In the wake of the one of the worst winters to ever hit the Exclusion Zone, an undercover military stalker gets caught up in a tangled mess that involves a strange, colorful, anomalous child with an infectious aura of optimism and a semblance of much-needed hope. [two-shot]

Izuku gets pulled by the Zone into 2018, fights to survive against mutants, anomalies, bandits, religious zealots, slavers, some crazy hippie anarchists, joins a barely surviving group of soldiers and scientists, starts a faction war or two, introduces a bunch of bandits to the fear of God and sends a few to meet him, and somehow gets yeeted forward 150 years into Japan.

Stalkers, a occupation that many will die to earn and discover the secrets of the Zone. One such Stalker, Jacob, has discovered a strange new anomaly, the first of many as they 're appearing all over the Zone. He is then got caught in the anomaly and soon discovered that the anomalies holds more opportunity for him, for the Stalkers, for all in the Zone. Even beyond.

It all started at the Fall of Beacon, when four lives became intertwined with the sudden intervention of two types of magic. When it was over, they found themselves in a strange, far-away, hellish land, completely unfamiliar to all of them. Now stuck there, the four must learn to survive and try to find a way back to Remnant, lest they all be lost to the Zone.

Portals open around the zone leading to new opportunities and mysteries for stalkers. A collection of stories in the same universe. From ordinary jobs to discovering the mystery of this new world. This is before the events of Fallout 4 and after call of Pripyat.

These two men couldn't be any more different; different world, different environment, even different language and nationality. But once reunited, their old bond from the old life still remains strong even in this god-blessed world. (Rating: MA for school-shooting.)

I always found it crazy that there was never any real STLAKER x MGE fics, and decided to do something about it.
