Battle above the Witch's Forest
"What is going on?!" Kenzan exclaimed as she stared at the battle that is happening some distance away from the Witch's Forest.
Currently, the swords-woman of the winds has pretty much rounded up all the foot soldiers from both the Eye Of The Midnight Sun and Diamond Kingdom and was helping to put out the flames with the rest of the witches.
However, everything changed when she suddenly felt a large spike of Mana coming from the other side of the Witch's Forest.
When Kenzan was about to investigate, she became shock when the flames, that were happily consuming the forest, suddenly left before converging on the spot where the swords-woman of the winds felt the large large spike of Mana.
Kenzan watched as a the flames merge into a bright light that is seemingly being hold by someone.
"Isn't that where Asta and the others are fighting Fa-!" Kenzan began to thought but was cut off as Fana, who the swords-woman of the winds realized that Salamander is missing and Fana is wearing some sort of armor, threw the sphere of fire towards the group of Magic Knights and Shining General.
The swords-woman of the winds became relieved that her friends, plus ally, managed to dodge the attack, but became shock at the damage that Fana's attack caused.
Kenzan watched as the group of Magic Knights and Shining General lead Fana away from the Witch's Forest before continuing their fight.
"Should I help them?" Kenzan wondered, her battle-fanatic side starting to pick up.
However, it was at that moment that the swords-woman of the winds notice the presence of another battle happening.
"Hm? Did I miss someone?" Kenzan thought confusedly as she turned her attention towards the other battle.
It took the swords-woman of the winds a few seconds to recognize one of the combatants.
"Fanzell-kun!" Kenzan exclaimed in her head before suddenly speeding on her broom.
"Ladros….." Fanzell muttered with an angry expression on his face.
The reason for Fanzell's current emotion is because Ladros is currently holding Dominante hostage.
"What? Your wife was the one who decided to charge into this fight to help you. She should have been more careful about not getting captured." The Shining General explained with an evil smile on his face as he held a weak-looking Dominante in one of his arms.
The response caused Fanzell to growl slightly.
"Fan….zell." Dominante said in a weak tone of voice.
"Maybe I should kill your wife. Then that would mean that you won't have to hold back any more." Ladros said before raising on of his arms where a Mana-made blade appeared.
"Don't you dare!" Fanzell exclaimed before charging forwards, his wind-created sword at the ready.
Ladros didn't seemed fazed by Fanzell's shout as the Shining General swing his arm downwards, aiming to cut off Dominante's head from the rest of her body.
However, before the Mana-made blade got close to Dominante's neck, a strong gust appeared, causing Ladros to be knocked about.
This also cause the Shining General to let go of Dominante.
"EK!" Dominante exclaimed as she began to fall.
"I got you!" A voice shouted before a green scarf wrap around Dominate's waist.
"You know how to make an old man like me age faster, Kenzan." Fanzell said in a relieved tone of voice as he looked at the swords-woman of the winds.
"Hehehehe." Kenzan responded with a grin underneath her helmet before placing Dominante on the back of Fanzell's broom.
"Dominante! Are you oka-!" Fanzell began to ask but was cut off as his wife started to repeatedly punch him.
"How could you let a delicate flower like me get held hostage?!" Dominate shouted as she continued to punch Fanzell.
"…..Did I really made the right choice?" Kenzan thought whilst sweat-dropping.
"Heh. That was a powerful breeze that you threw at me, Magic Knight." A voice commented, causing the three of them to turn their heads in the direction of the voice to see Ladros who has retreated a few space.
"There's more where that came from." Kenzan commented as she point a blade of Hayate towards the Shining General.
"Hahahaha! I like your style, lady." Ladros said with a wide smile on his face.
"Be careful, Kenzan. Ladros has the ability to absorb magic attacks." Fanzell warned the swords-woman of the winds.
"Eh?! Seriously?!" Kenzan exclaimed in a shock tone of voice as she looked at Fanzell, causing him to nod his head.
"Oh well. I guess that I just have to let Hayate do the talking!" Kenzan said as she suddenly speed towards the Shining General.
"H-hey! There's no need to get yourself involved with this fight!" Fanzell attempted call Kenzan back.
However, it fell on deaf ears.
This caused the wind Mage to sigh whilst making Dominante giggle slightly.
With Kenzan, the swords-woman of the winds jumped off her broom with the twin blades of Hayate at the ready.
"Whoa!" Ladros exclaimed as he blocked the attack from the speeding swords-woman of the winds with his Mana-made Blade.
The Shining General threw an upper-kick at Kenzan, causing her to be sent flying upwards.
"Wind Magic: Wind Ninja's Sky Walk!" Kenzan announced as she created a platform made from solidified air.
Ladros looked up just in time to see the swords-woman of the winds kicking off the solidified air, heading straight down towards the Shining General.
Whilst Ladros managed blocked the attack by crossing his arms, where another Mana-made blade has appeared, the resulted impact caused him to fall downwards.
Before the Shining General could retaliate, Kenzan pushed off him before creating more solidified air platforms.
"You are a quick fighter. Are all wielders of Hayate specialized in speed?" Ladros asked with a grin on his face.
"Maybe." Kenzan responded simply. This caused Ladros to chuckle slightly.
"Well then. Lets see how fast you can get!" Ladros exclaimed before beginning to fire multiple Mana-bullets towards the swords-woman of the Winds.
"Yikes!" Kenzan exclaimed before creating more solidified air platforms and starting to run.
Thankfully, Kenzan was quick enough to dodge the bullets that Ladros threw at her, along with Fanzell moved out f the way of the first few Mana-bullets.
"Hmmmm. This isn't going anyway." Ladros thought with a frown on his face.
However, it was then that an idea appeared in his head.
The Shining General suddenly stopped firing Mana-bullets, causing Kenzan to become confuse before seeing Ladros starting to attack again.
"What is this guy up to? Why did he stopped firing and then starting attacking aga-!" Kenzan began to thought before noticing the slight change in Ladros's arm positions.
However, it was too late for Kenzan to do anything as it was that moment that she started to move again, causing the swords-woman of the winds to be in line of getting hit by some Mana-bullets.
However, before the Mana-bullets could hit the swords-woman of the winds, a shield made out of ice appeared in front of her, letting the bullets hit that instead.
"That magic…." Kenzan thought before noticing a presence approaching her.
"And here I thought your are quick on your feet." Mariella commented as she stopped beside Kenzan.
"Hehehe. I was just caught off guard…." Kenzan responded with a sheepish smile underneath her helmet.
Mariella rolled her eyes at this.
"Hey….you're that assassin that decided to leave the Diamond Kingdom to follow Teach and his wife." Ladros commented as he examine Mariella.
This caused the ice Mage to gain an uncomfortable expression on her face.
"Hehehe. I can't believe how this mission gives us so many opportunities. Stealing the secrets of the Witch Queen, killing the refugees and gaining those little books that your Sword Of Logos Magic Knights possess." Ladros said, causing Kenzan to widen her eyes.
"What?!" The swords-woman of the winds exclaimed in a shock tone of voice.
"I think that you, Magic Knight, knows that the Diamond Kingdom knows a lot about the Sword Of Logo, that include the broken Great Grimoire. If the Diamond Kingdom has the Great Grimoire in their possession, then we can return the kingdom to want it was before entering it's decaying state." Ladros explained, causing Kenzan to frown underneath her helmet.
"Why don't you make things easy for us and peacefully surrender your Wonder-Ride books. Think about all those people suffering in the Diamond Kingdom. Are you that heartless in not putting them in consideration." Ladros continued to explain, causing Kenzan to tighten her grip on Hayate.
"Don't listen to anything he says. Its obvious that the authority of the Diamond Kingdom will still those Wonder-Ride books for their benefits rather than the whole kingdom." Marielle interjected, causing a frown to appear on Ladros's face.
"Stay out of this, refugee." Ladros said before firing Mana-bullets towards Mariella.
The ice Maga was about to create another ice shield, but was prevented as Kenzan got in front of her and swing the twin blades of Hayate, cutting the Mana-bullets to half.
"You don't have to worry about me. I have no intension of surrendering these Wonder-Ride books. I don't want to get into trouble with Sophia-chan." Kenzan said with a smirk underneath her helmet.
"Is that what you worried the most?" Mariella thought whilst sweat-dropping before shaking her head slightly.
Mariella was about to speak again, but was prevented as Ladros started to fire more Mana-bullets, making both her and Kenzan to start moving.
"From what I remember, Ladros has the ability to absorb magic attacks." Mariella said as she and Kenzan flew/ran through the air.
"Yep! Fanzell-kun said the same thing." Kenzan responded as she ducked underneath an incoming Mana-bullet.
This caused Mariella to nod her head before her eyes widening as Ladros fired Mana-bullets ahead of her's and Kenzan's path.
However, acting quickly, Mariella created another ice shield.
"Creating another shield again, huh." Ladros thought as he watch as his Mana-bullets strike the ice shield.
However, it was at that moment that something green came flying out from behind the ice shield.
"Hm? What's that?" Ladros wondered as he watched the green object flying in the opposite direction before turning…..straight towards him.
"Whoa!" Ladros exclaimed as he moved out of the way.
However, Ladros's focus on the shuriken-formed Hayate allowed two people to get close to him.
It was thanks to seeing movement from the corner of his eye that cause Ladros to glance over his shoulder to see Fanzell swinging his wind-bladed sword at him.
"No you don't!" Ladros exclaimed as he deflected the sword attack with his own Mana-made sword.
"Tch." Fanzell muttered in annoyance, thinking that he could have landed a good hit on the Shining General.
"Look out!" Dominante exclaimed, causing Fanzell to look down and saw that Ladros is preparing to attack with his other hand.
With some quick maneuvering, Fanzell just managed to avoid getting hit by a Mana-bullet.
"You know, Teach…." Ladros began to say as Fanzell made some distance between them.
"You would have avoided that attack more easier if you weren't carrying someone." Ladros pointed out, causing a tick-mark to appear on Dominante's forehead.
"What are you trying to say?! Are you saying that a pretty flower like me is heavy?!" Dominante demanded in an angry tone of voice.
"Gzzz. You don't have to burst a blood vessel…." Ladros thought, sweat-dropping slightly.
"….." Fanzell became silent whilst gaining a slight sheepish look on his face.
"Are you agreeing with him?! You are, aren't you!?" Dominante shouted as she punched her husband.
However, Ladros took that opportunity to launch himself towards the two.
Luckily noticing the Shining General heading towards them, Fanzell's Grimoire opened.
"Wind Creation Magic: Emperor Of Slashing Winds Mountain Retreat." Fanzell announced before swinging his wind-bladed sword, causing a strong gust of wind to be sent flying towards Ladros.
As the Shining General sent flying backwards, blades of ice found themselves embedded in his back.
"What is that supposed to be? That's barely scratched." Ladros said as he glanced over his shoulder to see Kenzan dashing towards him.
However, instead of getting closer, the swords-woman of the winds threw the shuriken-formed Hayate at the Shining General.
Unfortunately, Ladros turned around whilst swinging an arm clad in a Mana-made blade.
As the Shining General deflected the shuriken-formed Hayate once again, his eyes widened at how close Kenzan has became to him before she threw a kick towards his stomach.
Ladros made a gasping sound as the kick stuck him.
"Why you-!" Ladros exclaimed as he attempted to strike the swords-woman of the winds.
However, Kenzan avoided the attack by jumping over the Shining General. As Ladros tried to strike Kenzan a second time, he was targeted by an ice-based attack.
"So, got any ideas on how to defeat this guy properly?" Kenzan asked as she caught the returning shuriken-formed Hayate and Mariella joined them.
"Good question. Since Ladros can absorb magic attacks, we mainly have to rely on your twin swords….." Fanzell responded before starting to frown.
After a few seconds, an idea appeared in his head.
"What are those four up to?" Ladros wondered as he observe his opponents talking about something.
"….Maybe I should just attack." Ladros thought again before preparing to fire some Mana-bullets.
However, it was at that moment that the group scattered with Mariella and Dominante, who has transferred brooms, fly in one direction whilst Fanzell and Kenzan flew/ran in a different direction.
"A pincer attack?" Ladros thought as the Shining General notice the paths that his opponents have took.
It was then that Mariella and Dominante started to attack the Shining General with magic-based attacks.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Do you realize what you two are doing? I can absorb magic attacks. You two are basically giving me free food." Ladros explained with a wide smile on his face.
"Yep. That's pretty much what they are doing." A voice spoke, causing Ladros to glance over his shoulder to see Fanzell and Kenzan approaching him.
"You four must have lost it if this is your plan." Ladros commented, still getting pelted with magic attacks.
"Not really." Fanzell responded before he and Kenzen opened their Grimoires.
"Wind Creation Magic: Emperor Of Slashing Wind's Wraith!/Wind Creation Magic: Wind Ninja's Star Hurricane!" Both Fanzell and Kenzan announced before unleashing their spells, causing two hurricanes to engulf Ladros.
However, like what Fanzell has predicted, Ladros is beginning to absorb the wind-based spells.
"Okay! We just have to up the attacks until he full up." Fanzell explained whilst a small part of him dreads the thought that the Shining General is able to absorb limitless amount of Mana.
"Hahahahaha! These people really are fools. I'll soon will be back at max power and then I'll kill them…..!" Ladros thought before slowly realizing what his opponents are doing as Fanzell's and Kenzan's spells increase with Mana.
"I need to get out these Hurricanes!" Ladros exclaimed in his head as he attempted to escape the spells.
"It looks like Ladros realize what we are doing." Fanzell pointed out as he observe the Shining General's movements.
"Don't stop, Kenzan!" Fanzell shouted, causing the swords-woman of the winds to nod her head, a small smirk appearing underneath her helmet.
However, despite the two wind Mage's attempts, Ladros managed to escape.
"Ha….Ha….Ha…..you guys….really done….it…..now…" Ladros said as his body struggled to contain the vast amount of Mana that it's absorbed.
"That is the plan after all." Dominante said as she point her wand at the Shining General.
However, despite his predicament, a small smirk appeared on Ladros's face.
"This plan…..is a….two sided-blade. You four also gave me enough Mana for an all out assault." Ladros commented as began to prepare his attack.
"Like we going to let you release that attack!" Kenzan shouted as she charged towards Ladros whose body started to glow.
"Take this. Million La-!" Ladros began to announced but was cut off as a sword pierced the Shining General from behind.
"Huh?!" Kenzan, Fanzell, Dominante and Mariella exclaimed with shock expressions on the faces.
"W….what?" Ladros muttered in a weak tone of voice as he glanced down at the sword that protruding from out of his chest before glancing over his shoulder to see his attacker.
"It seems that lower your defenses when you decided to launch an powerful attack." Desast commented with an evil "grin" on his face.
"Y-you're from t-that other group.…" Ladros said as blood started to seep from out of his wound.
"Yep. But it looks like its the end for you. But don't worry, all that Mana won't go to waste." Desast said as his sword started to glow as Ladros felt the collected Mana leaving his body.
Once the Mana has left his body, Desast removed his sword from Ladros.
The others watched as Ladros plummet towards the ground before disappearing into the trees.
"Hehehehe. This is exciting." Desast muttered as he feel the newly added Mana before glancing towards the others.
This caused them to become tense.
"Don't worry. I'm already satisfied with today's excitement." Desast said in a reassuring tone of voice, but the others still remained tense.
"What happened to you? I thought that I finished you off." Kenzan asked as she kept a firm grip on the twin blades of Hayate.
"You should know that the Megid can't be totally killed unless you destroy their Alter-Ride book." Desast explained, causing Kenzan to frown underneath her helmet.
"Anyway. You should be more worried about you other comrades. They are in real trouble right now." Desast suggested as he glanced to the sides.
This caused the group of four to turn their attention towards the direction that Desast is indicating and their eyes widened when they saw Fana unleashing her finishing attack.
From within her throne room, the Witch Queen has been observing the battle between the Kamen Riders and Vanessa against the Fana/Salamander hybrid through her crystal ball.
No emotions appeared on her face as Fana's finishing attack connected with the Kamen Riders.
"Its over." The Witch Queen thought before sighing.
"What a foolish girl. If you haven't run away and focused on your magic, then fate would be a simple plaything to you." The Witch Queen thought as she closed her eyes.
When she opened her eyes again, the smoke and dust from the attack was disappearing.
However, her eyes widened when she saw the state of the Kamen Riders and Vanessa.
And there we go, Kenzan and the others fighting against Ladros, who has revealed that the Diamond Kingdom knows about the Great Grimoire, before Desast dealt the final blow.
So in Black Clover, the identity of the new supreme Devil has been revealed, his name being Adrammelech, the same that has been theorized by Yunami. Even though his magic hasn't been revealed just yet, but is highly possible that his magic is sun magic. Do you remember two weeks ago I talked about how Adrammelech was respectful towards Lucifero as in not interfering with his fight? Well, I completely changed my mind with how he shown to be lazy, not interesting in fighting but rather watch. It's a surprise that Yami made his appearance at the end of the chapter, saving Nacht with a new sword. From the looks of things, it would seem that the handle of the katana is created from William's magic but the blade...the most obvious answer would be Nozel's magic, but the Silver Eagle captain is not in a great condition to make anything out of his magic.
So in Revice, it is revealed that Hideo Akaishi, the director of Fenix, is the founder of Deadmans, which explains how Olteca gain the Demons Driver and becomes Kamen Rider Demons, him being more powerful than Hirome because of the Driver recognizing Olteca's inner Demon. So Sakura discovered the organization that created the Libera Driver, Weekend, who has been spying on the Igarashi family and monitoring Fenix. So even though Sakura managed to reclaim the Giff stamp from Aguilera and Julio...it basically ended up in Hideo's and Olteca's possession.

Dragon Rider 66:
1) You just have to wait until the next chapter to find out the result of the battle.
2) Yeah, it's good to see Revice using all of their forms during the battle.
3) Out of all the rumors, I'm interested about the possible Demons Superior form.
4) At least this chapter shows the battle with Lucifero against Yuno and Mereoleone...even though none of them can deal any damaged to the king of devils and yes, Sekke finally understands the vast difference between him, Asta and Yuno.
5) Sol getting involved? Poor Asta...
6) We just have to wait and see about Hirome's fate in future episodes,
