Part 11: The Opening Ceremony and the First Battles

I don't own Timecrest, all rights belong to Sneaky Crab. We're almost there. We have at least two more parts. Maybe two more, or just one, for the war, and then one more for the exact piece, reset, and rebirth. But not yet. We still have the war itself, the battles you've been eagerly awaiting. The final battle between Lucy and Luther won't take place until the final part. This part, however, is all about the grand opening ceremony. It's a momentous occasion where I will be getting suited up, becoming invincible in black.

In this part, the evil vans will meet their demise once again. Not the good ones, of course. We'll also unveil the secret weapon. Typically, a secret weapon is saved for the end of a war, but this time, we'll unleash it right at the beginning. It needs to be used so that the vans can be swiftly eliminated, making it easier to reach Lucy. This will mark the beginning of Lucy's downfall. She won't meet her end just yet, but her power will crumble. Her undoing is imminent. She's already weakened. While she may put up a fight, she won't be able to do much. The disease will make its reappearance, obliterating the evil Volans, the wicked Christalis, and Lucy's malevolent allies.

Everyone will make a grand entrance on their majestic animals. Griffins and dragons will soar through the sky, while those on the ground will march with determination. It will be a spectacle to behold. Ashli, too, will be present, watching the events unfold. She won't be leaving, but she'll be observing. Naturally, there will be chapters where she communicates with her love through the watch, spending time with Helena, Julius, and the other non-magical individuals. These moments are just as significant as the war itself. We'll also catch glimpses of what she's doing within the gardens, seeing the other side of the story.

This is only part 11. Part 12 will delve into Lucy's ultimate downfall and loss of power. Her demise will come at the hands of Luther himself. But that's still in the future. For now, we're only witnessing her weakened state. In this part, expect the Voran disease to wreak havoc on the evil beings: the wicked Bears, the malevolent Christalis, and the corrupted Vald Dorians under King Janice's command. The secret weapon will also play a crucial role. What remains of Lucy's forces can also face destruction. Well, not yet, but that will come later. If any survivors remain, they will be rounded up and teleported to the gardens. As for those left behind, it will be a brutal encounter before the weapons, especially the secret disease, are unleashed. The good Valdor and the evil Vorias will have a chance to clash. Queen Jane and her troops will also have an opportunity to fight. Once Folger unleashes the deadly disease, they will retreat and return to the gardens, their mission accomplished. Then, the disease will infect everyone else, and reinforcements will come in to kick some butt.

Additionally, expect more developments with Ashli, her future in-laws, her actual parents, and her interactions with the other non-magical individuals. We will explore her feelings about this war as we switch back and forth between different parts of the conflict. I hope you enjoy this. This is what you've been eagerly anticipating. Afterward, we can focus on rebuilding Timecrest. Until then, see you soon in Chapter 51.
