The girls have been fitting into their new life outside the club. Today, Ash decides it time for them to experience the Pizza Plex and meet the other side of her family. How will the Fazclaire girls get along with the Glamrocks? The final chapter! I hope you all enjoy ^_^
Ch 12: Fitting In
3 Months Later
After so long, the girls finally got into a rhythm at their new home. Being with Heart at her house and helping her out, they just felt so at peace now. Away from all their past trauma and pain they felt over the years. They did what they wanted but they had to have an escort of some kind if they headed out. Ash was happy that her mom and the others could finally be themselves. They didn't need to be held back at all or be constricted to anything.
Fenri and Alastor decided to get rid of the girls' contract as well. They no longer had an owner to control them or tell them what to do either. They were able to do what they wanted of their own free will. Despite the contract being gone, their loyalty seemed to lie with Heart anyway and that made the hybrid happy. After many years of being tied down to the nightclub, they didn't have anyone to tell them what they could and couldn't do.
Their trauma still haunts them sometimes. Waking up in the middle of the night screaming, crying or just not being able to sleep at all. It hurt Heart to see them like this, but she slowly was helping them move past their terrors. Showing the girls, they were safe. No one was there to hurt them and she was there to take care of them. Show love and affection when needed and go slow if something still tormented their minds. Some nights she ended up sleeping in their bed with them or they slept in the bed with her when Alastor wasn't home. They were slowly getting better over time and that made them all happy.
The girls seemed to find their own little place around the house and for Heart, it was something she had to get used to. Chiku loved to game but also helped out with making food, she loved making breakfast for everyone in the morning. Bonfie helped clean a lot around the house and mainly did the laundry. Of course, the other girls helped clean as well. Fexa enjoyed exercising, so luckily the basement of the house was big enough for them to put a fitness area for the corner, stripper pole included as she still liked to practice…and give Heart shows now and then. Frenni seemed to enjoy her time by the pool on nice days but also made sure to keep the girls in line sometimes, especially keeping an eye on them when Heart or Alastor wasn't around. They all seemed to be fitting in nicely to their new life.
As for hanging out with Ash, the girls would go to see her now and then at Tori's home. She also saw them at Heart's house too. It was nice to finally have her other family closer to home like this. Those monthly meetings were always so hard to do but with them free, it was easy as a 10-minute drive. Ash felt closer to her mom than ever before and some days they even had some mother daughter days where they'd go out on their own and enjoy themselves. It was such a wonderful time for both of them.
For today, Ash is taking the girls to the Pizza plex for the first time. She wanted the girls to settle in first before deciding to have them meet her dad and other family members. It was going to be a fun time, at least she hoped so. She was sure they would all get along without any worries though.
Ash pulled up to Heart's home that day to pick up the girls. Tori was going with her as well so they both got out of the car and went to the front door. Ringing the doorbell, it didn't take long for the door to open.
Standing in the doorway was Chiku. "Ash! Tori! Welcome!" The chicken greeted them with a big hug.
"Hello Aunt Chiku." Ash giggled as she hugged back. "I hope you guys didn't forget about today."
"Not at all! I've been so excited!" Chiku said and then let them go. "The others are getting ready. Come on in."
They both headed inside and walked into the living room to wait. Chiku went down the hall to get the girls. The chicken told them that Ash had arrived and to finish getting ready. When she came back she sat on a chair not far away.
"Where is Heart?" Tori asked.
"Oh! She had to go with Alastor to the store. She'll be meeting us after they are done." Chiku answered.
"Fair enough, have you girls been ok on your own?" Ash wondered.
"Perfectly fine." Chiku waved it off. "We look after the house when Heart and Alastor aren't home."
"You make us sound like guard dogs." A voice said from down the hall.
Soon Fexa appeared and stood next to Chiku.
"Well, I think the only guard dog here is you. Especially when it comes to Heart." The chicken laughed.
The fox blushed. "Shut up! I'm just looking out for her, that's all."
"So, a guard dog?" Chiku grinned.
Fexa huffed and didn't want to argue so she walked off into the kitchen. The small group laughed. They knew how Fexa felt about the girl but she never wanted to show it. Soon enough Bonfie and Frenni walked out of their room and down the hall to the others.
"Sorry for making you wait girls, had some makeup malfunctions." Frenni apologized.
"More like make out malfunctions." Fexa chuckled from the entrance way of the living room as she took a bite of the half a bagel in her hand.
Both Bonfie and Frenni blushed. "Shut it!" They both said simultaneously but Fexa only laughed as she continued to eat her bagel.
"Ok ladies, no fighting." Ash interjected. "Let's all just get into the car and head on our way. All Right?"
"Ash is right, we had them waiting long enough. Let's get going." Frenni agreed.
All the girls nodded and headed out of the house. They all piled into Ash's van that she brought along with Tori in the passenger seat and Ash driving. Soon they were off, heading towards the Pizza plex.
"I hope you ladies will like it at the plex. I'm excited to have you meet my family." Ash said as she drove.
"I'll be excited to meet them too. Especially that one that you call dad. I'd like to thank him." Frenni says with a smile.
Ash nodded, "Freddy is excited to meet you too. He's only heard stories of you from me so far so I'll be happy to see you two interact."
The rest of the car ride was small talk before they arrived at the Pizza plex. Ash parked the van and helped everyone out.
Chiku looked up at the place and smiled. "Oh my god this place is big!"
"It is very big. I've lived here my whole life though; I know this place like the back of my hand." Ash says smiling. She was excited to have her mom and aunts see the place where she grew up.
"So, you never left this place for years?" Fexa asked.
"Yea, but I had no reason to. I was even homeschooled here. I had everything I ever needed under this roof." Ash explained. "That is why my job is to fix the animatronics. I spend the most time with them, plus they usually will tell me what's wrong. I know how they work plus I did a lot of research on my down time."
"That is still amazing. You're talented." Fexa told her.
The bear blushed. "I'm glad you think so." They walked through the door and she looked at the clock on her phone. "They should be starting the noon show soon. Come on, you'll love it. I have a good spot for us too."
They all walked in and the girls were amazing at the place around them. It was huge as they walked into the main lobby. They saw the statue of Freddy as they headed up to the elevators. They all got in and headed up to the main area of the place. Stepping off the elevators they saw how crazy and busy it was as kids ran around in the main hub. It was something they were not used to seeing but all the girls had a smile on their faces.
"Come on, we can head up more. You'll get a better view." Ash said and led them to another elevator up.
They were then up on the highest floor looking down. She took them to an employee only area and they sat down at a few tables that were right on the edge overlooking the whole place.
"Is it ok to sit here?" Frenni asked.
"Don't worry, you're with me so everything will be fine." Ash reassured them as she held Tori's hand. "Just sit back and enjoy the show."
On cue the lights went out and then the stage lit up. The music started and it was very upbeat and rock sounding. Soon enough they all appeared on stage from the floor below and started to perform. All the girls watched with wide eyes; this was something they were definitely not used to. Made them feel like they were at a concert. Ash looked around her to see the girls in a trance and it made her smile that they already seemed to enjoy themselves.
Soon after the show was over they all were clapping.
"Wow, they play really well!" Frenni said happily as she bounced in her seat. "That was amazing."
"Agreed! I would love to play with them for sure!" Fexa said just as excited.
Ash gave a small giggle. "You're all excited. Don't worry you'll meet them. I asked Fenri to plan a little meet and greet with them after the show. So, we can head down and go down to rockstar row to meet them."
"Oh boy, this should be exciting." Bonfie said as she quickly got up. "Let's go!"
They all got up and Ash led the way back down to the main floor and over to rockstar row. It was just as it always was but the girls were seeing it for the first time. They were in awe.
"Is this like a museum?" Chiku wondered as she walked over to the first glass case and looked in.
"In a way. It's a bunch of memorabilia from the past restaurants of Freddy's. This company has been around for a long, long time." Ash explains as they walk along slowly.
"Wow, that is amazing. So, it's gone through a lot." Bonfie said as she looked as well.
"Oh yea." Ash then heard the opening and closing of a few doors. "Looks like they are out. I'm excited for you all to meet them."
On time, the animatronics started to appear from their rooms, walking over to the group that now stood in the middle of the room. Ash smiled and went up to Freddy to give him a hug. The bear animatronic hugged her back tightly before letting her go and looking over at the group. The other animatronics slowly making their way over as well to the group. Soon enough both groups stood there looking at each other, Ash in the middle of both of them.
"We're all here!" She cheered then tried to greet everyone. First she turned to the Glamrocks, "Well, everyone, I want you all to meet my mother, Frenni. Plus, my aunts: Chiku, Fexa and Bonfie." She gestured to the bear in the middle and the others next to her. The girls gave a wave to them all. Ash continued by turning and pointing out the other group. "And girls, this is my family: Freddy, Chika, Monty, Roxanne and Foxy." The Glamrocks gave a wave in return.
The groups studied each other for a moment.
Freddy then walked up to Frenni. He was a bit taller than her, so he looked down and said, "It's honestly nice to finally meet you. Ash tells me a lot about you."
"Well, she tells me about you as well." The woman said in return. "I finally got to meet you. The first thing I've always wanted to say to you and the others…is thank you."
"Thank us?" Freddy wondered, confused.
"For taking such good care of my girl." Frenni told him with so much care in her voice. "Raising her. Giving her a home and a family to keep her safe while also giving endless love for her. I couldn't have asked for anything better for her than here with you all. So yes…thank you…from the bottom of my heart."
The male bear animatronic smiled before pulling the female into him for a hug and held her tightly. Frenni was surprised by the hug at first but accepted it and hugged him back. Everyone awed at the sight.
Ash was touched by her mother's words as she watched them hug. That she felt that way about how Freddy and the others raised her. It showed how grateful she was to have the life she had. To have the family she grew up with.
Soon they broke the hug and Freddy said, "So, with you all being our guests today, how about we show you around?"
"Can we eat first?" Chika and Chiku said at the same time. The two looked at each other and laughed. In turn, caused everyone else to laugh.
"It seems like you two share the same thought process." Roxanne said through her giggles.
The two chickens then blushed and looked away from the groups.
"Well, I think lunch sounds good to me." Ash agreed and walked back over to the two bears in the middle of the group. We can go to one of the party rooms and sit down. Talk and stuff like that.
"That is a good idea." Freddy agreed. "Why don't you take them down to the party rooms and we'll meet you there? We have a few families with VIP we have to meet."
"Sounds good! See you all soon." The young bear said and gave her dad a hug before leading the girls out of Rockstar Row and over to the party rooms by the one arcade. Once they were settled they ordered some food and sat around to wait for the Glamrocks.
"I can already tell Freddy is very nice." Frenni told Ash as she sat next to her.
Ash smiled. "He is. Freddy was so wonderful to me growing up. I never wanted to leave his side when I was a cub." She gave a chuckle. "When I was younger I actually thought I was an animatronic."
The girls around giggled at that.
"For real?" Fexa asked with a huffing laugh.
Ash chuckled embarrassed. "Yea don't worry I figured out I wasn't after a while. I look back on it now and realize how silly I was. Even so, they were cute memories."
"Silly girl." Frenni giggled and messed with the girl's hair.
"What other things did you do around here as a kid?" Chiku wondered.
Ash gave a giggle from her curiosity, "Lots of stuff. I remember the first time I beat Roxy at her kart track. She is such a sore loser, but she was still a good sport about it."
The girls laughed at that.
"Or that time you hid in the ball pit at the daycare when we played hide and seek?" Tori said with a laugh.
"Oh, yea that was a fun time!" Ash smiled with a giggle of her own. "I was in there for like 2 hours before you guys gave up."
Everyone gave a laugh hearing that.
"Think we can try out a few of the games in this place?" Bonfie asked.
"Of course!" Ash answered happily. "After lunch we can have a round of Monty Golf. That should be fun."
"Golf?" Fexa seemed confused.
"Yea mini golf. You've never played it before?" Tori asked them.
"There are a lot of things we've never tried." Frenni explained. "That and things we don't remember from our past lives as well."
Ash was saddened a little by that answer but still smiled. "That is understandable. Don't worry, we'll show you how to play. It won't be hard. I'll be excited to have you all with me today. Have you all try new things. It's going to be exciting!"
Soon enough their food was ready. When they had just started to eat, the Glamrocks soon arrived as well.
"Hey, you all made it!" Ash said excitedly as she got up and gave her dad a hug.
"Of course! Sorry it took us so long." Freddy apologized.
"No worries, we are happy you're here now." Frenni says with a smile.
Soon they were all around the table and chatting. Chika and Chiku were too busy eating their pizza to really pay attention but the two got along with each other. Fexa and Roxanne seemed to butt heads a little but overall, they got along. Foxy would join in on their conversation a little bit as well but he was talking to all the girls. Freddy was busy talking with Frenni and telling embarrassing stories about Ash when she was a cub.
Soon Heart and Alastor arrived as well. They got back to the house and dropped off the groceries before coming to the pizza plex. The two ordered some food as well before sitting with everyone. Of course, the girls go over to Heart one by one to get their attention. In the end Fexa was sitting next to Heart while getting petted.
"I hope we didn't miss much by the way." Heart said sadly as she continued to pet the fox next to her.
"Not at all. We were eating first before deciding on what to do." Ash told her.
"Oh good. Were you going to show them around first before deciding?" Heart asked. "If that is ok with you ladies?"
They all nodded and Frenni answered, "Sure, I think it be nice to see everything first."
Soon enough they cleaned up everything and the large group headed out of the room and down to the main area of the pizza plex. The group was all mixed together as Ash led the way, holding Tori's hand as they went. Telling them about the things around the pizza plex and taking them to each area to show them everything. The girls were amazed by how much there truly was to do in this place. They understood why Ash enjoyed living here so much. It was like there was nothing ever boring to do.
Once they were done looking around they were in the middle of the pizza plex gathered around Ash. "So, now that you've seen everything. What do you want to do first?"
All at the same time, there was a different answer from the girls.
"Fazer Blast!"
"Golf!"
"Bowling!"
"Racing!"
Ash giggled and shook her head. "My goodness you guys. Can you come to an agreement?"
They all looked at each other in thought but Frenni turned back to the young bear, "Maybe it would be best if you chose for us dear."
"Yea, you'd know this place better than anything." Chiku said smiling.
"Well ok, if that's the case we are going to my favorite first." She told them, grinning.
Roxanne automatically knew that answer. "To the raceway!"
"You got it." Ash laughed when she realized Roxy knew exactly where she wanted to go. She always loved racing and go karts so it was fun for her. Hopefully, everyone else will enjoy it.
So off they went to the Raceway. With the help of Roxy, she was able to teach the girls how to use the go karts as well as some safety. They seemed to get the hang of it after a short time before they finally got onto the track. Ash was there to lead the way for them, letting them take a lap or two around to get used to it slowly. Then the whole group was on the track, since they managed to get everyone settled in at once. Eventually the race started and they were off, Ash took off without a thought and zoomed with Roxy close behind her.
They did about five laps before Ash crossed the finish line first. "Yes! I still got it!" She says as she stopped the kart.
Roxy wasn't far behind her. "Beating me still!?"
"Well of course, I did learn from the best after all." Ash gave her a wink.
The wolf tried to not be a sore loser right now in front of all her family, but she still looked away with a huff.
Soon enough everyone slowly made their way across the finish line. They were all just happy to be having a fun time. They all had a lot of fun.
That entire day everyone was enjoying their time at the Pizza plex.
After racing, they went to Monty Golf to wind down from that excitement. They taught the girls how to use golf clubs as well. It seemed Fexa had an issue with the game as she threw a temper tantrum about the ball, throwing her club in the process. Luckily, Heart was able to calm her down and took her off the course a moment before they both came back. Fexa apologized for her behavior and they finished the golf game.
After that they went to play some Fazer Blast. The two sides of the family are facing off against each other. It was a fun time for all of them but found out Chiku was extremely competitive about it. Eventually the Glamrock's actually lost 3 to 2 against the Fazclaire girls. They celebrated but it was getting close to dinner time so they all got something to eat, meeting again in the one party room. Getting food and stopping to sit down, chat while talking about their fun times already today.
The girls were having so much fun. It's the most fun they've had ever. All they knew was life at the club, now that was no more so they were free to do as they pleased. This had probably been their best day yet.
After they had dinner, they were off again, but they went bowling this time and enjoyed a few games of that. Bonfie got it down no problem, Frenni and the other girls on the other hand…not so much. They gave the girls bumpers to help and it made them happy to be able to finally hit the pins.
Soon enough though, it was dark outside and the place would be closing soon. The Glamrocks decided to do their last show of that night. They all sat and watched the show as they wind down from today. The girls were all so excited about their adventures today, they were sad they had to leave soon.
"I have one more thing I want to show." Ash said as she stood in front of everyone. "Follow me."
They all followed the young bear as she led them through some backways behind areas of the pizza plex, up some stairs and soon enough…they were on the roof. They walked out to see a perfect view of a sunset just beyond and it was so beautiful. The girls were in awe while the Glamrocks smiled, they always enjoyed this spot after a long day. Ash ran over to a small wooden platform with a safe box that wasn't far away and started to pull things out of it. Blankets, pillows, and other comfy things.
"I always have my box of comfortable things up here. I thought it would be nice to sit up here and wind down after a long day." The young bear explained as she took out a big blanket and started to lay it down. With help from Freddy and the others, they had a nice little spot on the wooden platform looking out at the sunset as it slowly dipped behind the horizon. Eventually Fenri joined them up there as well, he needed a break from today anyway. They all sat together as they watched the sun set. It was crazy how today went.
Before the sun was fully set, Ash stood up. "Hey, could I have your attention?" Everyone looked up at her. "I want to thank everyone for today. This is the most fun I've had in a long time. I'm sure you all had fun as well."
"It was amazing, Ash." Frenni answered with a smile.
"We appreciate you letting us have this experience." Bonfie added.
"I want to do it all again soon!" Chiku cheered happily.
"Well, we can do this any time we want. We have all the time in the world." Ash giggled.
They watched the last bit of sun dip behind the horizon and disappear. Soon the stars came out and the moon was starting to shine in the sky. The group stayed there a little longer as they just enjoyed the moment together. Soon enough it was time for the Glamrocks to go back down to their room and go to get charged in their pods for the night. Fenri was going to be the one to escort them back down so he always gave Ash a hug before saying goodnight.
Freddy gave Frenni one last big hug as the groups said goodnight to each other. Then it was just the others left with Heart and Alastor as well. Heart was busy petting Fexa, who fell asleep on her lap.
"Do you guys want to head off and take the girls home?" Ash asked Heart as the bear cleaned up some of the pillows and blankets.
"Yes, we'll take the girl's with us. You can just head straight home. I'm sure you and Tori would like to celebrate." Heart gave a wink.
Ash blushed as she put some of the stuff back in the box. "Possibly, but if you're ok taking the girls home then I won't fight you." She chuckled.
"Don't worry, I'm sure they'll go to sleep in no time." Heart said and tried to wake Fexa up.
Soon Fexa was awake and got her to stand up. The other girls gave Ash a hug, but Frenni stopped a moment, telling the others to go ahead. She went back to her daughter. "Ash, can I talk to you alone?"
"Of course, mom." The young bear said and told Tori to meet her downstairs, so the bunny went off, leaving the two bears alone. Ash closed the chest then sat on top of it then patted the spot next to her. "What did you want to talk about?"
"I wanted to thank you for today. We all really needed it." Frenni told her as she sat down next to her daughter.
"Well I'm glad you had an enjoyable time." Ash smiled wide.
"Also, I was happy to see the place you got raised. I could see you were at home here today. It makes me happy to see you so full of wonder and excitement. Even after all these years…it still brings out the kid in you."
"Of yes, I always knew how to have fun. That is why Heart and Tori became friends with me so fast. They always enjoyed my company, plus I was always here so they always had a friend. Being here, was the best thing for me."
"I can see why. You grew into a fine young lady." Frenni played with the girl's hair for a moment. "I can't wait to see how much more you'll grow."
Ash looked at her mother and smiled. "Thanks mom. I'm also happy to have you in my life to see it."
Frenni hugged Ash tightly, the girl hugging back in return. "I love you Ash."
"I love you too mom." She whispered to her and hid her face in her mother's neck.
"Thank you…for everything." The animatronic said as she pulled away from the hug. "You're the best thing that has ever happened to me." She was starting to cry.
Ash saw this and held her mother's face, "Don't cry mom."
"They're happy tears, I promise." Frenni said with a sniffle. "I just…so much went on today. I felt so many things. Oh, my goodness it's too much for a mother's heart to take."
With a giggle, Ash said, "I know mom, but today was so perfect. Plus, I hope you got a good first impression of Freddy."
"Of course I did. I can see that he raised you with so much love. I thank him and the others so much. He's a very wonderful animatronic. Special for my special girl." Frenni kissed her daughter's forehead.
The young bear smiled happily with her small tail wagging. "You're so cheesy mom." She giggled. "I appreciate your words, but I don't want to hold you up from going home."
"Yes you're right, Heart does get protective of us." Frenni blushed.
"I'm glad she is taking care of you all." Ash said with a soft look.
"It's the best care we've had, ever. We never want to leave her side. Contract or not…we are hers."
"That makes me happy to hear mom. I'm sure you'll be fine for a long time. Heart has a lot of love to give."
"Oh yes, we all know we'll be fine." The bear looked to the night sky before looking back down at Ash. "I should get going."
"Agreed. Let's walk out together. I don't want you getting lost."
"Thank you."
Ash leads the way down the stairs and back into the main area of the pizza plex. Heading down the elevator to the lobby and out the front doors. Frenni gave her a hug and a small kiss before heading over to Heart's car where all the girls were waiting for them.
Watching the girls all get in Heart's car, then give her a wave as they drove off…made her smile. She looked back and up at the pizza plex…her home. Her family. She was so glad about how her life was right now…she had all she could ever ask for. Loving family, loving friends and a loving significant other.
Ash looked over at Tori who was waiting in the car for her, the bunny was looking at her phone but the bear still smiled. She finally walked over and got into the driver's seat.
"Did you have fun today?" Tori asked.
Ash kept he eyes on the road, "It felt magical."
The two got home in no time. Opening their door and closing it behind them. The night sky was bright with the moon while the stars were out shinning. Ending this perfect day, on a perfect note.
And with that, the party is over. At least for now. I don't have much else planned for this fanfic, at least right now. I mainly wanted to show my FNC OC's backstory and I had a lot of fun telling it so i hope you all enjoyed reading it. She is my girl who means a lot to me so being able to put this together was fantastic.
