20. Take Us Too

It seemed that it wasn't only Mal who was oblivious to the world around her, so too were her friends. Not only did Jay and Carlos not notice Lonnie peeking in on their conversation with Chad, but they didn't notice the dark-haired Princess of Tirulia eavesdropping either. She watched as the fake Fairy Godmother Wand was 3D printed. Sophia told her that this would happen, and told her to act how she was supposed to be. Lonnie and Melody shared a look, and decided that they would be going to the Island. Lonnie went to go get the swords while Melody went to change. She changed into a more athletic-worthy outfit, of a red turtleneck, black tights and sneakers. The two met up and stopped in front of Carlos and Jay as they turned from Doug. "We're coming with you." Lonnie said.

"What?" Jay laughed. "We don't need swords at the…Waffle Hut."

"Don't think we didn't hear you before." Melody said. "About Ben…and my sister."

"Either you take us, or we tell Fairy Godmother." Lonnie added. Carlos looked at Jay, the two sharing a look, relenting. Lonnie squealed and threw her arms around Jay and Carlos, pulling them toward the limo. Melody trailed behind, pulling her hair up and out of her face.
