminded him. He then walked back a little to answer the phone. "Hey, Dad. How are you doing?"

"Oh, was going well," Richard commented as he was now sitting in his shed. He looked across and saw Caesar was currently sitting in a chair tied up. "Until Julius Caesar showed up, and tried to attack me."

"Julius Caesar?" Peter froze. He then looked over towards Rip in confusion. "You sure?"

"Horse. Armor. Dumb accent. Which I don't get, considering he's from Rome." Richard recapped as he eyed Caesar. "You mind coming to pick him up?"

"Well, the ship is under repairs after Weirdmageddon, and crash landing back here."

"Weirdmageddon?" Richard asks.

"I'll explain it later," Peter said as he walked over to the team. "Uh, you're saying your team is on top of Anachronisms?"

"Of course," Rip stated.

"Then how come my dad called, saying that Julius Caesar is in his garden shed?"

Rip and a few others around them snickered. "I'm sure our technology would have found an Anachronism as big as that."

"Well, my dad is currently holding him. So..." Peter stated.

"Wow, looks like you're not as perfect as you seem," Lane said sarcastically.

Rip then looked over to the girl from earlier. "Ready a go-team and we will meet you at the Op-Center."

She nodded and walked off to do just that.

Back with Richard, he was sitting down, keeping his eyes on Caesar. He laid back and was trying to relax while Caesar kept trying to escape his restraints.

"You can keep trying, but you're not getting out of those," Richard stated.

"You should know this is not the first time I've been taken captive."

"Oh, great, a story." Richard knew a monologue when he heard one coming.

"Once, when I was a young man, I was kidnapped by pirates. They ransomed me for 50 talents of silver, a fortune. My family paid the money, of course." Caesar told his story. "But I told my captors they would be better off killing me. Because if they did let me go, I promised to come back one day, and not only to take my silver but to crucify the pirates one by one. And that's exactly what I did."

"You saying I should kill you?" Richard asked with a scoff. "Nah, I don't that." He then leaned back and placed a hat over his head. "My kid will be here soon enough, and he will take you home."

"You should listen when I make a promise." Caesar proclaimed, kicking the feet of the store-bought chair, and breaking out of his restraints.

Richard jumped to his feet, trying to reach for the taser he used to take out Caesar the first time in spring. But Caesar was able to work faster and rammed Richard against the shed wall, sending several tools in the shed flying around. Richard grabbed a garden tool, whichever one he could reach, and smacked it across his head.

By the time a portal had opened, Caesar had already gotten past them and Richard ended up attacking one of the agents by accident.

"Who the hell are you guys?" Richard asked.

"Where is Caeser?" Rip asks.

"You just missed him," Richard said as he looked around. "What is this place?"

"Think Time Police," Peter tells his dad.

"Secret organization." She reminds him.

"Please, my dad knows most of everything." Peter scoffs.

"Rip, when you left us, you said that you had nothing left to teach us." Sara reminded Rip.

"Yes, and the minute I uttered those words, history became unglued," Rip tells her. "You need to understand that times have changed."

"And you think you don't need us anymore." Sara scoffed, marching off with her team.

Richard stood there, looking at the closed portal. "I am gonna... they're my ride."

"You know, for time police, you guys could have just gone back a couple of minutes," Lane commented as they roamed the halls.

"Whoa, you can't leave yet." One of the Beuru guys said as they ran to catch up with the Legends. He then pulled out some sort of ticket with the Waverider (Time Ship) on it. "Without parking validation."

"Not really parking validation," Nate commented as Sara took the ticket.

"So, what's the plan?" Felicia asked Sara.

"We're gonna prove to Rip that he still needs us. He thinks that his Time Beuru can do the job better than us? Challenge accepted." Sara stated as she led the team towards their ship. "Richie, you think you can tell us where Ceaser went?"

"He left the shed before these guys showed up." Richard shrugged as he followed. "Weren't there more of you?"

"We'll fill you in on what happened on the way home," Peter promised as they went for the Waverider.

Boarding the Waverider, they charted a course through the skies toward New York City. Emerging from the Temporal Zone, the ship lurched, betraying signs of damage from the crash landing and the chaos of Weirdmageddon. It was unclear whether Rip's engineers had neglected the repairs or if this was their peculiar method of ridicule.

"Okay, Rip's guys really didn't fix this place," Lane stated. He then took his stand and gestured to the engine room. "I am gonna try and fix this place. You guys get out there and get Ceaser before we turn him into a salad."

"Question, how are we sure that this is going to improve anything?" Ray asks. "I mean, according to Rip, all we tend to do is screw things up."

"Well, sometimes we screw things up for the better." Peter shrugged.

"I like that." Sara agreed with that phrase. "That could be the new catchphrase."

"We had an old one?" Mick asks.

"Come on, let's go bag us, Ceaser." Sara leads everyone to the hangar.

"Is this your idea of subtle?" Peter asked as they were making their way onto a beach where Ceaser was.

"Just try to blend in, okay?" Sara asked.

"No problem," Mick stated as he grabbed a drink.

"That's him." Richard picked out Ceaser.

"So what I have to say to you is this: are you willing to fight with me?" Caeser tells them.

"Yeah!"

"And claim this savage land for Rome?"

"Yeah!"

"What, did you teach Caesar English?" Sara asked Richard.

"Nope." Richard shrugged. "Just showed up speaking that way. It was weird."

"As Stein would say...Temporal linguistic dysplasia." Peter guessed.

"What?" Felicia asks.

"A side effect of historical displacement," Peter explained. "Like when we were first introduced to time travel. We spoke different languages. Guess Caeser got a taste of English."

"You know, cowards die many times before their deaths," Caeser stated, getting everyone rallied up. "The valiant never taste death but once! Yeah! And Delta Nu Phi sucks!"

"Delta Nu Phi sucks! Alpha Psi Gamma sucks! Delta Nu Phi sucks!"

"Can we just agree they all suck?" Felicia sighed. "Next time we are on a beach, I wanna relax."

"Alrighty." Peter sighed. "Let's shut this toga party down before things really get out of hand." He then prepared to activate the Iron Spider suit.

"No powers," Sara stated. "It can make the Anachronism worse."

"I've got an idea," Ray said as he pulled out his phone, and downloaded a dating app.

"Come on, are you really trying to hook up now?" Nate asked with a brow raised.

"No, I'm creating a dating profile on the new UpSwipz app," Ray explained.

"New?" Peter was afraid to ask.

"Gideon, I need you to hit every phone on the beach with a match," Ray asks.

Felicia leaned over to read what he was writing. "Exotic beauty looking for casual sex with young frat stud?"

"That might work." Felicia shrugged. "I did that once. Got a lot of money that day."

"Now all I need is a profile picture," Ray stated.

"I believe I've got that covered," Gideon stated.

Suddenly Mick's phone went off and he looked to see the new profile showed a photo of Gideon. Everyone's phones were beginning to go off, showing they all had the app and lost interest in Caeaser quickly.

"All right, JC," Sara said as she stepped forward. "Party's over. You're coming with us."

"I'd rather fall on my sword than surrender it to a woman."

"Well, then today is your lucky day," Sara said as she got prepared.

Sara got into a stance, followed by Caeser drawing his sword to attack. Sara however managed to block the blade with her fist, and then used her leg to kick his knee, causing him to trip up.

"Uh, shouldn't we help her?" Ray asks.

"It's him I'm worried about," Peter stated.

Sara then kicked Caeser in the face, knocking him out.

"Yep, I'd say our work here is done," Sara stated.

"And to quote the great conqueror himself, 'We came, we saw'..." Peter started as he fist-bumped Nate.

"We kicked Caesar's ass!" Nate finished.

They flew the Waverider into the Temporal Zone and were making their way through the inner dimension. They exited out of the proper time and place that Caesar was and moved him off the Waverider with Sara taking his horse from the Waverider. Seems Richard managed to keep that safe, and kept it in the garage when Caesar got away.

"According to Gideon, Caesar disappeared the night before his famous march on Rome," Sara explained as they brought Caesar out to the field.

"Yeah, no crossing the Rubicon means no civil war." Nate listed how this messes with history. "No civil war means no Ides of March. No Ides of March means..." he snaps his fingers. "No Roman Empire."

"What happens on the Ides of March?" Caesar asks.

"Eh well, that's when your friends, who really aren't your friends, stab you in the back to stop your rise to power." Nate recapped, causing a look of fear to come on his face.

"Not that you'll remember any of this," Sara stated as she fired the device from earlier she slipped from Rip's men.

Nate then opened a history book on Rome, seeing that history was being put back on track. "Check it out. History is back to normal." Then he leaned over and took a selfie with Caesar. "And now a little something for the Heywood scrapbook."

"Enjoy conquering the world," Sara said as they headed back for the Waverider.

But they missed Caesar swiped the book from Nate and approached his camp.

"Well, looks like we didn't screw this up," Peter stated as Sara and Nate returned. "Seems like we fixed things."

"So, history has been restored, and we can go home," Nate stated.

"I'm afraid that's not possible," Gideon warned them.

"Why? Something wrong with the ship?" Ray asks.

"Plenty, but the Time Drive should be functioning," Lane stated. "Is there a problem, Gid?"

"No, but your home no longer exists," Gideon warned them, showing a new map of the world. "Here is a map of what was formally known as the United States, circa 2017."

"I thought you said that history has been restored," Sara tells Nate.

"What does "Magna Hesperia" mean?" Felicia asks, eyeing the new map.

"It means Caesar went on to conquer the known world and then the unknown world." Lane took a wild guess.

"One of you two must have given him with future knowledge, something that allowed him to alter the course of history," Peter tells the two of them.

"No, no." Nate denied that one. "I mean, Sara hit him with Rip's flashy - Flashy thing." Then he reached for his pocket and realized his mistake. "Oh, my God."

"What?" Felicia asks.

"My book." Nate realized what had gone wrong.

"I cannot believe you let Caesar steal the answers to the test." Richard scolded Nate like a father, which he is.

"Why are you all looking at me? It's not my fault." Nate stated.

"How did mop-head even know there would be a test?" Mick asked as he came back with beer.

"I-It's a figure of speech," Peter explained to his friend. "Caesar knew how to alter history because he already knew how it would unfold."

"Okay, so all we got to do is get back out there and refold history," Sara stated.

"Or contact Hunter, and let the Time Bureau help," Richard commented. "Isn't this what you do? Aren't you working together?"

"Not much anymore," Felicia tells him.

"She's right." Nate agrees. "We do not let those time-turds have the satisfaction of knowing that we..."

"That you lost the book?" Lane asks.

"Stop blaming me, okay?" Nate tells him. "Caesar must have swiped it when I wasn't looking."

"Nate's right." Sara agrees.

Hate sighed, happy to have someone on his side. "Thank you."

"Not about it not being your fault," Sara replies. "About The Time Bureau. They're 2,000 years away. We can fix this before they even-"

Before she could even finish a portal came shimmering. "Too late."

Rip, the snarky woman from earlier, and about a dozen agents walked aboard their ship like they owned the place. They left some equipment around, shoving the Legends around.

"Ms. Lance, a word," Rip asked, getting Sara away from the group.

"Look, I know what you're gonna say, but we are gonna fix this," Sara promised.

"You shall do nothing of the sort." Rip proclaimed. "My agents will clear this mess in no time."

"And what if something goes sideways? None of these guys are field agents." Sara stated. "Admit it, Rip. You need us."

"No, Sara. You need this." Rip stated. "Trying to do anything with this crew is like trying to do brain surgery with a chainsaw. The Time Bureau is capable of getting the job done... Without the mess."

"When did he become a dick?" Richard wonders. "Especially to you guys?"

"About two hours ago," Peter told his dad.

"Status?" Rip asks.

"We've got eyes on the target." The lady from earlier says. "Go-team is hot."

"Yes, you are," Mick commented.

"Watch and learn, Ms. Lance," Rip tells them. "Execute."

Two agents exited into a portal into the tent where the history book was. They retrieved the book fairly easily and without any interference.

"Asset acquired." The lady from earlier stated.

"Proceed to the target to commence memory erasure protocol," Rip tells them.

Sara however became a little concerned when she saw how easy this was. "Wait, I've seen this play before. Leave the merchandise unattended, draw the target out..."

"This a League of Assassins strategy?" Lane asks.

"No, it's Sink Shower & Stuff," Sara explained. "Worked there in high school. We used it to catch shoplift... It's a trap!"

The three agents exited the tent and were met with a dozen or so Romans surrounding the tent.

"You've got to pull your team out of there," Sara warns Rip.

"Agent Sharpe, initiate extraction," Rip tells her.

"Extract," Sharpe said as they opened a portal.

But while the two of them managed to get away, Sharpe was grabbed by Caesar. He took back possession of her book and broke her time portal generator.

"Uh, Agent Sharpe has been apprehended," Rip commented as the portal closed.

"We were caught unprepared." The other agents in the room said. "But we'll go back in, and we-"

"And screw things up worse than you already have?" Sara asked.

"Boss is right." Mick agreed as he stood up. "We need to go and rescue Agent Hotcakes."

"Oh, please." The agent scoffed. "This entire situation is happening because of you idiots."

"Idiots?" Ray asks. "Idiots with special abilities."

"We know how to handle ourselves." Peter agreed.

"Not against Julius Caesar, who has an entire legion at his command," Rip warned him.

"We're pretty good at taking down legions," Nate stated as he bumped into Ray.

"You're damn straight." Ray agreed.

Rip sighed as he saw there was no other choice. "I'm assuming the answer is no, but do any of you happen to have a plan?"

"Be grateful," Caesar tells Sharpe as he is leading his armies down the field. "Not only am I letting you live, I'm permitting you to witness the rise of the Roman Empire."

"The Time Bureau will never permit you to alter history," Sharpe promised.

"Caesar does not alter history." Caesar proclaimed. "He makes it."

Then out of nowhere, Lane opened fire from afar, sending stun blasts across the army. "Surrender your prisoner in the name of Ares, the god of war!"

"Mars is the Roman god of war, Evans!" Peter stated as he came out, revealing to be wearing a suit that would turn invisible.

He hasn't worked out all the kinks yet, meaning that it would only allow him to be invisible for a few seconds before becoming visible again. Peter then shot two webs at the army of Romans, leaping into the air and

"Well, maybe in your universe." Lane shrugged and opened fire again.

Sara leaped over one of the Roman soldiers, grabbing one of their swords to then cut the rope binding Sharpe.

"What the hell are you doing?" Sharpe asks.

"Rescuing you," Sara stated as Felicia came in, clawing one of the soldiers.

Felicia then ended up kicking one of their shields across the field, knocking one that was going for Peter. "You're welcome, spider!"

"I can take care of myself," Sharpe stated.

"Can women stop saying that?" Felicia asks as she flips over one of the Roman soldiers, kicking the other in the face. "I mean, girl, we just saved you."

"She has you on that one." Lane agreed as he shot a Roman, knocking him out.

Meanwhile, Ray was dealing with extracting the book with his ATOM suit. He was trying to move it without anyone noticing but ended up being spotted with the hook moving on its own. The soldiers guarding it picked up the book and saw Ray in his shrunken form.

"Howdy." Ray greeted them.

Nate then came in, grabbed one, and threw it across the tent, then grabbed the other by the arm before he could stab Nate. Even if he was in his steel form, it was best to stop him from breaking his sword and altering history.

"Dormi strictum amicus." Nate said as he knocked out the Roman.

"What did you say to him?" Ray wonders as he enlarges.

Uh, "sleep tight, buddy"? I guess." Nate shrugged. "Maybe."

"I think this deserves a bro hug," Ray stated,

"Bring it." Nate said as he and Ray bumped shoulders.

Damn, Ray.

Peter leaped over and webbed one of the Romans, shooting a web at another and Felicia landed on it. Rory was shooting fire, setting the Romans to step back as he reached Caesar.

"You ruined my vacation," Mick stated as he punched Caesar out.

"See? Problem solved." Sara was happy to see they saved the day.

"I've got to say, Ms. Lance, now that I've seen your team in action with my own eyes...you are even worse than I imagined," Sharpe tells them.

Sara sighed and knew better than to get a compliment out of her. "You're welcome."

Rip watched as Sara dropped the book down in front of him and was met with Mick. "Well, like we said, sometimes we screw things up for the better."

"I fail to see how that's true in this case," Rip commented.

"It's our new motto," Mick stated as he passed a beer to Sara.

"New motto?" Rip didn't like the sound of that. "Right, does that mean that you all plan to continue swashbuckling your way through history?"

"With the Time Bureau's permission, of course," Sara tells him.

"And if I deny you permission?" Rip asks.

"We'll do it anyway," Peter stated as he walked over and sat down. "We're never one known for following orders."

"Yeah." Sara agreed.

"Sir, the go-team has erased the memories of Caesar and his forces," Sharpe tells Rip.

"Good." Rip sighed as he looked at the Legends. "We'd best take our leave, then. Sara. Mr. Rory. Mr. Parker. Do your best to stay out of trouble."

Rip and Sharpe then left, and Mick showed off he snitched a few things from the agents. "What's that?"

"It's a, uh, portal thingy," Mick said as he showed what else he got. "A, uh, communications thing, and a, uh...Ah, yes a memory thing."

"That's the Mick Rory I know and love." Peter chuckled. "Well, look, I've gotta go and get my dad back home before my mom gets home, and I have to explain this whole ordeal to her. And I wanna break from explaining Weirdmageddon."

"We'll be here waiting," Sara promised.

"They are irresponsible, undependable, unpredictable, dangerous," Sharpe tells Rip.

"And yet effective." Rip defended the Legends. "At least on occasion."

"Is that the reason they're not warming a cell back at headquarters as we speak?" Sharpe asks.

"They're not warming a cell, Agent Sharpe because they might just be our best hope of defeating what's coming." Rip defended his reasoning.

"They are the reason Mallus is a threat," Sharpe replied.

"Indeed." Rip sighed. "But there might just come a day when we need the Legends to do what they do best.

"Which is what, exactly?"

"Be the chainsaw," Rip said and went to open a portal, only to see his watch missing. "Would you open a portal back to headquarters? I seem to have misplaced my Time Courier."
