Prompt: "What's our exit strategy?"

"Our what?"

"Oh my god, we're all going to die."

She really wasn't sure why Nate had insisted on her coming with the team to Juan, Texas, for the job they were just finishing, but here she was. Pru had been helping Eliot to load up the truck with their props when they both heard the robbery begin over comms. It was all that she could do to hold onto the truck door as Eliot raced to the bank.

Eliot was already halfway to the police barricade by the time that Pru finally go her door open. Running to catch up, she finally reached him as he ducked under the police tape, both of them ignoring the deputy trying to stop them. "Tell me what's going on in there."

"I'm afraid that I can't do that. This is an active crime scene, and you both need to…"

Pru held up a hand to stop the deputy from continuing to speak. "He's not talking to you."

Eliot continued speaking to Nate via comms. "How many are there?"

They both head Nate begin to speak in his fake Texas accent. "Yeah, you're right. Clearly amateurs, these two. Yeah, the younger one, looks like he's never handled a gun before."

Eliot shot a slightly confused look at Pru as she groaned. "Let me guess, judge blow-hard is right next to you, isn't he?"

The hitter rolled his eyes in understanding as Nate continued. "Yeah, uh-huh. Yeah, definitely amateurs. That's what makes them so dangerous."

Pru sighed as Eliot responded. "Alright, two guys, both armed and neither one a criminal mastermind. You want me in there?"
"Sir, we can't have you going inside the bank…"

"Once again, he's not talking to you, deputy."

Nate responded quickly after Pru finished speaking. "Probably, uh, a good idea just to sit tight, don't you think? You know, and see where these guys' heads are at, you know?"

Pru and Eliot both nodded as they began to back away from the bank. Eliot said, "Alright, your call, boss."

"Thank you." Pru rolled her eyes at the deputy's comment. It was only Eliot's hand in the middle of her back that stopped her from turning around to confront that idiot. Instead, as soon as they were far enough away to not be overheard, she turned to the hitter.

"What's their exit strategy?"

Before Eliot could answer, she heard Parker pipe in over comms. "Their what?"

"Oh my god, we're all going to die." And there was Alec.

Pru practically growled in response. "Alec, Parker, you two are definitely going to die. Now, can we get a better answer from the actual retrieval specialist, please?"

Eliot was attempting to not laugh as Pru turned to him. "Alright, let's get to it."
