This is me ranking every presumably cut map from Just Dance 2023 and 2024 edition from least wanted to most wanted so please enjoy now we don't know the official reason why these maps were cut as the only way is to have an interview with the devs themselves but there's a slim chance some of these could come back either as a retake or the way they were always intended to be but anyways let's start.
Number Six: Don't Rush by Young T ft Bugsy
This is the only map on here that I think it's completely scrapped although it can be seen in the background of Can't Stop The Feeling Alt along with another map on this list it didn't end up in the final game although Wet Tennis and About Damn Time can also be seen before they were even officially revealed and they ended being added but this one didn't the song is good and the map is nice although the censorship seems to be a bit off as the leaked map didn't have certain words censored like hoe drugs and surprisingly fuck what? I guess this means the map was likely cut early in development I guess and they didn't have time to censor all the bad words I guess? Overall I don't think this map will ever be revived.
Number Five: Hip by MAMAMOO
Now I'm not the biggest K-Pop fan but this song is pretty funky like the other K-Pop songs in Just Dance it has both an extreme and easier routine both versions have been leaked but the background is incomplete I think they were probably still working on it when it got leaked this one I think is definitely coming many people thought it would be in JD 2024 but I think it's been delayed to JD 2025 I can't wait to see what the background looks like if this does get added which I'm sure it will in the next game.
Number Four: Love Again by Dua Lipa
This one can be seen in the background of Canned Heat but it's not in the game so far although Dua Lipa has had plenty of songs in Just Dance this one didn't make it for some reason there's even a full behind the scenes video of it despite it being cut I think there was a missed opportunity for this one to be added in the Love Coaster season since it's called Love Again but no will we get it in JD 2025? I don't think so now and you may remember me adding this song in my Just Dance series along with two other songs on the list can you remember what they were?
Number Three: Whine Up by Kat DeLuna ft Elephant Man
This is probably the most requested map on this list this song is a bop and the background of it looks great this map can also be seen in the background of Canned Heat the coach for this map Gabriela also appears in Wasabi Extreme along with Layl who is also the coach for Don't Cha Extreme and the background for that map also reuses some elements from this map also big big BIG missed opportunity to add this song in the Y2K season I think it's safe to say Gabriela needs her own solo map to be added and not be sent to the grave so Ubisoft please add this song in the next season or in JD 2025 please.
Number Two: Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This by Eurythmics
This map can also be seen in the background of Can't Stop The Feeling Alt and this one has some lore to it as the coach who's name is Leda is actually Night Swan before she became evil I think as judging by the ending for the map where it pans out and it shows Night Swan staring at the camera this song is an 80's classic and I wish it was in the game but I do think there's a small chance we could finally see or be added in JD 2025 as in the Y2K season an emote of Leda can be seen despite not appearing in the awards progression and I think this could work in the story for JD2025 where Jack Rose asks Night Swan asks why she wanted to destroy the dance verse in the first place and then she gets a flashback and this map begins this is also the second song on this list I included in my series can you think of the last song think fast because it's next.
Number One: Lose Yourself by Eminem
I don't have anything else to say this map looks amazing and I wish it was in the game but I do think it will be in JD 2025 especially after the cliff hanger at the end of the last game where Jack Rose fails to reach the boat on time to save his friends and after that he becomes an rapper and sings about how he loves his mother Night Swan but this evil has got to stop this map can also seen in Canned Heat and I really REALLY hope they add in the next game because it looks amazing please Ubisoft don't cancel this one.
