The story takes place after the events of "Generations". Picard is given the opportunity to participate in an excavation for a sacred chalice. When he goes missing his crew tries everything to find him and reveal the secret about the chalice. Since English isn't my first language, I apologize if the grammar is a bit stilted at times. UPDATE: I have revised the story linguistically.
