Hello again! Sorry I took so long, a bunch of books came in the library that I've been waiting for and I was busy reading them all. (Okay maybe I've been reading a ton of fanfiction too, so sue me.)
So I found this one super-long story made in 2016 called Expect the Unexpected by an author named ArcticVulpix (cute name) and in it there's a main character.
Named Ruby.
Who's very similar to the Ruby in this story.
Okay I swear on the River Styx, I didn't copy Ruby from that story. I'm very new to FFN, and I'd never seen that story until like two days ago.
(It's a really good story btw go check it out)
Anyways, reviews time!
(I couldn't find this person's username sorry): Lolbit is one of my favourite characters too :3 I love her design it looks so creepy and cute.
Jacq121: Ö that's a lot of cheeses, 11 of them! Good job! You have been crowned: Official Cheeseologist!
Thank you for all the support on this story! It means a lot to me^^^
Anyways, enjoy!

Chapter 9
Freddy And The Average Day At The Pizzeria, Part 1
Freddy yawned and stretched tiredly. He'd gotten about an hour of sleep last night after Ruby had left, but it was a good hour, full of weird dreams and comfy couches.
The dream he'd had really was weird though. In it, he'd been flying with a giant pair of wings and wearing weird uncomfortable pink spiky high heels. Then Bonnie and Foxy started flying alongside him and singing that stupid 'No Mercy' meme song that always got stuck in his head. Then Bonnie flew in front of him and told him to follow his dreams, then turned into a piece of popcorn that fell to the ground. Only the ground was Mangle with Pinkie Pie hair and heavy gothic makeup. Then Freddy turned into a potato and fell to the giant Mangle along with Bonnie.
Freddy had woken up sweating.
He looked at his surroundings. He'd fallen asleep on a couch in the main party room, that was all he remembered from last night. Freddy tried to move his arm and almost nailed Chica in the face with his elbow.
He just then realized that Chica and Bonnie were both on the couch beside him and his face pricked red instinctively. Chica was stretched out awkwardly on one armrest with her left arm dangling over the edge. Bonnie was resting beside Freddy with his arm on Freddy's leg, his whiskers twitching occasionally. He looked very comfortable at least.
Freddy kind of wanted to get up, but at the same time he knew that if he did, he'd wake up both Chica and Bonnie. And Freddy knew from experience that a tired and cranky Bonnie, was a very terrifying thing. So with that, Freddy stayed put.
He heard snoring and turned to see Foxy and Mangle on the other couch. Freddy rolled his eyes, of course Foxy was the snorer.
From beside him, Bonnie yawned and made a weird sound before sleepily blinking his bright green eyes open. Bonnie blinked his eyes a couple more times, his eyelids fluttering. He stopped suddenly and his eyes landed on Freddy. Freddy laughed.
"Good morning, sleepyhead." He whispered. Bonnie rolled his eyes, or at least that's what Freddy thought he did, for Bonnie's long electric blue bangs had fallen in front of his eyes and it was hard to see them.
"Urg, are you turning into Edward, watching me sleep?" Bonnie asked him sarcastically.
"Yeah, I never really understood that part. Like, is that supposed to be romantic or something? Because it definitely isn't. Although I still totally love the Twilight saga-"
Freddy almost jumped at the sound of Chica's voice, he had no idea she was even awake. Bonnie laughed suddenly.
"Your hair-" He managed to get out before he and Chica burst into laughter. He lifted his arm up and felt the top of his hair, which felt like it really was sticking straight up. Freddy self-consciously patted it down and glared at his friends who were still laughing hysterically at him.
"Aw come on. It's not that funny." Freddy muttered.
"Correction: yes it is, my dear." Bonnie corrected in a snooty posh voice. Freddy crossed his arms and pouted like a small child who didn't get his way.
From across the room, Mangle was starting to wake up. She looked around the room, then her yellow gaze landed on Chica, Bonnie, and Freddy.
"Up already? What time is it even?" Mangle asked them sleepily.
"Quarter to 7 actually," Freddy confirmed, checking his black-and-white checkered watch. Mangle nodded and her head flopped back down onto Foxy. Snoring sounds emitted from her mouth.
"Ohhh no you don't!" Chica called, dashing over to Mangle, her black shiny party shoes making squeaky sounds on the tile floor. Chica grabbed Mangle's left foot and pulled hard, but all that she got was one of Mangle's chunky black lace-up boots. Chica threw it to the ground disdainfully and grabbed Mangle's left foot again, but Chica again found nothing but Mangle's black-and-hot-pink sock in her hand.
"Oi! Stop stealing Mangle's footwear! If she won't wake up, then let's just start preparations for today." Bonnie called to Chica with both of his hands cupped over his mouth like a megaphone. Chica reluctantly stopped trying to drag Mangle across the room and followed Bonnie.
Freddy got up from the squishy purple-and-yellow star-patterned couch and followed Bonnie along with Chica to the storage closet on the other side of the main party room. Freddy scooched past Bonnie and picked up a large light blue box with a label on it. The label read, in messy blue marker handwriting: 'streemers'. The box was light, being filled with nothing but lightweight strips of multicolored crepe paper.
Bonnie picked up the balloon one, and Chica grabbed a tote labelled 'senterpeeces'.
Animatronics weren't the best at speling.
Freddy heard footsteps from the front door and he quickly shifted into animatronic form along with Bonnie and Chica. Freddy peered out of the closet to see who it was.
He breathed a sigh of relief. It was just the staff. Heather, Leah, Tiara and Jack, the waiters, and Natalia, Beck, and Jeffery the cooks. Leah and Tiara were fifteen and could only work there for about two hours in the morning before they had to go to school, but she came back to take the four o' clock shifts. The rest of the staff were in their early twenties or late teens. Mostly girls, but Mangle and Chica sure didn't object.
The staff were used to seeing the animatronics set up in the mornings, they just thought it was part of their programming. Luckily, they didn't even notice the sleeping Mangle or Foxy on the couch and just kept carrying on.
"That math test was brutal, huh Lee." Tiara groaned to Leah as everyone put on their black monogrammed Velcro aprons. Freddy turned around and busied himself with putting up the streamers, when in reality, he was listening to the gossip, as his friends were doing as well. Life could get boring being trapped in a pizzeria, so they took whatever snippets of conversation they could get from the outside world.
"Oh, my God yes! Did you know that Abbie and Risa got Sophie to let them cheat off of her?!" Leah exclaimed.
"OMG no way! Wait, Mitzi said that..." Freddy tuned out their conversation. Bo-ring.
Beck, Jeffery, and Jack finished tying their aprons and left to the kitchen to prepare. Heather stayed with Tiara and Leah to tie her apron. She looked over at the two gossiping girls.
"C'mon, waitresses, let's go to the kitchen and I'll teach you some stuff about high school." Heather instructed and Leah and Tiara, two doe-eyed girls who followed Heather like little fluffy white sheep to a dog.
Freddy had decided on a pattern of 'red, blue, pink, yellow' for the streamers and he was now hanging the last one, a shade of light pink. He turned to the couch to quickly wake up Foxy and Mangle, but when he turned he saw that the pair were gone. Bonnie seemed to notice as well and he turned to Freddy, his metal parts making a clanking sound.
"Where-" He began, but was quickly cut off by some sort of sound coming from the closet. Bonnie and Freddy shared a glance and slowly turned around.
Two pairs of glowing red eyes flamed from behind the closet shelves. Bonnie rolled his own eyes.
"Mangle and Foxyyy, c'mon. We know it's you." He chided. Freddy squinted and noticed one important detail.
"Wait. Neither of them have two eyes." Freddy said nervously. Bonnie's face changed from triumphant to scared.
"T-Then who's in the-"
The red eyes narrowed and shapes jumped out of the closet and sprung onto the two ghosts.
"AHHHHHH!" Bonnie screeched in pain as one hunk of wires and metal locked onto his chest and slashed his metal body. Freddy tore his gaze away from Bonnie to see a terrifying blob of metal and long silver wires with two glowing red LED lights illuminating the inside, along with a glowing blob of bright electric blue Remnant dancing in its chest cavity. The thing cocked it's head to one side like a puppy waiting to play.
Then, like a wolf, it slashed him.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen…
"This is nice," Natalia noted as she grated the mozzarella cheese. Beck nodded and checked her phone to look at the nice calming peaceful aesthetically pleasing song that was playing on her Spotify playlist.
"It's by Chilled Cow," Beck informed them. Jeffery nodded his head to the tune, his dusty blond hair flopping as he kneaded the pizza dough.
"Never heard of them," He said. Jeffery tossed the dough into the air and caught it expertly.
"Yeah, I've been listening to them for a while now." Beck told them as she went through her backpack, looking for something. She finally pulled out a stick of orange bubble gum. Beck unwrapped it and popped it into her mouth.
She threw the orange wrapper into the trash and went back to sorting through the pantry.

Freddy could feel pain shiver up his body like tiny electric needles. The creature's long tentacle-like wires snaked around his body, coiling and squeezing like a boa constrictor. The thing's malicious red eyes shone triumphant, pleased that it's prey would soon be theirs. It's sharp clawlike ends of the wires were raised up, ready to strike. He'd lost track of Bonnie, he didn't know where Chica was either.
Freddy squeezed his eyes shut.
This would be the end…

"Oh, I just remembered! I have a thermos of tea in my bag if anyone wants some," Natalia told them whilst tying her frizzy black hair into a ponytail and pairing it with a black advertising visor. Jeffery raised his hand.
"I'll take some!" He offered. Natalia nodded and poured hot steaming dark brown lemon tea into a handy red plastic cup. She handed it to Jeffery, who set his perfectly kneaded dough down and gingerly took a sip of the sweet lemon tea.
"Careful, it's hot." Natalia warned him.
Jeffery nodded to her and took another sip. And another.
"It's good, isn't it!" She laughed. Jeffery set the slowly growing hotter plastic cup down and wiped his mouth with his arm.
"Yeah! You're good at making tea!"
"Oh, it's a talent."
