Seeking the the thieving Megid
"I lost my personal Wonder-Ride book….."Rin muttered in a sad tone of voice.
Right now, the Magic Knights of the Sword of Logos, plus former Magic Knights, have regrouped when Ryo and Secre have been told that Shiny-Thief Magpie have stolen "Sarutobi Ninjaden".
"Just be glad that it wasn't Hayate that got stolen. Otherwise Mr Daishinji would kill you." Secre pointed out whilst Donna pat Rin's back in a soothing manner.
"I don't want to think about that." the wielder of Hayate responded, shuddering in fear at what the wielder of Sezume would do when he learns that one of the Holy Swords got stolen.
"We need to find the Megid's nest quickly." Donna said, making the others nod their heads.
"…..Where's a good place for a Megid to make his hideout…." Ekrixi commented whilst gaining a thinking expression on his place.
This cause the others to gain thinking expressions on their faces for a few seconds before Shan spoke.
"Are there any abandoned places within the town?" The former wielder of Endless Dash asked, glancing towards Ryo, making the wielder of Gekido jump slightly.
"…..There are some ruined buildings st the outer-edge of the town, they were abandoned because the structure got damaged by magical means and nobody were able to fix them." Ryo explained, making Sarha nod her head.
"So that's where the Megid made its "nest" then?" Shan asked again, causing Ryo to hum slightly.
"I suppose so, unless the structure decided to collapse due to it moving around too much." Ryo commented, making Shan nod her head again.
"Or the Megid has been using its shadow ability to move around whilst in its hide out." Secre added, making Ryo slowly nod his head slightly before a thought appeared in his head.
"Did you two managed to draw out the scared power that originated from Saikou?" The wielder of Gekido asked whilst glancing towards Rin and Donna.
"Nope! Didn't had any success." Rin said in an even more depressing tone of voice.
"I did managed to make Ikazuchi glowing…..that is the sign that the sacred power is activated?" Donna asked, gaining an unsure expression on her face at the last part.
"Yes. That is the sign that the Holy Sword is tapping into its sacred power….or at least it is for Rekka." Ekrixi responded, causing the wielder of Ikazuchi to blink her eyes slightly.
"You managed to unlock Rekka's unique abilities?" Donna asked, becoming curious.
This cause Ekrixi to snort slightly.
"You are aware that me and Shan were a powerful team of Magic Knights during our time in the Sword of Logos, so of course I will be able to draw out Rekka's power." Ekrixi explained in a prideful tone of voice.
This cause the current generation of the Sword of Logos to glance at each other with knowing looks on their faces.
"…..What?" The former wielder of Rekka asked in a confused tone of voice, noticing the expressions.
"Well…..Noelle has a similar habit of connecting her achievements with her royal status…." Ryo explained in a slow tone of voice.
This cause Ekrixi to blink his eyes whilst Shan giggled slightly.
"Lets hope that Asta doesn't gain that habit." The current generation of the Sword of Logos, gaining a horrified feeling.
"Should we get moving, we do have a limited time." Secre pointed out, returning to the main topic.
"Yeah! And get my Wonder-Ride book!" Rin said in an urgent tone of voice.
"Well, here we are." Ryo said as he and the others stand within a courtyard surrounded by two story buildings near the outer edge of the town.
"The buildings sure look in a bad shape." Donna commented as she and the others saw how the walls of the surrounding buildings have large cracks running across them.
"Come on, lets get going. If things turn into a fight, then make sure to take the fight outside, not sure how strong the structure of the buildings are, but a fight will surely bring the whole thing down." Ryo explained, making everyone no their heads.
"I'm coming,"Sarutobi Ninjaden"." Rin thought as she and the others headed into the abandoned building that is front of them, apart from Ekrixi and Shan who have decided to do some of their own patrol work just in case they spot Shiny-Thief Magpie or Zoous.
"Rin and I will search upstairs whilst you two search the lower floor." Ryo explained in a low tone of voice, making the others nod their heads before the wielder of Gekido and the wielder of Hayate began to walk up the stairs whilst the wielder of Ikazuchi and the Sword of Logos sealing Mage began to search the lower floor.
"Hmm. Nothing in here…." Secre muttered as she glanced into a room that would have been the living room.
"It sure is dusty here, how long have these buildings been abandoned?" Secre questioned herself, noticing the dust that is covering the furniture.
"Not as long as Sir Lemiel's workshop." Secre though in slight amusement before moving on with the search.
"….." Donna became silent as she felt Mana within the air.
"This Mana must be lingering from the magic that cause the damage to the buildings in the first place…..but what sort of magic was it?" The wielder of Ikazuchi thought, becoming curious before opening a door which leads to the kitchen.
Donna started to gag as a horrid smell enter her nose.
"Rotten food!" The wielder of Iazuchi exclaimed in her head as she quickly closed the door, yet being quiet to avoid making any loud noises.
"Lets find that Megid and the stolen objects fast!" Donna exclaimed in her head again, the scent of rotten food still lingering around her.
Meanwhile, Ryo opened a door which leads to a bedroom.
"If I was a thief, where would I hide the objects that I have stolen?" Ryo questioned himself as he removed the cover of the bed, expecting to find anything, but saw nothing.
"Under here maybe….." The wielder of Gekido thought as he began to bend down.
However, he stopped when a loud creaking sound is heard, causing Ryo to quickly made his way towards the door whilst gripping the handle of Gekido tightly.
Ryo opened the door into the hallway where he spot Rin who is frozen on the spot.
Ryo released a sigh of relief, releasing the tension his in body when he figured out what caused the creaking sound in the first place.
"Sorry." Rin whispered in a tense tone of voice as she removed a foot from a floorboard slowly, which caused the creaking sound to be made.
"Have you searched that room yet?" Ryo asked gesturing with his head towards a door which located at the end of the hallway.
"I haven't yet." The wielder of Hayate responded, causing Ryo to make a "come on" gesture and the two of them approached the door.
"Rin, you open the door and I'll rush in." Ryo explained once the two reached the two.
"Right." Rin responded as she approach the door and grab the handle.
"…...Now!" Ryo said, in a low tone of voice, making Rin to quickly open the door.
Ryo rushed into the room with Gekido at the ready, but didn't saw anything threatening.
However, there was a pile of shiny objects laying in a pile in front of some creates.
"Sarutobi Ninjaden!" Rin said in a happy tone of voice as she ran past Ryo and picked up the Wonder-Ride book, which is laying on top of the pile of stolen objects.
Ryo immediately became tense, expecting for someone to come bursting out of the shadows and attack Rin.
"…..Is the Megid out?" The wielder of Gekido thought after a few seconds of nothing happing.
Ryo relaxed slightly before approaching the pile of stolen objects where Rin is hugging her Wonder-Ride book tightly.
"Now we need to get these out of here." Ryo commented before glancing around, trying to see anything that they can store the stolen objects into.
It was at that moment that Rin became tense as she immediately got into a battle stance.
"R-Rin?!" Ryo said, becoming startled before glancing at the creates that Rin is staring at.
"….." Rin slowly started to make her way behind the creates and when she saw what it was, a concerned expression appeared on her face.
"Rin?" Ryo asked, a hand on the handle of Gekido.
"I think I found the host of that magpie-themed Megid." Rin responded, causing Ryo's eyes to widened before making his way behind the creates where he saw a middle aged man whose clothes are ripped along with being unconscious.
"What now?" Rin asked, glancing towards the vice-captain of the Sword of Logos.
"W-well. We need to remove the Alter-Ride book." Ryo responded, yet have a feeling that Rin is asking in a deeper sense.
"Whilst he's still asleep?" The wielder of Hayate asked, confirming Ryo's suspicion.
"I guess so." Ryo responded before beginning to remove Gekido from his back.
However, it was at that moment that the man's eyes slowly opened before widening when he saw Ryo and Rin staring down at him.
"H-hi! Had a nice sleep?" Rin asked in an awkward tone of voice.
"…...Get back!" The Man suddenly shouted just before getting covered in a dark Mana, causing Ryo and Rin to immediately back away just as Shiny-Thief Magpie emerged from the Mana and swiped a claw at the two, seemingly in an aggressive manner.
Ryo quickly got Gekido in front of him and Rin, blocking the incomming attack.
"I remember what I said, we need to take the battle outside." Ryo said, making Rin nod her head in response before dashing towards the door before being followed by Ryo a seconds later as he pushed Shiny-Thief Magpie off him.
As Rin ran through the corridor, Donna and Secre appeared at the staircase.
"What happened? We sensed a-" Donna began to asked, but stopped as Rin ran past her and Secre before literally jumping out of the window at the end of the corridor.
"What's wrong with her?" Secre asked, making Donna shrug her shoulders in a confused manner before hearing more footsteps, making the two of them turn their heads back in the direction that Rin came from just in time to see Ryo being chased by Shiny-Thief Magpie, who is using his wings to increase his speed.
"….." Donna and Secre gained blank expressions on their faces as they watched Ryo and Shiny-Thief Magpie jumping out of the window as well.
"Come on. We take the stairs." Donna said, making Secre nod her head in response before the two of them hurried down the stairs.
Split the blades!
The voiced announced just as Rin transformed into Kenzan as she landed on the ground.
Fracture the enemy!
Another voiced announced, making Kenzan glanced over her shoulder just in time to see Buster crash land on the ground, causing cracks to appear.
"Move!" Buster exclaimed before rolling to the side just as Shiny-Thief Magpie landed on the spot that the swordsman of the earth was whilst Kenzan rolled forwards before standing up to face the magpie-themed Megid.
"This time, you won't be stealing anything from me." Kenzan stated as she point one of the blades of Hayate at Shiny-Thief Magpie.
Somehow seeing that as a challenge for some reason, the magpie-themed Megid lunged forwards.
Whilst this cause a slight surprise expression to appear underneath Kenzan's helmet, the swords-woman of the winds is quick to react, crossing the twin blades of Hayate to block the claw that Shiny-Thief Magpie threw at her.
"Wind Magic: Wind Ninja's Arial Slash." Kenzan announced, creating gusts of wind surrounding the blades of Hayate and when the swords-woman of the winds managed to push Shiny-Thief Magpie off her, the gusts of winds cause the magpie-themed Megid to be sent flying backwards.
Whilst Shiny-Thief Magpie managed to balance himself with the aid of his wings, the magpie-themed Megid sensed a presence behind him.
Shiny-Thief Magpie glanced over his shoulder to see Buster with Gekido at the ready.
Reacting fast, Shiny-Thief Magpie flapped his wings and managed to avoid getting hit by the horizontal slash from Gekido, flipping his entire body.
"Huh?!" Buster said in a surprised tone of voice as he glanced up at Shiny-Thief Magpie's face just before the magpie-themed Megid began to flip his body back around, aiming to kick the swordsman of the earth.
However, it was at that moment that something gold blurred past Buster's vision, taking Shiny-Thief Magpie with it.
"Geh!" Shiny-Thief Magpie grunted as he got slammed into the ground before glancing upwards and saw Espada, in her Golden Alangina form, staring down at him.
"Where did you came from?!" Kenzan asked in a shock tone of voice, surprised at Espada's sudden appearance.
"Whilst you and Vice-Captain jumped out of the building, me and Espada exited the building in a normal way." A voice responded, causing Kenzan to glance her head to the side and saw Nero sitting on her shoulder.
"How do you feel about being chased by a Megid?!" Kenzan asked in a slight exasperated tone of voice.
"…..I think you two would still be able to exit the building like ordinary people." Nero responded in a blank tone of voice, making Kenzan sweat-drop slightly.
"Now. Time to separate the human from the Megid." Espada thought as she raise Ikazuchi, whose blade is glowing, yet slightly flickering, and was about to bring it down, but was prevented as a sudden raise of Mana is felt.
"Wh-whoa!" Espada exclaimed in a startled tone of voice as she lost her balance.
This gave Shiny-Thief Magpie the opportunity to spring up and attack Espada, sending the swords-woman of lighting off her feet.
Luckily, before Espada could hit the ground, Buster caught her.
"You're okay?" Buster asked, making Espada nod her head in response.
"Wind Magic: Wind Ninja's Star Hurricane." Kenzan announced, creating a star shape underneath Shiny-Thief Magpie which bean to turn before a hurricane burst out of it, consuming him.
"And now for a shuriken attack." Kenzan muttered as she put the twin blades together, forming the shuriken form of Hayate before throwing it at her magic-made hurricane.
The speed that the shuriken-formed Hayate is going at increased thanks to Kenzan's spell, thus increasing the damage that the "sword" of the winds is dealing towards Shiny-Thief Magpie…...or that what should have happened.
"Hm?!" Kenzan said in a shock as she sensed a presence behind her.
The swords-woman of the winds spun around to see Shiny-Thief Magpie standing behind her with one of his claws raised up before bringing it down.
Luckily, Kenzan managed to dive out of the way, with Nero gripping her shoulder tightly.
With Shiny-Thief Megid, with him being too focused onto the swords-woman of the winds, he didn't sensed the incoming blade of Gekido.
Shiny-Thief Magpie grunted as he was sent skidding across the ground.
"You two okay?" Buster asked whilst keeping an eye on the magpie-themed Megid.
"I'm fine." Kenzan responded as she stood up before deactivating her spell and catching the returning shuriken-formed Hayate.
"I'm…..okay." Nero responded as well, but feeling slightly dazed.
"Maybe you shouldn't move around too much, Kenzan." Buster commented with a concerned expression underneath his helmet.
"I'll be fine. Just focus on the Megid." Nero said, causing the two Holy Sword wielders to nod their heads before turning around to see Espada facing Shiny-Thief Magpie again, but this time using "Lamp Buster" as the magpie-themed Megid is using his wings to move about quickly.
"Stay still will you." The swords-woman of lighting muttered in a slight annoyed tone of voice.
As if hearing her, Shiny-Thief Magpie zoomed front of her.
"I didn't mean right in front of me!" Espada exclaimed in a shock tone of voice before raising Ikazuchi to block the attack that the magpie-themed Megid threw at her.
"Earth Creation Magic: Earth Tortoise's Shell Bullet." Buster announced before firing earth-shaped bullets, managing to avoid hitting Espada and causing Shiny-Thief Magpie to stagger back.
Before he could recover in anyway, The swordsman of the earth himself dashed forwards and started to swing Gekido, making sure not to give the magpie-themed any chance to retaliate.
Unfortunately, the magpie-themed Megid managed to make space between him and the swords-woman of the winds and prepared to enter his shadow.
"Shoot!" Buster said in his head before lunging forwards.
However, Kenzan was quickly as she sped past Buster, her body close to the ground and luckily managed to strike Shiny-Thief Magpie and knocking him out of his shadow.
"Earth Creation Magic: Earth Tortoise's Snake Companion." Buster announced, creating an earth-made snake which quickly wrap around Shiny-Thief Magpie, trapping him.
"The human's Ki….." The swords-woman of the winds thought as she sensed how the host's Ki is entering the stage where it would completely vanish.
"Guys. I think it's time we should really separate the two." Kenzan said as she glanced over her shoulder.
"Do you want to have another go, you two?" Buster asked, glancing between the swords-woman of the winds and the swords-woman of lighting.
"R-really?" Espada asked in a surprised tone of voice.
"Of course. You managed to make Ikazuchi glow and I'm sure that Kenzan can do it as well." Buster explained in a reassuring tone of voice.
"Right." Espada said before approaching Kenzan.
"Ready?" The swords-woman of lighting asked, causing the swords-woman of the winds to glanced down at the twin blades of Hayate, making Espada confused.
However, the twin blades of Hayate began to glow.
"Yep. I'm ready." Kenzan responded, making Espada nod her head slightly, whilst becoming relieved.
The two Holy Sword wielders got into a stance.
"One….Two…Three!" Espada shouted, making her and Kenzan to dash forwards and striking Shiny-Thief Magpie at the same time, causing the magpie-themed Megid to seemingly "fly" out of the his host, who began to fall onto the ground, but was caught by Secre who dragged him to the side.
"Your turn, Vice-Captain!" Espada shouted as she and Kenzan moved to the sides as well.
"Right." Buster said before the swordsman of the earth removed "Genbu Shinwa" and placed it with the second slot of Gekido.

Gekido Skimming Smite!
The voice announced and the blade of Gekido began to enlarge as rocks began to fuse with it.
"Here we go!" Buster shouted before swinging Gekido downwards, slashing through Shiny-Thief Magpie, making an explosion to occur.
After a few seconds of silence, Kenzan released a sigh of relief.
"I didn't though that I would be able to draw out Saikou's blessing." The swords-woman of the winds commented in a tone of relief.
"Better late than never." Espada commented, making Kenzan to chuckle slightly before a thought entered her head.
"...Kenzan. I think you should look at Hayate." Secre said, causing the swords-woman of the winds to become confuse before examining the two blades of Hayate.
"Oh no….." The swords-woman of the winds muttered as she saw scratch marks on the blades.
"Kenzan is sure going to be in a lot of trouble when we get back." Buster thought, observing Kenzan's behavior.
It was at that point that a thought appeared in Buster's head.
"Where's Zoous? I would have expected for him to appear at some point in order to protect the Megid until the Alter-Ride book is completed…...?" The swordsman of the earth thought, becoming slightly concerned.
With the Megid General, Zoous has been tied up fighting both Ekrixi and Shan.
"How…..the hell have I been on the defensive against some retired Magic Knights!?" Zoous questioned in an angry tone of voice.
"Well, we did had the title of Grand Magic Knights during our time in the Sword of Logos." Shan responded in a simply tone of voice, her Grimoire floating beside her.
"I wasn't asking for an answer….?" Zoous retorted before sensing something, causing Ekrixi and Shan to become on guard.
"Tch! It looks like your lot managed to destroy my Alter-Ride book." Zoous grumbled in an annoyed tone of voice before sighing.
"I better head back, no point in standing around." Zoous said as he took out a small Alter-Ride book and opening it.
"Say hi to the others for us will you." Shan said, causing a tick-mark to appear on Zoous's forehead just before disappearing.
"Really?" Ekrixi asked Shan with a raised eyebrow, making the former wielder of Endless Dash to giggle slightly.
"You're leaving?" Charlotte asked as she and the current generation of the Sword of Logos Magic Knights stare at Ekrixi and Sarha.
"Yes. It would be best if we leave quickly, considering that we may catch the attention of the Magic Parliament…." Ekrixi explained, saying the last part with a slight scowl on his face.
The others knew what the former wielder of Rekka is referring to.
"Until time then…...well, until we've managed to find Kurayami and the "Jakku Dragon" Wonder-Ride book and prove Asta's innocence, that is." Ryo said in an awkward tone of voice.
"Yes. Good luck with searching Captain Sophia on your end as well." Shan said before producing a "Gate Book" and opened a portal which then she and Ekrixi walked into before it closed.
It was at that moment that Charlotte thought of something.
"Darn, I should have asked about the possibility of meeting Miss Rubah." The captain of the Blue Rose Magic Knights said in a slight annoyed tone of voice.
"…..You're that interested in meeting the wielder of Shinkiro, Captain Ogami?" Donna asked as she and the others gave Charlotte confuse looks.
"Of course. I want to discuss a few thing with her…...concerning the position of Asta's aunt." Charlotte responded, making everyone sweat-drop.
And here we go, the Magic Knights managing to deal with the Shiny-Thief Megid ordeal whilst Rin manage to reclaim her lost Wonder-Ride book.
In Gotchard:
1) Houtarou use (9)Granvhale and (1)Spicle to save himself before using the Wild Form to take him and Riku to safety who then noticed that (4)SaboNeedle has disappeared. With Rin and Atropos, Atropos offered Rin the opportunity to learn more about her father, claiming that he's still alive, but on the condition that she play with her, something that Rin refused, leading to Atopos disappearing. Back with Houtarou and Riku, Riku began to explain to Houtarou how he met (4)SaboNeedle for the first time which eventually lead to his father finding out about (4)SaboNeedle and telling Riku to throw him away, becoming angry.
2) Using (8)Smaphone, Houtarou and Riku managed to locate (4)SaboNeedle before themselves got discovered by the Dragonfly Malgam whose identity just so happens to be Riku's father himself where Houtarou, now as Gotchard, discovered that he is the intended target since he was seen as a distraction. The battle is observed by Lachesis who decided to join in by using the (1)HappyClover Chemy to transform into the Clover Malgam, but was intercepted by Valavard. The others arrived with Rin giving Gotchard the (8)Gustsshovel Chemy Card and (2)Dokkirimajin Chemy Card who used them to transform into his Dokkirishovel form and eventual win against the Dragonfly Malgam with the additional help from (4)SaboNeedle.
So there isn't very much to say from this episode apart from that the "flask" is filling up and that fuga is potentially still alive.
