Last place we left off, the Autobots rescued the rest of the Hamato Clan from Starscream and his minions! How will they react to their situation?
Also the character Tyroth mentioned belongs to my dear friend and co writer Tyroth Darkstorm!
Chapter Seven
New Allies
As soon as the Autobots arrived back at their base, they instantly transformed into their robot selves but not before letting the turtles, Monalisa, Splinter, April, and Casey out where they exited quickly and were shocked to see the vehicles transform.
Immediately April and Casey hugged each other in fear and the turtles and Monalisa huddled together to protect Splinter.
"What the shell is happening?" Donatello cried as he looked around with his bo staff at the ready even though he knew his weapon was merely a toothpick to the Autobots.
"Have we been abducted by Aliens?" Michelangelo squealed as he looked up at the giant Autobots around them.
Casey started to panic as he held April close.
"I really don't want to be probed!" he cried.
"Probed!?" Raphael shouted.
"And we're not even wearing pants!" Michelangelo cried.
"Where's Tyroth when you need him!?" Leonardo asked as beads of sweat formed on his forehead.
"What?! You think he could take these giants down?" Monalisa cried "He might be an all-powerful dragon but even these could squish him like a bug!"
"Mum! Dad! Uncles!"
"Daddy! Aunt April!"
The Hamato Clan were shocked to hear the voices of Pandora and Kemeko and they looked over to see the female hybrid and Asian girl running over from the raised platform where Ratchet was standing.
"It's alright! They won't hurt you!" Kemeko shouted.
"Yeah!" Pandora shouted then looked up at Optimus "Thanks Optimus! All of you!"
"As we said before Pandora." said Optimus sincerely as Ironhide, Bumblebee, Bulkhead and Arcee looked pleased with themselves.
"Your safety is a priority and that extends to your friends and loved ones." he looked down at the others who stared up at him in shock then back at the girls.
"Pandora!?" Raphael and Monalisa shouted.
"Kemeko!?" Leonardo gasped.
"Are you guys alright?" Pandora asked as she ran over to her parents and Kemeko ran to Leonardo.
"Girls!?" Casey cried "What is going on? What are you doing here?"
"And with these giant robots?" Monalisa demanded.
"And who are these guys!?" Donatello asked pointing up at the Autobots who looked down and watched them.
"They're rather surprised that's for sure!" Ironhide said in a hushed voice.
"Give what has happened, this is going to take time to process!" Arcee agreed.
"Everyone stay still." Optimus said waving one of his hands at the others "They need time to adjust."
"They can talk!?" Leonardo cried looking up.
"And in English?" Monalisa asked.
"I'm still convinced I'm dreaming!" April cried pinching her hand.
"You're not dreaming!" said Kemeko pointing at the autoboots "They're real!"
"Yeah!" said Pandora "They're the Autobots! Or autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron!"
Everyone was silent again as Kemeko said that and they looked at the giant Autobots then at the girls.
"You're serious?" Raphael asked in a shaky voice.
Monalisa blinked.
"After all we've seen in our lives then... I've willing to believe anything!" she stuttered as she clung onto Raphael.
Donatello meanwhile after getting over the shock let go of his brothers, Sensei and adopted sister and walked a little closer to the Autobots as if in a hypnotized dream, a small smile gracing his face.
"If this is a dream." He thought "I don't want to wake up!"
"It's...It's...Amazing!" said Donatello in a dreamy tone "How do you move? How do you talk, who built you?"
The Autobots looked confused then Raphael spoke up.
"Typical Don!" he said rolling his eyes "Impressed by anything scientific or alien."
Donatello instantly walked over to Ratchet and started tapping on his foot as well as poking at the exposed ankle joints with his bo staff.
"Wow! How is this accomplished?" he said, "This is simply out of this world!"
Ratchet frowned and pulled his foot away from the turtle making him fall forwards.
"Stop that!" he said.
"Sorry." said Donatello picking himself up and stepping back "Just curious."
Bulkhead and Ironhide chuckled as they watched.
"Maybe you should introduce yourselves to our family, Optimus?" Kemeko suggested "Get them out of their state of shock?"
"That would be wise young Kemeko." said Optimus kneeling to the shocked group. Raphael held Monalisa's arms ready to protect her, even though this robot was huge, he would protect his mate with his life.
Immediately Optimus introduced himself and the other Autobots and explained their back story and why they were on the planet earth though he left out the part about Megatron as well as about how he had rescued Pandora and Kemeko earlier.
"...And now that the Decepticons have seen you as well, you must remain under our watch." Optimus concluded.
"So those Deceptiwhasits destroyed my bike!" Raphael seethed "Those bastards are gonna pay!"
"And they destroyed the Battle Shell!" said Donatello sadly "That thing was my pride and joy!"
"I am so sorry." Optimus said "Starscream is a dangerous Decepticon, but he is nowhere near as dangerous as his Master and true leader of the Decepticons, Megatron."
The Autobots looked angry and scared at the same time.
"Megatron?" asked Michelangelo "Whose that dude?"
"The One who started the War." answered Arcee.
"And responsible for the loss of our home!" growled Ironhide.
The turtles, Mona, Splinter, April and Casey looked sad and shocked.
"That's awful." said Monalisa "Not being able to go home." she only knew too well how that felt, after her mutation.
She then looked at Optimus remembering how he had saved Pandora and Kemeko and she walked over to him placing her hand on his giant servo that was resting on the ground.
"Thank you!" she said, "Thanks for saving my daughter."
Optimus gave a small smile then he saw Raphael and Leonardo run up and thank him as well.
Splinter bowed to Optimus.
"I cannot express how grateful I am that you were in the right place to rescue my granddaughters, as well as us." He said to which Donatello, Michelangelo, April, and Casey agreed.
"You are very welcome." Optimus nodded to the Hamato Clan "Though I have explained about our origins." He continued standing up again "My curiosity about you is still unsatisfied."
"Well, it is kind of a long story," said Leonardo.
"Long yes..." said Splinter stepped forward and resting on his cane "But one I would be happy to tell you."
Pandora and Kemeko lead their elders to the raised platform area, so they were more level with the Autobots and Splinter faced the giant robots as they gathered to listen.
At the same time, Donatello got fascinated by the large computer screens and the many machineries.
"Wow!" he said as if in a dream and reaching for it "This is simply amazing! What does it all do!?"
Ratchet was about to speak about not touching anything, but Splinter beat him to it.
"Donatello." the rat broke the brainy turtle from his reverie, "Your curiosity will be fed soon enough, but we must respect our hosts by letting them get to know us."
"Right, sorry master." Donatello simpered as he walked over to join his brothers, sister, April, Casey, and nieces.
"Our story is one I have gone over many times before..." Splinter spoke, to which he explained how he was once a pet rat of the famous Ninja Hamato Yoshi, and a little of the Shredder and the Foot as well as finding the turtles and the mutagen that made them what they were as well as April and Casey knowing about them and their connection to the human world.
The Autobots stared in silence, even though they had been told of their current lives by the girls, they were still amazed.
"Wow, they're more than meets the eye!" said Bulkhead.
"No doubt!" said Ironhide.
"Yeah! We're crime fighters!" Michelangelo boasted "Protecting the city of New York! We're unbelievable!"
"Jeez!" Raphael groaned looking at his younger brother "Where's your off switch?"
"You have spoken of yourself and your Turtle Sons." Optimus said and he turned his optics to Monalisa, Pandora and Kemeko.
"But what of the females?"
Monalisa looked uncomfortable.
"I came in a little later." The lizard lady spoke "My story is rather...well...disturbing."
Raphael placed a hand on his mate's shoulder to comfort her and the others looked ready to distract the Autobots if Monalisa was unable to speak, but she went on.
"I was born a human like April and Casey...but a horrific and tragic incident befell me...and well, this was the result." she held up her scaley hands.
"What exactly happened?" Arcee asked.
Monalisa looked down.
"I was attacked and murdered." She explained "One of the attacks involved reptile poison being rubbed on me, and contact with toxic waste, thus mutating me, my attackers failed in killing me."
"By the Allspark..." Ratchet mouthed softly.
The other Autobots looked rather horrified as Monalisa told her story how after she mutated, she couldn't go home, and she spend two years alone before meeting the turtles.
She didn't bring up the subject of meeting her brothers again, or the event that led to Diablo the Raven and his Disciples.
Ironhide snarled a little in anger, and Optimus vented and closed his optics sadly before opening them and venting again as if to regain composure.
"But...despite such a horrific time, wonderful things did happen after." Monalisa smiled as she looked lovingly at Raphael "I found a mate, a new family and friends," she then turned to Pandora and pinched her cheek making her grimace slightly "And a beautiful baby girl!"
"Awww Mom!" Pandora groaned embarrassed "I'm not a baby!"
The other turtles, April, Casey, Kemeko and Splinter chuckled a little at how Monalisa spoke to Pandora and the hybrid's response.
Leonardo then placed his hands on Kemeko's shoulders.
"And Kemeko is my daughter." he announced.
"She's your daughter?" Bulkhead exclaimed his optics wide.
"I don't understand Kemeko." said Arcee, "How come you and the green guy are father and daughter?"
"It's a long story Arcee." said Kemeko.
As she spoke, she lifted her hand to curl a finger around the white streak in her hair.
Leonardo looked a little sad.
"Leonardo has raised me from a very early age." said Kemeko "My parents died when I was baby."
Leonardo nodded in agreement and he explained about the origins of Karai and Chaplin, and how Karai had been Shredder's adopted daughter, and Chaplin was the head scientist of the Foot before they left the Foot.
"Her father and mother were murdered by the Shredder, her father was killed first, and her mother Karai came to us pregnant and terrified, we kept her safe so she could give birth to Kemeko, but Shredder found Karai...and he killed her..."
Leonardo swallowed hard as he remembered that day, one of the worst days of his life when Shredder slaughtered Karai and he had been unable to save her.
All the while the Autobots listened and were shocked as well as saddened and Ironhide glanced at Optimus who was silent.
"Since that day I've been raising Kemeko as one of us and taught her our ways of honor."
"And we couldn't be prouder of him." said Splinter with a smile.
"I found out the truth when I was thirteen." Kemeko said softly "It was hard to stomach, knowing I have connections to our enemies..." she stroked the white streak in her hair "But...I've learnt that I truly belong with my family here, and I've accepted my past."
She didn't want to speak of the events that followed as it still caused her great pain, despite the fact she had found peace again.
Ironhide vented slightly.
"You're so brave." He said softly to which Optimus nodded in agreement making Kemeko blush slightly.
Ratchet looked at all the mutants and blinked his optics.
"By the Allspark." He said as he looked at Optimus to which the Prime just nodded in agreement.
"Well that's our story." Michelangelo declared "Now what?"
"Just a sec!" Leonardo stood up and looked at Optimus "So what does all this have to do with us?"
Optimus narrowed his optics.
"Megatron has not been seen or heard for some time." He explained "But if his return is immanent, as I fear, it could be catastrophic,"
"Devastating!" Ironhide agreed.
"Dad, the Decepticons know about us, and thus we're in danger!" Kemeko said.
"Yeah! And despite our skills, we're vulnerable!" Pandora added "These guys are the only ones who can protect us! As Optimus said, we must remain under their watch!"
Splinter tapped his walking stick getting everyone's attention.
"The girls are indeed right." He said, "We saw what occurred in the woods near Casey's Farmhouse and we cannot defend ourselves from those dangerous robots, I agree that we must let these new friends of ours protect us."
So now the elders of the Hamato Clan have met the Autobots and exchanged stories!
