Another day in hell. The majority of the staff at the hotel had gotten done eating their breakfast. Alastor was still AWOL, Husk didn't bother to spend too much time in the dining room due to his lack of social ability. So that left Angel, who had been quite obsessed with his phone lately, and Niffty was assisting Charlie and Vaggie with the cleanup.

"Angel you could...I don't know, help?" Vaggie said getting annoyed at him swiping away at the screen.

"Hey! There is a lot of important shit here. I mean by god hell seems to be going a bit nuts for this john," He said as he looked quite entertained.

"That new guy?" Charlie asked as she overheard the conversation.

"Ya the new guy," Angel answered.

"What new guy?" Niffty asked as she was not present for their first conversation about the Slayer.

"Just some guy that Angel seems to be obsessed with," Vaggie said.

"I ain't obsessed. Not my fault that he's all over the place," Angel said.

"What does he look like?" Niffty asked.

"Come on over shorty and I'll show ya," Angel said as he swiped through comments to get to a picture that was taken of the Slayer.

"Woah, who is that?" Niffty asked.

"No one knows," Angel said with a shrug.

"Angel believes that he is a human. I still don't know what to believe, to be honest," Charlie said.

"I believe it too. No demon looks like that. Wow, he's ripped!" Niffty said as she spotted his large biceps.

"I know right?" Angel said. "Also, I'm surprised that you are not so into this being the literal princess of hell. I bet that good lookin' father of yours is."

"I'm not saying I'm completely ignoring it. My mind has just gone elsewhere," Charlie said ignoring the comment about her dad.

"I mean it is like the only new thing to happen down here in like a long ass time," Angel said.

"Really, in 70 whole years?" Vaggie asked.

"Pretty much," Angel said. He shut his phone down and placed it back in his jacket.

Moving over to another part of the hotel, Husk walked by himself to get away from it all. He heard some noises that sounded like voices and rustling. He had been around the Radio Demon for too long that he knew that he was here. Husk turned around to see that Alastor was walking down the lobby with a smug grin on his face. Husk knew that meant no good.

"Thought you fucking left me out to dry," He grumbled as Alastor got closer.

"Left out to dry? How would I have done that?" Alastor asked him.

"You just disappeared for two fucking days. Thought you actually caught a brain cell and decided this was stupid and bailed," Husk spoke. He kind of hoped that was the case so he could leave too.

"Oh no, no, no. I wouldn't do that. Why that is quite unprofessional, and frankly quite rude. No, when I set my mind to something, I will see it to the end," Alastor said as he now approached Husk at a close enough level.

"Of course you do. And ya had to drag me into it," Husk said with a sigh.

Alastor in a way wanted to share his little side experiment. But Husk would not just go and ask him. So he'd have to try to work it in, "Sounds like you were quite concerned that I was away for so long."

"Concerned? About you? You would have to be an fucking idiot to be concerned about the Radio Demon. Who in hell would even try to kill you? You're basically the strongest fucker here," Husk said as it was a stupid statement in his mind. He hated when Alastor asked him that question.

"Perhaps I may have found that kind of person," Alastor said slowly and in a soft tone. He wasn't looking at Husk when he said that, which caught Husk's attention and reeled him in.

"What the hell does that mean?" He asked as he put a little emphasis on the 'hell'.

"I met a certain individual," Alastor spoke.

"Didn't know you swung that way," Husk said. He knew that Alastor was talking about a man as he didn't normally call a woman an individual.

"HA! FUNNY! But no. This is a very different individual. A very big and tall HUMAN man," Alastor responded. That also caught Husk's attention as the description of a very big and tall human fit someone in particular.

"Wait...what was this person wearing," Husk said as he leaned his elbows on the bar.

"Oh? Do you know who this person is?" Alastor asked.

"Just answer the damn question," Husk said as he didn't feel like being put in any kind of suspense.

"He was wearing some kind of green suit. Very advanced. Something I'd never seen before," Alastor said.

"That's what I thought," Husk said. He seemed to be done with it then and there, but Alastor wasn't.

"So you do recognize this person," Alastor said pulling Husk back in.

"If that is what ya wanna call it. Angel simply showed me some photos of the guy. The only real reason I even recognize him. But from the sounds of it, it seems like you actually met him in person," Husk said.

"I did. Quite an odd fellow. As quiet as a mouse," Alastor explained.

"I doubt that guy would be as quiet as a damn mouse," Husk said as he now was trying to find something to drink.

"Oh, but it is true. Never spoke a word, never made a sound when I was around him. Didn't show a bit of emotion either. It's like I was talking to a robot," Alastor said.

"So maybe he is a fuckin' robot. Would make more damn sense than having a human in hell," Husk said. He wouldn't say it directly but he wanted this boring conversation to end. And he would get a slight break as the others came out of the kitchen and entered the main lobby.

"Oh lookie, smiles has returned," Angel said.

"Alastor, where have you been?" Charlie asked.

"Yes, Al, why don't you share your experiment with them?" Husk said in a sarcastic tone.

"Heh, what ya a scientist now smiles?" Angel said.

"Not at all, Angel. I was telling my dear friend Husk about that new big fellow in hell," Alastor said, which didn't get a good reaction from Vaggie.

"Oh great, not you too," she groaned.

"Is there a problem?" Alastor asked.

"No, it's just that Angel has been talking non-stop about it and you were the last person I'd expect to hear it from," Vaggie responded.

"Obsession is not at all what I'd call it. Again, as I was telling my dear friend Husk. I had a direct encounter with him. After that, I observed what he did and it was quite entertaining," Alastor said.

"You talked to this man?" Charlie asked as she started to become interested. She didn't know if the photo was actually real.

"Apparently he didn't. He said the guy doesn't talk," Husk said as he answered for Alastor.

"Get the fuck outta here," Angel said.

"Unless he was giving me the silent treatment, it seems to be true," Alastor said with a shrug of his shoulders.

"I don't think I've eva met a fellow who doesn't speak," Angel said.

"Could be shy or maybe not a friendly guy," Niffty said.

"Could very well be so," Alastor says as he seemed to shrug again. "But, I don't think that is the case either. As Husker greatly said for me, I have been watching him."

"Nothing weird there," Vaggie said placing her hands on her hips.

"Alright, what did ya find out?" Angel said as he sat on one of the bar seats.

"I cannot say I find out a lot of things about him due to that fact he never spoke. But he seems to always be quite angry. Always walks with his hands balled up and watching him slaughter a collection of gang members was quite entertaining," Alastor said.

"He's going around killing demons?" Vaggie asked.

"Not everyone. Just the demons who...piss him off," Alastor said. Even though he seemed to swear in his head, he found it unprofessional to swear out loud.

"Colorful language Al," Angel said with a laugh.

"What I found really interesting is the fact that he seems to make weapons appear out of thin air," Alastor said.

"How so?" Niffty asked.

"He killed those demons with some kind of shotgun. But he doesn't carry any weapons. It seemed to appear out of nowhere. This human, he is not like others," Alastor said. He wasn't going to say it out loud but he would continue to send his shadows to keep watch over this man. Alastor hoped he would continue to kill.

"Okay, maybe he is different. But again, why the hell should we be worried about this man. This hotel is one hundred times more important than this fucking guy. Unless he plans on staying here or magically wants to help out, it's not important," Vaggie said.

"Damn you really don't like men do ya," Angel said making himself laugh again.

"While I think this guy is an interesting case, Vaggie is sort of right," Charlie said.

"Charlie I will tell you that I am completely right," Vaggie said. "And for you Alastor, you said you were going to help, not disappear for long periods of time."

"Vaggie after all this time, you'd think I am not devoted to helping this hotel? You surely do not know me as well as you think you do," Alastor responded.

"I know well enough," Vaggie said.

"Alright. You have made a fine point indeed. Perhaps I got a bit carried away. Charlie my dear, you have my full attention now," Alastor said turning his whole body to face her.

"Thank you, Alastor. Well, everyone, Vaggie and I have been talking and we are planning on the grand opening of the hotel this week," Charlie announced.

"And when will that be?" Angel asked.

"We were planning on this Friday. I figured more demons would have fewer things to do on that day," Charlie said.

"Five fuckin' days huh? Damn princess, ya sure yer ready for that?" Angel asked.

"Of course Angel. I've been waiting to do this for a while now," Charlie said with a little bit of excitement.

"What kind of stuff needs to be done before?" Niffty asked.

"I'm glad you asked Niffty," Charlie spoke as she pulled out a little notepad.

"Oh goodie, she has a list," Husk said with a groan.

Charlie flipped through a few pages and found the preparation list. "Alright everyone, here's what we need to do."

Somewhere in Pentagram City

Sitting atop of a large building in Pentagram City sat the Slayer. He had been in this new realm for days now and still had no clue on how to get out. Now he had a lot of time to himself, a lot of time to think. One of the big things he thought about is what got him here in the first place. He started to rethink his whole battle with the Dark Lord.

"For too long have I been imprisoned by my own creations. You will not stop my vengeance, nor the one who betrayed me...tell him."

...

"He is the first being... and my creator. When he fell, I ascended."

...

"They lied to you Slayer. Immora and its people, would have been perfect if not for the treachery of my servants...As all things were made by my hands and soon shall be unmade. Starting with you."

...

"Have you nothing to say to...your creator? Before you strike him down."

...

"By his hand, all things were made. Even you."

...

The Slayer started to think about those words that were said to him by the Dark Lord and the Father. He had been lied to about it all. The Dark Lord, his biggest threat, was his maker. But what he didn't understand still, is why he fell ill or became extremely weak after he killed the Dark Lord. It is not like every person still alive on earth died out when the Dark Lord did. No, they had parents who had to give birth to them. And it wasn't like the Dark Lord was the Slayer's father either. That was something he wanted to know. He believed he still had his strength and all the additional strength given to him by the Divinity Machine. Or did he. He didn't know if the Seraphim did something to him in retaliation. But he still had pure argent flowing through his body as all the demons he killed seemed to make him stronger. He knew he would have a lot of time to think about it here as he didn't have a lot to do, which was a weird thought. In his world, he could always do something at least. Kill of the demonic threat or any threat, build something on his workbench or just work on something. All he really could do was think about things.

Then a new thought came to his mind. For the demons, he just killed here. What happened to them after they died. Cause this is their afterlife after all. And since they can be killed, where do they go? The Slayer doubted that he absorbed them in any way as argent energy most likely didn't exist here. Maybe they came back to life over and over again. Or maybe there was just nothing after that. They didn't get a third chance. Hell if he knew, he doubt he would get much information from the demons without directly asking them. He didn't even know if he wanted to even use his voice with these beings. So far, he was not a fan of this place at all. The Slayer was someone who liked to be on his own. This place was too crowded and lively for his liking. On top of that, he figured every single demon here was a former human. So every person here was most likely not a good person or a person who has 'sinned'. But then again, that one girl he saved didn't seem like she was a terrible person. This place must work on the original Christian beliefs of sinning. If you sinned at all, you go to hell. The Slayer had killed many in his life, mostly demons but not all. But, there is a big difference between killing those for the fun of it and killing those for the good of others.

The Slayer didn't know if his claims were even correct. For all he knew everything he believed about this hell could be wrong. He didn't know how wrong he could be as there didn't seem to be other answers. The Slayer got up on both feet and loosened up his shoulders. He began to take out his weapons and examine each one of them and of course making sure they were loaded. This made him think about one of his newly acquired weapons. His sentinel hammer. He pulled it out and carried it with two hands. For the Slayer, you could never have too many weapons. The Slayer was done thinking and went back down to the ground level. It was time to do some more exploration in this realm.

Back at the Hazbin Hotel...

"Okay...for now, we should probably split up into groups. Divide and conquer as they say," Charlie spoke as she got done with her lists of projects for the hotel.

"Splendid idea. What pairs were you thinking of?" Alastor asked.

"I was thinking me and Vaggie, Niffty can go with Alastor and Angel can go with Husk," Charlie said. Immediately Angel looked over at Husk with a big grin on his face.

"Shit," Husk said quietly.

"Vaggie and I will work on the new decor for the hotel," Charlie said. "Alastor and Niffty, I would like you two to scout around the hotel for any damages or large messes. Angel and Husk you both are going to be moving furniture around."

"If you're having Alastor repair things why don't you just have him do this as well?" Husk asked.

"Now Husker, be a good sport. Time to adhere to your duties," Alastor instructed him. Husk didn't say anything. He simply grumbled at the fact that he didn't have much to say.

"Let's get started Al," Niffty said.

"After you then," Alastor said as he followed her.

"Alright for you two, I want you to help pick up, move and arrange the furniture," Charlie said as she pointed out what she wanted to be moved and where she wanted it. After a moment she was done. Husk of course had something to say.

"How fun," Husk said sarcastically. Everyone else had gone to do their tasks leaving Husk and Angel in the lobby.

"Damn, this body ain't use to manual labor," Angel said.

"Don't got a fucking choice now do we," Husk said as he went to do his job, reluctantly.

"Damn, don't gotta be so grumpy," Angel said.

"Only way I know how," Husk said as he started to grab stuff. After he picked up a few chairs, they went over to a flipped couch. Husk was going to move it but Angel helped him out. Husk and Angel both assisted one another as they lifted it up and brought it over to a wall.

"Use those extra fucking arms you got for extra strength legs," Husk said.

"Ya know, that's a smart idea," Angel said as he extended all six arms. They put the couch on the floor. Husk moved it against the wall while Angel went for the next one. Angel was going to grab the next couch but his phone started ringing. He pulled it out to see that Valentino was calling. Angel gripped the phone in his hand and looked around the room. Husk was distracted by the task at hand. By the time Angel looked back down at his phone, he had missed the call. He had begun to grow a little worried as he kept on looking around the room.

"I-I gotta take this," Angel said.

"Well that's fuckin' convenient," Husk said looking over to him. He seemed a little annoyed by this.

"Is it?" Angel asked.

"Fuck yeah. You haven't gotten a phone call all day and now you get one. You probably told someone to call you," Husk said. He's seen shit pulled like that before.

"Husky, babe, when the hell would I have done that?" Angel asked as his smirk came back.

"I don't fuckin' know. Probably that redhead friend of yours," Husk said.

"Heh, ya mean my girl Cherri?" Angel asked which was exactly it.

"Yeah whatever," Husk said rolling his eyes.

"I promise you I didn't," Angel said as he was walking towards the doors. He then spoke real quietly to himself, "I wish that were it." He then pushed open the doors and closed them softly so they didn't make a loud sound. He let out a sigh as a conversation with Val was always bad. He pressed Val's number and let the phone ring. After one ring, he heard the line pick up.

"Well, Angel Cakes...ignoring my fucking calls?" Valentino spoke in a mean tone. Which already made Angel nervous.

"No Val of course not. I just realized too late that you called and didn't answer in time," Angel responded.

"That better be it...Angel, where are you right now?" Valentino asked.

"Uh I'm nowhere important," Angel said.

"That doesn't answer my question now DOES it? Where are you?" Valentino asked again.

"I'm just walking down the street. Like I said, nowhere important," Angel said lying through his teeth.

"Well then that's just perfect, you can meet the limo then. You are on tonight. Now since you are walking, where should I send it?" Valentino asked.

"Shit. What is fucking close." He thought to himself before giving an answer. "To Devil's Diner. Yea, that's probably the closest."

"Alright, Angel Cakes. You better be there," Valentino ordered.

"I will," Angel said with a nervous laugh. Valentino hung up on the other line. Angel sighed again as he was hoping he was going to get out of his duties tonight. But guess not. He began to walk as he had a little trip ahead of him. He looked back at the hotel before heading to the diner. He had a little pep in his step as he had to beat the car there. He placed two hands in his pockets. Val always had to call him at bad times. He did feel a little bad leaving Husk and all of them. But he had too. He didn't want Val to know he was at the hotel as Valentino heavily disagreed with it. He took offense to it as he thought Angel was trying to leave him and Valentino would never let Angel go.

It took Angel around 15 minutes to finally reach the front of Devil's Diner. Thankfully neither Val nor the limo was there yet. So he had some time to kill. He leaned against a light post and pulled out a cigarette. He lit the end and took a puff. He folded his arms and waited for the limo to get here. Angel wondered what was in store for him tonight. Private dances? Gang bang? Working the pole? Some really important client he had to satisfy? He never really knew. Although he just thought that someone in a car could come and ask for his services as he looked like he was selling ass right now. He kept on waiting as demons and cars went by. He was becoming very bored now and pulled out his phone with one of his many arms while he still smoked the cigarette. He started to swipe away on his phone while looking up every once and a while. Until he saw something. He quickly did a double-take as he saw someone walking down the long street.

"Holy fucking shit," Angel said out to himself. There he was coming down the street. The mighty Doom Slayer. Angel tossed his cigarette to the side and put his phone away. He ran a hand through his hair real quick and waited for the Slayer to approach him.
