Kate: "Not yet, we should talk" I said seriously

Humphrey: "So?" I asked more confused

Humphrey: "I suppose you're right, calmer now I can feel my body aching" I said nodding while moving my shoulder to try to relax it
Kate: Once he got out of the cave I sighed "This is too much" I said to myself
Light: "I've never seen you this upset" I said somewhat surprised and worried
Kate: "I've never felt like this, that wolf brought me a horrible feeling" I explained
Light: "I understand, it was a disturbingly familiar feeling" I said agreeing

"Did you at least focus on the target?" I ask the second shadow
"Of course, it was wrong to identify her, her aura was much stronger than the rest of the wolves" said the wolf proudly
"Well, everything is going according to plan" said the second shadow while smiling
"Go to the healers, we need a complete check of your condition" said the first shadow seriously
"It is not necessary, I feel good," said the wolf
"It wasn't a suggestion, it doesn't matter your status, we just need to know how your body behaved when facing Humphrey" said the first shadow seriously
The wolf growled before saying angrily, "Ok"

"You already know Doc" said the wolf calmly
Doc: "Well you know what to do, go to the back, I'll send someone to prepare you" I said
The wolf nodded and went to the back of the cave, shortly after he saw a white wolf enter, while carrying some things, "Who are you?" asked the wolf confused, since he had never seen that wolf
"Hello sir, I'm Lind, I'm Doc's new assistant" the wolf introduced herself with a bit of shyness
"Oh, I understand" said the wolf nodding
Lind: "Could you lie down to take the blood samples" I kindly asked
The wolf nodded and lay down where I indicated
Lind: "I'll try to be careful, let me know if it hurts" I said
The wolf was a bit surprised by his statement, since it was the first time anyone had shown concern that he was in pain
Lind used one of his claws to make a small wound on his arm, to then collect his blood in a small tube, once she finished, she said, "I'll be right back, I'll leave the samples and I'll come treat your wound"
Once Lind left, the wolf said to himself, "Where did they get her from, this is not a place for girls like her"
Soon Lind returned with some leaves and a liquid to treat the wolf's wound
Lind: "Sorry for the delay, for some reason there is no material for healing in this laboratory, so I have to go to the other cave of healers" I apologized very embarrassed
"Don't worry, they only use this place to experiment on me" said the wolf trying to hide his annoyance
Lind: "I do remember that Doc mentioned something to me about that, but in any case they should be prepared in case something goes wrong and they have to attend to you" I said as I approached to check the cut I made
"Nobody cares if something happens to me, if I'm not strong enough to withstand their experiments, I would simply be discarded" said the wolf with resignation, "For example, look that the cut has already healed" I said while showing my paw
Lind: "Your healing capacity is amazing," I said impressed
"That's nothing, I can recover from injuries that would be fatal to anyone else extremely quickly" the wolf said proudly

"Jin? Why Jin?" I asked him confused
Lind: "I'll tell you later" I said smiling, as I was leaving I ran into Doc
Doc: "Is he ready?" asked
Lind: "Yes sir, the samples are already in his laboratory and he is waiting for you" I informed
Doc: "Perfect" I said smiling, "Time for me to have some fun" I said to myself with a grim smile

Sally: "What a surprise to have to check you again" I said sarcastically

Sally: "Don't take it seriously, I was just kidding, you know you'll always count on us" I said calmly, "and it's good that you listen to her in these things, lately you've been very stubborn with your health" I said seriously
Humphrey: "Sorry, I didn't want to take your time when surely other wolves need you more" I explained
Sally: I hit him on the head and told her seriously, "Stop thinking like that, our job is to take care of and heal all the wolves in the pack, especially you, you are one of the leaders of the pack, and everyone needs you in good condition"
Humphrey: "Sorry" I said while rubbing my head
Sally: "No empty apologies, you should start worrying more about your own health" I said seriously
Humphrey: "Yes, I understand, I already had a talk with Kate about it," I said
Sally: "I know, I'm just reminding you" I said nodding, "Now lie down, I'll check you" I instructed
Humphrey: I nodded and did as she told me
