Author's Note:WHAT IS UP MUCKAAAAACHUNGAAAAAAS!? IT'S TRAVEZTY! So let me just say this at the start, I've seriously come to realize that… I THINK I ACCIDENTALLY MADE MIKUMO WAY TOO OVERPOWERED! Geez, after rethinking and going over all of Mikumo's powers, I realize now that I've made Mikumo way too overpowered thanks to adding One For All on top of Mikumo's powers as a Symbiote. I realize now that I shouldn't have done this, and after going back over the powers of Venom's Descendants, I realize that I royally screwed up, but I am going to figure out a way to reset Mikumo if I can to ensure that Mikumo's power set is brought back to that of the Average Klyntar of Venom's Bloodline. This will mean that I'll have to give Mirio Togata One For All, but it's better than making things just a straight up slaughter every single time.
In any case, aside from that, the next chapter is going to be a bit sped up because, I as I'm writing out this Author's Note, I have already written Chapter 6, and I had to speed up through the battles I had decided to do since, unfortunately due to the manga site I use has the entire battle freaking situated out of order, and since i am not subscribed to any sites to watch the anime, I'm not in the mood to deal with such things.
Anyway, this chapter is just going to be the set up for the next chapter which is going to be, as stated, a speedrun through the whole USJ Arc thanks to the damn site having those chapters put out of order. However, aside from this, this entire posting will be a 2-for-1 deal, so I'll be uploading both chapters in the same chapter, so this one's going to be a long one. But, other than that, I hope you guys enjoy this super long chapter!

Chapter 5:
Mikumo is walking to school after getting off the train with Kirishima and Mina, smiling as he looks to see there are reporters having gathered at the gates, and one of them looks to Mikumo. "Ah! Mikumo Midoriya!" One of the Reporters says, "Please a quick word if you don't mind!"
"Uh oh…" Mikumo says as all the reporters suddenly turn to him. "Please make this quick, we're going to be late!"
"Three Questions, that is all we ask!" One of the Reporters says.
"Alright but no more!" Mikumo says.
"So Question One, what does All Might teach, what lessons does he give?" The Reporter says.
"That's technically that's two…" Mikumo says, "But my father actually teaches Foundational Hero Studies, we only had our first lesson yesterday, and we were actually getting a basic grasp on Hero Combat lessons through a Game of Heroes vs Villains!"
"Touche, and thank you!" The First Reporter says.
"Question Two!" Another reporter says, "As the son of the #1 Hero, what is it like to be taught by your own father?"
"Truth be told, I didn't find out about my father until about 5 Years ago, after his big battle that irreparably damaged his quirk. I can't share much but my father didn't want to repeat the same mistake as his teacher, Nana Shimura, whose family was public knowledge, and ended up costing her dearly, so he kept us a secret until he felt it was safe for it to become public knowledge!"
"Thank you!"
"Question 3…" A Young and upcoming reporter asks, "Is it true that you're single because everyone thought you were Quirkless up until your unofficial debut?"
"That's getting a bit personal!" Mikumo says.
"Oi! Back off!" Mina says, pushing up to Mikumo.
"Oh and is this your girlfriend?" The third reporter asks, smirking, causing everyone to go into a frenzy.
"G-Girlfriend!?" Mina asks, shocked, and her face turning burgundy.
"H-Hey! Leave her alone!" Mikumo says.
"Oh so she is!" The same reporter says, "Now you two are quite the cute couple!"
"Hey, leave them alone! It's not manly at all to pester and bully people!" Kirishima says.
"THAT'S ENOUGH!" A voice cuts over the crowd and the reporters turn to see Shouta Aizawa says, "Ashido, Kirishima, Midoriya, get to class!"
"SIR, YES SIR!" They shout in fear and run for it, but out of the three of them, Ashido is blushing bright red, with the Media having pegged her as Midoriya's girlfriend, but… As she does so, the image of that boy from before comes to her mind as she sees him more clearly in her mind, and she sheds tears of embarrassment. The three of them make it to class with next to no issue, but before they arrive, Mina stands outside the door, trying to get her blushing under control.
"Mina? Are you alright?" Mikumo asks, looking at her as he puts his hand on her head in an all too familiar way. She looks at Mikumo and sees before her the boy she had met all those years ago, and she clenches her teeth as she can't believe her luck.
"I'm fine, Miku… Honestly, I am now…" She wipes her tears, her bright and energetic smile making a comeback as she can't help but be overjoyed. Mikumo can't help but smile back when she gets her signature smile back on her face and the two enter. Unfortunately, Aizawa enters just moments later and he begins to overview everyone's performance from yesterday.
"So after reviewing everything, there are a few of you who will need this lesson. First of all, Bakugou. Stop acting like you're 7 years old, you're wasting your talent."
"I know…"
"Midoriyas!"
"Yes!?/Yes!?" The twins ask.
"You two need to learn to control your anger and not jump straight to brutal tactics. This will earn you no favors or respect as a Hero. However, I only saw you use the rudimentary physical strength you have! You were, however, smart in not using your other quirks in such a heightened state of aggression. So while I admonish you for holding back in a serious training session, I will also commend you for showing restraint when it called for it."
"Sir, thank you, sir!/Sir, thank you, sir!"
"At ease…" Aizawa says. "Now… Before we continue on with our lessons for the day, there is something important that we need to do." Everyone gets on edge as he leaves a pregnant pause in the air. "We need to choose a Class President and Vice-President." Everyone relaxes and then begins volunteering for the position, in which, the only one that doesn't go for this is Mikumo, who believes such a thing is a pain in the rear in his opinion, just adding extra layers of work he doesn't actually need right now.
"Shut up, all of you!" Iida calls out. "You don't understand how much of a task this is, all the responsibility of pulling everyone else's weight. Simply because you can become the president doesn't mean you should." After this, Iida goes on a tirade about how the positions must be given to somebody everyone trusts and respects to lead them, and that they should all decide by voting for them. Everyone actually agrees to this and Mikumo, almost immediately, votes for Iida.
'The sooner he gets voted as president the better.' Mikumo says, not wanting anything to do with this. Unfortunately, much to Mikumo's horror, almost out of all the other candidates, Mikumo gets the most votes, 7 to be precise, and the Dark Spider is shaking with absolute terror. However, Mina looks at Mikumo and, unfortunately, she then realizes she made a mistake voting for Mikumo. She realizes that since Mikumo pretended to be quirkless most of his life, he's never been given a shot at anything, and the pain from ostracization must run deeper than she expected.
At Lunch, Mikumo can hardly eat at all due to absolute terror, and Overcast is almost forced to take over to force him to do so. However, there is also something else that Mikumo is panicking about. With Mikumo, Kirishima, and Mina, there are three others joining them at their table. These individuals are Mei Hatsume, Fumikage Tokoyami, and, surprisingly, Kyoka Jirou, Tenya Iida, and Ochako Uraraka! "Okay so I get why Kirishima and Mina are sitting with me, but why are the rest of you here again?" Mikumo asks.
"We're the ones who voted for you!" Mina says.
"You guys got me into this!?" Mikumo asks, "I didn't even throw my hat in!"
"Everyone else suggested you ad a possible candidate… Out of everyone in the class, you're the most respected due to both your power and your personality." Tokoyami says, "I voted for you because you gave me a new perspective on Dark Shadow."
"I voted simply because you have good taste in Power Metal." Jirou says.
"That's such a shallow reason!"
"I voted because you compared my arms to Cyberpunk and Overwatch's closely comparative Spinal Grafts."
"No way!"
"I voted for you because you've got the guts and judgement when it counts most, that's why I voted for you!"
"Iida!"
"If it wasn't for your plan, we would have lost yesterday!"
"You voted for me because of that!?"
"We voted for you because you wanted us to join a team with you, and you have the qualities of a leader!" Mina says with Kirishima nodding.
"I guess I can understand that but I never actually signed up for this! Why does everyone volunteer me against my will?" Mikumo asks
"Well it could be worse!"
"How could it be worse!?"
"Bakugou could've become class president!"
"Gck… Touché…" Mikumo says.
"Now, speaking of which, Iida, you certainly have the look of a class president, as well as the drive!"
"It takes far more than ambition to become a leader. I just merely followed my judgment on the matter and put my faith in everyone." Tenya says.
'So Proper!' The group thinks.
"Say Iida, it only crossed my mind yesterday, but you talk quite a lot about honor and a lot of similar things. I might be wrong on this but are you part of the Upper Crust of Society?"
"Well I generally don't like talking about it due to the fact that I go on long speeches about it." Iida says but then reveals he comes from the Bloodline of Ingenium, the Iida Family, and his brother is also a hero.
"Ingenium, huh? At least your earliest ancestor didn't get stuck with a cringy name like "Venom"…"
"Venom? As in the legendary "Lethal Protector"?" Iida asks.
"You heard about him?"
"Who hasn't Miku!?" Mina says, "Venom is one of the most well loved and respected early heroes! Not much information exists about him anymore outside of the comic books that depicted his supposed adventures until up until his final battle with Carnage the God Butcher, after that it's said he somehow became a God and left Earth for good."
"That's outlandish!" Iida says.
"It is, but it is also said that before the Dawn of Quirks, there used to be superheroes whose powers were not natural and were the results of multiple different sources, such as super soldier serums, radioactivity, even actual magic and ancient artifacts of supposedly divine origin." Mikumo says, "It's even said there were even honest to Knull quirks back then. Unfortunately, 94% of the Quirked Population was massacred because the Quirkless were much more numerous and terrified of them."
"That's horrible!" Ochako says.
"It wasn't until Venom obtained the Necrosword, All-Black, and the Necrospear, All-Blood, and was aided by someone who had a reality warping quirk was the balance restored and quirk evolution reset." Mikumo says, not realizing that somebody is speaking through him, and Overcast manifests in shock.
"Who are you!?" Mina says, standing up suddenly as everyone at their table backs up in fear.
"We… Are Venom…" the Voice says before Mikumo gasps as he snaps back to reality and is looking around terrified.
"Brother! Are you alright!?"
"Y-yeah… Oh my Knull…"
"We should-" that is when the Alarms go off, and everyone begins to panic.
"Warning: Level 3 Security Breach, All Students Evacuate!"
"What's a level 3 Breach?" Iida shouts.
"Somebody's forced their way into the school grounds!" A senpai says, "This hasn't happened in three years! Everyone clear out now!" As everyone panics and makes their way towards the exit to the cafeteria, Mikumo then feels a sharp tingling in his head and turns towards the window.
"Iida! Look! In front of you!" Mikumo shouts, to which Iida does.
"What the-!?" Iida says, seeing the Press having entered the school, "Is that the Media!?" Iida then looks around and Mikumo sees Uraraka within arm's reach, then looks to Iida and gives him an approving nod. "Midoriya! Give me a boost, Uraraka, make me float!" Mikumo sends out a line and pulls Iida closer to Ochako, who manages to touch his hand as Iida floats above the others and bursts to the front with a sudden burst of wind and sound. "EVERYONE CALM DOWN! EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE JUST FINE!" This catches everyone's attention.
"Everyone look out the window!" Mikumo says, to which they do, "It's only the Media, they must've found a way to break in! Everyone cool your jets and show some dignity!"
"Midoriya's right, this is UA Highschool! Let's conduct ourselves befitting of those who had managed to get into the highest academia in the country!" Iida says, and, like magic, everyone calms down and begins to relax. Fortunately, the police arrive and the Media backs off, in which, as everyone gets back to what they were doing before hand, Mikumo reunites with Iida and the others. "Thanks for the assist there, Midoriya!"
"It's no problem!" Mikumo says, "I just-" He holds his head and starts swaying.
"Midoriya?" Iida says, to which Mikumo faints, and then starts convulsing. "MIDORIYA!" Mina's eyes widening in shock, as she screams.
"SOMEBODY HELP!" Mina's voice shrieking as Mikumo's world goes black. In the midst of the Darkness, only light by a crimson twilight, in which Mikumo finds himself standing in a massive ocean of blood… He looks around, wondering where he is, only to then feel a presence below the surface. His eyes widen as he sees himself wrapped by Overcast, but… He finds his body is entirely black with his face covered by a menacing red spiral, and he notices something in his hand, a brain, with an obvious chunk bitten out of it. He then looks around and sees the bodies of all the students in UA that he recognizes all floating in the sea… However, there is one of them that catches his attention… It is Mina, and the top half of her head has been broken off. Mikumo then sees his body moving on it's own as he cries, and he witnesses as he is forced to eat the brain, the of greymatter lingering on his tongue as he feels the rush of PEA seeping into his being…
That is when there is a maniacal cackling as a being wielding a great spear rises out of the sea of blood… And only four words come out of it's mouth as it looks at Mikumo. "Let… There… Be… CARNAGE!" Mikumo then gasps and screams as he wakes up, his hand reaching forward in fear, only for his hand to touch something soft.
"Huh?" Mikumo asks, looking around, only to find Mina looking at him with burgundy cheeks, and she tries to keep herself from reacting, Mikumo's fingers squeezing on instinct, and Mikumo screams again. "OH MY KNULL! MINA I'M SO SORRY!" Mikumo says, bowing his head in apology as Mina covers her breasts with her arms for a second, but then tears flow down her cheeks. "I-I didn't hurt you, did I!?" Mikumo asks, only to then be hugged by Mina, who is crying as she does so.
"Don't you ever scare me like that again! I thought you were having a seizure!" Mina says, crying.
"I… I'm sorry…" Mikumo says, his voice weak as he holds Mina Close, only for a camera to go off, and the two look to see one of the remaining press members hasn't gotten out of the building yet, and it's then spotted by the cops, who move to capture the idiot. Mina and Mikumo are blushing at this, but then Recovery Girl walks in.
"Oh! Midoriya! You're awake!" Chiyo says.
"What happened?" Mikumo asks, holding his head as he feels a sudden pain rip through it."
"You had fainted and then suddenly started convulsing as if you were having a seizure, but from our records, you're completely healthy. However, we did run some scans on your brain, and we found that something, or someone, was forcing images into your mind, as if they were trying to send a message to you." Recovery Girl says.
"A Message?" Mikumo asks, "No… It was more like a warning…" He then proceeds to explain what had happened in his dream, not leaving out the smallest detail, in which Chiyo writes it down, but she drops her pen when she hears the word "Carnage".
"Did… Did you say "Carnage"?" Chiyo asks, her voice filled with unmistakable terror. "And that he was wielding a two-prong spear?"
"You know that thing?" Mikumo asks.
"Only from scary stories from before the Age of Quirks, and your mother's retelling family history…" Recovery Girl says, "It is said that when Venom didn't just have Codex, but several other children… However, the first and most dangerous of them was Carnage, a serial killer of great hunger and even greater depravity… He had died numerous times, until he finally managed to become so powerful that the only way to defeat him was to imprison him."
"Well it's a good thing he's dead!" Mina says, but then notices the look on Recovery Girl's face. "R-right?"
"No… You see, Carnage is not a human villain… He is-"
"-An amorphous symbiotic entity from the planet known as Klyntar…" Mikumo says.
"So like an Alien!?" Mina asks, not with fear, but with, surprisingly, excitement.
"You're not freaked out?" Mikumo asks.
"Are you kidding!? I'm all about science fiction movies, especially the Alien Franchise!" Mina says, excited, only to then stop, "But wait a minute, if Venom is your ancestor, does that mean?"
"Yup, I'm a Klyntar… A Codex Klyntar to be exact. It means I'm part human and part Klyntar." Mikumo says. "Technically, I should be one-512ths Klyntar, but whenever my powers activated, it immediately jumped back up to half."
"So cool! I'm friends with an alien!" She is then jumping for joy again, giggling with zeal.
"That would explain why my quirk didn't work on you…" Shota Aizawa says, opening the door. "You're powers aren't actually a Quirk, are they?"
"S-sensei!" Mikumo and Mina say.
"I heard everything… So you're part extraterrestrial and you think your ancestor may have sent a warning about an extremely powerful villain?" Eraserhead asks.
"Yes, sensei…" Overcast says, manifesting. "We don't know if what Recovery Girl said about Carnage being imprisoned is true or not. But we know Venom is still alive as he contacted us through Miku-nii. If Venom is still alive, and Recovery Girl's story is true, then perhaps the Ancestor was seeking to warn us of a possible break out, and what his Insanity might force upon us if he arrives."
"Good to know…" Aizawa says, "In any case, you will need to confess this to the rest of the class, eventually. It is unwise to leave them in the dark about this possible threat."
"Yes, sir." Mikumo says. 'Ancestor, I don't know if you can hear me, but thank you for sending this warning, I won't let it go to waste!' Mikumo then makes his way to class and, as everyone gets settled for their Heroics Class, Mikumo addresses everyone. "Everyone, I have an announcement to make. After much consideration, I've decided to step down from being Class President!"
"WHAT!?" Everyone shouts.
"My reasons being is that during the scare a short while ago, during lunch, while I had managed to deduce what was the cause of it, it was Iida who came up with a plan of action. So I believe Iida Tenya would be a good replacement for me!" Mikumo says.
"Midoriya, I must object! While I do wish to have the role, most of us voted for you because we thought you were suitable for the role!" Iida says.
"I may be suited for the role of leader, but I was never part of these things throughout my schooling up to this year due to ostracization, hence I have come to realize I'm just not ready for such a role." Mikumo says, "Besides, a leader's best quality is to know when to lead and when to follow, and I've never had an example of a real leader before. So I want somebody I trust who can lead us and give me examples by which I can later apply to my own team of heroes."
"That actually makes a lot of sense!" Kirishima says, "Recognizing your own weaknesses and openly admitting them is so brave and manly!"
"Midoriya…" Tenya says, then smiles. "Alright, you convinced me! I'll take over until you deem yourself ready for such a role!" the two young men shake hands with smiles on their faces.
"Now that that is over with… I'm going to inform you all that All Might is going to be late for class today due to his quirk running out of steam. So he will catch up with us later…" Aizawa says.
"Dad didn't eat lunch again?" Mikumo asks.
"He was just about to when he heard that you collapsed. He's now aware that you are fine and is now having a late break, so he will catch up once he's ready." Aizawa says, to which Mikumo looks down solemnly. "So for Foundational Hero Studies today, we will be performing Rescue Exercises."
"Rescue!?" Mikumo and Ochako shout with excitement. This was the main reason Mikumo wanted to be a Hero in the first place, to save people with a smile on his face, as such, he wanted to be a Rescue-focused hero. That is when he is reminded of a memory when they were young, of him and Bakugou walking through the forest.
Years Ago:
"I hope I get a Quirk that is as cool as yours, Kacchan!" Mikumo says.
"Well no matter what Quirk you get, you'll never be as cool as me!" Katsuki says.
"Well what if we formed a Hero Team?" Mikumo asks. "You want to fight bad guys and I want to save people. So why not work together and split that duty once we become heroes?"
"You mean I keep the bad guys busy while you rescue the people in danger?"
"Yeah, that way you'll get to be as flashy as you want while I get the people to safety and then come help you should you need backup!"
"Hey, that's not a bad idea!" Katsuki says, "But will I still be able to become the #1?"
"Yeah! It's been done before, where an individual on a team is on the Top 10, and the rest of his team get a share of the glory, and there is even a Top 10 Hero Teams List too!"
"Heh! Sounds like fun! But what should we call ourselves?"
"How about-?" Mikumo begins in the memory.
Present Day:
"Dynamight…" Katsuki whispers to himself, clicking his tongue, not sure why he is remembering that now. For some reason, it leaves a notable sting in his chest and a bad taste in his mouth. The name is good, but the memory is one that he wished he didn't have to remember.
"Now everyone get dressed in your Hero Costumes, we will be departing soon." Everyone nods and they all head out, with Iida leading the group to the bus, where the has everyone line up in order by class number and has them sit accordingly. Unfortunately for the newly inaugurated Class President, the bus is far more openly spaced and spread out.
"Ugh… It was one of these types…"
"That is why you should always check the bus before entering, Iida!" Mina teases their Class President as she sits next to Mikumo, smiling as she looks at him, "I kinda guess there was no point then!"
"Hey Midoriya!" Tsuyu Asui says, "You know, I always say what's on my mind, no matter what it is."
"What is it, Asui?"
"Call me Tsu!" Tsuyu says, her face even, "Your Quirk, it's similar to All Might's and Arachne's isn't it?"
"Well my quirk is a bit of a hybrid!" Mikumo says in a slight panic, not ready to tell the whole class he's literally part-alien, it was hard enough telling Mina, and she was the best case scenario, thanks to her revelation as a Sci-Fi fan. "I actually Inherited my mother's quirk primarily, my ability to increase my strength dramatically like my father's activated suddenly during the Entrance Exams!"
"Well there is another thing that is bothering me… That Spider on your chest…" She points to it. "Are you in any way connected to Spider-Man or Venom, the Lethal Protector?"
"Actually, I am a descendant of Venom!" Mikumo says, "Why do you ask?"
"Well it's just that my parents both claim to be descended from one of the original quirk users of America, one Mortimer Tonybee, who stylized himself as "The Toad"." Tsuyu says, "Though it's not exactly easy to prove as his records are unavailable to anyone outside of Japan, and apparently he was a villain at the time."
"Yikes!" Kirishima says, "Well from what I know of Venom, he originally started out as a villain after a serious string of bad luck, which included cancer, a divorce, disowning, and, worst of all, getting fired from his job as a reporter. However, he somehow managed to turn it around after a while and became an Antihero who genuinely wanted to help people!"
"That's exactly true!" Mikumo says, smiling.
"Speaking of Quirks, as I once said to you before, Midoribro, I am jealous of your quirk… My Hardening is't too flashy, and I have a limited amount of time before my quirk finally stops working." Kirishima says.
"Well I had time to think on that, Kirishima, instead of using it continuously when it isn't needed, how about you try using it sporadically?" Mikumo asks.
"Spore-what?" Kirishima asks.
"He means to use it in short bursts!" Ochako Uraraka says. "Like for instance, you can harden your body where you're about to get hit as long as the hit lasts and then deactivate it!"
"Or you could activate your quirk just before you actually hit someone to surprise them with the amount of force behind it. Doing this will allow you to draw out the timer on your quirk!"
"Wow, I never thought of that!" Kirishima says.
"Also, what kind of fighting style do you use?"
"Uh…" Kirishima says.
"Let me guess, you just rush in without thinking and just through punches?" Mikumo asks.
"Y-Yeah…"
"Well I could teach you a bit about boxing! It's what I used to beat Kacchan!" Mikumo says, in which the Blonde Bomber simply grits his teeth.
"Well my Quirk is more evenly balanced between Flash and Power…" Yuga Aoyama says, "It is beautiful, is it not?"
"Only problem is that it will cause your stomach to collapse and voice you to void your bowels when you use it too much." Mina says, to which Aoyama looks a bit embarrassed, "But I guess that's why you had your armor developed right? It redirects the energy away from your stomach so that it doesn't take as much of a toll?"
"Actually, that did surprise me!" Mei says, "Is your quirk actually so centered on your navel?"
"Unfortunately, yes…" Aoyama says, "I was actually quirkless for quite a while before I suddenly started using it…"
"Quirkless?" Everyone asks, looking at Aoyama.
"Yes, my quirk activated suddenly after I had suffered food poisoning, and so while I have a handle on it, my body hasn't had that many years to fully grow used to it." Aoyama says, blushing, and looking a bit scared.
"Could I test something, Aoyama?" Mikumo asks, to which Aoyama tilts his head while holding his signature look, in which Overcast manifests. "Simply shoot a small amount into Overcast's mouth and we will see if there is any way we can fix it!"
"Uh… Oui?" Aoyama says, in which Overcast moves to Aoyama's belt and a small amount is released, in which Overcast eats, only to then scream in agony, and Mikumo to grabs his mouth.
"Midoriya?" Aizawa asks. "Do you need to go to Recovery Girl again today?"
"No, no!" Mikumo insists, holding his mouth, though tears flow from his face.
"That was indeed a plasma-based laser! That hurt!" Overcast says, "But we have manage to find a few things out…! Your Navel Laser is constructed of highly concentrated Hydrogen and Methane based Plasma, meaning that the reason why you get stomach problems is because you're forcing out the supply of ignitable gasses out of your stomach through your navel, causing your gut to become stressed by the strain."
"Hydrogen, Methane?" Kirishima asks.
"Basically Aoyama is using the gasses naturally produced in farts and ripping it out of his stomach to ignite and fire his lasers." Sero says, "No wonder his bowels get so loose and hurt so much."
"That means the gasses are under so much pressure that when they erupt from the navel they ignite upon contact with the heat stored within the belt after absorbing the heat from sunlight, and then the belt focuses the ignited gasses into a plasma-based laser!" Mikumo says, "But how does the armor work with this quirk?
"That's actually simple!" Mei says, "The Armor has focusing lenses and emitter matrices around the armor that, instead of allowing the plasma to flow out of the navel, it directs the gas to where Aoyama wants them to and the gas is then ignited and focused at the emitters where it is directed!"
"Interesting!" Mikumo says.
"Well speaking of quirks that are a Double Whammy of Flashy and Strong, Bakugou's is a good candidate, same with Todoroki's." Tsuyu says, "Though with Bakugou's attitude, he won't be very popular."
"WHAT DID YOU SAY, FROG LEGS!?" Katsuki shouts, angrily, "I'LL BE POPULAR, JUST YOU WAIT!"
"It has only been brief while since our socialization has commenced, and yet we have already been made apodictally cognizant of your personality…" Denki Kaminari says, smirking, "Redolent as excrement as if it had been steamed within a sewer!"
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME!?" Katsuki says.
'FINALLY! THE BOOT IS ON THE OTHER FOOT!' Mikumo cheers in his head.
"Such foul language…" Momo Yaoyorozu says.
"But they are so hilarious!" Ochako Uraraka says, laughing.
"Settle down all of you, we're nearly there…" Aizawa says.
"YES SIR!" Everyone calls out.
"Uhm… Midoriya-kun… Again I'm sorry…" Aoyama says.
"It's no trouble, Aoyama… I was thinking your laser was made of solid light, and instead I got burned for my ignorance." Mikumo says, smiling as his burned tongue and mouth heals. They soon arrive at what appears to be a giant white dome of a training ground, and, as they enter, they look to see what could only be described as a hodgepodge of different environments that could only be compared to Universal Studios Japan. However, as they enter, Mikumo looks off in the distance towards one of the zones, and in which Mikumo looks at it, becoming extremely pale, something that doesn't go unnoticed by one Kyoka Jirou. That is when they hear somebody descend towards them.
"Floods, Shipwrecks, Landslides, Earthquakes, Fires, etc!" A voice says as somebody descends from above, "This is a practical training area that I had designed myself… It was built to simulate all kinds of accidents and disasters! It's name is the Ultimate Simulation Joint!"
"It's Space Hero 13!" Uraraka shouts as she rushes to the hero, "I'm such a big fan of yours!"
"Well it's good to know one of my fans is actually one of my students! I'll keep a really close eye on you then!" 13 Says. "Oh Aizawa… All Might called, said that the Principal has called him in for a short meeting before he joins us."
"Damn that wolf mouse for getting in the way again…"
"It was actually serious…" 13 whispers, "Something about a guy named "Carnage"."
"Oh that… Now it makes sense… Alright, we will have to continue without him…"
With All Might and Principal Nezu:
"Principal Nezu, sir! You wanted to see me?" Toshinori asks, walking into the office of the Principal, who looks like he is something of a mix between a mouse, a wolf, and maybe even a bear as well.
"Good afternoon, All Might! I'm sorry to call you in like this before you have to meet with your students at the USJ, but it is important." Nezu says, "I had heard from Mina Ashido about how Midoriya-kun was temporarily taken over by his Ancestor, Venom, and also about the dire warning that the old man had sent about his old rival, Carnage. I was even told that Midoriya confessed to both Aizawa and Ashido-chan that he is part alien. This is deeply concerning. We already have someone who had declared war on UA by destroying the gate and getting several students hurt in the panic they had the media ensue due to you being late for work today."
"And for that I am sorry, sir! A ton of serious incidents came up on my way to work that I nearly burned out my pre-lunch timer by the time I got here." Toshinori says, bowing in aplogizing.
"I gave you this position so you could stay out of the spotlight and train your son in using One for All, as well as help rear the next generation of heroes, as you readjusted to using your natural quirk for when One for All's Embers finally burn out within you." Nezu says, "Now I find out that your son is actually part extraterrestrial, as is your wife. This is very serious, Yagi-sensei. If we're going to continue working together, I need you to explain everything to me…"
"Principal, I'm not the one who should tell you, as I don't know everything of what Inko knows, the fact that she was part-alien, and the fact that you, a unique being who had a unique quirk for what you are, became a science experiment, was reason enough to keep my wife's identity a secret!" Toshinori says, "I can ask Inko to come in to explain everything to you when she finds time."
"If you can manage to arrange such a meeting, that would be perfect… Although, there was one thing that did concern me from Midoriya's vision that concerns me… The Fact that your son ate the brains of our students and got the PEA rush he needed from it." Nezu says. "Is there something I'm missing here?"
"No, sir, if you're assuming that's the reason why my wife's diet is very specific, it's true… Phenethylamine and Adrenaline are the primary things that Klyntars need to survive, with Phenethylamine being their food, and Adrenaline being their Water." Toshinori confesses, "That is why my wife's fighting style is so acrobatic, she can produce adrenaline as much as she wants and she doesn't need to worry about, for the lack of a better term, dying of thirst. Her diet also consists of foods that are rich in Phenylalanine, which allows the body to produce Phenethyalmine, thus giving her body both the needed nutritional and neurotransmitter boost she needs to survive." He looks at Nezu, "The same goes with my son… Brains contain both of those at the exact same time, as you likely know…"
"Yes, and, based on what you've told me, these are more than likely what the Midoriya's ancestors ate in order to survive throughout the Cosmos, until they reached Earth, with it's More varied sources of PEA." Nezu says, "This is indeed concerning, but also enlightening and heartening to know that the Midoriyas do have more options available to them."
"Yes sir, my wife's ancestors used to subsist entirely on peanuts and chocolate to get by until they started doing their research." All Might explains. "In any case, I should be getting to the USJ!"
"Before you do, call your wife and ask her to come in for a meeting, we need to know what we are up against so we can prepare for this "Carnage" should he appear." Nezu says, giving All Might a look of finality.
"Yes… Sir…" Toshinori says, taking out his phone.
USJ:
"Okay so before we begin, there are a number of things I need to explain to you all!" 13 says, "First, I'm certain you all have an idea on how my Quirk works. It is called Black Hole, it is an Emitter Type Quirk that allows me to generate miniature, but powerful, Black Holes anywhere on my body. Anything that gets sucked up into them is immediately crushed into oblivion, and once somebody gets too close to me when it is active, they will die."
"The perfect quirk for clearing wreckage, and for carefully extracting people from dangerous situations without harm…" Overcast says as his face detaches from Mikumo and speaks on his own, "However, if your quirk follows the same logic as an actual black hole, the more it eats, the bigger and stronger it comes, creating a high risk of it running out of control if used for too long."
"Excellent observation, Overcast! Ten points to Ravenclaw!" 13 says, smiling under her helmet, in which everyone gets the reference, except for Mina and Kirishima, who tilt their head. "Now as Overcast had said, my quirk does function much like an actual black hole, hence it is a power that, just as easily as it can save people, can easily kill them. So, strictly speaking, my quirk is no different from yours."
"Thanks to this, quirk usage is highly regulated in order to prevent people from abusing their powers, and the law creates strict rules and guidelines for how quirks can be used." 13 continues, "However, there are some cases where the laws are too strict for an individual Quirk to be properly controlled without direct intervention or releasing it to regulate it once more, as such, the law does have it's Flaws, and it's up to eyewitness and hero testimony in order to ensure disasters created by quirks have minimal amount of damage and the unwilling party is given a light sentence for something they can't control."
"That is why I found 3 ways to limit the amount of deaths my quirk could potentially cause. Firstly is my suit, which is designed to limit the number of places and the size of my black holes, thus limiting their amount of power at any given time. Secondly I trained myself to get the timing down when catching people I rescue or villains I capture using it. Thirdly…" She Gestures to the USJ, "I created a training ground that, with the help of my fellow students, developed scenarios where we can practice using our quirks to rescue people. Funnily enough, learning to use our quirks for rescue situations allowed us to develop the flexibility and combative aspects of our powers at the exact same time."
"Now, during Aizawa's Apprehension Test, you gained an idea of what it's Like to finally cut loose with your quirks. In All Might's Battle Trial, you got to see what it was like to actually use your quirks in combat under the watchful eye of the Law. Here, you will learn how to use your quirks in rescue situations the same way my classmates and I did, through carefully regulated trial and error and good old fashion hardworking. Rescue missions can easily become combative situations, and some combat zones need immediate rescue operations to be done, as such, it is up to you to develop these skills here under our watchful eye. By learning to rescue, you can learn battlefield awareness and resource management in combat, and by learning combative tactics, you can easily coordinate rescue efforts. That is the main purpose of the Pride and Joy of Lightspeed Rescue!"
"I KNEW IT!" Ochako shouts. "I knew Mikomachi-sensei and Fukuro-Sensei looked familiar!"
"That's right, we're partners! Anyway, when you leave this place today, I hope you all have a fresh idea as to how to use your quirks for the sake of helping humanity! Now…" She Gestures to the stairs, "Shall we begin?"
Everyone cheers as 13's speech ends but almost immediately, Mikumo gets that sharp feeling in his head again and stops at the top of the stairs. Aizawa feels it too as he turns around to see a portal of black clouds opening as people begin to step through. "Everyone! Huddle up and stay back!" Aizawa says, everyone looks over the side as Eraserhead puts his goggles on.
"Sensei, what's going on? Is this part of the training?" Kirishima asks.
"No…!" Aizawa says, "Those are Villains!"
"Hmmmm…" One of the Villains says, looking up, his voice echoing enough that they can hear the man. "13 and Eraserhead… But All Might isn't here…"
"I knew it, yesterday's incident was just a diversion!" Aizawa says.
"Where the hell is he?" The man with hands all over him asks. "We went through the trouble of gathering all these guys to help us, and yet All Might, the Symbol of Peace, isn't here?" He then looks up to the group, "Maybe he'll show up if we kill a few kids?" the malice from this monster is palpable from where they are, but Mikumo can only grin with excitement as he feels the symbol on his chest tingling with the same feeling.
"Control yourself, Midoriya!" Aizawa says.
"No can do…" Mikumo says, his grin getting more and more menacing and maniacal as he feels something primal in him waking up. "It's like something in me is actually waking up and I don't know how to put it back to sleep!"
"Midoriya, you can't be serious, these are real Villains!" Ochako says, but sees the look on his face.
"Finally waking up, Yamikumo?" Bakugou asks.
"What do you mean he's waking up?" Denki asks. "These villains just waltzed into the home base of the Heroes!"
"Sensei, why aren't the Alarms going off?" Yaoyorozu asks.
"They should be but my sensors aren't picking up anything!"
"Sabotage! I knew it!" Aizawa says, "13! Begin Evac Procedures, we need to get the students as far away from here as possible! Kaminari, keep trying to contact the school!"
"R-right!" Kaminari says.
'Iida? Can you hear me?' Mikumo thinks.
"Mi-"
'Don't utter a word!' Mikumo warns. 'Okay this is good, electrical comes are down, but not psionic ones! Iida, if they shut down the alarms then it is likely they shut down the comms too! We need somebody to get to the school!'
'And I'm the fastest person here…' Iida thinks.
'Yes! So first chance you get, book it to the school and call for reinforcements.'
'Right!' Iida thinks.
"Sensei, you can't be seriously thinking of taking on that many villains on your own!?" Mikumo says, covering his silent conversation with Iida. "Your combat style is to disable your opponent's quirks and then capture them while they're off guard!"
"Don't worry, kid. Heroes are not one trick ponies." Aizawa says. "Counting on you, 13!" He then jumps down, and Mikumo's genetic memory flashes to that of busy city streets as a man dressed In a costume of crimson red and navy blue jumps down into a similar situation, and both land in the same way, saying the same line. "Good afternoon! Who's ready for their daily dose of bodily harm?"
Chapter 6:
Shota Aizawa, Hero Name: Eraserhead, Quirk: Erasure. Anyone he is looking at when he activates his quirk will instantly have their quirks either shut down or cease functioning so long as he maintains a visual on his targets. The power immediately shuts down when he blinks! That is what's going through Mikumo's head as he sees his teacher take on the Villains who have begun to surround him, and, with substantial ease, he is taking them all down fairly quickly. "I always thought that Eraserhead specialized in single-target elimination, but to think he can take on groups just as easily!"
"Midoriya! This is no time for analysis! We've got to evacuate!"
"I'm afraid I can't let you do that!" A voice calls out as the mist villain from before appears. "Greetings, I am Kurogiri of the League of Villains. My apologies for entering school grounds unannounced, but we came here today to battle against and kill All Might, the Symbol of Peace. Though it appears he is not here right now." 13 carefully raises her hand, "Oh well, it appears I must now fulfill my ro-" That is when Bakugou and Kirishima appear and suddenly attack Kurogiri, causing his essence to spread a bit.
"Ha! What do you think of that!?" Kirishima says.
"How rude! Still, your quirks are strong, you are all indeed golden eggs, but now it is time-"
"Everyone get back!" 13 shouts.
"-to scatter the eggs and crush them before they hatch!" Kurogiri says, laughing as the mist starts to envelope everyone. Mikumo looks to Mina, and his mind sees images of the warning sent to him.
"NOOOOOOO!" Mikumo shout, rushing to Mina and reaching for her as the mist covers everyone. Mikumo, reaching for Mina, finds himself engulfed in the darkness, only to then notice himself landing in a rocky terrain, with 5 others landing with him. However, as he regains his bearings. "What the?" he then looks to see Mina, Kirishima, Jirou, Tokoyami, and Hatsume all looking around as they seem to try and figure out where they are. "Mina, everyone! Are you alright!?"
"Fine, but man! I thought I had him!" Kirishima says.
"The important thing now is that we find a way to regroup with the others!" Tokoyami says.
"If we can find the way out of here, that is!" Jirou says.
"Calm down!" Mikumo says, "First thing's first, we need to know what everyone's quirks are so we can come a plan."
"Mikkun is right!" Mei says, "Right now we're sitting ducks, and I wasn't sure if were paying attention, but that mist guy said something about "scattering the eggs and crushing them before they hatch"!" Hatsume says, her signature smile not fading away. "So, Mikkun, what do you propose we do?"
"Hmmm, first, we need a lay of the land… Hatsume, if I remember correctly, your Quirk allows you to see great distances in great detail, even to the microscopic level, right?" Mikumo says.
"Yup, it's what allows me to make my babies back at the lab!"
"Babies!?" Jirou asks.
"Do you mean like actual babies?" Mina asks.
"My inventions! I was originally in the Support Course, and I passed that easily, I took the Hero entrance exam just for fun! When two students got kicked out of the Hero Course for various reasons, I was among the two candidates that got chosen to get promoted to the Hero Course. Thankfully, I was able to exchange one of my other classes for Support Course studies so I can keep up with everyone and still use the Support Lab!" Mei says.
"Okay, and Jirou, what does your quirk do again?" Mikumo says.
"Gives me these jack-like extensions to my ears that allow me to weaponize my heartbeat into a long-ranged sonic attack." Jirou says, "I originally had special vambraces designed for my costume but they weren't finished in time for the Battle Trial, and I never got a chance to pick them up today."
"Well, you're in luck!" Mei says, pulling, opening a box on her back, and pulling out two wrist mounted speakers. "Power Loader-Sensei finished them this morning and asked me to deliver them!"
"Thanks! Other than that, I can use my Earphone Jack's to pick up sonic vibrations, with my headphones amplifying the sound, allowing me to decipher them clearly. I can do so normally without the headphones but the equipment makes it easier to pick up and translate more distant sounds." Jirou says.
"Alright, then our first move is this. Mei, get up high and tell us what your elf eyes see, Jirou, keep your ear to the ground and see if we got company. Tokoyami, go with Mei to give her some back up, Kirishima, Mina, and I will protect Jirou! Once we have a lay of the land and know if there is an ambush coming, fall back here and we'll figure out where to go next."
"Right!" everyone says as Mei and Tokoyami head up to the highest point they can find. Tokoyami and Dark Shadow keep an eye out for trouble as Mei looks around. In her point of view, her crosshair shaped eyes instantly magnify and contextually everything she sees. To those who know, Mei's eyes can zoom in to 3.11 Miles/5km away with perfect clarity even at it's Furthest distance. To those who would hazard a guess, many would believe she is a descendant of the legendary archer Hawkeye, but not many know for sure. In any case, as she scans the horizon of the training area, she manages to spot the exit.
"Bullseye!" Mei says. Meanwhile, as this is happening, Jirou is piercing the ground with her Headphone Jacks, listening to any sort of motions in the nearby area, and she opens her eyes.
"We're surrounded!" Jirou says, "Multiple enemies, closing in fast!" Mikumo growls and soon the others join in.
"BACK TO BACK!" Mikumo commands as they stand with their backs facing each other as multiple villains come out of the woodworks, all of them raring for a fight. Mikumo growls as his face mask pulls back to reveal his sharp teeth, everyone tensing up.
"Dark Shadow, cover me!" Tokoyami says.
"Right!" Dark Shadow says, to which Mikumo looks to Tokoyami.
"This moved was inspired by you, Midoriya… Black Abyss!" Tokoyami says, his voice mixing with Dark Shadow's.
"That is so cool! Why don't we come up with something like that, Nii-san?" Overcast asks.
"Well next project for an ultimate move, noted!" Mikumo says, only for a tingle to reach their skull and Mikumo reaching up and grabbing a villain's bat, which is coated in acid.
"How cute… You think this level of acid will be enough to hurt us? We had something that was better tasting and worse in sensation!" Overcast says, smiling as he kicks the villain in the nuts and then sends them flying. "Everyone… NO ONE GETS INSIDE OUR CIRCLE!"
"No one gets inside our circle!" Mina says, acid dripping from her hands.
"No one gets inside our circle!" Kirishima says, hardening his fists.
"No one gets inside our circle!" Mei says, positioning her tentacles.
"No one gets inside our circle!" Jirou says, charging her Amplifier Jacks.
"No one gets inside our circle!" Tokoyami says, stretching out Dark Shadow's arms as the villains charge in. What follows for anyone who could possibly recreate it is what one could describe as a scene straight out of a movie as Mina begins firing off her aside in sprays around her, with Jirou blasting off sound waves in cones in front of her. Tokoyami swings out his arms as he lashes out at villains, knocking them aside while Mei throws Villains against the rocks, Kirishima and Mikumo allow their enemies to get close as they begin to start bashing in the faces of their opponents.
"Switch!" Mina shouts as a burly attacker comes in with a huge fist, Mina jumping back as Mikumo growls and webs up the villain's mouth before sending him flying.
"Switch!" Mikumo shouts, backflipping as Jirou blasts a wave of villains coming in.
"SWITCH!" Tokoyami calls out as he ducks one of Mei's tentacles flies past his head and throws a villain that has gotten too close for comfort.
"Switch!" Mei calls out as she notices a Villain aiming for her with a quirk that turns their hand into a gun, in which Mina throws a blob of acid at the guy, destroying the gun, and badly wounding his hand in the process. Suddenly a villain appears out of the ground in the middle of the circle and grabs Mikumo.
"So you're the leader, huh? I bet without you they will-" That is when Mikumo suddenly turns around and clamps his razor sharp teeth down on the guy's neck, blood erupting everywhere before he tosses the villain aside. "GAH! What the he-?" The Man says, choking on his blood…"
"No one gets inside our circle…" Mikumo says as a warning to the villains. "Unlike the rest of our classmates, we won't hesitate to strike a killing blow if it means keeping our classmates safe…" Mikumo says, his team looking at him with wide eyes, "Because… We are… THE 9TH LETHAL PROTECTOR!" He roars in anger as he slams his fist on the ground and his body begins to bulk up as orange electricity starts crackling across his body "One For All, Full Cowling!"
"Midoriya…!" Kirishima says, in which they see Mikumo's body growing larger and bulkier at this, with steam erupting from his shoulders and the soles of his feet. All the Villains look at Mikumo, intimidated, shaking in fear as they keep their eyes on Mikumo… Only to notice too late that the area is being covered by a very dense fog. For the group's part, they are all shocked at how Mikumo so casually killed a villain in front of them, almost as if it were second nature… Well… All Except Mina, who was there when Mikumo explained his vision about Carnage, something like that, in comparison to being force-fed your own brain in one's dreams, and actually remembering the visceral taste of it seems fairly tame in comparison. "You just killed that guy!"
"We can talk about this once we get out of here!" Mikumo says, in which the group soon takes care of the rest of the villains as they make their way to the exit, in which they notice Mikumo's body returning to normal as his mask peels away. The young hero walks to the side for a moment and proceeds to vomit.
"Mikumo!" Mina says, rushing to him.
"Oh my god… I just killed someone!" Mikumo says, shaking in terror, "I-I don't know why I did that… I-!" Only for Mina to wrap her arms around him.
"You're safe, Miku, I'm here for you!" Mina says.
"Though, seriously, Midoriya, whats with this whole "Lethal Protector" thing and going in for the kill like that?"
"Not the time, Kirishima!" Mina says.
"I…" Mikumo says, "I was only reacting on pure instinct and adrenaline…" Mikumo is breathing hard, "Earlier… When I said "something inside me woke up"… I wasn't lying… Something is waking inside of me… Almost as if it was some sort of lust for battle…"
"And the "Lethal Protector"...? What was that about?" Tokoyami asks, "The fact that you claim that you are the "9th" has a deeper meaning."
""Lethal Protector" is a title passed down from parent to child since Venom… Every member of my family has had no compunctions about killing villains if it meant saving lives, making us more like Antiheroes than actual heroes…" Mikumo says, "Though…" He looks back to the battlefield, "The First kill is always the hardest… My mom told me that she was forced by her father to kill her own pet when she was a little girl so that she could get used to it… That's why I was never allowed to have one… If I had one, she'd be forced to follow family tradition and make me kill it. She wanted me to become a normal hero… Though… I guess that isn't possible anymore…"
"Of course you can be a hero, Mikumo!" Mei says, holding herself above him, "Even heroes kill in the line of duty, it's all a matter of limiting how much and how often you do so!"
"Even if I start eating people?" Mikumo asks, to which everyone pauses. "It was so… Hard… My instinct was to go straight for the head… To wrap my teeth over his skull, encircle it, and then bite down… Hard… Then, in one swift motion…"
"Miku!" Mina says, to which his attention snaps to her. "You're letting your vision get to you! That was a warning from Venom of what's coming, but that's not who you are! That's not the kind of person who has the desire to save people, no matter the cost to himself!" Mikumo looks into her eyes, "Mikumo… You're better than your base instincts! You may be feeling them waking up, but you can be better than the animal inside you! You just have to choose to and stick to it!"
"Even if-"
"No!" Mina says, "You're not the monster you think you are! You're Mikumo Midoriya, Son of the World's Greatest Hero and Heroine! You may be the Lethal Protector, but you define what that means for you!"
"Yeah Midoribro!" Kirishima says, "To be honest, you freaked me out right there when you did it, but seeing how it is affecting you now shows you're not the monster you think you are. The fact your afraid and that you regret your actions means that you're still human!" The others nod, though Jirou looks a bit skeptical.
"Question though… Your Quirk, is it, perchance, affected by Sonic Vibrations?"
"Yes… Any loud noise is enough to cause me excruciating pain, but anything with an audio frequency of 4,000-6,000 Hertz is lethal if exposed to it for too long…" Mikumo says, "My suit and skin also burn far more easily when exposed to fire."
"So that is why you were eyeing the Fire Hazard Zone with such fear…" Jirou says. "As for those hertz levels, I doubt I could reach that frequency with my heartbeat, but if you need me to disable you long enough for you to calm down, I'd be more than happy to do it!" She raises her Earphone Jacks almost threateningly with a malicious smirk on her face. Mikumo looks a bit terrified, but then smirks with her as they exit the area and soon happen upon where Shota Aizawa is still mopping up the villains, and, thankfully, it seems that it hasn't been that long since things had started, and Mikumo… In fact, it looks like that, thanks to how quickly they mopped up their villains, it's only been about, maybe 5-10 minutes, at least. However, Mikumo can still see the mist villain, Kurogiri from where they are, meaning that Iida has yet to find an opening to get out of here. "Midoriya, what's the plan?"
"First thing's first, we need to regroup with the others that are still at the stares…"
"We can sense that Uraraka, Iida, Sero, Kaminari, Sato, and Shoji are still there…" Overcast says.
"And you know this how?" Mikumo asks.
"Uraraka still has our communicator with her… She forgot to give it back!" Overcast says, which Mikumon facepalms, having forgotten to ask for it back. "They are currently discussing a plan to give Iida an opening to rush to the school for reinforcements."
"Alri-" Mikumo says and then they hear a blood curdling scream.
"13's down! Kurogiri used his warping quirk to turn her power on her!"
"Knull Dammit!" Mikumo says, in which he grabs everyone with his constituent matter and rushes towards where the others are located at the top of the stairs. Within a few moments they arrive and Mikumo sees 13's back torn open by Kurogiri… Watching this, Mikumo roars in rage, only for it to be interrupted as Shoji grapples Kurogiri, he then snaps back to reality. "GO IIDA!"
Hearing the command and seeing the opening, Iida rushes out as Mikumo rushes over to 13, and sees her injuries as he begins to spread Overcast over her back. "Overcast! Can you help her?"
"I'll do my best!" Overcast says as he spreads over 13's back.
'Venom, Great Ancestor, please, if you can hear me, help me! My teacher is badly injured and I don't know if I can save her!' Mikumk begs mentally, tears flowing down his cheeks as the gravity of the situation sinks in. The others look at the anguish on Mikumo's face as he desperately tries to heal 13's injuries with Overcast. "VENOM HELP!"
"-Help…?-" A voice resonates into Mikumo's mind, the young man looking around "-Do you need healing…?-"
"Who?" Mikumo asks, looking around but realizes in his head. "Not me! My teacher!"
"-You wish to heal her more thoroughly than what you can do now?-" The voice asks.
"Yes! Please! Teach me!" Mikumo begs outloud.
"-The power to save lives does not come without sacrifice… Are you willing to pay the price in order to heal the world?-"
"Brother what are you doing!? Who is that!?" Overcast asks.
"What do you need!?" Mikumo asks.
"-Only one thing I will ask in exchange for this ability to heal… The threat you were warned about is far greater than you know… You must be willing to delve into your darkest and most ancestral forms in order to save this world… To spread your wings and become the Cure. Are you willing to do that? Both of you?-"
"I am!" Mikumo says, in which he looks to Overcast, who seems… Hesitant, but then the symbiote looks to 13, and nods. "It's a Deal!"
"-Then let your distant Uncle, Anti-Venom, grant you his power!-" Mikumo then feels something rip out of his back as four long, orange spider-like limbs erupt from his back in a semi-bloody fashion, and then pierce into 13, lifting her up as Mikumo groans in pain, his skin turning pale as 13's injuries are fully healed, though she remains unconscious, while the others catch her as the legs detach. "-This is Anti-Venom's unique trait, to heal any injury, cure any diseases, remove any toxin, and to destroy any symbiote with but a touch, at the cost of the user taking absorbing and experiencing their pain.-" Anti-Venom explains, "-The Bargain is struck, and now you must keep up your end when the time comes… To mark this moment upon your body forever…-" That is when, before everyone's eyes, Mikumo's suit shifts in coloration, shifting to a brilliant orange color whilst the original dark green takes the place of the original highlights and patterns. "-Now let's heal the World…!-"
Mikumo then collapses to one knee as Kurogiri manages to break free and looks at Mikumo, spreading his mist towards both the fleeing class president and towards the newly realized healer. "I won't let either of you live!"
"NOOOO!" Mina shouts, to which she sees something in Kurogiri's neck. "Uraraka!" Luckily, Ochako notices it and charges in, grabbing the collar, using her quirk to make Kurogiri float away from them. Mina growls as she jumps up with a strength she never knew and pins Kurogiri down by his collar, holding one hand up as Acid flows out from her hand as she becomes enraged. Little do they notice, but Overcast's little offshoot leaves Ochako and makes it's Way to Mina, fusing together with her suit, which immediately comes to life. However, the Pinkette doesn't notice as she glares at him. "DON'T MOVE!" Mina warns the Villain, "In order to keep your body in this state without falling apart, you need something solid to act as your anchor right?" Mina's suit transforms before everyone's eyes. "So if I were to destroy this, you would cease to exist right?" That is when the suit stretches over her face and creates a feminine version of the same Suit that Overcast creates for Mikumo, who looks at Mina in shock.
"What the hell are you?" Kurogiri asks, a mouth flowing over Mina's face.
"We…Are Agony…" Mina says as the face completely covers hers and her horns become much larger and more prominent with patterns of turquoise flowing through a primarily purple suit with the Pink Fur still being there, with the gloves and boots matching the fur. Mikumo looks at her and finds his face turning even more red than when he first saw her original suit, and he can't help but whistle a cat-call to Mina on pure reflex, only to feel a unspeakable pain and relentless Agony as Jirou pierces him with her Earphone Jacks and the twins scream in pain as they nearly separate from each other. "Leave them alone, Jirou!"
"You're just going to encourage such perverted habits!?"
"Now isn't the time to be fighting amongst ourselves!' She then turns to Iida, "GO, IIDA!" Tenya, hearing this, rushes to the door and makes his escape back to campus.
'Damn… If he calls for reinforcements, then it's game over…' Kurogiri thinks as Mikumo's pain ends and he is breathing shallowly, wheezing as he feels like his about to fall unconscious.
"Jirou, you moron! We were already suffering intense pain from healing 13, why did you go and add more to it!?"
"Perverts deserve more than that!"
"Overcast… Enough…" Mikumo says, barely hanging onto consciousness. "It's done…" That is when Mikumo feels a pain in his head as he turns to look to see Shouta Aizawa having been beaten down by the beaked brain monster from earlier. Following his instincts, despite the pain, charges down towards Aizawa as he manages to disable one of the Villain's Quirks before Tsuyu can be hurt. "GET AWAY FROM THEM!" Mikumo shouts charging up One For All and unleashing his strength upon the villain covered in hands, only for a blur of motion to get in the way and finds the brain-guy get in the way. "What the?"
"You're pretty ballsy, kid…" Shigaraki says, "However Nomu's Powers are Shock Absorption and Regeneration… Yoy cant beat our boss monster like-" That is when several spider arms rip through Nomu. "What did I just say?"
"Shock absorption, not nullification, right, and regeneration, that means there is a limit to what he can take!" Mikumo says, "But what if the attack that hits him only overtaxes his Regeneration?"
"What!?" That is when suddenly Nomu's skin begins to look like it is cooking from the inside. "What are you doing!?"
"The thing about Healing quirks is that they require some living tissue in order to function… So what if I cook him from the inside out and ensure there is nothing left to regenerate!?" Mikumo notices Shigaraki getting close as the Nomu tries to reach down for him… However, that is when there is an explosion nearby, and Mikumo smiles. "About time!"
"Have no fear, my students!" All Might calls out, "I AM HERE!" He then looks at everything that is going on and can't help but feel his chest swell with pride, as well as quiver with rage as he looks to see his comrades injured. "Young Iida informed me while I was on my way here… So now you don't need to worry! I have this now!" He then moves down towards where Mikumo is as several of the Villains recover, only for All Might to take them out once more. Seeing his father coming in, Mikumo detaches from Nomu and sends Shigaraki flying aside with a kick to the face. After this All Might grabs Mikumo, Tsuyu, and the others that were with her and pulls them aside. "Young Midoriya, your suit!"
"I'll explain later!" Mikumo says, "Father, that brain guy has a quirk that allows him to absorb kinetic shockwaves and a regeneration quirk. I don't know if the damage I caused was enough to weaken his regeneration or not, but I hope it at least helps!"
"Just the information is enough for me to come up with a plan, Miku. Thank you, now stay back…" He sets down Aizawa, "Can you tend to him?"
"I'll do what I can!" Mikumo says, extending the spider legs again and piercing his teacher, in which, to All Might's shock, Aizawa's body begins to heal as Mikumo turns pale, and in his eyes, there is nothing but pain, as is there is a backlash to healing Aizawa in this way, however over by Shigaraki, he looks on with shock.
"Not only a mage, but a healer as well!?" Shigaraki says, "What kind of broken build do you have!?"
"I-It's simple!" Mikumo struggles to say, "If we're talking DnD… I guess you could say I'm a Way of Mercy Monk!"
"Way of Mercy Monk, the Monks that can harm as well as heal… Now it makes sense…" Shigaraki says, smiling, "Oh I am going to love tearing you apart!"
"Not if I have anything to say about it, Villain!" Toshinori says, charging forward, deciding to test out his son's information. "CAROLINA-" He then swings a pair of chops in an X formation, "SMAAASH!" Much to Toshinori's surprise, the shock absorption is much stronger than he expected, almost as if… "Multiple layers!"
"That's right, Nomu was genetically engineered to take on multiple shock absorption quirks to create the beast before you, along with a handy cocktail of quirks to give him Super Regeneration!" Shigaraki says, smiling. The fight quickly escalates as All Might tries everything he can think of, but notice something small after a few blows… Nomu's regeneration grows slower and slower with each blow.
'Ha! Mikumo, my boy, you actually overtaxed his Super Regeneration, it's slowing down by the second!' All Might says, "Well then, let's try this!" He says, going for a suplex, only for suddenly a pain to rip through his chest once the dust settles.
"Nice Move, Kurogiri…" Shigaraki says. "How'd you manage to escape the kids?"
"Wasn't easy, but I manage to… Unfortunately, our information was wrong… There are two Klyntar suited individuals here" Kurogiri says.
"WHAT!?" Shigaraki and All Might shout.
"Uh oh…" Mikumo says, realizing he's in deep shit once this is all over, "Wait! How do you know about the Klyntars!?"
"Klyntars?" Tsuyu asks.
"Oh do you really think we didn't do our research?" Shigaraki says, "I had to check the Monster Manual just in case to get an idea of your weaknesses… Fire and Sound… Only problem is we didn't know which one of you had the Klyntar… However… If there are two here… Does that mean your symbiote actually gave birth to a new suit?" Mikumo turns pale, his body wracked with pain. "We could make good use of you!"
"I won't go easy…" Mikumo says, standing up despite the pain. "As for what you're doing…" Mikumo's face becomes covered by Overcast. "GET YOUR HANDS OFF OF OUR FATHER!" Their two voices uniting as one as they charge towards the villains, however, out of nowhere, and explosion hits Kurogiri, and ice rushes towards All Might, hitting the Nomu, while Kirishima appears out of nowhere and nearly hits Shigaraki.
"Darn it!" Kirishima says, in which All Might breaks out of Nomu's grasp and rolls to the side, snarling from the pain.
"Guys!" Mikumo says, and the group stands ready for a fight.
"Heh! If you were completely made of smoke and immune to physical attacks, you wouldn't have moved this thing out of the way!" Katsuki says. All Might retreats to the group as he growls as he holds his injury but regains his composure.
'Dammit… I've only got about a minute left on the amount of food left in my stomach, I'm currently on fumes… I guess I got no choice but to tap into the Embers of One For All in order to end this!' He looks to the students as Shigaraki charges towards the kids, with Mikumo growling. 'Even so, I have to stop these villains… Because I am…' Mikumo roars, "THE WORLD'S SYMBOL OF PEACE AND JUSTICE!"
As he says this, All Might and Nomu begin an epic clash that creates shockwaves as All Might's body sparks with yellow electricity, in which the USJ's Central Plaza becomes a warzone due to the ferocity and power behind the clashes. However, as Mikumo watches, he looks to Shigaraki and charges to him, and the two, like All Might and Nomu, Mikumo using the Way of the Spider's boxing techniques to dodge and parry Shigaraki's attacks as the two of them are so solely focused on each other as the Clash between All Might and Nomu reaches it's climax. Mikumo then, at the same time, takes a low stance as he charges One For All into his arm.
"GO BEYOND! PLUS…" All Might then sends Nomu Flying, "ULTRAAAAAA!"
"STRATUS! STRAAAAAIIIIGHT!" Mikumo sends his fist into Shigaraki's outstretched hand and hits him with so much force that, even though Shigaraki catches it, every single bone is broken in the villain's arm, from his fingers to his shoulder. Shigaraki falls back as he grabs his arm in pain, with Mikumo glaring at the villain, who glares at him.
"You… You both cheated!" Shigaraki shouts.
"Shigaraki, we must-!" Suddenly Shigaraki screams as the sound of gunshots rip through the air, Snipe firing his revolver as he starts shooting at the villains that his quirk can reach. What follows afterwards is a massive battle where heroes round up of what villains the heroes can capture, while Shigaraki and Kurogiri escape, leaving behind a cryptic warning.
"We may have failed this time, but rest assured that we will be back to kill you, Symbol of Peace." Shigaraki says, "And as for you, Klyntar, the King in Black's days are numbered! In one year, the Grand Culling will begin when the God Butcher returns. Let there be CARNAGE!" Shigaraki laughs maniacallynas he is pulled through the portal and Mikumo roars at Shigaraki ad he escapes.
Soon afterwards, the police arrive to take statements from everyone as the injured heroes are taken taken to Recovery Girl to have their wounds tended to. Thankfully, with Mikumo confessing to her he had a hand in healing them, Chiyo says that all Aizawa will have to deal with, thankfully, are his broken arms, while 13's injuries will require. A few weeks of rest to heal fully, but the rest, but thanks to him, most of the damage was repaired. Mikumo, however, is told to remain behind as an old friend of the family, Detective Tsukauchi, takes his statements before being released.
However, for Mikumo this isn't the end as he hears a call… This call leads him to the roof of UA, where Mina is standing there, looking at him. "Hey, Miku…!" Mina says, smiling at him, her eyes glinting as she pushes Mikumo against the Wall, with a smile on her face. "We need to talk…"
"U-uh yeah?" Mikumo asks, nervous. "About what?"
"Firstly…" That is when Mina becomes coated by a replica of her own suit, only this time, it is made out of Klyntar Constituent Matter, her voice changing, "About the gift you gave us…" The mask peels back, "Tell me… Did you give Agony to me, or did she choose to bond with me?"
"She?" Mikumo asks, becoming terrified, only to see Agony's face manifest with hair.
"Relax, Mina… He did not abandon us on principle… He asked Uraraka to return us to him, and she forgot." Agony explains.
"Wait Overcast, does that make Agony our daughter!?"
"No. Unlike True Klyntars, we Codex Klyntar reproduce sexually, meaning we need a mate to create more of us. Agony is more like an offshoot, created from us but is unique to herself. You can consider her something akin to a Clone."
"A clone…" Mikumo says with his face turning redder and redder by the second.
"And to answer your question, Mina, no, we didn't give her to you. It is more like she chose you."
"That does make sense…" Mina then smirks as she sees Mikumo's reddening face, "Secondly, do you remember me? From about 4 or so years ago? On Nabu Beach."
"I do…" Mikumo says, "I remember you clearly as crystal. And… How I stole your first kiss in order to save you." Mikumo blushes even more, only for Mina to suddenly press her lips against Mikumo's. The Half-Alien can't even process what is going on as Mina forces a now much longer tongue inside his mouth, which tangles with his own. For a good few moments this goes on before Mina pulls herself back for them to breathe, her now longer tongue linking her lips with a sensual look in her eyes.
"Now… We are even…" Mina says. "And for our third question… Since we have the next day or two off, would you like to go out somewhere?" Mikumo can't help but be entranced by her in this moment as he looks deep into her eyes with his scleras turning black.
"We would like that…!" Mikumo says as they share their contact information.
"Great…! It's a date then!" Mina kisses him one last time, more of an innocent peck on the lips before she skips away happily.
"Wait… DID SHE JUST SAY "A DATE"!?"
