Guest: I'll update at my own pace.
Disclaimer: I do not own God of War or Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I only own the OC Jakob Thorsson.
A few days have passed since Jakob's... spar with Thalia. He used the term 'spar' loosely, considering it was more of him kicking her ass due to her being blinded by anger and jealousy just because she wasn't the top dog like she thinks she should be just because she's the daughter of Zeus. However, a few days after, a new problem for Jakob arose, one he had not forseen to have become a great problem but was wrong in that regard.
Puberty.
The son of Thor had turned fourteen, though he didn't let anyone know since he never saw the importance of celebrating birthdays... plus he had never experienced a proper birthday celebration back on Asgard due to training under his father, and Thor did not allow the training to stop for anything. Not even birthdays. But anyway, with the turning of the age, and Jakob becoming fourteen, puberty started to strike him hard.
His attraction to girls was one of them.
Before, he had never really checked out any girls at camp. Well, he of course knew there were attractive girls here, his girlfriend could attest to that, but this was different. He had never gone out of his way to actually pay attention to their looks for more than a couple of seconds.
He first noticed this when he saw Katie walking by. She waved at him. He was going to wave back when his eyes were immediately drawn to Katie's appearance. More specifically, her bust.
He could usually could control his hormones. Now he felt them swirling inside of him, like his perverted thoughts bunched up into one giant thought and exploded. And he couldn't control it. Desire literally overcame him, making his eyes light up in a lustful manner, as his eyes raked over Katie's form. She was wearing a camp t-shirt that did nothing to hide her developing bust. She also wore shorts that displayed her long, muscled and beautiful legs. Lust was literally the only thing on his mind as he kept gazing at his friend, almost missing her snapping her fingers in front of his face.
"Jakob? Jakob!" Katie shouted, worried and annoyed. She blushed as she saw him staring at her body. Why was he staring at her like that.
"W-what?" Jakob asked, snapping out of his daze. He cleared his throat. "Sorry, I... I just remembered something."
"Was it on my shirt or chest?" she asked, annoyed. Her embarrassment showed though as she was blushing heavily.
"N-no!" Jakob exclaimed. "Sorry, just feeling... different. I got to go, see ya!" And with that, he disappeared instantly, making Katie blink in surprise.
As Jakob went away, his face was red. What the hell was wrong with him?! Why the fuck was he staring at Katie like a piece of meat? He appreciated girls, but this was totally different.
But this wasn't the only instance that this happened. When Jakob was walking by and spotted Andromeda, as ell as Annabeth, sparring, his eyes trained on them instantly. The two demigoddesses had also aged, now fourteen like him, and with their ageing came the development of their bodies... though that was mainly due to training. His eyes lit up with desire and lust as he observed them: Annabeth's wavy blonde hair, Andromeda's straight black hair, their athletic frames, developing figures, those legs that just seemed to stretch on-
"Jakob?" Andromeda started, spotting the son of Thor and she felt a blush creep onto her at the way he was staring at them, at her.
"Hey, thunder head!" Annabeth exclaimed, creeped out and embarrassed at his staring at her. Did she have something on her face or something?
"What?" Jakob blinked then shook his head with a scowl. "S-Sorry girls!" He rushed off before they could ee anything, cheeks red.
Andromeda and Annabeth shared a confused, slightly shocked look. "Is it just me or..." The daughter of Poseidon trailed off.
"Was Jakob blushing?" Annabeth finished Andromeda's train of thought.
It happened to jakob again for a third time that day, when he was sparring with Thalia for like the tenth time that week. Seriously, did this girl not know when to quit?! But that wasn't what he was focused on. As they sparred, Jakob watched her. Only, instead of watching her in terms of fighting, he was looking at her figure. She seemed to be the most developed of the girls that he'd observed. Which made sense since she was older. Her chest heaved as she panted in exertion, showing some sweat trailing from her neck to her cleavage. Jakob almost leered as he watched her breasts. He also looked at her long legs, which looked like they would rip the jeans that she was wearing. Jakob thought that since she had large and supple thighs, that they led up to a beautiful and delightful as-
The son of Thor was so very thankful for his reflexes and danger senses, which helped him snap out of it and dodge the surprise attack from Thalia's attack and disarming her again. When she got frustrated and stormed off again, Jakob was proved right. She did have a beautiful ass. It was so big and jui-
'Fuck! I hate puberty!' Jakob thought, quickly making for his cabin. He had to find a way to control this but... he didn't know how! Nobody taught him on puberty and hormones when it strikes! He figured it would just pass normally like anything else, but this was ridiculous!
He stormed into his cabin and shut the door, breathing hard and drawing Mimir's attention from where the head was trying to write a story out... by using the pen in his mouth to write since he didn't have a body. The head spat the pen out.
"You look flustered, which is shocking for me to see." Mimir said as Jakob locked his door and leaned against it. "What's the matter, brother?"
"I think... puberty is hitting me hard." Jakob said with disbelief.
"How so-ohhhh!" Mimir's eyes widened as he instantly connected the dots, seeing the red cheeks, how flustered Jakob looked, and since he mentioned puberty it was possible that... "Ah, well, it's normal for a lad your age to start looking at girls like that, even though you have a girlfriend. Speaking of which-"
Jakob just now realized he heard the shower running before it turned off, then the door to the bathroom opened and Silena stepped out, wearing nothing but a towel that stopped mid-thigh. Like everyone else, Silen's figure had also developed, thanks to her genes as a daughter of Aphrodite. With the way that towel was wrapped around her, and fitted her body quite nicely, it made him realize that her figure was the most developed of the girl's that he'd seen. Seriously, his girlfriend was smoking hot for a fourteen year old! Large breasts that he could fit his hands in and squeeze properly, Jakob didn't know the size, probably D, borderline DD, but he didn't care, wide hips, slim waist, and long legs-
'No! No! Don't perv on your girlfriend!' Jakob thought, slamming his head against the wall.
"Jake?" Silena blinked at the sight of her boyfriend, not really embarrassed she was in only a towel. Though she did blush, her attention was mainly on his flustered appearance. "What's wrong?"
"N-Nothing!" Jakob quickly unlocked the door and left, shutting the door behind him.
Silena blinked then looked at Mimir. "What's with him?"
"Puberty, attractive girls, and not being taught how to handle this kind of situation." Was all the head had to say for Silena to understand.
Thankfully, the phase seemed to pass. Silena, after getting dressed, found Jakob and tried her best to help him through, explaining it was natural of him to enter that stage in life as it happens with all boys. She reminded him that for all his life, he grew up being trained harshly to be a warrior. She didn't hold it against him for looking at other girls, though she reminded him that his eyes should only be on her and no one else.
Right now, the son of Thor was in the forest, training his lightning powers as he focused on creating several lightning-made weapons of various types and sizes. From spears to swords to arrows, to even balls made entirely of lightning and having them fly around him. Once he was done, he decided to now get to work on building the Hestia cabin, since he had permission from Chiron, and knew the first task would be to get the help of the Hephaestus cabin.
As he neared the Fist of Zeus, which he had to shake his head at, he heard someone panting. Curious, he went past the rows of trees to see Thalia training.
The daughter of Zeus was sweating from head to toe. She had taken off her jacket revealing her tank top underneath showing of her powerful arms and her amazing toned body. The way she moved almost looked like she was dancing, there was a certain grace in each of her steps that was hard to understand. Her jeans were skin tight showing off her long muscular legs and wide hips as she used them to turn and twist her spear around. Her chest rose and fell from her deep breaths showing off her large perky breasts.
Jakob smacked himself. 'You have a girlfriend. Stop it and get in control of your hormones.'
After the feelings of lust settled down Jakob focused on Thalia again, this time he looked at only the way she moved the weapon.
He was to guess she would probably be better at using the spear than any other demigod around. He hadn't really faced many spear fighters before, but Jakob could honestly say Thalia was the best spear using demigod he knew. It was a shame, since he wanted to ask her for help in using a spear, but he doubted that she would help, since she was acting bitchy when around him.
He was mesmerized as she trained. He saw that she must've trained for years using the spear. Jakob could respect that. He liked seeing someone so dedicated to keeping their skills sharp.
Thalia eventually grew too tired to train as she turned her spear back into a can of mace and sat down on the Fist of Zeus rubbing the sweat off her body. She looked up at the sky and sighed as suddenly her stomach grumbled in hunger.
Suddenly, a hand holding a cheeseburger came in front of her, causing her to blink in surprise and look up only to see Jakob standing there.
"hungry?" He asked, waving the cheeseburger in her face and she almost drooled at the smell of it before shaping herself out of it and scowled at him, looking away.
"I'm not hungry," She grumbled, only to growl when her stomach disagreed as it rumbled and Jakob looked at her in amusement. Without a word, she snatched the cheeseburger from him and began eating it while he sat beside her, handing her a drink. "Thanks." She said with a mouthful of burger.
"You're welcome." Jakob nodded at her while he took a bite out of his own food. "So, training hard I see."
"None of your business." Thalia said with an angry look.
"Hey, I'm trying to be nice here." Jakob frowned at her., starting to get really sick of her attitude with him. "Whats' your problem with me?"
"It's nothing-"
"No, it's something because I know looks of anger and jealousy when I see it. My idiot brother, Modi, shot me the same look when I showed him up." Jakob retorted.
"Okay, I'm jealous! There! Happy?!" Thalia snapped, glaring at him. "I'm jealous of you."
"Talk." Jakob said calmly. "Talking makes it easier."
"I'm jealous of how strong you are." Thalia admitted after a couple of seconds of silence. "I'm jealous at how powerful you are, how you've got a grasp on your lightning powers, how everybody looks to you as the most powerful and strongest demigod in camp rather than me, the daughter of Zeus, the King of the gods."
"The Olympians." Jakob corrected, getting a sour look that Jakob ignored. "And you'll be wise to remember that Thor is one of the strongest of the Aesir gods next to Odin, so it's only natural I inherited strength like his. But just because of who our fathers are, doesn't mean we are automatically strong. I was trained to be a warrior since I was six years old, and I was out through hell under my father's training. it's not because of him I am as strong, if not stronger, than that idiot half-brother of yours, Hercules, it's because I bust my ass off to be that strong and train my power. Anyone can be strong if they put drive to that goal and work hard for it."
Thalia scoffed again. "Yeah? Well, I'm the daughter of Zeus, and that hasn't worked out for me."
"Let me ask you something," Jakob said to her. "If you hadn't trained the way you did just now, if you'd simply relied on your demigod powers and with no training or drive, do you think you'd be at the level that you're at now?"
"I-" Thatlia blinked, thinking on it. "No, I wouldn't."
"Exactly. Our parents don't matter. Katie Gardiner, a daughter of Demeter, who's considered a meek and pacifist goddess, is one of the strongest demigods I know in terms of power at this camp. And that was true training. My point is, it's the drive to me that matters, not the power."
Thalia mulled over what he said, thinking. Then she asked, "What is your drive?"
"To become the strongest and to gain enough power to protect myself and those I love," Jakob said firmly. "To do that, I'll become the most powerful demigod ever, and surpass those in the past, present and future."
Thalia looked stunned at his response. She didn't think that was the reason that he was training so hard. She just thought the he did it to show off and act arrogant, but he did it to protect himself and those he cared about. That was an admirable goal, if a bit selfish. But Thalia didn't judge him.
"And with the prophecy, now concerning you and Andie-" Jakob started but Thalia interrupted him.
"What prophecy?" She asked him with a frown.
Jakob frowned back. "You don't know? You weren't told?"
"Chiron and Mr. D mentioned one, but didn't expand on it." Thalia said, still confused.
"You've gotta be kidding me." Jakob muttered, pinching the bridge of his nose. "it goes like this; A half-blood of the eldest gods, shall reach sixteen against all odds. And see the world in endless sleep, a hero's soul, cursed blade shall reap. A single choice shall end his days, Olympus to preserve or raze."
Thalia was wide-eyed at what he revealed. Jakob guessed that it was probably the same expression Andromeda had when she found out about the prophecy: feeling shocked and betrayed. "I... I-I'm going to die?" Thalia whispered, a tear coming into her ear.
"Thalia-"
"So that's it? All that effort from saving me from dying, and I realise that I'm fated to die anyway, so it doesn't matter anyway." Now Thalia was raising her voice. She was angry, rightfully so. And she was also sad. She looked to the sky and yelled, "So was it not enough?! Dealing with my mother, losing Jason, living on the streets, dying and becoming a tree! That wasn't enough?! Now I'm doomed to die?! What more do you want from me?!"
The sky boomed with thunder. Lightning flashed and streaked across the sky. Jakob wasn't sure whether it was Zeus' or Thalia's doing. Judging by how angry she was, he guessed it was Thalia.
"Thalia," Jakob said quietly, reaching to comfort her, but she stood up, stepping away from him.
"Why? Why didn't you tell me?!" Thalia yelled out, her body streaking with lightning. "Was I such a nuisance to you?! Were you so eager to get the glory in the end that you-"
"Do not dare finish that sentence," Jakob said lowly, standing up to meet her, ignoring the flickering lightning as it had no effect on him. "You think I wanted this? For you to be bound by a fucking prophecy? Believe me, I was shocked when I heard it and learned Andie could be the one spoken of, then you come back and it could be you."
he stopped as he noticed her breathing in sharply. He realised that she was having a sort of panic attack. Or hyperventilating. It was perfectly understandable with what she just learnt.
The sky reflected her mood. There were odd bits of lightning flashes and thunder sounds. If this wasn't solved, there was a good chance of a storm coming their way. Stepping forward, he put his hands on her shoulders and made her look at him directly.
"Hey," he said softly. "Look at me. Thalia, look. Look. At. Me." he snapped at the end, seeing her turning her head all the time. He grabbed her face and made her look him in the eyes. "Nothing will happen to you as long as I have a say in the matter. We may not have gotten along at first, but I understand now that you've told me. Coming out of a tree after five years, learning how much has changed, Luke joining Kronos, and now this. It's mounting up. But there's no harm in letting it out. Don't close it off and let it build. Eventually, it would break and the consequences can be severe. But I promise you, Thalia, like I did when I heard of it the first time, nothing will harm you. You won't die. And if the Gods are set in their paranoia and try anything, they'll have me to deal with. It's because of my bonds here that I didn't ditch everyone after the Lightning Thief quest."
His thumbs caressed her cheeks as tears fell down them. "Thalia, you are not alone. You have me, Andie, Annie, everyone here at camp."
"How are you so sure?" Thalia asked in a whisper. Tears fell freely from her eyes now. "How can you be so sure that you'll be with me? My mother, Jason, Luke. They all left me. How are you so sure?!"
Jakob smiled. He pressed his forehead against hers gently, leaning towards her. The smell of ozone and pine was stronger now. "Because I'm sure. You're my friend, Thalia. I will burn the world to cinders, I will set Ragnarök in motion to save you and anyone I cared about. So you know that I will protect you from the prophecy. You put your trust in me, I put my trust in you. I won't ever leave you, Thalia. I'll be with you every step of the way. That's a promise."
Both didn't move from their spot for a few moments. And then Thalia stepped forward and hugged him. Nothing was said as she held onto him as if her life depended on it, and she cried. She wept into his shoulder. Jakob just held her, rubbing her back softly as he comforted her, letting her cry and sob on his shoulder. He didn't mind how much she cried or wailed. He held onto her.
Jakob didn't know how long they both stood there, but he continued holding onto now knew what to do since this scene was similar to how he comforted Clarisse after dealing with Ares. Thalia's cries turned to sniffles. And then silence. Jakob knew how much this meant to her. Like Clarisse, Thalia didn't seem the type to show any weakness. To expose herself to him must've been big for her.
After a while, Thalia rose from his shoulder, furiously wiping at her eyes to get rid of the tears. Jakob smiled seeing this.
"Thank you, Jakob," she said after a moment. Jakob smiled at that.
"No problem," he smiled, getting her to smile too.
She slowly removed herself from his side, traces of her tears gone. "Sorry about your shirt."
"S'okay," Jakob shrugged. This feeling was nice.
"So, uh... about the prophecy..." she said after a moment. Jakob nodded, indicating for her to continue.
"It said. A single choice shall end his days," Thalia recited thoughtfully. "And since I'm a girl..."
"Prophecies are slippery by nature." Jakob told her, reciting what Mimir told him when it came to prophecies. "And... there is a possibility it could mean me."
"How so?" Thalia frowned.
"There's always an origin for how a pantheon of gods came to be, yet each always makes themselves out to have been the first born and then the others followed. I don't even know if the Aesir and Vanir came before the time of the Titans, then the Olympians. Nothing is concrete and so I remain thinking that way. But regardless, I won't hesitate to be the one spoken about if my friends are harmed because of the gods and their paranoia. Just know, I have your back."
"And I've got yours." Thalia smiled at him, a genuine smile.
"Good." Jakob nodded then stepped away. "Now then, one thing I've been very interested in... is spear training. I mean, I've hel;d a spear before and used one, but I've never seen anyone as great with a spear as you."
"I'm just that good." Thalia's chest puffed out in pride.
"Well then... would you be willing to show me some of your moves?" Jakob asked while drawing the Leviathan Axe.
Thalia smirked and drew her spear. "You're on, thunder brain."
With that, the two charged at each other.
Jakob was busy spear fighting with Thalia in the arena, him using a practice spear while she used her regular spear.
Since they're little heart-to-heart conversation the day before, they seemed to be able to converse with each other easily. The others were shocked at this. Since they met, the two have been at each others throats. Or Thalia wanting to bite his head off. So to see them actually talking with one another, and not fighting with ill intent was... quite a surprise.
Though Jakob and Thalia just ignored them. Since spending time with her, Jakob had learned things about Thalia, things that she wouldn't tell anyone else. One, she like eating burgers. Specifically cheese burgers. That was nothing really surprising, since he loved pizza himself. Though they did get into arguments as to which food was better. Which led to spars, to shouting matches, though they had no ill intent. Two, she was deathly afraid of heights. At this, Jakob admitted that he broke down in laughter and teased her about this. This caused her to launch a bolt of lightning at him in anger. He survived, thanks to his affinity to lightning as a son of Thor, it was more ticklish than painful. He was so confused as to why the daughter of Zeus, the sky god, was afraid of heights. He found this out when he questioned why she never flew, being the daughter of Zeus. She trusted to reveal it to him in secret.
He had no plausible, logical reason why she was afraid of heights, but Thalia was deathly afraid of them. And having a fear was reasonable, even though hers wasn't. So he respected her fear and never told anyone about it, to which she was thankful. Though he did plan to help her overcome her fear.
And three, he discussed with her what her fatal flaw could be, and Jakob deduced that it was power lust. While she seemed ashamed of it, Jakob told her that it was fine. He explained to Thalia that there was no shame in falling prey to her fatal flaw, but you had to control it and not let it control you. Thalia suddenly felt a lot better about her flaw and was trying to overcome it, but with minimal progress. She asked him if he had one, to which Jakob merely shrugged. He hadn't shown signs of a Fatal Flaw, but if he had one... he didn't want to think what it could be. It could be greed, since he wanted more power.
Jakob noticed that the two of them were very similar: both lost their mothers (though Jakob loved his mother while Thalia hated hers, for reasons she wouldn't share yet). Both were children of lightning gods and knew the burdens that came with that. Both would protect their friends and the ones that they loved. They were perfect for each other. Maybe that was why they bonded so well.
As both fought in the arena, they were caked in sweat. Jakob didn't mind, though he was extremely thankful for this. He could see Thalia's sweaty form as her T-shirt clung to her frame as she breathed in deeply, and absolutely loved the form of her breasts. While he could somewhat control his increased libido, he still went crazy around Thalia, whom he'd been spending the day with.
And here he thought having a girlfriend would make things less difficult for him.
Thalia disarmed him with her spear and held him at spear point. "Yield?" she said smugly, finally happy that she was beating him at something.
Jakob rolled his eyes, then blasted her with a beam of lightning that threw her off her feet and onto her back. She growled as she got to her feet, as did Jakob. "I hate it when you do that." She scowled at him, though liked the rush she was given.
"It's called playing to your strengths," Jakob muttered, smirking.
"You just can't beat me in a spear fight," Thalia retorted back. "And shooting me with lightning just puts me through a rush."
"True," Jakob agreed. "You are better than me at wielding a long, pointy spear. Truly, you are the best at using long sharp objects to pierce your enemy, making them moan in pleasure or pain, depending on how you use it." Jakob had to avoid her trying to take his head off in embarrassment while he kept on laughing.
"Perv," Thalia muttered with a blush on her face.
"You're the one who stated that I fall short of you using your long and pointy-" Jakob had to sidestep from her attack that could've possibly skewered him. "-spear. Honestly, Thalia. You have such a dirty imagination."
"One more word. I dare you," Thalia threatened, her body sparkling with electricity.
"I'm just stating the truth. Although you can't beat me when I use my long, thick, heavy-" Jakob had to dodge to the side to avoid her trying to pierce him. He cackled as she tried chasing him across the arena and camp.
"Thorsson! Come back and take your punishment like a man!" Thalia yelled in fury.
"But you already know I'm a man. In battle, I always showcase my sharp and pointy-" Jakob ducked as he dodged her spear that was thrown at him. "-sword! Damn, woman. Calm your tits!"
"I'm going to kill you!" she screamed as he just cackled.
"Hey Hestia." Jakob greeted the goddess as he sat next to her at the hearth.
"Hello, Jakob." Hestia said with a bright, warm smile.
Jakob had taken to visiting Hestia everyday when he possibly could, namely once he was done training for the day. She was kind, and listened when someone needed to get something off their chest, and he did so when talking about Thalia and her attitude with him. It was Hesita who suggested he just talk with her and see what the problem was rather than merely cause more strife between them. In return, Jakob had suggested Thalia go to Hestia to let off steam with whatever problems she had built up, as Hestia would listen and offer words of advice and comfort in return.
Seriously, Hestia was awesome. And to think she was ignored by everyone in Olympus. They're were idiots.
But another reason that she was produced a plate of pizza for him as well as a couple of drinks. It was an ability she had as the goddess of the hearth. She could produce home-cooked meals that anyone thought of. Jakob promptly hugged her because of this and proclaimed her as the best goddess ever.
"How are you?" Jakob asked.
"I am fine. I always tend to the hearth," Hestia responded.
"Don't you have anything else to do?" Jakob asked with a raised eyebrow. Hestia simply smiled.
"No. My job is simple, but it is something I enjoy. That is all I need to do."
Jakob shrugged. If she enjoyed tending to the hearth, that was fine. She was happy, and that is all that matters.
"How is your training?" Hestia asked curiously.
"Going well. Though I may be leaving in a few days, possibly a week from now, and not be back for a while." Jakob said, having thought of what to do next. He wanted to gain more power to keep to his goal of keeping his friends safe, and he wanted to take Ryūjin up on whatever he was wanting after being contacted by the Shinto God in the Sea of Monsters.
He's left that matter for too long now.
"Someone will be quite a busy boy, then, because my brother Hades has been asking about you." Hestia said, poking the coal with a stick.
"Oh?" Jakob looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
"He spoke of a favour you owed him that he was going to cash in soon." Hestia said, looking at Jakob. "I'm not sure what it is, but you may have to expect a visit from my brother soon."
"I did tell him I'd owe him after what happened in the Underworld." Jakob nodded, though wondered what Hades would want from him. "Shouldn't expect it to be something 'bad' and 'evil' like anyone else would probably do."
"Hades has his moments, but he's not what the stories make him out to be as." Hestia said with a sigh, sounding like this wasn't the first time she's heard something similar about Hades. Then again, she'd know what her family was really like. "I can assure you, Jakob, it'll be important, whatever Hades will need of you."
"I imagine so." Jakob nodded.
Later that day, when everyone was turning in for the night, Jakob entered his cabin with a sigh and shut the door behind him, locking it. He made his way for the bedroom and entered to see... Silena in the midst of pulling her pyjama shorts over a lacy black thong that showed off her ass quite well. However, the daughter of Aphrodite had paused when hearing someone entered and looked to see Jakob standing there. It didn't help that she remained in the bent over position while the shorts were only at her ankles, and her ass showing right in Jakob's face.
"Jakob!" Silena blushed at his stare and quickly pulled her shorts up. She was thankful she had a top on or else he'd have seen her in a matching bra. As she turned to say something, she was caught off guard when Jakob surged forward and claimed her lips in a kiss while wrapping his arms around her slim waist.
The son of Thor couldn't take it anymore. His hormones were in control!
Silena, while caught off guard, eagerly kissed her boyfriend just as heatedly and passionately, her arms sliding up his shoulders and around the back of his neck. She squeaked, though it was muffled, when he palmed her ass cheeks under the shorts and lifted her up which made her instinctively wrap her long legs around him as he carried her over to the bed and dropped down with her with him on top.
Jakob's tongue darted forward inside Silena's mouth, licking and probing at every crevice inside. The daughter of Aphrodite moaned as Jakob's tongue and her tongue met. Their hands didn't stay idle, however. Both of their lusts were at a high, causing them to grope and paw at each other. Jakob's hands went to her breasts that he groped through her shirt. He cupped each one in his hand and squeezed, making Silena moan in pleasure and Jakob to grin mentally. Silena's hands went from his shoulders, then slowly slid to his midsection, feeling his abs against his own shirt.
Oh yeah, she endured the jealousy of every girl for having a boyfriend with an Adonis-body.
Wanting more, Jakob pressed against her, and could feel his dick connect with her nether regions through their clothes. He leaned down to instigate their kiss again.
Silena's hands slipped themselves inside his pants, rubbing against his covered groin. Not wanting to be the only one receiving pleasure, Jakob slipped his hands under her shirt, reaching for her bra-clad breasts and pawed at them without stop.
"Someone's eager tonight." Silena mumbled against his lips before they kissed again.
"Can... you... blame... me?" Jakob said between kisses, his fingers flicking over Silena's nipples which made her moan. "After the sight... I walked into."
After making out and groping each other for ten more minutes, they pulled away, panting heavily and just settled on the bed as they allowed their lust to die down. If they had continued, they may have done more than simple kissing and groping, and Silena had stated she wasn't ready for sex yet.
They looked at each other and lightly kissed, more loving than lustful. As he laid there, Silena curling into his arms with a smile as she rested her head on his chest to hear his powerful heartbeat, an ache formed in Jakob's heart which made him frown. That was another thing that had been causing him problems lately, his heart ached at several times as he thought of Annabeth, Andromeda, Katie, and sometimes Thalia. Four girls he had come to be quite attached to.
Why, why, why was his heart so confusing? Why couldn't he be content with staying with Silena? Why was his heart yearning for different girls when he had a perfect girl with him right now? Of course, Jakob knew the answer, and he hated it. His greed. He wasn't content with just one girl he liked. He was too selfish to let them go. He wanted them all.
"Jakob?" Jakob blinked as his name was called. He looked to Silena, who was pouting. "You were deep in thought again, weren't you?"
Jakob blinked again. "I don't always do that."
"Yes, you do. Either when you go training, learn magic, think of new and ridiculous ideas, watch anime-"
"Okay, okay," Jakob grumbled. "You're right."
Silena smirked. "Of course I am. Girls are always right."
"I call bullshit on that. Not all of you-"
"But you admit I'm right, don't you?" Silena asked, voice laden with charmspeak.
Jakob grunted as he tried to resist. He hated it when she did it so suddenly, he really needed to train his willpower against such magic. He bit his lip to stop himself from talking,
Silena pouted. "Cheater."
"I'm going to train myself to resist that." Jakob grumbled, making her giggle. Jakob just held her and threw the bed covers over them after kicking off his boots. Soon enough, the two settled for some sleep.
Jakob woke up between morning and afternoon the next day, yawing as he stretched. Silena was gone, most likely to do her classes in teaching Pegasus riding. the son of Thor groaned as he felt several pops in his body before he threw the bed covers off him and made to get himself something to eat and drink from his own cupboards. Not a thing seemed off today. His cabin was nice and tidy, the campers bright and cheerful which can be annoying at times, Hades sitting in a chair and chatting with Mimir.
...Wait, what?
Jakob snapped his gaze to the God of the Underworld who had an amused smirk on his face. "Oh, are you just now noticing me?"
Jakob scowled. "I hate it when you guys just randomly show up in my cabin. Hecate was bad enough, but you... I didn't even notice you."
"You're body must be still waking up then." Hades shrugged casually. "I was having an entertaining conversation with Mimir. Don't think I've ever met such a sparkling conversationalist since Helios."
"Oh, you should meet Jörmungandr then, Lord Hades." Mimir laughed.
"Hestia said I should expect a visit from you, but I didn't think it would be literally a day after she told me." Jakob said, taking a seat across from the God of the Underworld while taking a sip of his water. "What can I do for you?"
"I'm here to cash in that favour you owe me." Hades said seriously, Jakob nodding as he assumed that's what this would be about.
"Details?" Jakob leaned forward.
Hades let out a sigh as his expression soured a little, not at Jakob's words, but something else. "You know of the oath my brothers and I made at the end of World War 2? Where we were to have no children?"
"Yes..." Jakob's eyes widened. "Don't tell me you broke the oath as well."
"No, unlike my dim-witted brothers, I kept to the oath quite well. But I do have two demigod children... who were born before the oath was made." Hades said, putting emphasis on 'before' and Jakob nodded in understanding. "However, after the oath was made, Zeus wanted them dead and attempted to do so by striking the hotel they were with a lightning bolt. I cast an impenetrable wall of black energy to shield them... but I was too late to save their mother, Maria."
The God looked devastated as he recalled the story. It made Jakob realize that Hades did care for his demigod children and their mothers, even though he was married to Persephone, but at least Hades was responsible unlike Zeus.
"To protect them, I had them brought to the Underworld and bathed them in the River Lethe, in order to wipe their memories." Hades continued with a frown. "Once that was done, they were sent back to Washington D.C. and put into the Lotus Hotel and Casino."
"Wait, wait, wait." jakob cut in apologetically. This was starting to get interesting. "You say children... as in plural? How many?"
"Two, a boy and a girl." Hades said.
"Would their names happen to be Bianca and Nico Di Angelo?" Jakob asked and his suspicions were confirmed when Hades' eyes widened a little. "I've met them."
"Explain." Hades ordered.
Jakob recounted the incident during the Lightning Thief quest, when he, Andromeda, Annabeth and Grover entered the hotel and Jakob ran into the Di Angelo siblings there. Now that he thought about it, he could see the similarities between them and Hades in terms of their features.
"Were they doing well when you saw them?" Hades asked with a slightly soft look in his eyes. He wasn't asking as the God of the Underworld, he was asking as a father concerned for his children.
"They were doing fine. Nico was continuing to test his sister's patience." Jakob said with a chuckle, causing Hades to look amused as his lips twitched. "I take it you want me to get them out of there?"
"No, I've already done that." Hades shook his head. "A while ago, I had Alecto take them to Maine where they were enrolled into the military boarding school, Westover Hall. I want you to go there, within the week, and look after them, protect them."
"That's it?" Jakob rose a brow. "You don't want me to bring them here, which would put them under Zeus' eye."
"No, they wpn't come here unless events force that to happen." Hades said. "And I know they'd be safe, even here, if they have you watching them or am I mistaken to put faith in you protecting my children."
Jakob narrowed his eyes. "Rest assured, Lord Hades, they'll be safe and protected under my watch. I won't let anything touch them, not even Olympus."
Hades nodded, pleased. "Good." he stood. "If they have to be brought here, then do so. Keep them safe and protected, and I will reward you, You have my word."
"You and Hestia are probably the only two Greek Gods I know that will keep their word, so I'm not worried you won't." Jakob said. Hades nodded and then disappeared through the shadows.
Later, Jakob would tell his friends that he would be going away soon, by the end of the week, and may most likely be gone for quite a while. Annabeth had asked why, and Jakob merely said he had something to do, some friends to see from his homeland. (Which reminded him, he needed to see Brok and Sindri on getting transport to Maine).
Afterwards, he had a private chat with Silena in his cabin about the latest issue occurring within him; that being his feelings for other girls. He didn't want to do that, as he was perfectly content with Silena, but he refused to lead her on and hurt her in any way due to his selfishness. Jakob expected her to slap him, hate him, be disgusted by him, anything of the sort. And he would've accepted it without complaint.
But surprisingly, instead of doing anything like that, she smiled and said that she already knew. Jakob was shocked, but Silena just responded that, as the daughter of Aphrodite, she could sense the love of people, and feel how strongly that person felt towards people. Jakob didn't know about this empathic ability, but it made explaining much easier. Silena said that, because of this, she knew that he felt strongly for her, as well as the other girls. She said that she wasn't mad or angry. She understood that he loved the girls in their different ways. Jakob was shocked, but allowed Silena to continue explaining.
When he talked about their relationship, he admitted that he refused to let her go, making her heart soar but she told him he'll need to get his feelings for the others sorted out before irreparable damage is done.
When Silena jokingly brought the idea of forming a harem, Jakob admitted that he was fully on board with the idea, but that was mainly his hormones and lustful thoughts talking. Though a tiny part of him wasn't against the idea.
In the end, he was so thankful for her not hating him that he kissed her, starting a make-out session that left both of them happy for a few hours.
And that's it for this chapter everyone. I hope you all enjoyed it and are looking forward to more. Next chapter will probably feature Jakob's last day at camp before he sets off, not sure yet. But he'll be setting off soon to protect Bianca and Nico. I'll most likely go for a timeskip after he leaves, going straight to the beginning of Titan's Curse.
Of course, Jakob will also be interacting with other gods, just gotta work them in.
Also, I don't want constant demands for this to be updated. I know this story is well liked, but I will update it when I feel like it. And it doesn't help with people demanding it to be updated instantly. I went from chapter 22 or 21 to 30, and even then you people still weren't satisfied with the nine days of this being updated daily.
