A tale of the past
"What happened to him?!" Sol exclaimed in a shock tone of voice.
Right now, the Magic Knights that have "joined" the Sword Of Logos are sitting within the common-room, with Fiona serving them if needed, until the three Sword Of Logos Magic Knights and Golden Dawn Magic Knight came bursting into the room with Rintaro being carried by Ryo, along with Sophia and Tetsuo.
"He decided to use a full Wonder-Combo to defeat the Megid….whilst already being in a beaten-up state." Ryo responded as he place Rintaro in one of the chairs.
"Wonder-Combo?" Moulage asked, gaining a confused expression on her face.
"It's when a Rider wielding a Seiken Sword-Driver uses three Wonder-Ride books of the same colour. It gives them an increase in power, but it can be difficult to to master." Sophia explained, causing Moulage to nod her head slightly.
"But you did manage to win, right?" Klaus asked, sounding a bit concerned.
"Y...yes. We defeated….the Megid….." Rintaro responded in a slight weak tone of voice, still feeling tired from the usage of his volume 3 form.
"Although you were reckless, using a Wonder-Combo for the first time right in the middle of battle." Tetsuo pointed out in a slight disappointing tone of voice.
"I know, but….it wasn't just the Megid there." Rintaro said, causing confuse expression to appear on Sophia's and Tetsuo's faces.
"Legeiel, Zoous and Desast were at the scene as well." Ryo said, causing both Sophia and Tetsuo to become shock.
"Really? Two of the Megid generals and their swordsman were there as well?" Rill asked in a surprise tone of voice, causing Moulage and Klaus to gain surprise expressions on their faces, with the Golden Dawn Magic Knight's expression being more deeper.
"It was mainly Legeiel and Desast doing the fighting, Zoous did consider joining in, but we managed to drive him away." Ryo explained, making Sophia to gain a relieve expression on her face.
"Well, it certainly seems that you four had an interesting mission." A voice spoke, causing everyone to look in the direction of the voice to see Charlotte and Sora standing by the doorway.
"Char?/Captain Charlotte?/The Blue Rose Magic Knight captain?" The other Magic Knights said in a surprise tone of voice.
"So these are the other Magic Knights have been effected by Storious's magic?" Charlotte asked as she glance at the Magic Knights, except Sol.
"Apart from Mimosa, yes." Sophia said, causing Charlotte to blink her eyes slightly before becoming confuse as she focus her attention onto the Vermillion hair girl.
"I just want to see where Asta-I mean the Sword Of Logos headquarters are!" Mimosa said, saying the last part in a quick tone of voice whilst gaining a blush on her face.
"Just Asta?" Sora asked, tilting his head to the side.
"I mean everyone else!" Mimosa exclaimed, becoming more embarrassed.
"Ryo, don't." Charlotte said in a slight firm tone of voice, noticing a smirk that has appeared the wielder of Gekido's face.
He wasn't the only one as a smirk also appeared on Rin's face.
When Mimosa calmed down, she had a proper look at Sora.
"So, what's your name? I'm Mimosa Vermillion, a member of the Golden Dawn Magic Knight squad." Mimosa asked as she introduce herself with a warm smile on her face.
"I'm Sora Ogami." Sora introduce himself.
This cause Mimosa, along with the other Magic Knights, except Sol, to blink her eyes before glancing towards Ryo.
"Hehehe. This is mine and Charlotte's son, Sora." Ryo said, causing surprise expressions to appear.
It was then that I thought appeared in Rill's head.
"Ohhh, that "friend" you mentioned back at that Captain's meeting was Vice-Captain Ryo." Rill pointed out, causing a slight smile to appear on Charlotte's face.
"Yes. I was referring to Ryo back then." Charlotte responded, making Rill nod his head slightly.
"A "friend" Char? We've been married for a while now, and yet you still refer me as a "friend"?" Ryo said with a mock-hurt expression on his face.
"I-I was trying to keep my status as a married woman hidden from the rest of the captains back then, I didn't want to reveal that information just yet." Charlotte explained in a slight embarrassed tone of voice.
"Where are Asta, Donna and Noelle? Have they came back from their journey from Avalon yet?" Rin asked, becoming curious at the three absence.
"I'm afraid they haven't came back yet." Sophia responded in a low tone of voice.
This cause worrying expressions to appear on the returning Magic Knight's faces.
"I hope they are okay." Klaus said in a worrying tone of voice.
"A lot of things can happen to them, not just preventing Calibur from reaching Avalon once the doorway is revealed, but the place itself could be something akin to a Dungeon, possibly containing multiple traps which certainly be dangerous. Claiming whatever power that rests within Avalon won't be an easy task." Tetsuo commented whilst crossing his arms.
"You certainly have great faith in your fellow Magic Knight squad members." Moulage said in a blank tone of voice.
"I didn't say that…..I just said that it won't be easy….." Tetsuo responded, avoiding eye-contact from the Silver Eagle Magic Knight.
It was just then that more footsteps can be heard, causing everyone to perk up, having a good idea of who the footsteps belong to, before turning their attention towards the door.
After a few seconds, Noelle, Donna and Asta came through the doorway.
"Noelle-chan! Donna-chan! Asta-kun! You're back!" Rin said in a relieved tone of voice.
"Yep! We're back!" Donna responded in a reassured tone of voice.
"What happened in Avalon? Did you three managed to retrieve the power within that place?" Sophia asked, sounding anxious.
"Yep. We've got it before Calibur." Asta responded as he held up "King Of Arthur".
"The power that rests with Avalon….is a Wonder-Ride book?" Fiona asked just as Asta past the Wonder-Ride book to Sophia.
"I guess that make the "slumbering king" part more sense." Klaus commented in a thoughtful tone of voice, remembering what Asta told them earlier.
"It seems that you three have a lot to tell us." Sophia commented as she finish her expectation of "King Of Arthur", making Asta, Noelle and Donna to nod their heads.
Once everyone, including Charlotte and Sora, entered the meeting room, Asta, Noelle and Donna told the rest the events of what happened up to the point where Asta entered the portal/doorway to Avalon
"So what sort of place is Avalon?" Rill asked, his creative side started to become excited at the prospect of gaining new inspiration for his art-work.
The question cause Asta to frown, attempting to come up with a good response.
"Avalon…..is the final resting place of all the Sword Of Logos Magic Knights." Asta said, causing the room to become silent.
"Soooooo, it's basically a giant graveyard?" Rin asked, becoming curious.
"D-don't put it like t-that!" Noelle said, stuttering slightly.
"Avalon takes the form of a castle-like building, but there is a giant room underneath the building that contain multiple gravestones." Asta responded whilst scratching the back of his head, causing faces to pale.
"And that where you found the "King Of Arthur" Wonder-Ride book? In the grave/underground room?" Donna asked, she and Noelle haven't been told before hand about Asta's and Nero small adventure within Avalon.
"I did, but I didn't immediately found "King Of Arthur" just yet. There….was someone else at Avalon." Asta said, causing shock expressions to appear.
"S-seriously?! We spent a long time in the library with no results, and yet someone is already there!" Sol said with an open mouth.
"Who was the person?" Sophia asked, becoming curious.
"His face was covered by a hood and wearing a white robe. He also didn't say his name." Asta responded, making a frown appear on Sophia's face.
"Is he some sort of ghost that protects Avalon?" Mimosa asked, tilting her head to the side in curiosity.
"I don't know. Do ghosts produce large amount of Mana?" Asta questioned whilst scratching the back of his head.
"Lets not question about the nature of the unknown Avalon guardian and get on with the story." Tetsuo suggested, causing people to nod their heads.
"Right. After we had a conversation, he decided to allow me to face the trail to see if I'm worthy of claiming "King Of Arthur"." Asta said, continuing with his story.
"What form did the trail take?" Rintaro asked, becoming slightly worried at the intensity of the trail.
"I simply have to take down this ghost-like figure. It was pretty easy and then I was basically congratulated by the souls of the previous Sword Of Logos Magic Knights." Asta said, causing everyone to pale
"R-really?" Klaus asked, making Asta nod his head.
"I hope that you presented yourself well. You basically have a 2000 year old legacy watching you." Noelle said in a haughty tone of voice, yet feeling scared at the prospect of being watched by numerous predecessors to the Sword Of Logos.
"I did. Although it was mainly the souls of the previous Sabers that congratulated me after the trail, one of them actually giving me another Wonder-Ride book." Asta said as he took out "Knight Of Sun".
The Sword Of Logos Magic Knights become wide eyed as they look at the other new Wonder-Ride book.
"And you didn't thought to tell me and Donna about the other Wonder-Ride book?" Noelle asked as she glare at the ash-white hair boy.
"Hehehe. Sorry." Asta said in a sheepish tone of voice, causing the silver hair girl to sigh slightly.
"Anyway, now that we have the means of returning everyone's Grimoires back to normal, lets get the process started." Sophia said, making the other Magic Knights nod their heads.
"Mr Daishinji." Noelle said, causing the Mechanic of the Sword Of Logos to perk slightly before turning his attention towards the silver hair girl.
"Yes? Is there something the matter?" Tetsuo asked, becoming curious.
"I want to discuss something with you, something with Argent-Couronne." Noelle responded in a serious tone of voice, causing Tetsuo to become curious.
"So what's the result, Mr Daishinji?" Sophia asked, a concerned expression appearing on her face.
Currently, Noelle and Tetsuo are in his workshop with the captain of the Sword Of Logos deciding to join them once she heard that the topic is on Argent-Couronne.
"Well, it certainly seems that Noelle's sword is infused with the Mana from Kurayami." Tetsuo responded, looking away from the screen that he's been observing.
"What exactly happened during the battle with you, Donna and Calibur?" Sophia asked, turning her attention towards the silver hair girl.
"….It was roughly near the end of the battle when Calibur disarmed me and decided to examine Argent-Couronne, mainly because it's been forged outside of the Sword Of Logos. As soon as he grabbed the sword, Mana started to come off Kurayami and got absorbed into Argent-Couronne." Noelle explained, causing a frown to appear on Tetsuo's face.
"That's a bit odd. Since Kurayami has the ability to adsorb Mana-based attacks, it would be natural if Mana from Argent-Couronne would be absorbed into Kurayami instead." Tetsuo commented as he crossed his arms.
"Could there be a chance that I might have lost my sword forever?!" Noelle exclaimed in her head, starting to panic.
"Did Calibur made any comments about this phenomenon?" Sophia asked, snapping Noelle out of her thoughts.
"N-no….." Noelle responded before slowly remembering something.
"…..Actually, Calibur did mention about somehow my mother was the one who created Argent-Couronne." Noelle said, causing both Sophia and Tetsuo to become shock.
"What made him say that?!" Sophia asked, her eyes widening.
"I'm not entirely sure, the only thing that he said was that even though we spent so little time with each other, my mother was still concerned with my future." Noelle explained, causing Sophia to frown slightly.
"Did Acier somehow contacted someone from your family and asked them to forge Argent-Couronne using her Mana?" Sophia asked as she looked towards Tetsuo.
However, the mechanic of the Sword Of Logos shook his head.
"No. I would have heard something about the forging of a new sword, even if the sword's existence is wanted to be kept a secret. But it would explain why the sword of steel is named differently." Tetsuo explained, saying the last part in a thoughtful tone of voice.
"So how did Argent-Couronne got forged…?" Sophia muttered, gaining a frown on her face.
"…..Calibur did mention something about it starting on "that day"." Noelle said, causing both Sophia and Tetsuo to blink their eyes in confusion.
"That day?" Tetsuo repeated, glancing towards Sophia who has a deep thinking expression on her face.
"…" The captain of the Sword Of Logos became silent for a few seconds before her expression perked up slightly.
"Did you remember something?" Noelle asked has in a hopeful tone of voice.
"I believe so…." Sophia responded before explaining what she remember.
Flashback (Start)
"Has the pain gotten worse?" A younger Sophia asked in a worrying tone of voice.
Currently, the captain of the Sword Of Logos and an out-of-armor Calibur are standing next to a bed where a woman who basically looks like an older version of Noelle lay.
However, she looks incredible ill with black ring marks around her eyes.
"Y-yes it has. But I'm managing to bare though it….somehow." Acier Silva responded weakly, making Sophia nod her head slightly.
"How is everyone back at the sword Of Logos? Managing to get through their duties as normal?" Acier asked, becoming curious.
"Well…..I guess that there is a slight disturbance with their normal working pace." Sophia responded, making Acier nodding her head slightly.
"Everyone in the Silver Eagles is the same. You should have seen the massive line of those who wanting to visit me." Acier said, a small smile appearing on her face.
"It must be pretty lively in the estate, despite the reasoning for them to be here." "Calibur" commented, making Acier giggle slightly.
"Yes, you can say it was." Acier said, making a small smile appear on "Calibur's" and Sophia's faces.
"And what about your family? How are they coping?" Sophia asked, becoming curious.
"Like with everyone else, Nebra, Soild and my husband are worried about me whilst Nozel…he's in a bad shape, getting little sleep to find a possible way to cure me." Acier explained before turning her attention towards a cot that is located next to her bed.
Despite everyone's objections, Acier have requested that she would like her newly born daughter to be next to her.
The request caused everyone to become worried that Acier is on the way to death's door.
"My little daughter, Noelle. It's amusing that despite what everything is happening right now, she's sleeping so peacefully."Acier said as she lift Noelle out of her cot.
"Haven't seen her since…...that day." "Calibur" said, clenching his fists at the last part.
A sad expression also appeared on Sophia's face.
"Please don't act like that. You've done all that you could." Acier said before turning her attention back to her daughter, a sad expression appearing on her face.
"Its pretty clear that Noelle will be hated upon after what comes next. I know that Nozel will protect her, but as a mother, I can't help but worry." Acier explained as she stare down at her daughter.
"Do you….want us to invite Noelle into the Sword Of Logos once she's old enough to join the Magic Knights?" Sophia offered, causing both Acier and "Calibur" to gain surprise expressions on their faces.
"Thanks for the offer, but I've already made a promise to someone which results in Noelle's path crossing with your squad, regardless of your decision." Acier responded, causing both Sophia and "Calibur" to glance at each other confusedly.
"What sort of promise is this?" Sophia asked, already having a good idea about who the other person is.
This cause a massive grin to appear on Acier's face.
"This isn't going to be good." "Calibur" said in a blank tone of voice.
"Don't say something like that. Everything will be okay in the end." Acier said in a reassuring tone of voice.
"I highly doubt it." Both "Calibur" and Sophia thought at the same time.
"I've told someone else about the promise, the person not being my husband. He would want a say in the matter if I told him." Acier said, ignoring the feeling that the two Sword Of Logos members are saying negative things in the minds.
"But still...Noelle will certainly lead a difficult life due to carrying the blame of my death. Therefore…." Acier began to say before hugging Noelle closer to her.
Sophia and "Calibur" became wide eyed as Acier started to become covered in a silver aura which then transferred over to Noelle.
"I give this to you, Noelle. A part of myself will be with you always, and I hope that you will call upon it like a sword." Acier spoke warmly to her youngest daughter who giggled slightly in her sleep.
"Are you sure you should have giving Noelle your Mana, Lady Acier? Noelle could-" "Calibur" began to say but was cut off as Acier shook her head.
"No, everything will be okay." Acier interjected, but a worrying expression is still present on "Calibur's" face.
However, a frown appeared on Sophia's face as she sensed that something else had just happened.
Flashback End
"And that what happens on that day." Sophia said, finishing her story.
"So Mother...really did forged Argent-Couronne for me and it be sleeping within me...all this time…." Noelle said in a low tone of voice as she stared at the sword of steel.
"Lady Acier basically transformed you into a sheathe." Tetsuo said in a blunt tone of voice.
"Daishinji…." Sophia said in a slight warning tone of voice, not wanting to ruin the beauty of the story.
"A-anyway…." Tetsuo began to say whilst turning away from the frown that has appeared on Sophia's face.
"I think it's best if you keep Argent-Couronne as far away from Kurayami as possible. I really have no idea about what is happening with all of this." Tetsuo explained, making Noelle nod her head.
"But….what exactly happened during that moment of Mana transfer and how does Kurayami fits into this?" Sophia thought, starting to become worried.
"So you were late to get the prize?" Licht asked Calibur.
"Have the those three been talking?" Calibur asked, referring to three Megid generals.
"No. But you seemed to be sulking a bit." Licht responded, causing the swordsman of darkness to glare underneath his helmet whilst grabbing the hilt of Kurayami.
"Now, now. There's no need to act hostile." Licht said as he raised a hand slightly.
"….." Calibur stared at the leader of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun for a few seconds before relaxing slightly.
"You are you going to attempt to steal the power that Saber has claimed?" Licht asked, becoming curious.
"Of course. It's very likely that the boy hasn't mastered his newly claimed power yet. I take that chance to take it." Calibur explained, causing Licht to nod his head slightly.
"I see. There're things that I need to take care of, so I'll leave you." Licht said before walking away.
"….." Calibur watched Licht leaved before beginning to frown in thought.
"What exactly happened back then?" Calibur muttered, thinking back to the battle when he took hold of Argent-Couronne and the Mana transfer happened.
"Lady Acier. What secrets did you implant into Argent-Couronne?" Calibur thought, surprisingly starting to become worried for Noelle's safety.
And there we have, Asta telling the others about his experience in Avalon and Sophia telling Noelle about a past meeting with Acier, discovering how Argent-Couronne came into being. I guess that many of you will be wondering what the promise is, who is the other person that Acier made the promise is and who is the other person that knows about promise.
So in Black Clover, Adrammelech finally made his move, taking Lucifero's heart before disappearing, Mimosa healing Yami and Nacht, I just loved how the Black Bulls simply told her to shove the food into her mouth when she objected about wanting a knife and fork, that's something I want to see animated and Charlotte finally confessing to Yami, although he didn't completely heard her. So the big question is what Adrammelech will do with Lucifero's heart? An obvious answer could be that he wants to absorb Lucifero's powers, but if he does that, then I believe that he will only gain the 50% that still remains within the underworld. Another idea is that Adrammelech may give Lucifero's heart to Beelzebub. The reason behind this idea is that in Demonology, Adrammelech is the Grand Chancellor in the "Order of the flies", a major court of demons within hell that is founded by Beelzebub, so the Black Clover version of Adrammelech may be working with the Black Clover version of Beelzebub behind Lucifero's back for some reason. I wonder if Beelzebub will have more of an impact in the future since out of the three Dark Triad's Devils, he's still alive and yet to full makes his appearance, the only thing we have so far is a silhouette of him.
So in Revice, Ikki and Vice walked down memory lane in order for him to remember what happened him and Jiko in the past and figuring out that the contractor to the plant-themed Deadman is Sabura Kimura. Lovekov also got some screen time which involves falling on top of Jeanne after a fail attempt to transform into her fan-weapon form and getting knocked out by the Deadman's "breath". George was tempted to transform into Kamen Rider Demons again, but managed to control himself. This episode revealed the "payment" within Ikki's and Vice's contract, Ikki loosing his memories every time he uses the Revice Driver, similar to Zeronos in Kamen Rider Den-o. I'm a bit surprised at how serious Vice was when he told Ikki about this. So it's revealed that Vail has a "human" form which resembles Vice's with red colours instead of blue and without the facemask.

1) Well, Argent-Couronne is unique from the rest of the Holy Swords, at the moment, and this chapter does reveal some more information on Argent-Coronne. With Kyome, it is connected to the Da'at position, which itself is described an empty slot, similar to the element of the void.
2) In the debut episode of Dragon-Arthur, the transformation sound wasn't heard either, so I just did the same.
Dragon Rider 66:
1) Yeah, I decided to redesign Avalon into something that is connected to the legend of King Arthur and for the souls of the previous Riders, some may reappear into the story.
2) At least the mysterious person is happy that Asta has managed to pass the trail. I would makes sense for Yuri to have some sense of recognition towards Nero.
3) The Wonder-Ride book that would become "Dragonic Knight" will have a different origin. The "Knight Of Sun" Wonder-Ride book will be used by a different Rider other than Saber...at least being the first to wield it.
4) Well, the creation part of Argent-Couronne is further explained within this chapter. As for the absorption part...that will be a mystery for now.
5) Now that Lucifero and Megicula are out of the picture, I can see Beelzebub grinning that he's basically the strongest Devil in the underworld...until the time Devil makes his return or Adrammelech uses Lucifero's heart to make himself more powerful.
6) I forgot to mention about Lovekov's voice actor, whoops. It's nice to see that the producers haven't forgotten the previous forms and add them into the episode. It's also nice that we have gotten a Deadman that is based on a plant rather than an animal, changes things about.
7) Yeah, but we just have to wait and see what Mr Tabata does.
8) Hehehe, you just have to wait and see.
9) There could be a chance that the gold colour may foreshadow something with Giff in the future. The released episode of Revice confirmed my idea, the more Ikki uses the Revice Driver, his memories of his family will eventually fade away as part of his contract with Vice.

A small frown started to appear on Sophia's face.
Within Sophia's head: Is Mimosa...into that sort of stuff?!

16) Let's just be glad that Solid and Nebra weren't there, otherwise the Eagle Deadman will be attempting to attack them...with Noelle trying to hold her back.

1) I think that it would be a shock to everyone within the story.
2)I think Nozel, Nebra and Soild will be the most confuse at Noelle's appearance, at first thinking that Noelle disguising herself as Acier, but start to realize that something is wrong with that idea due Noelle's hair style and different magic, even though Noelle has a water-themed version of Acier's "Valkyrie Armor" spell. There's also a possibility that Julius may be able to remember Noelle because of his time magic.
3) I'm not sure what everyone will be more shock, the appearance of the Zero-Liner or the younger Acier coming out of the train.
4) Well...something similar may happen within the story.
