At 5 am Bruce, Alfred, Tim, Cass, and Steph step into Bruce"s big mansion in Paris. There was Dick in a blue tee and black jeans waiting for them by the entrance.
"What did you find?", Bruce demanded.
"Before I tell you, you need to see this", he said, going into the living room.
They saw Zatanna sitting on the couch talking, what seemed to be by herself.
"Who is she talking to?", Tim whispered.
She heard them and stood up. They saw a flying tiny red creature.
"What is that?," Steph asked.
"This is Tikki. She is a divine being. Otherwise known as a Kwami. If you wear a special earring, it will give you the power of luck. After Marinette was here in Paris for a year, she was entrusted with it to defeat the villain Hawkmoth. She became Ladybug and became a partner with Chat Noir. About a year later, Marinette was forced to become the new guardian of the Chinese Miraculous box. Unfortunately she got tricked and lost the other Kwamis."
"Another problem we need to deal with is the mayor's daughter Chole Bourgeois who is abusing his power, and this girl Lila Rossi, who is a sociopathic liar who is making Mari's life miserable."
"Okay, what happened to Marinette?", Bruce questions them.
"Bruce the Court is real", Dick said, as Bruce looked shocked.
"I'm lost", Steph said.
"Gotham old nursery rhyme: "Beware the Court of Owls, that watches all the time, ruling Gotham from a shadowy perch, behind granite and lime. They watch you at your hearth, they watch you in your bed, speak not a whispered word of them or they'll send the Talon for your head."
"I heard about Haly's Circus. Rumor has it might be a place to train Talon assassins. I was never able to confirm. I think Marinette got kidnapped to get to me."
"What do we do?"
"Here is what we will do. Master Bruce will make a public announcement of Madame Marinette being his daughter and that she is missing. I suggest Miss Barbara look for any information for Monarch", Alfred suggested.
"You can look in the Alias system for that. Whoever wear one, can get the others Kwamis's powers", Tikki suggest.
"Thank you Madame Tikki. Then Master Tim, Madame Steph, and Madame Cass will look into Lila and Chloe's lives. And Master Dick and Madame Zatanna will look into the Court of Owls along with Master Bruce."
"Should we let others in on this?," Tim asked.
"Not yet. If they find out more people are here, then they might kill Mari", Dick said.
"Let's get to work", Bruce said.
