Marinette was on Juleka's houseboat trying to navigate through the mess on the deck and accidentally bumped into Mylène.

"Oops! Sorry Mylène. My bad!" Marinette apologised as she carried a box. She then approached Rose, who appeared to be looking for something and pulled out a microphone from the box. "I think this is yours, Rose."

"Thanks, Marinette!" said Rose gratefully and began speaking through the microphone. "Do you realise? It's our very first concert! It's going to be awesome."

Marinette nodded as her ears recovered from the loud sound and then made her way over to Alya, who was holding a ladder for Nino, noting the absence of Adrien.

"He's not here yet," said Marinette.

"No worries, girl," said Alya. "The gig hasn't started yet."

"What if he doesn't know Juleka's address?" Marinette panicked. "Or he got the wrong day? Or he's lost? Could you check with Nino, please? You know, of course, just… casually."

Alya looked over to Nino, who was sorting out the loudspeakers. "Hey, Nino, did you hear from Adrien, by any chance?"

"He had something to do with his old man," said Nino. "He said he'll come right after."

Alya then nudged Marinette, and the two girls giggled.

"Let's just hope that his father disinformation to come to the gig, you know how big of a control freak he is," said Jack.

Juleka's mother, who was a swashbuckling tight woman, then arrived. "Captain Anarka speaking to ya'! So how's it comin' along me, young pirates? Ready to celebrate the—" She adjusted her glasses and took the box for Marinette. "Whatcha up to, there, matey?"

"Uh, hello, ma'am," said Marinette. "I'm cleaning up for tonight! Your boat's gonna be clean as a whistle!"

"You're cleaning?" Anarka laughed and began dumping the contents of the box onto the deck. "We never pick up in this house! Didn't me daughter tell you? We like the lived-in look. We have no rules on The Liberty! Out of chaos comes creation! Messiness is life!"

"It also makes it difficult for one to get around," Jack sighed.

Adrien was in his room playing on his piano with his father listening, and then he accidentally played the wrong key.

His father then held out his hand to stop him. "I've heard enough. Are you sure you're practising, Adrien?"

"I'm just doing the same exercises over and over again," said Adrien. "I think I could make better progress if I could just play with other musicians. After all, music's meant to be shared with other people, don't you think?"

"We Agrestes are soloists," said his father. "We're not mere group members. I suggest you rehearse your piece some more. You'll play it for me again later today."

"But father, you promised that I could attend my friends' concert," Aidan protested.

"Not after that performance you've just given, which is probably due to their influence!" said his father stubbornly. "You need to refocus, Adrien."

After Gabriel and Natalie left, Adrien called Nino to give him the bad news.

On The Liberty, Marinette was with Alya, Nino and Jack in the cabin when Nino's phone rang, and he answered it.

"Wassup, dude?" Nino asked, his eyes widened. "Wow, what happened? Whoa, that's real rough. Good luck, dude; see you tomorrow!"

"Let me guess Adrien's dad," Jack assumed.

"Yep, you called it, says that his dad wants him to practice on the piano all day," Nino nodded.

Marinette was saddened by this and turned away. Alya looked at Nino and Jack. Nino nodded, and he and Jack walked away.

Alya then walked over to her. "Well, it's not exactly the first time his dad's kept him from hanging out with us." She then moved the metal statue that Marinette was holding to one side. "Actually, I'd have been super surprised if he hadn't."

"Whoa, sailor!" said Anarka as she entered the cabin. "Never place a metal object next to a compass, ya hear, lass?" Removing the metal statue from the top of the compass. "Metal attracts the needle, just like a magnet, which is why you can't get them anywhere near each other."

She demonstrated by waving the statue over the compass and showed that it went haywire every time.

"I know how they feel," Marinette sighed. "Maybe I'm just like this statue, and Adrien's my compass. Maybe we're meant to stay away from each other forever."

"I think it's the other way around," said Alya as she placed the metal statue over the compass. "He's the statue, and you're the compass that goes crazy whenever he gets close!" She placed the statue down and placed her arm around Marinette's shoulders. "There'll be other chances, Marinette."

"That's what you said last time and the time before that."

"We're ready, Captain!" said Rose as she appeared at the stairwell with Juleka and saluted. "Uh… but Luka's missing."

Anarka looked at Marinette. "Marinette, right?"

"Yes, ma'am… uh, Captain!" Marinette nodded.

"Since you're free from your cleaning duties, could you go and tell Luka that we're waiting for him to start rehearsals?" she asked.

"Of course," Marinette nodded and then frowned. "Uh, but who's Luka? And where is he?"

"Luka's my son; you'll find him in his cabin."

Marinette was surprised to discover that Juleka had a twin brother. That said, it was easy to forget that Juleka was a year older than the rest of the class and barely spoke to anyone.

She made her way below decks and found Luka meditating on his bed. This caused a jump back in surprise, and she looked at him closely. She had to admit he was cute in a punkish sort of way.

Luka then opened his eyes and smiled at her, and she immediately blushed.

"Hey, my name's Ma-ma uh Mamamarinette!" she stammered. "Your mom sent me down here. The groove…uh… the group's waiting for you."

"Hello, Mamamarinette," he chuckled, much to her embarrassment. "Sorry. I tend to make more sense with this." He then picked up his guitar and started to play it. He then patted his hand on the bed, inviting her to sit down with him, which she did. "That's strange. It seems you have something like this in your heart."

He then began to play his guitar again, and the sound was beautiful. It certainly touched Marinette's heart.

"How do you do that?" Marinette asked, amazed.

"Music is often simpler than words," he said.

Marinette then rose to her feet and noticed a post of Jagged Stone. She then saw a guitar pick display and grabbed one with Jagged Stone's face on it. "You like Jagged Stone's music?"

"He's my favourite singer!"

"Mine too," said Marinette, then fiddled with the guitar pick when he stood beside her.

Luka noticed this and smiled. "You can have it if you like. I've got plenty."

"Oh! Thanks!"

"I think I'd better go join the… groove, you said?" said Luka.

"Did I really say that? Oh, no," Marinette moaned.

Luka smiled. "You're a funny girl, Marinette."

He left his room, leaving behind a flustered Marinette, who put the guitar pick in her purse and ran after him.

Meanwhile, Adrien was watching the Music Festival on his TV as he could not go in person.

"For this year's National Music Festival, Paris's city hall has organised numerous free concerts featuring big stars in some pretty prestigious locales!" said Nadja. "We're joined by our honourable Mayor, Andre Bourgeois. If you will, please tell us about the line-up!"

"Well, XY will be performing at the Place de la Concord, Laura Nightingale at the Louvre, The Philharmonic Orchestra outside City Hall, and Mr. Jagged Stone at the Eiffel Tower!" said Mayor Bourgeois. The said performers appeared on the screen in their respective locations, and additional locations across Paris were shown up. "And let's not forget the many concerts and gigs given by the people of Paris across the city!"

"This is likely to be the most incredible music festival since the first one was held right here in Paris in 1982!" said Nadja. "I'm Nadja Chamack. Tune in here to hear more tunes."

Strangely, Adrien felt even worse now than he had before.

Plagg noticed this and tried to cheer him up. "Come on, now. Don't be so down in the dumps. Look at the bright side. Now you can enjoy all of the concerts without leaving the comfort of your own room!"

"I just wanted to go to my friend's concert, Plagg!" he said.

"Then why didn't you say so?" Plagg asked. "As your friend, I'm going to give you a private concert you'll never forget! Ahem!" He then began to sing off-key. "Camembert! You're the cheese of my dreams! Camembert! You make life better than it seems!"

"Thanks, Plagg," Adrien smiled. "Best concert ever."

Adrien then began playing the piano, but his heart wasn't really in it, and Plagg sighed, wishing you could help.

Marinette soon joined everyone as Kitty Section were about to practice. Rose was the singer, Ivan was on drums, and Luka and Juleka were on the guitar.

"Are you okay, girl?" Alya asked.

Marinette nodded and looked at Luka.

"I'm thinking 'Marinette the Compass' has found herself a new statue," said Alya, noticing this.

"What? Luka? No way! You're being ridiculous!" said Marinette dismissively. "Pff! Sure, he's cool and nice and everything… but there's only one statue that drives this compass crazy!"

"Ho, ho, sailors!" said Anarka. "Let's give them a show! Whenever you're ready, Luka!"

Luka then removed the blanket that was covering the super large high speaker.

Mylène then handed Marinette and Alya earplugs. "You're going to need these, believe me."

"She's not joking," said Jack. "And better brace yourself because you might quite literally be blown away."

Luka then strummed his guitar, and the sound emanating from the loudspeaker was loud enough to make every single car in the streets of Paris be blown away. Alya, Marinette, and Nino just stared in, shocked by how loud it was.

A split second later, Police helicopters, boats, and cars arrived, surrounding the houseboat, and Lieutenant Roger stepped out of his car.

"Mrs Anarka, are you completely out of your mind?" he said, speaking through his megaphone while holding a decibel meter. "I'm reading 160 decibels! That's ten times the sound of a jet engine! You just can't do this. You'll have to play something else!"

"It's the National Music Festival today, Lieutenant Roger!" Anarka argued through her ship's speakers. "My crew's allowed to play whatever they want!"

"It's a music festival, not a noise festival," Roger countered. "If you don't turn the volume down, I'll ban your concert altogether!"

"Uh, maybe we could turn the volume down a bit, Captain?" Marinette suggested. "Then there'd be no more problem, right?"

"It would be a lot smoother on the ears, especially mine," said Jack.

"No, out of the question," said Anarka stubbornly. "I didn't name my galleon Liberty for nothing, you know!" She then pointed to the large sign on top of the flagpole that read 'Liberty'. "It's a matter of principle! Haven't you ever heard of freedom of speech, Roger? This is me home! I will do as I want!"

Roger then tossed his microphone aside and walked onto the gangway. "Do you have a document stating you can moor your houseboat in this location?"

"The Seine belongs to everyone!" said Anarka.

"Actually, that's not strictly true," said Jack and turned to Marinette. "She's glaring at me, isn't she?"

Marinette looked at Anarka, who was, in fact, glaring at him. "Uh, yeah."

"The boy is right," said Roger. "You are not allowed to moor here without a parking permit! Which means you can't play your concert here either. Not to mention this incredibly messy deck!" Roger then began handing her ticket after ticket, much to her annoyance and fury. "Public visual disturbance, you get a ticket! And this decoration it's too decorated! Another ticket!"

In pure frustration, Anarka ripped the tickets and then laughed.

"You asked for it," said Roger as he began writing even more tickets. "One more ticket for making me use too many tickets, one more for your attitude, one because I can't sleep, one more because I'm seasick, one more because I say so—"

"He's gonna run out of tickets at this rate," said Jack as everyone stared.

At his lair, Hawk Moth sensed the fury coming from Anarka and opened the windows to his lair.

"Ah, the suppression of a soul demanding liberty and freedom," he said. "A perfect target for my akuma!" A butterfly landed in his heart, and he charged with dark energy, turning it into an akuma. "Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize her."

He released the akuma and began to flutter into the streets of Paris.

Back at the houseboat, the police finally left after Roger gave Anarka an absurd number of tickets. She stormed into the ship's cabin, slamming her fist against the compass.

"I refuse to give in," she said.

The akuma landed on the ship's compass, which she was currently touching, and a dark halo appeared on her face.

"Captain Hardrock, I am Hawk Moth," said Hawk Moth telepathically. "Is the establishment censoring your right to make as much noise as you'd like? From now on, they won't hear anything but your music. I'm giving you an indestructible ship, and you will use it to sail around Paris and blast your music out everywhere you go as loudly as you please. In return, you will bring me the greatest of all treasures, Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous."

"A treasure in return for freedom?" said Anarka. "Ho, ho, ho then, I shall be your pirate Hawk Moth."

Dark ether then began to cover her body and spread out throughout the entire ship, shocking everyone on board.

"Oh no!" said Marinette.

Soon, the entire houseboat had transformed into a pirate ship shaped like a guitar and covered in loudspeakers. Anarka had also transformed into a pirate captain, now wearing a black bandanna with a skull, and her hair was red and spicy.

"Raise the mainsail me deck hands. Let's get swashbuckling around here," said Captain Hardrock and laughed.

"Mom?" Juleka stared.

"What's going on?" Luka asked.

"Your mom has weighed anchor, me lad, I'm Captain Hardrock, and today Paris's timbers are about to be shivered by my cannons," said Captain Hardrock, pulling a cutlass out of nowhere. The cutlass then transformed into a telescope when she looked through it to look at the venues for the Music Festival. "Westward ho, Liberty next stop, Jagged Stone at the Eiffel Tower."

The pirate ship then began to move on its own when she pointed her cutlass towards the Eiffel Tower.

"Soon, there will only be one concert in Paris, only one Music Festival," she said. "We will destroy all the others. Now, get to your instruments and rock those decibels!"

"Mom, please, you can't ruin the Music Festival," Luka pleaded.

"You can't force people to listen to your music!" said Marinette.

"If you're all about freedom, then you should allow people to play what they want freely," said Jack.

"No way we're playing like this!" said Ivan.

"Mutiny? On my ship?" Captain Hardrock growled through a microphone. "Liberty, seize these scallywags and throw them down into the hold!"

Change then shot out of nowhere and began wrapping themselves around everyone. Jack swung his cane to knock the chains away, then 'accidentally' fell into the river.

"Jack!" Marinette cried as the chains wrapped her with Luka.

Then suddenly, the deck lowered itself, and everyone slid below deck.

Jack was floating in the river, and Nooroo looked at him.

"Funny time for a swim," he said.

"Hey, I need a way to excuse myself," Jack smiled. "Anyway, we got some swashbuckling to do."

"Just say the magic words," said Nooroo.

"Nooroo, light wings rise!" Jack yelled.

Sprite then began to transform into Lord Sprite while still in the river.

"Liberty! Fire!" Captain Hardrock commanded. A laser beam shot out of the sails and hit the Pont des Invalides bridge, destroying it. Then, as they sailed past the ruined bridge, she looked at the Eiffel Tower through her telescope. "Nothing and no one will stop Captain Hardrock from playing her music! Fire!"

The ship immediately fired cannonball-like speakers attached to the Eiffel Tower. They then unleashed a powerful sonic attack, forcing Jagged and everyone to cover these and run away as they destroyed their equipment.

Adrien was in his room when a news flash appeared on the TV.

"Paris is yet again under attack; a new villain is destroying all the music festival concerts one by one," said Nadja. "Please take shelter as soon as possible!"

"I may be grounded, Plagg, but they're playing my song," said Adrien.

"Yeah, I know it by heart," Plagg sighed.

Adrien then raised his ring. "Plagg, claws out!"

Adrien began to transform into Cat Noir and jumped out of his window.

Below the deck of the Liberty, everyone was still tied together and was unable to free themselves.

"I do hope that Jack is going to be all right," said Alya.

"He can swim, right?" Nino asked.

Marinette looked down at her purse and saw Tikki winking at her. She then looked around to make sure that no one was watching them and nodded at Tikki. She quickly flew out of the purse and entered the padlock, undoing the chains holding her and Luka together.

"Wow, how'd you do that?" Luka asked, amazed.

"Uhh, I, uhm... With this," said Marinette, holding out the guitar pick she had taken earlier.

Luka smiled as he rose to his feet. "You're amazing. A real magician, Marinette."

"You think so?" said Marinette as Luka helped her up. "Oh, it was nothing, uh, amazing, really?"

"Excuse me, but some of us are still chained up here, you know," Alya pointed out.

They then suddenly heard Captain Hardrock walking downstairs laughing.

"Marinette, she's coming," said Alya.

"We'll come back, I promise," Marinette promised just as Captain Hardrock opened the door.

The two of them quickly ran into the next room, and Luka placed his guitar against the door, sealing it. He then quickly dashed to one of the windows and opened it.

Captain Hardrock eventually managed to break down the door but could only see Luka, who stuck his head out the window.

"Run, Marinette, quick," he yelled.

"Seize him," Captain Hardrock commanded, and chains wrapped themselves around Luka. She looked at the window but couldn't see any traces of Marinette. "She won't get very far."

She then left the room, closing the door behind her.

When she left, Marinette slid out from a hidden compartment in Luka's bed.

"Phew, that was close," said Tikki.

"Tikki, I have to save my friends," said Marinette. "Tikki, spots on!"

Marinette then began to transform into Ladybug.

On the main deck, Captain Hardrock had just destroyed another bridge as she came into view of XY's concert.

"New target located. Fire at XY," she commanded.

The Liberty then fired its speaker cannonballs, and everyone gathered, including XY himself, ran away as they destroyed his equipment.

"And now," said Captain Hardrock as she moved to the right, but something caught her eye. "Huh? What was that?" She looked back and saw Cat Noir winking at her from on top of the train station.

Lord Sprite then joined up with Cat Noir. "Hey, Cat Noir. Looks like we got ourselves a party crasher."

"Hey, Sprite," Cat Noir smiled. "You ready to board her."

"After you."

"Fire at Cat Noir and Lord Sprite!" Captain Hardrock commanded in the Liberty fired at them.

The two of them quickly jumped off the roof and used the speakers as stepping stones to getting close until they finally boarded the ship.

"Seize them!" Captain Hardrock roared and shamed shot out towards them, wrapping them together.

Ladybug then arrived and used her yo-yo to break through the chains, freeing them. Sprite was able to land perfectly on his feet, but Cat Noir ended up falling over.

"Seize them!" Captain Hardrock yelled.

More chains headed straight towards them, and the two heroes used their weapons to shatter them and dodged them using their enhanced agility.

Then they heard the sound of sirens and saw Lieutenant Roger speeding towards them on several police boats.

"I command you to stop in the name of the law," he ordered through his megaphone.

"Fire, Liberty!" Captain Hardrock yelled.

The ship then fired cannonballs at Roger and his ships, knocking them out of the water. The trio stopped when they saw the boats being launched out of the water, and the men on them sent flying. They immediately jumped into action, and Ladybug used her yo-yo to create a net for them and their boats to land on. Cat Noir and Sprite then rushed over to the men and helped them up to see they were badly injured.

"Thank you," said Lieutenant Roger to the three heroes.

"Stay undercover; we will take care of her," Ladybug instructed.

"Time for the treasure hunt," said Captain Hardrock, firing her cannons at them.

"I hope you've got your sea legs, kitty," said Ladybug, using her yo-yo to block the cannonballs.

"I'll be purr-fect as long as I stay dry," Cat Noir smiled, using his staff the same way.

"Personally, I fell into the river once today, and I want to do it again," said Sprite. The two heroes looked at him. "I have to save that blind kid Jack who had fallen into the river, and he told me everything."

"Is he all right?" Ladybug asked.

"I took him to the bank of the river; he should be fine," Sprite assured her.

They then quickly launched themselves and boarded the ship once more.

"Seize them!" Captain Hardrock ordered.

More chains headed straight towards them, but they quickly dodged them and engaged her on the deck. However, she then quickly jumped onto the mast laughing.

"Any idea where the akuma is?" Cat Noir asked as more chains were sent at them.

"It's gotta be on the ship somewhere," said Ladybug.

"In that case, my power will settle this," said Cat Noir, raising his hand.

Ladybug quickly stopped him. "Wait, there are prisoners down in the hold; if you sink this boat, they might drown."

"Especially if they're all chained up," Sprite added.

"Fire at Nightingale," Captain Hardrock commanded.

The Liberty then fired its cannonball at Nightingale's stage at the Louvre. Nightingale and everyone there immediately ran as they destroyed the stage.

"We've gotta stop this ship," said Ladybug.

"It's time we got this vessel anchored," said Cat Noir. He then jumped and landed on the sails. "Let's rip this off!" He attempted to rip them apart with his claws, but they wouldn't. "It's no good."

Ladybug tried to turn the wheel, but that didn't work either. "It's blocked."

Sprite looked around, trying to locate an anchor, but there didn't seem to be any. "I don't see an anchor!"

Captain Hardrock laughed from on top of the mast. "Liberty answers only to me; seize—"

Cat Noir and Sprite immediately attacked just as chains launched themselves at Ladybug, who quickly went below deck.

Captain Hardrock was now battling Cat Noir and Sprite like a live re-enactment of Pirates of the Caribbean.

Ladybug managed to find all the captive prisoners, and they were overjoyed to see her.

"Ladybug," said Alya.

Ladybug then used her yo-yo to smash through the chains, freeing them.

"Ladybug, is Marinette okay?" Luka asked.

"She's safe; she's the one who alerted me," Ladybug assured him.

"That girl is unbelievably brave," said Luka.

"We had another friend, Jack; he fell overboard," said Nino.

"Sprite was able to find him and took him to safety. You don't have to worry about him," Ladybug assured them.

"What a relief," said Alya.

Ladybug then tossed her yo-yo into the air. "Lucky Charm!" Suddenly materialising was a red and black spotted chain. "Huh? Another chain? Some pliers would've come in more handy." Regardless, she wrapped the chain around her and then turned to the others. "Don't worry, guys, I'll find a way to get you out."

She then began to make her way back to the main deck.

Back on the main deck, Captain Hardrock was still duelling with Cat Noir and Sprite, but she was finally able to push Cat Noir back. She then quickly spun around, blocked Sprite's strike, and dealt a powerful knee to the chest before slamming her elbow on his back and knocking him off balance.

"Seize him!" Captain Hardrock yelled.

Chains then suddenly wrapped themselves around Cat Noir and Sprite, tying them to the crows' nest. She then jumped in front of Cat Noir, intending to take his Miraculous.

"Well done, Captain Hardrock," said Hawk Moth.

"My treasure will be your Miraculous kitty cat," she said, reaching out for his ring.

Ladybug had just got onto the deck and saw Cat Noir in distress. She quickly swung her yo-yo, which wrapped itself around Captain Hardrock's wrist and pulled her down, causing her to crash onto the deck.

"Don't be an impatient scurvy Ladybug; you're next in line," said Captain Hardrock as she rose to her feet and drew her cutlass.

She quickly swung her cutlass at her, forcing Ladybug on the defensive as they fought up the stairs to the upper deck.

"I command you to stop your acts of piracy in the name of the law," Lieutenant Roger yelled as he chased after them in a paddleboat.

"Him again?" Captain Hardrock grumbled. "Fire!"

The Liberty fired its cannonball at Roger and launched him out of the water. Thankfully, he landed on a tree on the other side of the bank.

Captain Hardlock then turned to face Ladybug. "En garde!" However, Ladybug was nowhere to be seen. "Huh? Where did you go?" She looked down on the deck but couldn't see her. "If you refuse to give me your Miraculous, my next target will be Major Bourgeois and his land lover-in Orchestra. Liberty, next stop City Hall."

The Liberty then destroyed the Pont des Arts bridge, allowing them to sail through towards City Hall.

Ladybug had, in fact, used Roger's distraction to get onto the crows' nest of free Cat Noir and Sprite. They were now hiding on the main deck.

"Thanks, milady, any longer, and I would've been fish food," said Cat Noir.

"We're not out of the woods yet," said Sprite.

"Sprite's right, Cat Noir," Ladybug nodded and pulled out the chain. "I couldn't free the prisoners, and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with this."

"It's probably just trying to tell you that you're chained to me forever," Cat Noir smiled.

Ladybug groaned and looked at Captain Hardrock, who was manning the wheel. She then turned and looked towards the edge of the Seine, and an idea appeared on her head.

"You're pulling my chain, Cat Noir," said Ladybug. "It's time to take the ship, follow me."

"Aye, aye, Captain Ladybug," said Cat Noir.

"Time we beach this tub," said Sprite as they made their way onto the ship's prow.

Captain Hardrock left when she saw them. "There y'are again; the time has come to send you to the bottom once and for all."

Chains then flew straight at them, but Captain Hardrock rode on one of them this time. The trio quickly jumped into action and jumped onto the chains. Captain Hardrock jumped after them, but then Ladybug tossed one another chain to Cat Noir and wrapped it around Captain Hardrock. The two of them then jumped towards the wheel, dragging her along with them, and once there, they locked the chain against the wheel, and the compass on it began to spin like crazy.

"Noooo!" she yelled. "Get away from the compass."

Too late, the Liberty was now steering right towards the edge of the Seine.

Roger was still following them, riding on the inflated duck, rowing with a paddle. "For the last time, stop your boat in the name of the law!"

The ship suddenly launched out of the water and landed on the grass, barely missing a couple eating ice cream. The couple stared at the ship for a few seconds before running off and then tipped sideways.

"Do it, Cat Noir," Ladybug ordered

"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir yelled.

He then placed his hand, which was covered in destructive energy, onto the compass. The moment he did, his cataclysm spread out for the entire ship, disintegrating it into dust. Everyone on the ship then found themselves standing on the grass amongst the rusty remains of the ship, and the akuma emerged from it.

Ladybug then opened her yo-yo. "No more evil-doings for you, little akuma." She then began to spin her yo-yo around. "Time to be de-evilize!" She swung her yo-yo, catching the akuma, and brought it back to her. "Gotcha!" She then freed the now-purified butterfly and watched as it fluttered away. "Bye-bye, little butterfly."

Captain Hardrock turned back to plain old Anarka, who looked around confused.

The trio then fist-bumped. "Pound It!"

"What happened?" Anarka asked.

"Oh, not much, you just had a bout of… Seasickness," said Cat Noir and then heard his Miraculous beep. "Time to raise the sails, milady."

He then used his staff to leap away.

Ladybug then tossed the chain into the air. "Miraculous Ladybug!"

The chain then shattered, unleashing the magical ladybugs that swarmed all over the city, repairing all the damage that had been caused, fixing the stages and all the bridges that had been destroyed. Then they fixed the houseboat, and everyone found themselves upon it, back in its original mooring place.

"Enjoy your gig, bug out," said Ladybug, using her yo-yo to swing away.

"Best of luck with the concert," said Sprite as he used his cane to swing away.

"For the sake of Neptune!" Hawk Moth growled. "Captain Hardrock didn't manage to seize your Miraculous! But one of these days, Ladybug and Cat Noir, your treasure will be mine!"

He then laughed evilly as he closed the windows to his lair.

Adrien was now back in his room, about to play for his father, but before he played the piano, he looked at him.

"Would you like to play this piece with me, Father, as a duet," Adrien asked.

Gabriel gasped at the request and hesitated. "I don't think—"

"Please, Father, if I'm not allowed to go to my friends' concert, at least grant me this," Adrien begged.

Gabriel conceded and walked over, and sat next to Adrien. Nathalie smiled at the sight as they began to play together. They continued to play the entire piece, and it was a beautiful sight.

Asian looked at his father and smiled.

"You can go to your friends' concert if that's what you really want," said his father.

Adrien beamed and hugged him. "Thank you, Father!"

At the same time, on the Liberty, Roger checked the volume for the band's instruments to see whether it was okay for them to play the concert.

"It's still a bit loud by my standards and a couple of decibels over the legal limit…" said Roger. Everyone began to worry they wouldn't be allowed to play, but then he smiled. "But I'll let it slide on this occasion; after all, it's the music festival."

Everyone immediately cheered, and Marinette hugged Alya.

"Thanks, Roger," said Anarka as Roger left the houseboat.

"Have a good gig!" he waved.

Adrien then arrived, much to everyone's surprise.

"Hi everyone!" Adrien waved as he stepped onto the deck. "Hi, ma'am."

Marinette then noticed that he was about into a piano case. "Watch where you're walking! Ditching, the, the—the—"

Adrien then tripped over the piano case and toppled over.

Nino ran over and helped him up. "Adrien!

Jack chuckled. "And I thought I'd be the one tripping over things today."

"Are you okay, buddy?" Nino asked.

"Nah, it's all good; I—" stopped when he opened the piano case behind him and was shocked to see what was inside. "Whoa, an original ZX20.4; I love the sound of this instrument!"

"Aww, that old thing, no one knows how to play it," said Anarka.

"I know how to play it," said Adrien.

"Great," said Luka, offering her hand and helping him up. "Welcome to the band, Adrien."

"Thanks, uhh…"

"Luka."

Adrien smiled. "Thanks, Luka."

"Is the compass going crazy?" Alya whispered to Marinette.

Marinette immediately blushed.

"You know, matey, sometimes disorder can be a good thing; if this keyboard hadn't been lying around, we wouldn't have gained us a keyboard player," said Anarka.

Later that night, on the Liberty, Kitty Section began to make its debut.

"Evening everyone, our name is Kitty Section," said Rose. "One, two, three."

The band started to play, and Rose sang in a deep voice.

I love unicorns; I love unicorns

And cute little fluffy cats!

Luka and Adrien looked at each other while playing their musical instrument.
