The Straw Hats were bored in an island when they got an offer to go to a place where they have never been before...the sky city of Columbia. Once there it was fun and games, however, things get more complicated when the government of the city goes after them and they try to save a girl named Elizabeth and try to get out of the city.

I don't have a good summary in mind, but this idea came to mind since I haven't really seen any good crossovers between these two.
