It soon became uncommon to see Mal without her new best friend, Princess Sophia. Anytime Mal had a problem, her first instinct was to go to the white-haired girl to ask her advice. No one noticed that Sophia would lean in close to Mal and whisper something. Mal would go into a small trance, and seem to relax, but would soon stress not an hour later about something else, and the cycle would continue.

In contrast, Princess Melody would grow closer to the rest of the VK's, who would beg the Princess to convince Sophia to let Mal talk to them. Melody admitted that she couldn't do much to convince her sister of anything, when Sophia set her mind to something, she would stick to it. Melody unintentionally became a sponge for the secrets that the VK's would unintentionally spill.

It had soon come to a breaking point, Mal was tired of all the pressure she was under and fled, leaving to the Isle so she could return to something familiar, her past. Sophia was the first one to discover the note Mal had left, and read it over. She scowled, noticing that Mal had taken Maleficent with her.

Sophia rolled her eyes, putting the note down. She was covered in teal smoke as she became incorporeal, slipping out the cracked window and into the sky. Sophia's sister, Melody, watched as the smoke left Auradon Prep and blended in with the sky. She rolled her eyes a little and sighed, knowing that her sister had just started the next part of her plan…without telling her.

Sophia slipped through the Isle barrier and reformed as a solid person once again once the barrier closed behind her. Mal didn't notice the white-haired girl as she sped through the streets of the Isle. "Pay more attention, Mally." Sophia muttered. "You've just let a snake into your garden of Eden." Sophia looked around, and eventually found what she was looking for, a tunnel that led toward the rotten harbour of the Isle. The Princess was not at all dressed for the Isle, dressed in a lavender dress and white cardigan, aqua heels clacking against the cracked stone as she walked. She lifted herself into the worn sewerage pipe and headed through it. When she emerged, Sophia noticed that the Pirates that had made the docks their gathering spot watched her like a hawk. Sophia scowled at the grime she touched as she held onto the railings to keep her stable on the uneven surface. Sophia eventually stopped in front of Morganas Fish and Chips. "Maybe it's time for a family reunion." Sophia mused. She pushed open the saloon doors, the patrons turned to glare at Sophia. "Hello, hello." Sophia greeted. "Don't mind me, I'm just here to-" Sophia was cut off by a cutlass lodging itself in the table, blocking her.

"What are 'ye doin' here lass." A voice wondered. Sophia looked to see a rather large boy wearing a red trenchcoat and had a fake hook hanging off his fingers.

"You must be the son of Captain Hook." Sophia said. "Harry, I'm assuming."

"I believe I asked 'ye what 'ye were doin' here?" Harry repeated.

"I'm here for a little family reunion." Sopha said, lifting the sword and ducking underneath it. "Is the child of Morgana anywhere? Morgan?"

"Yeah?" A voice demanded from the kitchen. A figure dressed in green emerged from the back room. They had a half-shaved head, the right side of her green hair brushing their shoulder. They had green eyes and pale skin. They wore an open green leather jacket, a black binder across their chest that kept their stomach visible. They also wore denim shorts and dark green combat boots. "What do you want?" They demanded.

"Ah, Morgan." Sophia said with a gentle smile. "I can't believe we're finally meeting after these years."

"Who are you?"

"Oh, forgive me, I haven't introduced myself." Sophia took hold of her skirt and dipped into a small curtsey. "Princess Sophia of Tirulia, daughter of King Eric and Queen Vanessa." Morgan's eyes widened a fraction.

"You're Vanessa's daughter?"

"In the flesh."

"How are you here?" Morgan crossed their arms.

"I snuck in after little old Mal decided to sneak back."

"Mal's back?" A larger boy, the son of Gaston, wondered.

"Why would she show her face round 'ere?" Harry wondered.

"Oh, that's nothing for you to worry about." Sophia assured. "I just need…well…a crew."

"We 'aint abandoning our captain." Harry stated.

"Oh, I don't expect you to. I just hope you listen."

Sophia -

Grew up in the Turrilian Court

Yes yes, more more

Life was a bore so I set sail

Just last year, came straight to the city

All these goody two shoes

Oh so lame

Just wanna be at the top

Don't wanna be a slob

But then I met the heartthrob

And soon my Mummy told me,

'You should try and be VIP'

He wanted friendship, obviously

Kept pestering me like every day

Could've been better

Then he sent me a letter and who am I kidding

That sent my mind reeling

Wrote him back

Then we went for a snack

You're a nice boy

I'll think about it, dear prince

Oh man he's so easy to convince

Here we go

Pirates -

You sent him letters?

Sophia -

I didn't know I would move in with Princesses

Pirates -

What?

Sophia -

Open your eyes

Pirates -

You're living with the good guys?

Sophia -

Like, what was I meant to do?

Sorry not sorry 'bout what I said

I'm just tryna have some fun

Don't worry, don't worry, don't lose your head

Totaly meant to hurt everyone

LOL, say oh well

Or go to hell

I'm sorry, not sorry 'bout what I said

Don't lose your head

Here or there, friends

Here's where the line ends

They won't want to make amends

Mal and co left, you're so-called best friends

Are you blind?

Don't be bitter

I'm no quitter

Why hasn't it hit her?

I'm not a good guy

If I did I would just say goodbye

Here we go

Pirates -

Your scene went viral

Sophia -

I totally meant it, just let the rumours spiral

Pirates -

Wow girl, way to make the Isle revere you

Sophia -

Friends, what was I meant to do?

Sorry not sorry 'bout what I said

I'm just tryna have some fun

Don't worry, don't worry, don't lose your head

Totaly meant to hurt everyone

LOL, say oh well

Or go to hell

I'm sorry, not sorry 'bout what I said

Don't lose your head

Tried to come free 'ya

But the King said 'nope'

My only hope was my own two hands

Bided my good time

Waited to commit the crime

Set in motion the plan for Mal to return

The stigma here was so outdated

Just waiting to be invaded

Soon, the rules updated

Everybody chill, it's totes Evil's will

Here I am whispering into Mal's ear

Telling her she's worthless, why can't she hear

If that's how it's gonna be

I need to up the antie

Just to make her leave

It takes a little longer than expected

Now the doubt's in her mind and she's accepted it

'You're just a poser'

'Alright I already get it!

I'll leave Auradon be

I'll set them free'

Here we go

Pirates -

Is that what she said?

Sophia -

And now she's running 'round like, off her head

Pirates -

No

Sophia -

Yeah, I'm pretty sure she see's it

Pirates -

Seems it

Sophia (Pirates) -

What was I meant to do? (What was she meant to do?)

Like what was I meant to do? (What was she meant to do?)

No, but what was I meant to do?

Sorry not sorry 'bout what I said

I'm just tryna have some fun

Don't worry, don't worry, don't lose your head

Totaly meant to hurt everyone

LOL, say oh well

Or go to hell

I'm sorry, not sorry 'bout what I said

Don't lose your head

Sorry not sorry 'bout what I said

Sorry not sorry 'bout what I said

Sorry not sorry 'bout what I said

Don't lose your head

Sophia perched herself on the throne the Pirates had bought out. "What do you say, friends?" She asked, crossing her legs, one over the other. "Shall we free ourselves? Take back Auradon?" The pirates around her cheered. Sophia leant back on her throne, her head held high, finally, she was doing what she was born to do.

"So this is happening?" Morgan asked, leaning on the side of the throne and down towards her. "We're gonna do it."

"Just follow my lead, dear cousin." Sophia said. "All will work out exactly how it's supposed to."
