Arch-Angel-Writer: No... but I am thinking of bringing that back soon.

phoinex slayer5: Eventually, when I've got my current stories all finished and ready to post another ten to work on.

BIRD0FHERMES: i see. Well, Freya's not related in any way to Jakob, she'd only be his family by law... until her marriage to Odin fell apart.

Cman6465: Thanks.

Son-Of-Scorn: Might seem a little big, but I'll find a way to balance it out. It's better than a 40-50 women harem like I've seen in many other stories.

BeserkerJ12: No.

BatWolf20: Hmm, I'll think about it.

Disclaimer: I do not own God of War or Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I only own the OC Jakob Thorsson.

Over the next few days, Jakob managed to set himself a routine.

Each morning, very early, before the sun had even begun to rise, Jakob would go out and find somewhere nice, private and quiet to train his abilities and combat skills, to keep them sharp and not let them get rusty. Just because the camp gave him a chance to feel like he was at home, it did not mean he was going to become lazy and let all the hard work over the years go to waste... if there's one positive thing he can say about his father's training it was that it was needed to sharpen and build him into the warrior he is today.

Jakob would train from five O'clock in the morning until eight O'clock, where he would then go to Ancient Greek class with Andromeda, to learn the Greek language even though Jakob told Annabeth that he knew various languages thanks to Loki. So Annabeth compromised and told him to help her teach Andromeda, which the son of Thor agreed to. Sometimes Annabeth would inquire on the languages he had been taught by the God of Mischief and if he really was as the way mortals depicted him as.

Like with Thor, mortals had Loki all wrong thanks to Marvel Comics mostly. Even the Loki mortals believed in Norse Mythology was wrong. He wasn't Thor's brother nor was he Odin's brother, but he was part Jötnar (Or Giant as Jakob elaborated seeing as Giant was the more common term to describe the Giants of Jötunheim)

After Ancient Greek, next would be breakfast, and then afterwards outdoor activities. Jakob excelled in some of the activities, namely the ones he chose to do that would fit him in a serious way such as archery, wrestling with the children of Ares (Be bested every one that fought him but encouraged them to keep trying and they might get somewhere).

When he wasn't participating in those activities, he was hanging out with Silena at the stables or learning pegasi-riding, even though he said he was capable of flight in his own way thanks to his abilities, one of the many he inherited from his father.

Another thing he had gotten to work on was building his own cabin. The Hermes cabin was just too... crowded and he liked his space, to be alone with his thoughts or just to talk to Mimir privately without the risk of anyone listening in. He had started the building early, grabbing huge logs, when Annabeth offered her and her cabin's help in the building of 'The Thor cabin'. Jakob just raised a brow and said they were not calling it that.

It's simply 'Jakob's cabin'.

The Athena cabin was the only one who came forward to help, as the Hephaestus kids also offered their help which Jakob could see the advantage of given who their father was. So Jakob, the Athena, and the Hephaestus kids started working on building Jakob's cabin.

On his third day since arriving at Camp Half-Blood, Jakob was making his way to where sword-fighting lessons with the Hermes cabin would take place. If there's any lessons he can enjoy, it's once working on combat skills such as archery, wrestling, sword-fighting and the like. A son of Ares, Mark his name was, commented that Jakob could pass for a Spartan soldier with the way he talked when it came to speaking of warriors and keeping skills sharp. Jakob supposed that the way he had been trained was like a godly version of Spartans being trained.

He read all about how Spartans were trained to become the deadly warriors they were in the Greek stories.

Anyway, as Jakob was heading to the lessons, he stopped when he noticed a commotion at the camp store where he saw the Stoll brothers, two sons of Hermes who happened to be identical to each other, harassing a girl with warm brown eyes and long black hair. The Stoll brothers, Conor and Travis, were stealing from the camp store, with the girl yelling at them, trying to shoo them away.

Feeling pity on the girl, and knowing how much of a hassle the Stolls could be, he walked up until he stood behind the Stolls, his arms crossed and just waiting for them to bump into him. Once they did, they stiffened and turned around slowly only to see the imposing figure of Jakob standing there, who towered over them by a few inches.

"H-Hey Jakob." Connor said nervously. One thing that made some nervous around Jakob was the fact he wasn't the fact that he was Thor's son (though that did factor in a bit), it was how intimidating he can be by just standing there and not saying a word while caressing the flat side of his Axe.

Plus it may have also helped that on his first night here, some Hermes kids tried to take the Leviathan Axe as well as Mimir's head, only for Jakob to put a stop to that and make it clear to all; don't touch his stuff.

"How are you on this fine day?" The other Stoll, Travis, asked just as nervously as his brother.

"Just fine." Jakob grunted, eyes sparking with lightning a little and he withheld the urge to smirk as the Stolls looked more petrified, especially as thunder could be heard beginning to rumble above, dark clouds rolling in. "Now, if I were you two... I'd leave the poor girl and walk away before someone gets hurt, wouldn't you say?"

"Sir, yes sir!" The Stolls saluted him and ran off quickly, leaving Jakob alone with the girl.

"You okay?" Jakob asked.

The girl scowled, then sighed. "Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks for helping me."

"No problem. I know how much of a hassle they can be."

"You have no idea." The girl scowled cutely. "They are so annoying. And they never stop."

"Well, they won't bother you if I have anything to say about it."

"Thanks." The girl reached out, offering to shake his hand. "I'm Katie Gardner."

"Jakob Thorsson." He shook her hand in return, feeling how rough it was. Which surprised him; he didn't expect a girl like her to have hands so rough, but then again, it wasn't right to assume things.

Katie's eyes lit up with recognition. "The son of Thor, right?" Jakob nodded. "Thought you looked familiar. Still hard to believe the Norse Gods actually exist."

Jakob raised a brow. "If the Greek Gods exist, what makes you think the other pantheons don't? Who says the Egyptians, the Norse, the Shinto, the Hindu, all the pantheons of Gods don't exist?"

Katie opened her mouth to say something but couldn't find anything to respond with, so she shrugged and nodded. "That makes sense."

"So, who's your Olympian parent?" Jakob asked curiously.

"Demeter, Goddess of agriculture." Katie said with a proud smile. Jakob hummed, so she was from Cabin Four. That explained the calluses on her hands; from working in her cabin.

"I see." Was all Jakob said in regards to that. "Well, I know Freyr and Demeter would get along well, given Freyr is regarded with great respect for harvest."

Katie tilted her head. "Isn't Freyr a Aesir God?"

"No lass, he's one of the Vanir." Mimir said, causing Jakob to lift the head up from the back of hip and show him to Katie.

"Wow, you really do have a talking head with you." Katie said with wide eyes. "And who are you?"

"Mimir, smartest man alive!" Mimir boasted proudly. "And I have the answer to your every question."

"No he doesn't." Jakob snorted. "There's gaps in his knowledge."

"Hey, Odin had me imprisoned in a damn tree for a long time! I'm a clever lad!" Mimir defended himself.

Katie frowned, confused by his words. "You were imprisoned in a tree... why not just cut you free from it?"

"Jakob would've if the tree had been any regular tree." Mimir said with a sigh. "Odin made sure that no weapon, not even Thor's hammer, could free my body from those bonds. So the best thing to do was chop off my head and reanimate it."

Katie's eyes were wide with disbelief and horror, disbelief that there was a tree that couldn't be broken even if Thor himself tried to smash it with his legendary hammer. Horror that Mimir had to get his head decapitated just to be free and then have it reanimated so he wasn't dead.

"it's a long story." Jakob explained, getting a nod from Katie. "Anyway, I better go. I have sword-fighting lessons with the Hermes cabin... even though I wield an axe."

"Nothing wrong with trying out all weapons, brother. You know that better than most." Mimir reminded.

"True." Jakob nodded and hooked Mimir back onto his belt behind him. "I should be going."

"Okay, I hope to see you around." Katie said, getting a nod from the son of Thor before he parted ways with the daughter of Demeter.

"She's quite nice, wouldn't you agree?" Mimir said slyly, causing Jakob to grunt in response which just made Mimir chuckle. Jakob may have been trained and grown up in the harsh world of Asgard, with Thor as his father, and those two twits Magni and Modi as his brothers, but beneath that hardened exterior of a warrior was a twelve year old boy, so Mimir wouldn't be surprised if Jakob liked spending time with girls like Annabeth, Andromeda, Silena and now Katie.

Arriving where the lesson would take place, Jakob joined up with everyone from Cabin Eleven gathered in the big circular arena, where Luke would be the instructor.

He started with the basic stabbing and thrusting, using some straw-stuffed dummies in Greek armour.

Like Mimir had mentioned, Jakob had practiced with all types of weapons, including a sword so he wasn't inexperienced when handling one in the lesson. The only reason he had the Leviathan Axe was because it had been given to him by Loki himself.

At Luke's request, Jakob demonstrated some of the Leviathan Axe's abilities, telling him and everyone that it was forged by Dwarves, the same Dwarves who forged Thor's hammer, Mjölnir. The weapon was also infused with the echoing screams of twenty frost trolls (give or take). So basically, it was a frost axe that was deadly to those that were Jakob's opponents.

The only place it wouldn't be so deadly in would be Helheim, the Realm of the Dead, given it was a land of unyielding cold. But no one would ever willingly go there unless they had no other choice. The only time one goes to Helheim is those who die in dishonour.

Andromeda wasn't too bad with a sword in Jakob's opinion, but she commented how no blade felt right in her hands. Either they were too heavy, or too light, or too long. Luke tried helping her, but little good happened.

They broke off into duelling pairs for light combat before lesson started. Jakob was paired with Luke, which got everyone interested as they had seen how Jakob fought without the Axe in the wrestling lessons with the children of Ares, now they wanted to see him fight with a weapon in hand. Some claimed Jakob would lose the fight.

"Luke's the best swordsman in the last three hundred years." One of the campers had said.

'That so?' Jakob thought as he gripped the sword in his right hand. He did not feel that much discomfort in holding another weapon after being so used to the Leviathan Axe, he adapted quickly and readied himself any time he had another weapon in hand.

But still, Jakob wouldn't dare claim he was the most skilled swordsman in Asgard or all the Nine Realms.

The fight started out fair, with Luke going on offensive and Jakob going defence as he blocked and parried each of Luke's attacks with no sign of strain or tiredness as the duel went on. At some point during the duel, Jakob parried Luke's attack and landed a knee into the son of Hermes' stomach, causing him to back off.

"Use any advantage you can get in a fight, not just the weapon you have in your hand. Your fists and legs can be weapons as well." Jakob had said.

The fight seemed to have ended in a stalemate but neither Jakob nor Luke wanted to end it that way so they just kept calling without calling for a break or a second match. Jakob had to admit, Luke was a skilled swordsman. He could see why the campers called him the best in 300 years.

But Jakob was no novice himself.

As he blocked and parried Luke's attacks, he spun, recalled the Leviathan Axe to his free hand, had the blade encased in ice and the swung it. The Axe connected with Luke's sword hard, turning the blade to ice before it shattered soon after and Jakob had his sword pointed at Luke's throat.

"Yield." He demanded.

Luke held his hands up and dropped the broken sword, smirking. "Well done. I wasn't expecting that."

"Use any means necessary to win a fight and save your life." Jakob said stoically. "There's no rules except kill or be killed in a real fight. There's no room for that honour crap."

"True." Luke nodded and looked at the remains of his weapon. "Well, looks like I'm going to need a new sword for the next spar."

As people clapped a bit at the match, Luke (After grabbing a new sword) announced he would start the lesson and take Andromeda as his partner, since it was her first time.

Luke showed Andromeda thrusts and parries and shield blocks the hard way. With every swipe, the girl got a little more battered and bruised. "Keep your guard up, Andi," Luke said, then whapped the younger girl in the ribs with the flat of his blade. "No, not that far up!" Whap! "Lunge!" Whap! "Now back!" Whap!

By the time he called a break, Andromeda was soaked in sweat. Jakob checked on Andromeda to see if she was okay (which she blushed at), but she tried to play tough, even though she was battered and bruised.

Everyone swarmed the drink cooler. Luke poured ice water on his head. Andromeda, seeing this, decided to do the same thing. But, when looking at Andromeda, she seemed all better, as if she got all of her energy back. Jakob narrowed his eyes at this, his mind racing.

"Okay, everybody circle up!" Luke roared. "If Andromeda doesn't mind, I want to give you a little demo."

Andromeda had a grimace on her face, Jakob giving her a small pat on the shoulder.

The Hermes guys gathered around, all suppressing smiles. Jakob sat nearby, perching Mimir's head next to him so he can watch the fight as well.

Luke told everyone he was going to demonstrate a disarming technique.

"This is difficult," he stressed. "I've had it used against me. No laughing at Andie, now. Most swordsmen have to work years to master this technique."

He demonstrated the move on Andromeda in slow motion. Sure enough, the sword clattered out of Andromeda's hand.

"Now in real time," he said, after Andromeda got his weapon back. "We keep sparring until one of us pulls it off. Ready, Andie?"

Andromeda nodded, and Luke came after her. Somehow, Andromeda kept Luke from getting a shot at the hilt of her sword. Andromeda stepped forward and tried a thrust of her own. Luke deflected it easily, as he narrowed his eyes like in the match with Jakob. He started to press forward with more force.

Andromeda was moving a bit slower than when she started and then out of nowhere tried the disarming maneuver.

Her blade hit the base of Luke's and she twisted, putting her whole weight into a downward thrust.

Clang!

Luke's sword rattled against the stones. The tip of Andromeda's blade was an inch from his chest.

The other campers were shocked and silent. Jakob couldn't help the smirk that came onto his face. There was a warrior in Andromeda, it just needed to come out and be trained up.

Andromeda blushed in embarrassment at the silence as she lowered her sword. "Sorry."

For a moment, Luke was too stunned to speak.

"Sorry?" His scarred face broke into a grin. "By the gods, Andie, why are you sorry? Show me that again!"

Andromeda seemed like she didn't want to, but Luke insisted.

This time there was no contest. The moment their swords connected, Luke hit Andromeda's hilt and sent his weapon flying and skidding across the floor.

After a long pause, somebody in the audience said, "Beginner's luck?"

Luke wiped the sweat off his brow. He appraised Andromeda with new interest. "Maybe," he said. "But I wonder what Andie could do with a balanced sword…"

It was Friday, and dinner was in the midst of being finished. Jakob had to admit, had has enjoyed the last few days at Camp Half-Blood.

After the sparring lesson with the Hermes cabin, Jakob continued on hs routine each day, sometimes adding in something new to it. He continued the process of building his cabin with the Hephaestus and Athena children.

Outside of that, sometimes he sparred with Clarisse, which had them develop mutual respect from their time fighting each other. They weren't friends, it was simply respect.

Other times he talked with Andromeda or Silena or Katie or Annabeth. With Andromeda, it was about general life and he inquired about her life before camp, but she didn't reveal anything personal which he understood as he did the same. She did ask about the Norse Pantheon and he told her bits and pieces, but not everything.

With Silena he went Pegasus-riding, just talking to her. With Annabeth he talked about the languages he knew, told her a little bit about the Norse Gods, and they also discussed battle tactics after mentioning the Norse God of War, Týr. And with Katie it was just random stuff, either about camp or general life.

As dinner finished up, there was an air of excitement going around. It was time for capture the flag.

When the plates were cleared away, the conch horn sounded and they all stood at their tables.

Campers yelled and cheered as Annabeth and two of her siblings ran into the pavilion carrying a silk banner. It was about ten feet long, glistening grey, with a painting of a barn owl above an olive tree.

From the opposite side of the pavilion, Clarisse and her siblings ran in with another banner, of identical size, but gaudy red, painted with a bloody spear and a boar's head.

Jakob turned to Katie at table four. He asked if the teams were always Ares and Athena, but Katie said most of the time.

The teams were announced. Athena had made an alliance with Apollo and Hermes, the two biggest cabins.

Apparently, privileges had been traded-shower times, chore schedules, and the best slots for activities-in order to win support.

Ares had allied themselves with everybody else: Dionysus, Demeter, Aphrodite and Hephaestus. From what he'd seen, Dionysus' kids were actually good athletes, but there were only two of them.

Demeter's kids had the edge with nature skills and outdoor stuff but they weren't very aggressive.

From Aphrodite, nobody didn't have to worry too much. They mostly sat out every activity and checked their reflections in the lake, did their hair and gossiped. Hell, Silena was the only one Jakob saw right now that was actually ready. When she saw him, she winked. Jakob (thankfully) didn't blush, and waved in response.

Hephaestus' kids were rough looking, and there were only four of them, but they were big and burly from working in the metal shop all day.

They might be a problem. That, of course, left Ares' cabin: a dozen of the biggest, ugliest, meanest kids he'd ever seen, though not as mean looking as Magni and Modi were.

Chiron hammered his hoof on the marble.

"Heroes!" he announced. "You know the rules. The creek is the boundary line. The entire forest is fair game. All magic items are allowed. The banner must be prominently displayed, and have no more than two guards. Prisoners may be disarmed, but may not be bound or gagged. No killing or maiming is allowed. I will serve as referee and battlefield medic. Arm yourselves!"

He spread his hands, and the tables were suddenly covered with equipment: helmets, bronze swords, spears, and ox hide shields coated in metal.

"Aren't you going to join, brother?" Mimir asked curiously as Jakob made no move to join in.

Jakob scoffed. "No. Do I really look like the type to participate in some foolish game?"

"...true. But it can't hurt." Mimir said.

"Answer's still no. I'll watch from the trees, get an aerial view of the game." Jakob said, crossing his arms.

"That's fair enough, I suppose." Mimir sighed.

Annabeth yelled, "Blue team, forward!"

Blue team cheered and shook their swords and followed her down the path to the south woods. The red team yelled taunts at them as they headed off towards the north.

Jakob walked off towards the woods and climbed a tree until he was close to the top and got comfortable, but paid close attention to the game about to begin.

'I feel ridiculous.' Andromeda thought in annoyance while standing by the creek with her helmet, big shield, and sword, which still seemed off-balance like every other sword she's tried.

The girl beginning to realize why she'd been put on border patrol alone and why Annabeth had specifically mentioned Clarisse and her spear. Though she didn't have time to think on it further as she heard the conch horn in the distance signaling the start of the game, an Apollo kid racing past her into enemy territory.

'I'll miss all the fun, as usual.' Andromeda thought sighing, while knowing there wasn't anything she could do about it.

Before she suddenly tensed at hearing a low canine growl coming from somewhere close by, making Andromeda look around warily. Raising her shield instinctively, getting the feeling that something was stalking her, something that wasn't a camper. Only for the growling to suddenly stop, feeling the presence was retreating, making Andromeda sigh.

'Get a hold of yourself, Andie.' Andromeda thought, shaking her head, before suddenly on the other side of the creek the underbrush exploded and six Ares kids, including Clarisse, came charging out.

"Cream the punk!" Clarisse screamed glaring at Andromeda through her helmet and holding a five-foot long spear with a barbed metal tip that flickered with red light.

Suddenly, Jakob dropped down, slamming the Leviathan Axe into the ground which caused a shockwave of ice to explode from the impact area, nearly freezing the Ares' kids legs into ice sculptors had they not backed away in time but there was bits of frost sticking to them.

"Thought you weren't joining in?" Andromeda asked, though was relieved she wasn't alone against the Ares' kids.

"Got bored." Jakob said with a grunt. "But don't expect me to do more of this. this is a one-off."

"Got it." Andromeda nodded and stood beside him, smirking at Clarisse who looked a little unsure given how skilled the son of Thor was and how he has laid her out various times in a wrestling match... and also how he took her out in their first meeting. However, resolve entered her eyes and she gritted her teeth.

"Get Thorsson! Jackson is mine!" Clarisse ordered her siblings and the Ares' kids charged.

Jakob twirled his Axe and met Clarisse' brothers in a fight while Clarisse herself took on Andromeda. Jakob sidestepped and ducked his opponents' attacks, slamming the wooden part of the Axe into the stomach of one of the Ares kids, then grabbed him by the hair and sent him careening into his brother, causing them to tumble. The other three came at the son of Thor, one grabbing him from behind but Jakob drove his elbow into his stomach and hip-tossed him into one of his siblings, then clotheslined another.

"Damn..." Andromeda muttered with wide eyes as she watched Jakob take on the Ares kids, before her attention came back to Clarisse when the daughter of war charged at her with her spear at the ready.

With Andromeda quickly sidestepping a jab from Clarisse's spear, only to be forced to raise her shield when the older girl immediately swung it at her. Grunting as the spear hit her shield, feeling her arm rattle from the blow, only to suddenly feel a pain tingle course through her body. Before Andromeda felt her shield arm go completely numb and the air burning.

'Electricity, of course it has electricity.' Andromeda thought as her shield arm fell to her side, before she quickly backed away when Clarisse tried stabbing her again.

Raising her sword when the Daughter of Ares tried smashing her shield in the ravenette's face, managing to deflect the strike. Only to grunt in pain when Clarisse immediately struck her in the ribs with her spear, making Andromeda thankful for the armor. Feeling the electricity course through her body, Andromeda gagged when Clarisse slammed her foot into her chest sending her crashing to the ground.

'Jakob…seriously…help would be appreciated!' Andromeda thought looking at the son of Thor who had finished dealing with the other Ares kids and simply stood still with his arms crossed.

He gave her a look that said 'Learn to fight your own battles and not rely on help every so often.'

"What's the matter punk?! Where's all your bravado now?!" Clarisse taunted, while Andromeda struggled to get back up to her feet.

"I'm surprised you know what bravado means. Or did you look it up in a dictionary, if you know that is either." Said Andromeda, knowing that probably wasn't smart to say, grunting when Clarisse jabbed her leg, causing it to go numb.

Though she still tried to stay standing and lift her sword up, only for Clarisse to slam it aside with her spear, causing Andromeda's other arm to go numb.

"Oh, wow. I'm scared of the little girl. Really scared." Clarisse said mockingly, slamming her foot into Andromeda's chest again, knocking her back to the ground.

"At least I look like a girl rather than a talking pig." Andromeda stated, mentally wishing she knew how to filter what she said, grunting in pain when Clarisse slashed her across the arm.

"You really don't know when to shut up, do ya punk?!" Clarisse growled before kicking Andromeda into the creek.

"Here, since you enjoy splashing around so much! Stay there while I deal with Thorsson and try not to drown, until I'm done with you!" Said Clarisse before turning her attention to Jakob.

Only to stop when she saw Andromeda standing up, looking completely fine and refreshed, the ravenette feeling the water waking up her senses, feeling like she could do anything at the moment.

"What the fu-" Clarisse said in disbelief before raising her shield when Andromeda swung her sword at her, grunting in disbelief at the sudden strength she had.

Before the Daughter of Ares felt her shield come loose when Andromeda slammed her own shield down on top of it, knocking it off of Clarisse's arm. The sight making her scowl in anger before grabbing her spear with both hands, thrusting it forward at the ravenette. Though the moment she thrust her spear forward, Andromeda caught the shaft between the edge of her shield and sword. With her then snapping the spear in half like a twig, much to Clarisse's anger.

"Ah! You idiot! You corpse-breath worm!" Clarisse screamed in anger at her spear being broken.

Before she was silenced as Andromeda slammed the flat of her sword into her helmet, sending the helmet flying off her head. Followed by smashing the hilt of her sword in between Clarisse's eyes, sending the Daughter of Ares stumbling out of the creek and onto the ground.

"Impressive." Jakob said as he walked over.

"I could have used some help." Retorted Andromeda, only for Jakob to shrug.

"You aren't always going to have someone to fight for you, there'll be times where you'll need to fight your own battles. This seemed like a good chance to learn that, in a semi-safe environment." Jakob said, making the ravenette frown but also couldn't fault that logic.

Before they suddenly heard yelling, elated screams, both girls seeing Luke racing toward the boundary line with the red team's banner lifted high. Being flanked by a couple of his half-siblings covering his retreat, and a few Apollos behind them, fighting off the Hephaestus kids.

"A trick! It was a trick!" Clarisse shouted, angered at seeing she'd been tricked into going after Andromeda.

They tried going after Luke to stop him, only it was too late as Luke ran across the creek into friendly territory, with blue team cheering loudly at seeing they'd won the game. The red banner shimmered and turned to silver. The boar and spear were replaced with a huge caduceus, the symbol of Cabin Eleven. The blue team lifted Luke up into the air, while Chiron emerged from the woods.

"Looks like you won." Jakob noted, Andromeda nodding in agreement.

"Not bad, hero." Said Annabeth, making the ravenette look around quickly, but didn't see the Daughter of Athena anywhere. Jakob looked around as well with a frown on his face.

She then reappeared with her cap in her hand and said, "Where the heck did you learn to fight like that?"

It just registered to Jakob that she was invisible, with what seemed like her cap being the cause. Andromeda said, "You set me up. You put me here because you knew Clarisse would come after me, while you sent Luke around the flank. You had it all figured out."

Annabeth shrugged. "I told you. Athena always, always has a plan."

"I was coming to help when I saw Jakob get involved." Annabeth said, gesturing to the son of Thor. "Though I was surprised that he did." She then looked at Andromeda's arm. "How did you do that?"

"A spear in my arm. What do you think?" Said Andromeda, assuming she's looking at her injured arm.

"It was a spear wound, now look at it." Annabeth said, motioning to her arm, making Andromeda look only for her eyes to widen.

Seeing the blood was gone, where the huge cut had been, there was a long white scratch, and even that was fading. The ravenette watching in disbelief as even that began fading, until there wasn't any sign of an injury, aside from her cut sleeve.

"I-I don't get it." Andromeda muttered, not believing her wound healed in seconds.

"Step out of the water, Andie." Said Annabeth, looking like she was thinking hard.

Looking at her in confusion, Andromeda did so and immediately felt her energy leave her, feeling her arms go numb again, and would have fallen over if Jakob hadn't caught her. However, Andromeda's hands were placed against Jakob's ches and she blushed as she felt the muscle beneath his shirt... and how warm his body was.

"Oh, Styx. This is not good. I didn't want…I assumed it would be Zeus…" Said Annabeth, now looking scared.

"What do you-" Andromeda started to ask, but froze when she heard the growl again, only it was much closer, followed by a loud howl echoing through the forest.

The sudden sound causing the campers' cheers to instantly stop, with Chiron shouting something in Ancient Greek. While Annabeth drew her sword and Jakob drew the Leviathan Axe.

While on the rocks above them was a massive black hound, the size of a rhino, with red eyes that burned like lava and fangs as sharp as daggers. With Andromeda being terrified to see it looking right at her.

"Andromeda, run!" Annabeth shouted, moving to step in front of her, only for the hound to move faster, leaping right over her at the ravenette with its claws out.

The Hellhound tackling Andromeda to the ground and tearing through her armor.

Jakob brought his Axe down into the Hellhound's head and it soon fell over after Jakob ripped his weapon from it's skull, kicking the body over at the same time before helping Andromeda to her feet.

"Di Immortales! That's a Hellhound from the Fields of Punishment. They don't…they're not supposed to…" Annabeth said, not believing a Hellhound was here.

"Someone summoned it, someone inside the camp." Said Chiron gravely, looking around for anyone who could have potentially summoned the Hellhound.

"It's all Andromeda's fault! Andromeda summoned it!" Clarisse accused, pointing at the ravenette.

"Be quiet, child," Chiron told her, obviously not believing her.

"You're wounded," Annabeth told Andromeda. "Quick, Andie, get in the water."

"I'm okay." Andromeda persisted.

"No, you're not," she said. "Chiron, watch this."

Andromeda was too tired to argue so she stepped back into the creek, the whole camp gathering around her. Jakob hooked the Leviathan Axe to his belt loop, narrowing his eyes as his theory became 100% confirmed.

Immediately, the wounds on Andromeda closed up as soon as she was in the water, as if they had never been there in the first place. The campers gasped.

"Look, I—I don't know why," Andromeda said, trying to apologize. "I'm sorry..."

But they weren't watching herwounds heal. They were staring at something above her head.

"Andie," Annabeth said, pointing. "Um ..."

By the time Andromeda looked up, the sign was already fading, but she could still make out the hologram of green light, spinning and gleaming. A three-tipped spear: a trident.

"Your father," Annabeth murmured. "This is really not good."

"It is determined," Chiron announced.

All around her, campers started kneeling, even the Ares cabin, though they didn't look happy about it.

"My father?" Andromeda asked, completely bewildered.

"Poseidon," said Chiron. "Earthshaker, Stormbringer, Father of Horses. Hail, Andromeda Jackson, Daughter of the Sea God."

And that's it for this chapter. Sorry if Jakob wasn't in it much, at least in the Capture the Flag part, but do you really expect someone like him, with his upbringing and culture, to take part in some game based on a real-life fighting thing?

He could just play Halo or something.
