Knowing that at one point Dekisugi felt helplessness and frustration over a substitute who tarnished the hero's image and yet remained kind, was something that Nobita internally admitted is admirable.
And yes, although Nobita at first didn't really like the idea of being on a team with an alter ego of his "rival", he realized upon getting to know him more that "Not all Dekisugis are the same"
