Start, the raid on the Eye Of The Midnight Sun
"Really, Asta? Can you eat properly when you're among the upper-class?" Noelle questioned as she spot Asta having some food smudged around his face.
Currently, the Royal Knight are preparing themselves for the raid on the Eye Of The Midnight Eye's base, which Mereoleone stated will take place in three days time.
Right now, they are having dinner together.
"Sorry. But the food's good." Asta responded in a sheepish tone of voice.
This cause the wielder of Argent-Couronne to sigh.
"And I thought that by now you would have gained the skills to eat cleanly." Noelle commented, causing the wielder of Rekka to smile sheepishly.
"Sorry." Asta responded weakly, causing Noelle to shake her head.
"Here, Asta." Noelle said as she picked up a cloth from a nearby table and handed it to Asta which he took and clean his mouth with.
"Have you been asking about Sir Fuegoleon's recovery?" Asta asked, causing Noelle to gain a slight sad expression on her face.
"Sir Fuegoleon's recovery is going well. Whilst he couldn't take part in the raid because of his arm injury, he was pleased that Mimosa and her brother managed to get into the Royal Knights." Mimosa explained, making Asta to nod his head slightly before glancing to were Kirsch is standing in the room…..sparkles surrounding him.
"…..What exactly is your brother going to do to the enemy, sparkle them to death or something?" Asta asked, causing Noelle to shake her head slightly, but there is an expression of amusement on her face.
"Asta." A voice called, causing the three to turn around to see Klaus, Yuno and Mimosa approaching them.
"Hi, Klaus." Asta greeted the incoming Golden Dawn Magic Knights.
"Mimosa told us how you managed to recover some of your missing memories. Congratulations." Klaus explained, causing Asta to grin slightly.
"Thanks, but it isn't much though, just my memories with my mum, Richita Staria." Asta said, his face changing into a grim one.
"Well, its better than nothing." Klaus pointed out whilst pushing up his glasses.
"Only your memories of your mum, Asta?" Yuno asked, tilting his head to the side.
"Yeah. I think its because she was the previous wielder of Rekka." Asta explained, causing the three Golden Dawn Magic Knights to become surprise.
"Your mother was a Magic Knight?!" Mimosa said with widened eyes.
"Yep. A pretty powerful one at that." Asta said in a prideful tone of voice.
"Are you sure that you're not making that part up?" Yuno asked with a blank tone of voice.
"I am not!" Asta responded back in annoyed tone of voice.
"Considering that Asta's mother was friends with my mother, Richita Staria probably gained skills throughout her time with Mother." Noelle thought, gaining a slight smirk on her face.
"What was your mother like?" Mimosa asked, becoming curious.
"Richita is basically like Asta." A voice responded before the ash-white hair teen could respond, causing the five of them to turn towards the source of the voice to see Tetsuo.
"You worked with Mrs Staria, Mr Daishinji?" Klaus asked, making the wielder of Suzume to nod his head.
"Yes, especially during her time at the Clover Kingdom's branch." Tetsuo responded before sighing slightly.
"Oh the many times that I have to worry over the safety of Rekka!" Tetsuo said in a worrying tone of voice…..as he glared at Asta.
"Don't glare at me…." Asta said as he avoided eye-contact.
The three Golden Dawn Magic Knights became confuse at this interaction.
"Mr Daishinji is very protective when it comes to the Holy Swords." Noelle explained, making the three Golden Dawn Magic Knights slowly nod their heads.
"What about your father, Asta. What about him?" Mimosa asked, becoming curious.
"…..I'm not sure. He isn't in any of my recovered memories." Asta responded, causing worrying expressions on the Golden Dawn Magic Knight's faces.
"Did you know my dad, Mr Daishinji?" Asta asked turning his attention towards the wielder of Suzume.
"….Your father….well…." Tetsuo began to say but trailed off, gaining an awkward expression on his face.
This cause the other five to gain curious expressions on their faces.
"I just noticed something, Asta. With your name being "Staria", it would be expected that you would wield star magic." Mimosa commented, deciding to move on with the conversation.
This cause the ash-white hair teen to blink his eyes.
"Oh yeah….but what would be the properties of star magic?" Asta asked, causing the others to look at each other.
"I guess it would be branching off from the light attribute." Yuno responded with a thoughtful expression on his face.
"Right….." Asta said before a thought entered his head.
"Has anyone even heard of star magic before?" Asta asked, glancing towards everyone else.
"…" Everyone became silent as the questioned settled in their heads.
"…..I think I read about a family wielding celestial-related magic somewhere…." Mimosa responded, tilting her head to the side.
"Hm? Celestial-related magic?" A voice suddenly asked, causing everyone to jump before turning towards the source of the voice to see Rin with a plate in her hands.
"Don't make us jump like that!" Noelle said with a small scowl on her face.
"Sorry, Noelle-chan." Rin said in apologetic tone of voice.
"We were discussing about the possibility of Asta wielding star magic instead of fire magic due to his surname." Mimosa explained, causing Rin to blink her eyes.
"Never heard that sort of magic back in my home country, even though it is known as the land of the rising sun." Rin commented before turning her attention towards Tetsuo, a thought entering her head.
"Is there a star-themed Holy Sword in the Sword Of Logos?" The wielder of Hayate asked, making the wielder of Suzume to jump slightly due to the sudden attention that he's gained now whilst Asta and Noelle became curious.
"….There isn't star-themed Holy Sword in existence, but-" Tetsuo began to say but stop as he froze slightly.
"Mr Daishinji?! Are you feeling okay?" Mimosa asked as she and the others became alarmed at the suddenness.
"….I'm not sure, but I heard something." Tetsuo responded, gaining a serious expression on his face.
This caused the others to glance at each other.
It was at that moment that Rin noticed Asta's shadow moving in an unnatural manner, almost like it was flinching without the ash-white hair teen moving his own body.
"Asta-kun…..keep very still." Rin said as she began to walk behind Asta in a calm manner.
"What are you going to do?" Asta asked, suddenly becoming worried as to what the wielder of Hayate may do to him.
"This!" Rin suddenly responded as she took out Hayate out of her Grimoire and stab Asta's shadow with it.
"Owch!" A voice suddenly yelled, causing all the occupants in the room to spun around towards the group of seven.
"What the?!" Asta exclaimed as he saw his shadow moving in a frenzied-manner all by itself whilst Rin kept on pressing the blade of the single-blade form of Hayate into his shadow.
After a few seconds, someone came out of Asta's shadow.
"Owe….." The person said, a male wearing the robes of the Eye Of The Midnight Sun.
"Do you have to press so hard? That sword of yours is sharp." The male commented as he glared at Rin.
However, it was at that point that all the Royal Knights in the room had their Grimoire out.
"To be honest, whatever pain your feeling is irrelevant to the position you are in now." Rin responded with a "sweet" smile on her face.
After calling Mereoleone and Nozel, the two of them being elsewhere, the two quickly interrogate the Eye Of The Midnight Sun's Mage.
It was revealed that he has slipped into Asta's shadow at some point before he and the other members of the Sword Of Logos entered the building.
Nozel questioned them, plus the Golden Dawn Magic Knights, if they were talking about anything significant to the upcoming raid.
When they replied that they weren't talking about anything related to the raid, this caused the rest of the Royal Knights to become relaxed.
Despite this, Mereoleone informed everyone that the raid will begin tomorrow instead…..something that was planned from the beginning and the captain of the Crimson Lions predicted that be a spy from the Eye Of The Midnight Sun would infiltrate one of their gathers as soon as possible.
So right now, it's the next day and all of the Royal Knights are looking at a massive field of floating rocks with the biggest one, that has buildings carved into it, being right in front of them.
"That's the Gravito Stones, the Eye Of The Midnight Sun's den. There aren't many people who can enter a Strong Magic region in the first place. On top of that, they used magic to blend into the mist and hide. It's no wonder it wasn't easy to find them." Mereoleone explained before glancing towards Nozel.
"Is that why you had the area searched, captain of the Silver Eagles? Because you figured that out?" Mereoleone asked, a small smirk appearing on her face.
"We just happened to be investigating a Dungeon when we leaned it was their hideout. That's all." Nozel responded in a calm tone of voice.
"Oho. And why were you there in person, captain?" Mereoleone asked, her smirking becoming bigger.
"…..Enough idle talk. At this distance, that spell should work." Nozel said, completely ignoring Mereoleone's question as he turned his attention towards Siren.
"Yes, Sir." Siren said just as his Grimoire opened.
"Stone Creation Magic: Stone Model Of The World." The Golden Dawn Magic Knight announced, using his magic to create a miniature version of the giant stone.
"I see. It's like an anthill where you can get in from anywhere. That should make it easy to invade. I see a few people whose power is that of a high-ranking Magic Knight. There's someone with high magic in that big space in the center. That must be the leader." Mereoleone commented as she and the other Royal Knights studied the series of passages that are present within the model.
"We'll split into five teams and charge in. Spatial magic Mage, you wait here." Mereoleone said, causing cob to salute in response.
"How are the groups formed? Have the teams already been organized beforehand?" Tetsuo thought as he glanced around and saw that the other Royal Knights have slight unsure expressions on their faces.
"Runt. You're with me." Mereoleone said as she grab Asta with a fire-made lion paw, causing everyone to become surprise.
"Huh? Me?" Asta asked in a dumbfounded tone of voice.
"You heard me. I think that Richita will happy knowing that you're in safe hands." Mereoleone explained in a "friendly" tone of voice.
"But my mum knows….." Asta began to say whilst pointing towards Tetsuo, but his voice died in his throat when he saw Mereoleone's fire-made lion paw tightened around his head.
"Well? Why are you hesitating?" Mereoleone asked, becoming more "friendly".
"…..O-okay….." Asta responded in a weak tone.
"Good! Glad we understand each other." Mereoleone said just Asta glanced towards the other Royal Knights.
"Help me!" Asta's eyes seem to say, but the other Royal Knights are looking in different directions….apart from Yuno who is shaking his head.
"Hahahahaha! You're really are in hot waters. I wonder who will finish you off first, the Eye Of The Midnight Sun or Captain Mereoleone?!" Zora exclaimed with a massive grin on his face.
"Why you…." Asta growled in annoyed tone of voice.
"You're coming with me as well." Mereolone said as she created another fire-made lion paw and grabbed Zora's head with it.
"Hahahahaha! Servers you right!" Asta thought with a grin on his face.
"…..Hiya Royal. Have a rainbow stink-bug as proof of our newly formed team." Zora said as he flick a small bug at Mereoleone.
"Are you nuts or something?!" Asta exclaimed in a shock tone of voice within his head.
However, the captain of the Crimson Lions easily caught the stink-bug with a third fire-made lion paw and throw it back at Zora's face.
"A smell of this caliber is nothing to me." Mereoleone commented with an evil smirk on her face just as Zora inhaled the stink-bug's gas.
"Anyway, we're wasting time! Let's get moving!" Mereoleone called to the other Royal Knights causing them to nod their heads.
Meanwhile in the giant stone-fortress, a woman is tied up with ropes.
"Do you know….why this is happening to you?" A male wearing the Eye Of The Midnight Sun's robes asked as the both of them sat on stone slabs.
"Well, you see...it's because you're a citizen of the Clover Kingdom. Up until a little while ago….so was I. But...Master Lich gave me a true name!" The Eye Of The Midnight Sun's Mage said as he raised a finger which morphed into a small blade.
"We….are special. And so...it doesn't matter what we do to trash like you!" The Eye Of The Midnight Sun's Mage said as he began to trail his transformed-finger across the woman's skin.
However, it was at that moment that the ground beneath their feet began to crack and a few seconds later, Luck came bursting out of the ground, kicking the Eye Of The Midnight's Mage right in the face.
"Plans….aren't really necessary for you people. Knock them down as you come to them, make for the heart of this place. Each of you….fight anyway you like! As long you don't lose, I don't care what you do." Mereoleone's voice rang though each Royal Knight's head as they invade the stone fortress.
"Enemy attack!" A Mage from the Eye Of The Midnight Sun shouted as he and some others got their magic at the ready.
"There you are, ants. I heard that you did a number on the Royal Capital while I was away. Eye Of The Midnight Sun. I'm here to settle the score." Mereoleone said as a grin appeared on her face as she face the Mages whilst Saber, in his Crimson Dragon Form, Zora and a Crimson Lion Magic Knight known as Ben Benfunk stood behind her.
"Your leader's head is mine!" Mereoleone shouted as she lunged towards the three Eye Of The Midnight Sun's Mage, flames exploding out of her.
"Whoa…." Saber mumbled in an awe tone of voice.
"Captain Mereoleone certainly is fired up. I bet that them attacking Ca-Sir Fuegoleon must have affected her a lot." Niles commented in an interested tone of voice
"How about we ask the question about if she actually needs us?" Zora pointed out, giving the other two deadpan looks.
"Huh. It looks like we have unannounced visitors." Ryha commented as he walked down a corridor.
"This time, I won't act like it's a pain this time." Ryha commented as he lifted his hair, revealing that a third eye has appeared, leaking out Demonic Mana.
Elsewhere, Nozel is attacking without any remorse.
"That's amazing! Neither the attacks from the Eye Of The Midnight Sun nor the Dungeon traps even faze him." En commented with an amazed expression on his face.
"Go and get them, Captain Nozel!" Slash exclaimed in an excited tone of voice, the swordsman of sounds being in his Bremen No Rock Band form.
"According to our investigations, that spatial Mage leaves this hideout regularly once a day. That's right now! Outside, our spatial Mage is casting a spatial interference spell that will prevent other spatial magic users from entering easily." Nozel thought as he kept attacking with his mercery magic.
"I won't let you escape!" The captain of the Silver Eagles thought, an image of Licht appearing in his head.
"What is that spell?!" An Eye Of The Midnight Sun's Mage exclaimed as he and his allies got attacked by a storm of cherry petals.
"What do you think of my attack? Ever since my lose at the Royal Knight's selection tournament, I've been making my magic even lovelier and I'll use it to make you all bloom as beautifully as you could wish!" Kirsch commented as he appeared through the cherry petals, now donning a new hair-style.
"Would you be quiet?! You're being creepy!" Joyeues shouted as she made her appearance through the cherry petals as well.
"Just focus on the opponents in front of us." Ben said whilst wielding a copper-made club.
"Right!" Joyeues responded as she got Argent-Couronne at the ready.
"HAHAHAHA! Magnus has no idea what he's missing!" Luck exclaimed as he zoomed about the place, attacking enemy Mages along the way.
"Oho! Now that's beautiful!" Kirsch said with a wide smile on his face.
However, it was at that moment that something appeared behind the vice-captain of the Coral Peacocks.
"Hm? A new attacker." Kirsch commented as he began to spin around to face the newcomer before using his magic to attack them.
"What is that thing?" Kirsch asked as he have a proper look at the newcomer and saw it is a Shimi.
"That is known as a Shimi, a foot-soldier of the Megid. It would be expected that they would be here." Joyeues explained before starting to hear the sound of more footsteps...and buzzing?
"It's….futile….no matter what you do….we….will be soon….be reborn...into….our true forms…." A defeated Eye Of The Midnight Sun's Mage said in a weak tone of voice.
"True forms? What is he talking about?" Klaus wondered as he and the other members of the team that he's apart of walked down the stone passage.
"I wonder….the symbols on the wall….they're increasing the further we go in…." Mimosa commented as she scan the walls which have strange symbols written on them.
"…" Yuno gained a frown on his face as he stare straight forwards.
"Seriously?! Simply little traps like that all over you base? I saw straight through them all!" Zora shouted with an annoyed expression on his face.
"Couldn't you have warned us though?!" Saber shouted as he stood up, him having been crawling to avoid a trap.
"Agreed." Nils said in agreement as he rub the back of his head, him having hit his head on something that was produced by one of the traps.
"Shut up you two." Zora said over his shoulder, causing the two Royal Knights to become angry.
"I'm your senior! Show respect!" Nils shouted as he glared at the Black Bull ash Mage.
"Whatever." Zora responded blankly and Nils was about to say something, but was prevented as the sound of loud crashing is heard, causing the three Royal Knights to look in the direction to see Mereoleone completely annihilating the enemy.
"Captain Mereoleone's certainly knows to deal with the enemy." Saber commented with a small smile underneath his helmet.
"Yes, it's a wonder why she decided to be a part of a team at all in this raid." Nils voice said again.
"Hm?" Both Saber and Zora said as they turn around to look at the Silver Eagle Royal Knight…..to see that there are two of them.
"What the heck!" Saber exclaimed as he jumped back, making Mereoleone turn her head back to the other members of her team.
"Why are there two of you?" Mereoleone asked, raising an eye-brow.
"I don't know! He just appeared there!" One of the Nils responded as he pointed to the other.
"What are you talking about. You're the one that appeared." The other Nils responded back as he points a finger back towards his double.
"One of them must be an enemy Mage who can use copy magic. But who though? They have the same level of Mana." Zora thought with a frown on his face.
"…." Mereoleone became silent as she frowned at the two Nils for a few seconds before attacking both of them.
"Seriously?! You decided to roast both of them?!" Saber shouted in an alarmed tone of voice.
"So? Do you have a problem with that?" Mereoleone asked as she glared at Saber slightly.
"N-no." The swordsman of flames responded, not wanting to face the wraith of the captain of the Royal Knights.
"Copy Magic: Aqua Curtain." A voice announced and the flames immediately disappeared with the appearance of water.
"You are truly crazy. Attacking your own subordinates to find out who's the fake. Copy Magic: Healing Light Particles." A voice announced as a glow appeared through the steam.
After a few seconds, the steam disappeared, revealing the identity of the fake Nils.
"Your Ryha!" Saber exclaimed as he point a finger at the remaining member of the "Third Eye".
"Yep, that's me, Ryha the disloyal." Ryha introduce himself.
"Hmmm. I think I heard that name before." Mereoleone said as she tilt her head to the side slightly.
"What, you forgot?!" Saber shouted in a shock tone of voice.
"Whoa, come on. what's with that magic? We're gonna fight this monster?" Zora questioned in his head as he sensed the Mana coming out of Ryha.
"If you weren't a royal, I would have asked you for a drink." Ryha commented with a smile on his face.
"Don't hold back. I'll let you drink as much as you want...of the fires of hell." Mereolone responded just as her Grimoire opened.
"Ooooooh, you really are scary. Besides...I already drank those. The fires of hell." Ryha responded back as he draws a dark-covered sword from his Grimoire.
"Yami's spell..." Mereoleone thought as she recognized the type of sword that Ryha is wielding.
"This spell won't be so easy to counter. Copy Magic: Dark Cloaked Lightless Slash!" Ryha shouted as he swing the dark-cloaked sword, releasing a flying slash.
However, the captain of the Royal Knights didn't move from her spot and instead punched the attack with a fire-clad fist.
Without missing a beat, the captain of the Royal Knights suddenly sprinted forwards so that she's in front of Ryha.
"Unfortunately, the original idiot put up a better fight. Flame Magic: Calidos Brachium!" Mereoleone announced before hitting Ryha with the same fire-covered fist.
"She set the spell on fire just by punching it?!" Saber exclaimed in a shock tone of voice.
"So that's…..what Captain...Mereoleone…..is like…., a Mage in….a league of her own-owch!" Nils said before flinching in pain.
"Here. I'll heal you." Saber said just as his Grimoire opened and the swordsman of flames used "Fire Healing Magic: Flame Dragon's Heart".
"T-thanks. She doesn't….hesitate to get the job….done….." Nils commented, his body relaxing as it gets healed.
"If the lady's this powerful, then this terrorist group is good as done." Zora thought as he observe the captain of the Royal Knights starting to battle Ryha.
And there we, the start of the Royal Knight's raid on the Eye Of The Midnight Sun's base. So due to Asta's surname containing the word "star" in it, the conversation that group had gave a small nod to the Grinberryall family, who basically wield celestial-related magic, and Haoken. I wrote about Mimosa possibly reading about a family wielding celestial-related magic because even though the upper-class of the Clover Kingdom are very self-centered people, they do have knowledge about the other three kingdoms, so it wouldn't be surprising that they have knowledge about the ruling families of each kingdom. So did everyone like how Mereoleone acted in a "protective" manner towards Asta because of knowing Richita?
So in Geats, Keiwa received a call from his sister saying that Saboten knight has appeared again before she got attacked by some Jamato, prompting the third stage of the final mission to began with Tycoon, who is still recovering from his injuries, mainly focusing on saving Sara. When Sara attempted to get answers from Tycoon, she touched his ID core, causing her to recall a memory which involved both her witnessing her and Kiewa's parents being killed by Jamatos before getting kidnapped by them. Whilst this is going on, Geats and Buffa are fighting each other, with Buffa demanding that Geats hand of the "Ninja" Raise Buckle. This led to Saboten Knight making its escape. Whilst everyone recuperates back at the Desire Hall, Keiwa suggested that they should team up to defeat the final boss, yet everyone refused on the terms that there would still be one victor for the DGP. The Riders confronted Saboten Knight again and whilst Geats, Buffa and Nago fight the Jamato foot-soldiers, Tycoon face Saboten Knight alone, using the "Armed Arrow" and "Boost" Raise Buckles. Tycoon then decided to face Saboten Knight head on rather than fighting without being seen. Despite this however, Saboten Knight gained the upper-hand, prompting Geats to make the decision of helping Tycoon using the "Ninja" Raise Buckle, but found something odd has happened with the Raise Buckle. It is discovered that the "Ninja" Raise Buckle has resonated with Tycoon and decided to help him, with Geats explaining to Baffa that the way of the Shinobi is to complete the mission even if you have to sacrifice your life, something that Tycoon has pretty much been doing in his fight against Saboten Knight. Using both the "Ninja" and "Boost" Raise Buckles, Tycoon managed to free the victims that Saboten Knight have kidnapped along with giving the other three the opportunity to "kick the can", but where unsuccessful in defeating the Megid since the Jamato area widened. Afterwards, Tsumuri announced that due to the condition that Keiwa is in, he is forced to retire, but not before giving Ace the "Ninja" Raise Buckle back to him.
So the rule for this episode is that in the case of emergencies such as serious injuries or sickness that prevents a Rider from participating any further, they will be eliminated. An image of Nago's first personal Raise Buckle has been shown, the "Beat" Raise Buckle. The form itself looks interesting with it being a DJ-themed, armed with a guitar-themed axe. Kamen Rider Punkjack is also making his return, with his name being revealed as Win Haruya, yet this time being armed with the "Monster" Raise Buckle and it looks friendly with gold and blue colors, which clash horrible with the color of Punkjack's helmet. We have names of two Riders that will be joining the cast, Kamen Rider Reta and Kamen Rider Keirou. Reta's real name is Yuki Yaginuma who motif is that of a goat with the helmet being a repainted version of Mary's helmet whilst Keirou's real name is Ittetsu Tanba whose motif is that of an owl and using a repainted version of Ginpin's helmet. A golden power-up Raise Buckle has been revealed known as the "Fever" Raise Buckle, which allows one of the Riders to randomly wield a power of an existing Raise Buckle such as Geats being able to use two "Boost" Raise Buckles, similar to Bulid's Rabbit-Rabbit and Tank-Tank forms. There is also an image of a Jamato wielding a Desire Driver with what seems to a Jamato-based Raise Buckle, Wonder what sort of mission that Ride-Jamato will be a part of?

Dragon Rider 66:
1) I guess that would make sense for Woz to be the announcer instead and observe the Kamen Riders instead of Zi-O, but it is nicer that Asta met a previous Rider in person rather than an envoy. Oh dear...Lets hope that Master Logos doesn't decide to turn his attention onto the Kamen Riders of previous generations.
2) And now just to wait until the remaining three members of the Ryuzen appear, who may even appear during Ichika's backstory, or at least some previous members before getting replaced. Ichika's backstory may reveal a different side of Yami that we haven't seen yet.
3) I'm a bit confused as to why Ace is starting to look for his mother now when he has been living for such a long time and with the fact that the DGP has been going on for long time just makes it more suspicious. At least Keiwa somewhat managed to make up with Ace before getting retired.
4) The Black Clover girls will be more alert towards Kunoichi more than Ichika if she decided to interact more with Asta.
5) You're right about Baffa fighting Geats in order to get the "Ninja" Raise Buckle off him in order to win, but the Raise Buckle basically ditch Geats and help Tycoon instead. This does raise the question if the large-type Raise Buckles are "alive" in a sense, the "Boost" Raise Buckle even "looked" at Ace before disappearing.
6) The design of the Raise Buckle that grants the DGP Riders with their final forms could be inspired by the "Zi-O II" Rider-Watch. A potential name for the final form names could be "Champion".
7) If the new Riders are from a different group than the DGP, then a potential name for their Drivers could be the "Challenger Driver". Since the Desire Driver is based off the prize of the DPG, then the other group could be challenging the DGP Riders for some reason.
8) Since there was a Deadman based on a plant, then Mimosa's Rider form could be based on a plant instead of an animal.
