Chapter 68 Injustice 7
I don't own Kamen Rider Hibiki or Mortal Kombat
After the group returned from they're assault at the mansion they were having a meeting.
"Now that we have gathered the kryptonite, we'll have to be careful now." Batman said.
"Yes with Superman aware, no doubt he will plan something." Freeze said.
"Well maybe we should get more help. Are these the only ones we have?" Hibiki said.
Luthor then came. "Not all."
"What?!" Ghost said.
"How are you even alive?!" Hal said.
"Unlike your Luthor, I never indulged in crimes." He said.
"He's the one that gives us the info on the regime." Batman said.
"Superman would never notice his best friend being his enemy." Luthor said.
"Well at least he's better than ours." Fire said.
"So who's the one you wish to bring Hibiki?" Luthor looks at him.
"Theres a few, but if we can bring two that should be enough." Hibiki said.
They tried the machine again as they saw it charge up, then Sub-Zero and Raiden came out of it.
"Sub-Zero." Scorpion said.
"Lord Raiden too!" Hibiki was surprised.
"Where are we?" Sub-Zero said.
"Let me explain." Hibiki said.
He explains to both of them and the events that have happened to the world making both understand.
"I see, then this world will require our help." Raiden said.
"I'm sorry that you got brought in." Hibiki said.
"No worries. It is good that we came early on. If this Superman isn't stopped than our worlds can be harmed too." Raiden said.
"Yes, I think it's best I make you both and Scorpion a new suit, just for the future battles." Batman said.
"A new suit?" Scorpion said.
"Just for extra protection." Batman said.
Raiden thinks about it and nodded. "Very well."
"I can help with it." Toyman offered.
"Well good luck with that. I'll be checking around." Ghost goes off.
Hibiki nodded as Batman goes with the other three, Hibiki then noticed the kryptonite and takes a small shard of it.
"Hmmm." He stares at it.
Hibiki can tell it's radioactive but it can be avoided with his own energy. He wonders what he could do with the rock.
'Superman is weak to this, so maybe something different can help.'
He goes to check about the Kryptonites that exist.
"It seems your interested." Lex Luthor said.
"Is it possible to make a stronger version?" Hibiki said.
"I could be able to research the idea, but it would take time." Luthor said.
Hibiki then saw one that's gold on the files. "What's that?"
"That's Gold Kryptonite, it's even more rare." Luthor said.
"If we could find it, then we could have a chance to stop him. But that's asking for too much." Hibiki said.
He looks at his rekkas and thinks about how to make this better.
Deathstroke contacts them. "Say, I think I know where to find more of those green rocks."
"You do?" Hibiki asked.
"Yes, I would need some time." He said.
"Keep looking then." Hibiki said.
He's got an idea that it's crazy, but it just might work.
"Maybe with your plan it can stop him." Luthor said.
Batman managed to create the suits for the three kombatants, being more hero like suits. (Injustice suits)
"It will work." Scorpion said.
"Fitting." Sub-Zero said.
"With the suits you'll get better protection as they're materials are meant to take hits against the Regime's men." Batman said.
"With how they tend to subjugate, they are not better than Shao Kahn." Sub-Zero said.
Raiden has a feeling these heroes already appeared, but the visions weren't very precise.
"Is something wrong lord Raiden?" Hibiki came.
"No, it's nothing." He said.
"It's best you get used to the suits. We'll be getting ready for another strike." Batman said.
They nodded before going off on they're own. Raiden keeps thinking about what he saw, he remembers a big creature with red eyes and he merged with Shao Kahn.
"Rage..." He mutters.
The power creature from that fusion caused so much damage that the worlds merged together as the universes were have been one if it wasn't stopped.
'Could that have been before Armageddon?'
That one part of the vision was something he didn't know but seeing the heroes here theres something familiar about them. Like they were connected in some way to the others that his counterpart faced.
'The creature has been defeated, I fear that if it would to appear again, then the worlds would have been in danger.'
While he knows it can't happen now that Shao Kahn is gone, but if something where to happen even if with the conqueror gone, his evil was still something that worried him.
'Hibiki managed to stop him, but if that other creature were to appear, than it would make things even more dangerous to everyone.'
Raiden wants to make sure everyone can be safe with that one vision he saw, the Elder Gods might not have noticed, but he did. That one part always confused him and it makes him want to learn more to make sure they didn't have the same problem once again.
Hibiki meanwhile is researching more on the Kryptonite as he can maybe find something important.
In another world
Someone with red eyes watches the events happening.
"So Superman wishes to conquer the world. So the others of that time have come back. It matters not as they will fall before me."
The being was sitting on a throne as he watches the events happen with some curiosity to see what will happen.
Someone watches from behind.
"If it goes further, step in." He told him.
The figure nodded before going off.
Note: Hibiki has a plan for Kryptonite and Raiden had visions of the MK vs DC crossover that happened way before, so it is still canon to this timeline.
