A young woman befriends a young, orphaned Poleepkwa, and together they discover the love of friendship, but they soon learn that not all human and Poleepkwa relations are accepted.

Nearly a year and a half from the events of District 9, the law is changing in relation to the Prawns who are now being sold as slaves or exotic pets to humans. Immediately, Tania take the opportunity to purchase Wikus and takes him home in his transformed state. Can she convince him of her love with such hate in the world? What about when Wikus meets their infant son?

He had long since lost track of time. Had long since stopped counting the days since Christopher's departure. At first, he had tried his best to keep track of the passing weeks until his eventual rescue. But as the years mercilessly went by, and there continued to be no sign of that huge, alien ship in the dirty blue sky, Wikus steadily began to lose hope.

Ana did not come to Johannesburg to be near the aliens. In fact, she was hoping not to see one closer than was necessary, like outside the TV, for example. But a few events will not only surpass her expectations but also transform her completely.

2nd Lt. Washington, is being assigned his next job down in Johannesburg to, "Keep the Peace" between the prawns and the locals. He's always been wanting to see and even interact with an alien, and the Corps is giving him the opportunity. The apartheid going on down there isn't going all too well, so maybe he can help fix that on behalf of the U.S. -MHumanxFPoleepkwa in future

Because the one thing that meant the most to him, the most precious thing in his universe, was his own son. Mostly centred around Christopher and Oliver, with some slight, implied Wikus/Tania.

Most flowers are organic, living beings; they gain nutrients from the soil and grow. But not these flowers, they are made of metal. They are symbols of love. He makes them for her because he loves her, she cherishes them because she loves him. And one night, one of those metal flowers causes them to interact for the first time in months.

New life brings renewed hope. On the day his child hatches, Christopher reflects on the journey that has brought them here.

A prelude. The prawn find a way to bring electricity to the slums. Power to the people.

Nearly a decade had gone by since Christopher Johnson and his son left Earth to return to his home planet. Without his return, the inhuman population was left stranded in South Africa, and their lives had seen little improvement. But, would it be possible for a small handful of individuals to make a difference?

AU: The Mothership stands vigil after Christopher and Wikus retrieve the vial. With very little fluid left to ensure a successful trip, Christopher is forced to seek alternative means to reach his people. Set three years into the future, Wikus endures, seeking out the remnants of his humanity when an opportunity for progress rekindles his hope for a 'normal life'.

A short story told from the perspective of a prawn during the military crackdown on District 9. Please comment on my writing and if possible give advice on what I should do better. (And sorry that the second half of the story is written sort of awkwardly)

Delilah is transferred to Johannesburg, things goes great the only problem is that Delilah is terrified by the prawns. But then every move she makes brings her closer to them, she don't know what to do. Soon she finds herself on the run from MNU. A typical night on which Wikus leaves a flower at Tania's door. However tonight the door is answered by someone completely unexpected to Wikus. Oneshot.

At the heart of District 9 the Poleepkwa are at the mercy of their human gatekeepers, and the traitors coerced into betraying their own kind. While the race begins in preparation for Christopher's impending return, Wikus is transported into the bizarre and exotic world of the Poleepkwa. Rated T for mild language.

After assuring Christopher Johnson and his boy got to the spaceship safely, Wikus is left fighting for his life as he continues his transformation into a prawn. Only time will tell if Christopher will stay true to his promise and not only save his people, but save Wikus as well. For now, Wikus will have to adjust to life as a fugitive and as a prawn.
