"Don't underestimate Master Roshi's training, Krillin," Blizzard says with a serious glare as Basil nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, I mean, we're just started Training after all and there's a reason why our Master is one of the strongest Humans in the world," Basil says, remembering what his Master had told him about Master Roshi's strength as Goku nodded in agreement while a distracted Ramji stared at a tired Good Launch worriedly and jogged backwards to talk to her.
"You okay?"
"Y-Yeah, I am...I-I'm just exhausted. I'm not used to doing...all this running...my Other self usually...flies...us...everywhere." Good Launch says while panting as Ramji gave her a sympathetic look.
"Don't worry, Launch, just hold on. I know that you will be able to keep up with us. Just continue trying, okay? I believe in you." Ramji says with a warm, reassuring smile as he then jogged forward with Good Launch watching him go silently as she had a big blush on her face.
"Come on, Blue, stop being so lazy and pick up the pace! I don't want to protect you forever, so pick up the slack!" Bad Launch encouraged...in her own way...but it cheered up Good Launch regardless as she nodded and her eyes steeled in determination as the Blue-Haired Girl started jogging faster and was able to at least be close to a humming Goku as, after a few minutes of jogging, the Gang arrived at a building named 'Milk'.
"Halt!" Master Roshi screamed, causing his Students to stop running with Ramji, Goku, Krillin, Basil, and Blizzard not looking out of breath while Good Launch was, although she made sure to compose herself quickly to not look weak in front of the boys. "Good morning, Milkman." Master Roshi greeted a Villager, who was a Goat Animal-Type Earthling, as he was currently unloading some crates filled with milk from out of his van. "My name is Master Roshi. I believe we spoke yesterday."
"Ah, yes, I recognize your voice from the phone." The Villager says as he then pulled out a map and shows it to the Martial Arts Master. "This is usually the route that I take." The Villager says as Roshi stared at the map and was quick to memorize the route laid before him as he nodded.
"Okay, I think that I got it. Alrighty, Kids, each of you is going to pick up these crates filled with milk, and we will all deliver them to each house they are assigned to across the countryside."
"Wait, what?! We're delivering milk!?" A shocked Basil asked as Ramji and the others looked equally shocked by what their Master said.
"Yep, it's a good way to train our bodies." Master Roshi says as the Group shared a look but nodded as they went over to each grab a crate filled with milk bottles.
"Wait, does that mean that all of you are going to be delivering these bottles of milk on foot?" The Villager asked as Roshi nodded stoically, much to his shock, as the Villager then pointed at a nearby helicopter. "But, sir, I have a helicopter for all of you to use."
"Don't be silly. Flying around in comfort would hardly be training, now, wouldn't it?"
"You know, he's not wrong." Ramji pointed out with Good Launch, Blizzard, and Basil nodding in agreement as they all pretty much figured out what Master Roshi was planning with the crates of milk and mentally prepared themselves for the grueling training that will come soon as Goku and Krillin were still oblivious to what's about to come.
"It is good Training for our bodies," Blizzard says with a shrug.
"But every bottle has to be delivered by Breakfast Time, or else they will dock my pay, and I need to pay my bills." A worried Villager says as Master Roshi gave him a reassuring look.
"Don't worry, my Friend, I will have them move like lightning. Okay, now after me. Since today is your first day of training, I will take it easy on all of you by having all of you skip over to the first house." Master Roshi says as Krillin sighs in relief.
"Okay, that doesn't sound so bad-,"
"That is 3 Miles from here."
"What?! 3 miles?!" A shocked Krillin asked with his jaw dropped as Basil and Blizzard nodded stoically while Ramji and Good Launch groaned a bit but didn't complain about the exercise as Goku actually looks excited about it because, of course, he would.
"Skip...two, three, four...skip, two, three four...skip, two, three four...skip, two, three four...skip, two, three four...skip, two, three four," Everyone repeated endlessly as we fast forward in time and see everyone skipping across the island as they were all able to skip the 3 Miles and arrived at a neighborhood on the island as a non-tired Ramji, Goku, Blizzard, and Basil quickly put the bottles of milk into each houses' mailboxes as they also took out the empty bottles while an exhausted Krillin and Good Launch did the same tiredly as Roshi glanced down at his watch.
"Okay, we're off to a good start," Roshi says with a nod as he then glanced down at the map. "Okay, for the next 2 Miles, I was thinking-,"
"Wait, there's more?!" An incredulous Krillin asked as Master Roshi glared at him angrily for interrupting him and complaining like a bitch as he proceeds to whack him on the head with his staff.
"Of course there is! Now pipe down and shut up!"
"Okay, sir!" A nervous Krillin screamed as he sweatdropped.
"Now, as I was saying, before I was RUDELY interrupted, how about we mixt things up by zigzaging across this here path." Master Roshi says while using his staff to point down a large and long tree path as Ramji, Goku, Blizzard, and Basil nodded seriously while Good Launch and Krillin gulped and moaned a bit but didn't say anything. "Alright, now go! Remember to zigzag, everyone!" Roshi screamed while running down the tree path as he was zigzagging around with Ramji and the others copying his moves while making sure that they didn't drop their milk bottles as a tired Krillin then perked up due to an idea appeared on his head and, after noticing that no one was looking at him, the Monk Boy started walking in a straight line.
"Hey, I don't mean to bother you, but the bald guy isn't doing the exercise." Bad Launch says as Good Launch perked up while still zigzagging across the tree path.
"Who? Master Roshi?"
"No, the OTHER bald guy." Bad Launch says as Good Launch turned her head and was surprised to see a smug-looking Krillin skipping in a straight line.
"Hey, Krillin! Why aren't you zigzagging?!" Good Launch asked innocently, causing everyone to stop what they were doing as they turned their heads and spotted Krillin walking in a straight line as he stopped and flinched at the sight of Master Roshi glaring at him sternly.
"Krillin!"
"I'm sorry, sir! I will start over!" A panicking Krillin screamed while turning around to run back towards the start as Ramji and the others laughed a bit because of Krillin's situation.

"Here's your new home, Mister Bottle," Goku says with a gleeful smile as we fast forward in time and see the gang standing in a small village placed near a mountain as Goku, Ramji, Blizzard, Basil, and an exhausted Good Launch were able to place their Milk Bottles in the Mailslots while talking out the empty bottles as a heavily panting Krillin appeared leaned against a house to catch his breath.
"Geez, Krillin, I thought that you trained on a temple for eight years. How are you this exhausted?" A bewildered Ramji asked as Blizzard nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, man, pick up the pace. You are lagging a bit."
"The Boys are right." Master Roshi says while giving the Bald-Headed Monk a sharp glare. "Besides, if you take too long, the milk will turn sour. Even Launch is doing her best, and she looks like she's about to die."
"T-Thanks...for...noticing...I...really...try..." A panting Good Launch while struggling to not fall down onto the ground as Master Roshi nodded before turning back to Krillin and felt a thick mark appear on his head as he spotted Krillin resting on the floor.
"DAMN IT, KRILLIN, DID I SAY THAT YOU CAN REST?!" A furious Roshi screamed as Krillin flinched in fear with the others doing the same as they were equally scared by their Master, even if his anger wasn't directed at them.
"W-Whoa, Master Roshi is surprisingly way scarier than I thought," Basil whispered to Ramji, who nodded nervously as Roshi calmed down a bit and stood up straight as he nodded in satisfaction.
"That's better." Master Roshi says before turning around to point over at a set of stairs carved into the mountain with his staff. "Now, all of you had earned a break from running, so we're going to climb a few stairs instead."
"Oh, finally, we can take our breaths and take it easy..." Krillin says with the others nodding in agreement before they and the others glanced up at the mountain and realized how ridiculously tall it was as a deadpan Blizzard turned to him.
"You were saying, Krillin?" Blizzard asked as Krillin moaned.

"Come on, Kids, time's a wasting." Master Roshi says while climbing up the stairs as Ramji and the others perked up as they followed after him and, after half an hour of climbing, the gang was able to reach at least halfway through the mountain as Master Roshi climbed ahead of the Kids, and decided to wait for them by sitting down to smoke a cigar as, soon enough, Ramji and Blizzard appeared as they panting heavily and were sweating a bit, but the Duo didn't look as exhausted as the others. "I will admit, I'm surprised that you are not as tired as the others, Boys," Master Roshi says as Ramji turned to smile at him with a shrug.
"Oh, well, Grandpa Gohan trained me on doing something like this in the past. Not Goku, though, since he didn't want to overwork him,"
"Heh, Gohan has gone soft, huh? Classic Gohan." Master Roshi says with a laugh while smoking his cigar as he then turned to the Demon Frost. "What about you, my Lad?"
"My Species has more stamina than other species, I believe," Blizzard explained with a shrug as Roshi nodded just as Goku appeared as, much to the duo's surprise, Goku actually looks winded and tired as he struggled to climb up the steps.
"Ho, ho! Even the Great Goku gets tired, eh?" An amused Roshi says with a hearty laugh as the exhausted Saiyan Boy turned to him.
"M-Master Roshi, wouldn't I go faster on the Nimbus Cloud?" Goku asked groggily as Roshi nodded.
"Yes, you could...but would that challenge your physical abilities, Goku?" Master Roshi asked as Goku pouted and shakes his head.
"I guess not," Goku says as Master Roshi nodded before looking out into the horizon as the Bald-Headed Man sighs happily.
"Ah, this place has so many memories. Hey, did you Boys know that the Ox King and Grandpa Gohan used to carry these crates filled with milk up this mountain all of the time, and not once did they ever complain to me."
"Wait, really?" A fascinated Blizzard asked while the Son Brothers gasped in shock.
"What?! Our Grandpa delivered milk here!? Wow!" An amazed Goku says, with Ramji being surprised by this as well, as he then perked up excitedly and turned to his Saiyan Brother.
"Hey, bro, I bet that I will be able to climb up to the mountain first."
"Ha, ha, yeah, right! Race you to the top!" Goku yelled while turning around to climb up the mountain as Ramji flinched in surprise and smiled amusedly as he climbed up after him with a smiling Blizzard doing the same.
"No fair! You had a headstart!"
"Hey, Guys, why can't we drink the milk ourselves?"
"They aren't for us, Goku. It's for other people." Blizzard chastises as, after he and the Son Brothers disappeared, Master Roshi smirked lightly and chuckled.
"He, he, who do they remind me of?" Master Roshi asked himself rhetorically with an amused grin, remembering the days that he had trained Gohan and Ox King, as Roshi was snapped out of his thoughts when a panting Basil appeared. "Hello, my boy, you seem really tired, huh?"
"N-Nope, don't worry, Master Roshi. I can handle this with no problem." Basil says while sucking up the exhaustion and pain that he was feeling in his body as the Prince of Earth continued confidently making his way up the Mountain.
"Well, I'm happy to see that being a Prince hasn't made him soft," Roshi says with a proud tone while smoking from his cigar as he then spotted a really tired Good Launch showing up on the scene.
"H-Hey, Master R-Roshi, am I close to the top?"
"Nope, we're only halfway there." Master Roshi says as Good Launch groaned a bit but nodded as she was about to continue climbing, only for her Master to stop her as the Bald-Headed Master gave her a sympathetic look. "Hey, you know, to make it easy, how about you transform into Bad Launch and have her finish up the climb and-,"
"No!" Good Launch screamed sharply, startling Roshi as he turned to her in surprise. "I-I'm sorry for yelling at you, Master Roshi, but...I'm sick of being weak all of the time. I-I feel bad for having to rely on my other half a lot, and there could be a moment when s-she won't be able to help me, so I-I want to be able to help myself, and the only way to do that is by t-training."
"Hmmm, well said, Launch." Master Roshi says with an impressed nod as Good Launch blushed sheepishly and nodded before huffing as she turned around to climb up the steps, and, after a few minutes of waiting, a heavily panting Krillin showed up as he moaned. "Hey, Krillin, how are you doing?"
"Ugh...I...may have been hasty...when...I said...your training...wasn't tough...each step...feels like my last." Krillin says while climbing up the steps as Master Roshi laughed amusedly under his breath and, after fast forwarding in time, we see that Ramji and the others were able to finally climb up to the top, with Goku arriving first and gloating in his Brother's face, as they then went over to a small house and switch out the empty milk bottles with the full ones as a random Monk appeared and bowed to them gratefully.
"My, my, thank you, Kids, so much."
"Good morning." Ramji, Blizzard, Good Launch, and Basil said in unison while Krillin remained silent due to being tired.
"Oh, hiya." Goku greeted cheerfully before yelping in pain as Master Roshi suddenly appeared behind the Kids and proceeds to bonk the Saiyan Boy on the head with his staff. "Ow! What was that for?!"
"It's not 'hiya'! It's good morning!" Master Roshi scolded as Goku pouted and rubbed his head as Ramji laughed before yelping in pain as Master Roshi bonked him on the head. "And that is for not helping teach your Brother some good manners!" Master Roshi says before turning around to bonk Krillin on the head. "That is for not saying good morning either." Master Roshi says before turning to Good Launch as he whacked her on the ass lightly.
"Ow! What was that for?!" Good Launch asked with teary eyes as she rubbed her sore bottom.
"That was for having a nice ass."
"IMMA KILL HIM!" Bad Launch screamed aggressively as Ramji went over to help comfort Good Launch while Master Roshi turned to the Monk.
"Master Roshi, it has been so long since I have seen you train someone."
"Yes, it has. It's good to see you again." Master Roshi says as the Monk smiled at him warmly.
"It's always nice to meet up with old friends. How's the training with the Youngsters been going?"
"Too early for me to say, but I feel that they are showing some great progress." Master Roshi says with Ramji and the other kids beaming at what he said excitedly and proudly as they turned to share a high-five. "As long as they continue training obediently, they should be able to enter the World Martial Arts Tournament eight months from now."
"Wait...the World Martial Arts Tournament?!" A shocked Krillin asked with an equally shocked Good Launch gasping and covering her mouth as Basil's jaw dropped in surprise while a confused Ramji, Goku, and Blizzard turned to them.
"What is that?"
"Are you saying that you three have never heard of it?" A stunned Basil asked as Blizzard shrugged.
"Well, I overheard the name of that tournament thing during my travels, but not much else."
"And we don't know anything about it," Ramji says truthfully as Goku nodded in agreement.
"Well, Guys, the World Martial Arts Tournament is where all of the Greatest Fighters across the whole world meet up and compete with each other to see who's the best fighter in the world," Basil explained.
"Ooh, really?" An intrigued Ramji asked with Goku gasping in amazement as Krillin nodded.
"Yeah, and they only held this Tournament once every three years. Only sixteen finalists can participate in the Tournament, but hundreds of participants show up to try and make it past the elimination rounds."
"I even heard that the competition is tough, and the battles tend to heat up." Good Launch says with an excited yet nervous tone as Ramji, Blizzard, and Goku looked amazed by what they said.
"That...sounds...so...cool!" A starry-eyed Ramji exclaimed as Blizzard nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, it sounds great!"
"Old Man, will we really be able to enter the tournament?" An excited Goku asked as Master Roshi nodded with a smirk.
"Yes, and only if you Kids trained diligently." Master Roshi says as the Kids cheered. "But you will NOT go in there with the hopes of winning the tournament the first time you compete. To do so would be arrogant, and arrogance is for fools, not warriors. So, you all have to promise me that the only reason that you will all enter the tournament is for the sole purpose of improving your fighting skills. Is that understood?"
"Yes, Master Roshi!" Ramji and the others shouted determinedly while bowing to him as Roshi nodded in satisfaction.
"Good, now, we will continue with training, but before we begin, Launch? You can switch now. It's time for the other you to start training." Master Roshi says as Good Launch nodded and pulled out a white feather as she tickled it across her nose, causing her to throw back her head as she sneezed loudly, and her blue hair/eyes turned golden as Launch transformed into her Bad Launch Form. "Okay, now, let's continue with the Milk Delivery-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Master Roshi says before screaming in pain and surprise as Bad Launch suddenly jumped up into the air and summoned a rocket launcher as she fired a missile at him, and a big explosion occurred that sends the Bald-Headed Master flying off the mountain as he falls down.
"THAT WAS FOR SPANKING MY ASS WITH YOUR FUCKING STAFF EARLIER, YOU OLD FUCK!" Bad Launch screamed furiously while flying over to glare down at the retreating form of a screaming Master Roshi as Ramji and the others sweatdrop from this nervously as they stepped away from her.
"Okay, Kids, remember, this is all about balance. One foot in front of the other." A comically bruised Master Roshi says as we fast forward in time and see the gang traversing through the woods as they were walking through a large log placed between two cliffs with Ramji, Goku, Bad Launch, Blizzard, and Basil being able to keep up with relatively not too much trouble, but a green-faced Krillin was staring down at the long drop nervously as Master Roshi urges everyone to hurry up since Breakfast Time was almost near.
"Keep it up, Kids! Walk slowly, or you'll be swallowed up by the sand!" Master Roshi warned as we see everyone walking through the desert with the Kids panting heavily from the heat as Goku and Krillin struggled to not be swallowed up by the sand due to their small height as Ramji and Basil felt extremely uncomfortable since they could feel sand in their 'everywhere' as an annoyed Bad Launch's hair was poofy and sweating tremendously due to the heat as Blizzard feels extremely thirsty.
"Careful now, Kids! You don't want to get swept up by the water!" Master Roshi yelled with a tense look as we see the Gang walking through a river that leads down to a waterfall with everyone holding up their crates of milk above their heads as Goku and Krillin were forced to hold their breaths since their heads were dunked underwater as Good Launch was mentally chastising Bad Launch for not pulling up their hair into a ponytail before the training regimen since their now wet blue hair was covering their whole face and a grunting Ramji was almost caught in the current but was able to be saved by Basil as an irritated Blizzard was trying to remove his tail from being stuck between two large underwater rocks.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Ramji and the others screamed panickedly as they were running through the jungle while trying to avoid being eaten by the huge ass dinosaur that was chasing after them as Master Roshi can be seen running ahead of them calmly.
"Good job, Kids." Master Roshi complimented with a smile while placing his hands behind his back as we fast forward in time yet again and see everyone standing near Kame House with an extremely exhausted Ramji lying on the floor as Goku lay on top of him and a panting Bad Launch cuddled next to the Son Brothers as Krillin laid near her feet and Blizzard was leaning against a palm tree as he was trying to catch his breath and a panting Basil could be seen laying on the ground to get some shade from the sun.
"You will deliver milk like this for the next eight months. That will be your early morning training. Now, then, let's start the mid-morning training. Everyone get up and Launch switch again." Master Roshi ordered as the Kids moaned in misery, but did as he ordered as Ramji and the others got up from the floor with Bad Launch pulled out a white feather as she tickled it against her nose, and lets out a loud sneeze as Launch transformed into Good Launch, and, after that was done, the Group had made their way through the island as they had arrived at the Farmlands from where a Young Farmer could be seen tending the fields.
"Now, you're going to try your hands at agriculture for that Man over there." Master Roshi says while pointing over at a Farmer standing near them as the Bald-Headed Master walked over to talk with him, and the Farmer smiled as he nodded and turned around to walk away. "Come on, Boys and Girls, it's time to get dirty...and by that, I mean the non-sexual kind." Master Roshi corrected after noticing that the Kids, minus Goku, blushed lightly at what he said.
"First, we're the Milkmen, and now we're stinking Farmers. They never did this in Orin Temple." Krillin says with a pout as Basil and Ramji shrugs.
"Ehh, I had faced way worse training than this. Sure, it's a bit draining, but nothing that I can't handle." Basil says quietly.
"Same, Grandpa Gohan used to do this kind of training to me all the time...although, it wasn't as intense as this," Ramji commented lightly before he and the others walked over to the fields and grabbed some Garden Tools as the Gang was about to start plowing the fields, but then-
"What are you doing?! You can't use the hoes or any other gardening equipment! This exercise is for the strength and dexterity of your hands and feet! You will all plow these fields bare-handed!" Master Roshi screamed, shocking everyone that they had to do this part of their training bare-handed but didn't object to it as Ramji and the others got down on all fours as the Kids started plowing the fields with their hands and legs at a fast pace, surprising the Farmer as he commented that they were all basically Human Tractors.
"M-Master Roshi, we're done..." A tired Ramji says while leaning against an equally tired Good Launch's side for support as Basil placed his hands on his knees and panted while Blizzard brushed away the sweat from his forehead as both Goku and Krillin looked like they were about to drop dead as Master Roshi perked up and saw their handiwork at play as he nodded.
"That's excellent work, Kids, but you all must learn to work faster. The amount of land that you all till will increase every day." Master Roshi says as all of the Kids groaned and face-planted onto the floor comically as their Master laughed a bit and, after once again fast-forwarding in time yet again, we see everyone sitting outside of Kame House with Ramji, Bad Launch, Goku, Krillin, Basil, and Blizzard sitting on a large log as Master Roshi stood in front of them with a chalkboard placed behind him as all of the Kids had notebooks and pencils in their hands. "From now until lunch is Study Time. No Martial Artist becomes a Master by strengthening the body alone. You must also train the mind too."
"Ugh, but I hate studying..." Goku says with a pout as Ramji turned to him with a warm smile.
"Don't worry, Bro, I will help you out with studying like we used to do back when Grandpa was alive," Ramji says reassuringly as Goku perks up and nodded as Master Roshi hummed in thought.
"Hmmm, you know what? Since there are six of you, seven counting Launch's other half, two of you will team up to help each other study. This way, I don't have to waste my time teaching all of you at once." Master Roshi says as everyone nods, and Ramji was paired up with Goku while Krillin was paired up with Basil as Blizzard was paired up with Bad Launch. "We will begin with a study of the finest literature. Goku? Begin reading from page 12." Master Roshi says as Goku nodded shakily and opened up his book to page 12 as he began reading it with some difficulty here and there, but luckily, his Big Brother helped him spell out the more complicated words as both Launches, Basil, and Blizzard couldn't help but find this moment to be a little bit cute due to their Brotherly Bond while Krillin was laughing internally that he was finally better at something than Goku is.
"After Lunch, from now to 1:30 p.m., we will spend it by relaxing our aching bodies and resting well." Master Roshi says as, after Study Time was over and everyone had a good lunch made by a waken up Thong, we now see the Gang resting in their respective hammocks that were hung up in-between some trees. "Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep. That's the Turtle Hermit way to live."
"Man, why do you have the easy part in training?" A moaning Bad Launch asked with a glare as Good Launch was currently in control of their body.
"You do realize that you're resting as well as me, right?"
"...Touche." Bad Launch says with a growl.
"I will admit, I do like this part of training," Blizzard says with a smile as Basil felt a bit weirded out by this but won't complain about it as a curious Goku turned to Roshi.
"Hey, Master? Are there going to be a lot of strong fighters in this tournament?"
"Oh, yes, you bet. This tournament is like a huge magnet for all the strongest warriors across the globe. Some people had spent their whole lives training just to reach the qualifying round." Master Roshi says as Goku then glanced up at the sky with a worried frown on his face.
"So, what if while we're sleeping and doing nothing, someone out there is training and getting stronger? How we will ever know?"
"The truth is, Goku, that we really don't know, but what we do know is that if you overwork yourselves too much, it could kill you." Master Roshi says wisely as Ramji and the others nodded in agreement.
"It's true. Even we know about this." Good Launch says as Bad Launch 'nodded' in agreement in their shared mind.
"Indeed," Basil says, now understanding this part of their training as he approves of it.
"Remember, Goku, this is something that Grandpa Gohan taught us. I mean, think about it like this, imagine if you train yourself so hard that your body won't have time to recover and you grow too weak to even lift a finger." Ramji pointed out as Blizzard nodded.
"Yeah, and it will leave all of your training pointless if you recklessly and stupidly wreck your body over and over again without proper rest. If you train that way, you will never get strong or be able to fight at all."
"Ooooh, I get it now. Okay. Thanks for explaining, guys." Goku says with a nod before closing his eyes as everyone did the same and started sleeping.
"...and this will be your mid-afternoon training." Master Roshi says as, once everyone had a good nap to settle their stomachs and recover from their past training, everyone made their way over to a Construction Site and Ramji and the others glanced across the area filled with hardworking construction men in awe as Bad Launch was currently in control of Launch's body. "Are you sure those Kiddos can work?" One of the Construction Workers asked Roshi while walking up to him as he stared at the Kids unconvincingly. "I mean, they don't even look strong enough to pick up a pickaxe."
"Oh, just wait. Once you see these kids work, you will pay them five times the usual salary."
"Five times?! You must think I'm a fool!" The Construction Worker screamed angrily as Master Roshi grinned widely and chuckled.
"Well, let's seem hard at work before we decide that. Alright, start digging, Kids."
"Uh, Master Roshi? Do we still have to use barehands?" A nervous Krillin asked as Master Roshi hummed in thought and shakes his head.
"Hmm, not this time, Krillin. Just no power tools. Also, Ramji, Launch, Basil, Blizzard? I will allow you two to use your abilities for this training exercise." Master Roshi says as the Kids beamed and shared a look as they laughed and turned around to run away.
"First Seal: Elasticity!" Ramji screamed while tapping the seals on his arms, causing them to glow bright bloody red as he grew out his hands ten times their usual size and started digging through the ground at a fast pace while grunting in effort each time.
"Hah...hah...hah..." Goku panted while carrying around a huge wheelbarrow filled with heavy rocks as the Young Saiyan used his Superhuman Strength to carry it across the area with minimal effort.
"Rrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Bad Launch screamed with a scowl on her face while pushing a huge black wheel behind her through the fields as veins appeared on her forehead and arms, but the Blonde-Haired Teenager continued pushing on thanks to her Other Half cheering for her.
"Dodon Ray!" Basil screamed while raising his arm as he pulled out a single finger, and a large ball of sparkling yellow Ki energy began charging up as the Prince of Earth then fired a concentrated beam of yellow Ki energy, and it flew over to burst through a small mountain as Basil created a big enough tunnel to allow the Construction Workers to mine it.
"Hi-yah!" Krillin screamed while carrying around a huge pickaxe as he used his tool to cut a giant rock in half.
"Frost Demon...Spiral Tailwhip!" Blizzard says while rushing forward at high speeds as he then leaped up into the air and rolled himself up into a ball as he dashed forward and reached towards a set of giant rocks that needed to be destroyed as the Frost Demon unrolled himself and proceeds to deliver a mighty tailwhip down at giant sets of rocks as he was able to shatter them apart with ease.
"W-Wow, such hard-working kids..." The stunned Construction Worker says as Master Roshi nodded with a smug grin before screaming at them to hurry up or else they will never make it to the World Martial Arts Tournament as, after the Gang's construction work was done, we see everyone standing in front of a huge lake while wearing their new swimsuits as Master Roshi glared at them seriously.
"After the sweat that you Kids had worked up at the Construction Site, I'm having you all jump into the lake."
"Wait, really?" A suspicious Blizzard asked while crossing his arms as he didn't wear a swimsuit.
"Y-You mean we're STILL not done?!" An incredulous Krillin asked with jaw dropped as he wore yellow swim trunks.
"Of course, we're still not done! We had only begun with this training!" An angry Master Roshi exclaimed while whacking Krillin on the head with his staff as he moaned in pain.
"Master, when are you going to start teaching us fighting moves?" An impatient, glaring Goku asked while wearing blue swim trunks.
"YOU LITTLE FLEDGELING!" A now pissed-off Master Roshi screamed while whacking Goku on the head as he yelped in pain. "HOW DARE YOU BE SO INSOLENT?! ALL OF YOU HAVEN'T EVEN LAID THE BAREST FOUNDATIONS OF STRENGTH AND STAMINA, AND YET YOU EXPECT ME TO TEACH YOU 'MOVES'!? BLEGH!" Master Roshi screamed while spitting on the ground as Ramji and the others sit up straight while sweating in fear. "NOW, I WILL TEACH YOU ALL MARTIAL ARTS TECHNIQUES WHEN YOU ALL HAVE BUILT UP ENOUGH STRENGTH AND POWER TO MOVE THAT BOULDER!" Master Roshi screamed while pointing to a nearby large rock with his staff as Krillin gaped in disbelief and shock.
"What?! Move that thing!? I don't mean any disrespect, Master, but that's impossible!"
"Yeah, I have to admit, but that does sound a bit unrealistic," Basil said with a frown while wearing dark green swim trunks.
"Oh, really?" Master Roshi asked snidely while walking over to the rock as he placed one hand on it and grunted loudly as, much to everyone's shock, the Bald-Headed Old Man was able to send the large rock skidding across the ground, a couple of feet away from them. "Does that seem impossible to you? Now do you understand what I'm trying to tell all of you? Give it all to your Training Regiment every day, and, one day, you will be able to do that too."
"Got it, Master!" Krillin and Good Launch screamed while bowing to him as Master Roshi nodded in satisfaction before noticing that the Son Brothers were missing as he turns his head and spotted Ramji and Goku standing in front of their own respective boulders that were just as big as the one that Roshi pushed.
"Now, why do I get the feeling that you two had lost the entire point of my lecture, Kids?! Don't you two get it!? Without training, you can never..." Master Roshi says before trailing off as a screaming Ramji and Goku were able to push their rocks forwards, much further than Roshi did, as said person stared at this in flabbergastment and stunned shock.
"So, are you going to teach us techniques now, Master?" Ramji asked with a grin while wearing navy blue swim trunks as the Human/Demon Hybrid completely understood what his Master was trying to tell him, but decided to join Goku since it was too much of a good opportunity to miss the look on everyone's faces when they pushed the boulders.
"Oh, I want to try!/Let me have a go!" Blizzard and Basil yelled while walking over to place their hands on their very own rocks and were able to push them forwards with as much ease as the Son Brothers did as Master Roshi looked surprised by this.
"Errr...uh...I mean, oh dear, my mistake. I didn't mean this tiny rock. Everyone and their grandmothers can move that. I meant...uh...oh! That giant boulder over there!" A nervously laughing Master Roshi yelled while pointing over at a nearby huge rock as Ramji and the others gasped at this in shock. "When either of you can budge this boulder, your strength training will be complete."
"Whoa, this one is huge." A stunned Blizzard says with Basil nodding numbly as Ramji glanced down at his deactivated magic seals thoughtfully.
"Damn, I don't think I will be able to lift this even with my Demon Magic." A surprised Ramji says while glancing down at his deactivated magic seals as a determined Goku tried to push the giant boulder but failed to do so miserably as he panted.
"Ugh, Master Roshi, it just won't move. I wasn't even able to move it an inch."
"Of course not. You're completely lacking in training." Master Roshi says wisely as Goku then perked up and turned to him.
"Oooh, can you move it then?" Goku asked excitedly as Roshi froze a bit and sweatdropped awkwardly, but when he spotted that Ramji, Krillin, Good Launch, Basil, and Blizzard were staring at him expectantly.
"O-Of course, yeah." Master Roshi says anxiously while walking over to the giant rock as he stared up at it with a big sweatdrop on his head, knowing that if he was in his Prime, he could definitely push this, but now that he was an old man, Roshi wasn't so sure of this as an idea popped into his head. "Uh, Kids, look! Someone strong!" Roshi screamed while pointing ahead as Ramji and the others turned their heads, and the Bald-Headed Master was quick to mumble 'Max Power!' under his breath as he transformed into his Buff Form and was quick to push the giant boulder a few feet forward before transforming back into his Normal Form just as Ramji and the others turned back to him as they were shocked to see that the rock was moved!
"Whoa! You really did it, Master Roshi! You really are strong!" Goku exclaimed in wonder as Master Roshi sniffled smugly.
"Heh, of course, I am Goku. Now, enough distractions, let's start your training by having all of you swim to the far shore and back and make ten laps. Now, be grateful that I wasn't planning to follow my original plan. I was planning to have you all swim naked, but since there's a lady in our presence, I was kind enough to buy you all swimsuits."
"Uh, thanks for that, Master Roshi, but did you have to give me one that's so revealing?" A blushing Good Launch asked while crossing her arms over her breasts as she was wearing a skintight green swimsuit that left little to the imagination.
"It was the only one in stock." A blushing Master Roshi lied bluntly as he then composed himself and pointed ahead. "Now, start swimming!" Master Roshi yelled as Ramji and the others nodded as they all jumped down into the lake and started swimming forward.
"I guess Master Roshi is rewarding us with good behavior." Krillin commented to the others as Good Launch nodded.
"Indeed, this is pretty cool and relaxing."
"Yeah, this is just like taking a really big bath," Goku says with a smile as Ramji, however, was suspicious that this part of their training seems to be easy compared to the others and felt a sense of foreboding hitting his body as the Human/Demon Teenage then flinched as he felt something rub against his leg.
"Uh, guys? Did you feel that?"
"Feel what-Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!" Basil asked before he and the others screamed in fear as a huge ass shark appeared out of nowhere and nearly ate them if the Gang wasn't fast enough to start swimming away from it as they started swimming back and forth across the lake to get away from the shark.
"That's not a lap, Krillin! You forgot to touch the other side of the shore!" Master Roshi scolded as Krillin turned to him incredulously.
"ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!" Krillin asked before his eyes widened in shock as he felt the Shark swimming over to bite his butt, not hard enough that it pierced through his skin, but it still hurt like hell as he screamed in pain.

"Geez that was close." A panting Ramji says while swimming to shore with a shaking Launch attached to his back as they panted. "Are you okay, Launch..." Ramji asked worriedly before trailing off as he felt two big lumps hit his back and blushed heavily as he realized that Good Launch was topless.
"P-Please don't look at me, R-Ramji. I-I lost my top." A blushing Good Launch stuttered nervously while hugging Ramji's back to hide her breasts as the Human-Demon Boy nodded nervously.
"Uh, right, don't worry, I will go and find it. Stay here." Ramji says reassuringly as Good Launch smiled warmly and nodded as the Teenage Boy maneuvered her to sit on the ground with the Blue-Haired Girl covering her breasts and watched on as Ramji turned around to dive into the lake and, after a few minutes of waiting, Ramji swam back to shore as he pulled himself out of the water while holding onto her green bikini top. "Here you go, Launch," Ramji says with a smile while holding out the bikini top to Launch, who smiled in relief as she was about to try and reach for it when suddenly the shark appeared as the giant shark flew over to bite the back of Ramji's swim trunks and was able to rip it off his body as it then crashed down into the lake and disappeared from sight.
"Oh my!" A shocked Good Launch exclaimed while covering her mouth with a hearty blush on her face as she got an eyeful of Ramji's naked body, including his erect cock as the Teenage Boy blushed heavily and covered himself as he laughed awkwardly and turned around to dive into the lake to beat the shit out of the shark. "Oh, please, that's nothing until he uses some kind of sex technique that makes his dick bigger~," Bad Launch says with a sultry tone as a surprised Good Launch glanced up at the sky.
"Wait, really? Hold on, how do you know about that?"

Bad Launch says with a giggle as Good Launch pouted with a frown before going over to grab her discarded bikini top and put it on as she then waited for Ramji to come back and, once he did and was able to recover his swim trunks, Ramji apologized for unintentionally flashing her with Good Launch saying that it wasn't his fault and couldn't be helped while ignoring Bad Launch's advice of telling him that she liked what she saw as the Duo then went back to the lake and was able to complete the ten laps with Goku and the others as, after once again fast forwarding in time, we see the Gang standing in front of a tree with Master Roshi tying them against it with some strong rope as he then took a couple of steps back.
"This exercise will test your reflexes and dodging speeds."
"Why did you tie us up with rope, Master Roshi?" A curious Goku asked.
"Yeah, what's the purpose of this?" Blizzard asked with a raised eyebrow as Master Roshi glared at everyone stoically.
"Sometimes when we are fighting, we get corned and must dodge the enemy in a limited space. Good luck, Kiddos." Master Roshi says while walking over to whack a nearby beehive with his staff before turning around to run away as he hid behind a bush. "Concentrate hard enough, and you won't get stung!"
"Wait, what?" A bewildered Ramji asked while looking up as he and the others flinched in fear when a whole horde of bees flew out of their home and started swarming around the Kids, who screamed panickedly and tried to run away from them but failed due to the rope as they ended up getting stung like hell.
"DODGE, KIDS! DODGE!"
"Ugh..." Ramji and the others groaned in pain while covered in bee stings with Blizzard having bee stings near his eyes as we see everyone standing in front of Kame House with Master Roshi standing in front of them as the sun started setting.
"Obviously, we have to start working on your dodging abilities."
"Geez, I hope this won't be a problem for our Future Children." Ramji says to Goku, who nodded in agreement as, unknown to the Son Brothers, we cue to 12 years into the future and see a Five-Year-Old Ranch and a Four-Year-Old Gohan training with Picollo Jr. in the wastelands as they suddenly froze in their tracks and looked around confusedly as if feeling that someone was talking about them as this distraction left the Kids open enough for a glaring Piccolo to zoom over and deliver two powerful punches across the Son Cousins faces while screaming 'DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODGE!'.
"On the bright side, though, all of you were able to finish your first full day of training. Congrats, you can all rest now." Master Roshi says as everyone moaned in relief and dropped down into the ground as they panted.
"Master Roshi, please tell me that training isn't going to be as difficult as it was today?" An exhausted Krillin asked as Roshi laughed amusedly.
"Of course not, Krillin...it will be MUCH more difficult because, for the next eight months, you Kids will be doing the exact same training while wearing these stylish and cool 50-pound turtle shells. Why else would people call me the Turtle Hermit?" Master Roshi asked with a big goofy smile on his face while holding out four multi-colored turtle shells that had their names written on them as Krillin, Blizzard, and Good Launch proceeded to faceplant onto the ground in agony and horror as Ramji, Goku, and Basil fainted alongside them tiredly as an amused Thong can be seen staring at them through the Living Room Window from the Kame House.
