For all the people that have been searching for a Dark Legoshi fanfic.

I kind of feel like Thanos, right now.

"Fine, I'll do it myself."

Nobody really stepped up to do it, given the cesspool of Louis x Legoshi out there, but I will rightfully take that responsibility in my "capable" hands.

It's kind of obvious, but this story will definitely stray from any and all canon material.

Have fun!

Cheers.

It was a beautiful night. Stars lit up the night sky, their refraction reaching where the lampposts could not. The calm evening breeze sickled through Legosi's fur. You could hear the sound of the fountain running from the theater building.

The mist had settled close to the ground on the early evening. It was hard to see anything from a distance. After what happened to Tem; no herbivore would probably be stupid enough to run around campus this time of night.

Why did I agree to this? If we get caught: will I get suspended or maybe even expelled? No, keep your head in the game, Legosi!

Nothing was really going on outside, other than the fountain, the only other audible sounds came from the theater building they were practicing in.

"I am never playing guard dog ever again", Legosi swore under his breath. "'You're a wolf, take advantage of that.' Please, you're taking advantage of me."

The wolf glanced at the fountain, the statues looking lively in the night. Forever frozen in bliss. "I envy you guys. Pouring water without a worry in the world."

Legosi whined, he was already tired from all his paranoia. The wolf wished he never followed Louis here. He couldn't believe he buckled under a little pressure so easily.

What I don't get is: why does Zoe have to know his lines now?! We still have more than two weeks of preparation!

Legosi was told that this stunt was for the good of the drama club. He knew that all this wasn't for 'just the drama club'. This is so Louis looks good on stage, while he blows everyone out of the water.

The patrols have been on the up and up after the incident. What will I do when I smell or hear one of them? Do I run away, do I warn the others?

The wolf was lost in thought, the only thing snapping him back to reality were his nerves. Beads of nervous sweat were forming on his face, his claws exerting slight twitches.

If this keeps up, we'll be caught for sure! They never told me for how long they would be rehearsing for.

Legosi looked around the campus slowly; as if it were a panorama. From what was to be seen, everything looked totally abandoned.

He let out a sigh, opting to conceal himself more in case someone is out there.

The killer could be out here, right now! What if I see another carnivore? Do I call them out? Probably not, what if I am wrong?

There was a slight twitch of Legosi's ear, the sound he heard almost being drowned out by the fountain.

Something on the ground caught Legosi's eye. An insect was slowly crawling over the ground. Legosi crouched all the way down and put his hand in the insect's way.

It gently crawled on his hand; the wolf inspecting it curiously. He could barely feel its pressure on his paw.

"Hey, little guy. What are you doing here. It's dangerous out, you know?" Legosi let it go, he stood up with a solemn expression. "What about me, huh? What am I doing here?"

Legosi was truly growing impatient. He was constantly mulling over the consequences if he were caught.

The wolf looked inside the theater with a desperate glance hoping they'd come out already.

When will they be done already?! If the faculty catches us we're so dead!

He turned around facing away from the doors. He let out a deep groan, discontentment apparent on his entire body.

I am never going to leave this place, am I?

Legosi barely even finished that thought, until suddenly there was something, a slight movement in the mist. His ears perked up, hairs beginning to stand up straight.

Legosi's nose began to itch, urging him to take a whiff. He sniffed taking in all the scent; his synapses snapping into gear. Every fiber in his being suddenly stood on edge.

There is a herbivore. It's close by and it's just one.

The wolf, in a panic, pinched its snout trying to block out the scent. It still lingered in his mind, cruelly teasing his senses.

Wait, stop that that! I don't need that information.

Legosi pleaded with himself. Desperate for his body to stop. His muscles shifted and contracted uncomfortably. He has never felt like this before.

He unwittingly took in the information anyways, a slave to his own urges.

Let's see.. small body length, herbivore, they're about.. ten meters away from me.

The wolf saw a shrouded figure in the mist. Small in stature, leaning against the wall. Legosi probably garnered its attention.

His face contorted in delayed worry. His body tensed up, moving out of sheer instinct.

Not good! W-Who would be insane enough to be out here?!

Legosi lurched behind a pillar, trying to steady himself. His breathing began to become heavy. Every sense stood on edge.

Have they seen me? Am I in trouble?

He contemplated his options, but couldn't really find any worthwhile ones. Legosi reluctantly moved from behind the pillar to get a better look. His gaze transfixed on the small animal.

They were just standing there, seemingly also having noticed the presence of something else. Legosi gazed at them attentively, he slowly crouched on all fours.

He eyed his prey warily, waiting for them to move. They were so close, yet so far away. It seemed like time has slowed around them.

The wolf's body was moving on its own, Legosi couldn't do anything that had to do with his own input. The wolf was conscious of his actions, but he couldn't help himself.

If you were to see me. Would you run? If I were to chase you... would you?

The grey wolf let out a low growl. He was unable to shift his attention to anything else. His claws were itching for him to make a move.

Every cell in his body was screaming at him, almost making him lightheaded. His leg muscles tensed up in anticipation.

If I make the first move...

The small figure has clearly noticed the presence of something else, besides them, being there. They could barely make out a set of eyes in the distance; glaring at them with a predatory visage.

Their heartbeat quickened, their legs slowly began moving out of their own volition. Abiding by their own instincts: they ran.

In their mind they knew it was hopeless to run, yet they did anyways. Their body's own self-preservation being their downfall.

Legosi was caught off guard, he watched them running deeper into the mist. Astounded by the suddenness of it all.

They ran?! Huh?! Did they-

He couldn't stop himself from what he was about to do next. As if something in the wolf snapped, he lunged forward towards the defenseless herbivore.

In what seemed like an instant, in those short moments, the wolf made contact with two things: a small rabbit and his feral instincts.

It was like a flash: one moment he was in front of the door, the other Legosi held something very close to his chest. He couldn't even remember running up to them.

The rabbit let out small yelp. Realizing it had been caught, their entire body froze up in fear. They were unable to move forward or in any direction for that matter.

The rabbit was wriggling against the carnivore's sturdy grip. The eyes of the predator drilling in their back, already breaking out in a cold sweat.

Huh?! I caught them. They're s-so close. There is so little f-fight in them. It's so weak.

Legosi softly caressed the rabbit clothes, feeling the warm fabric in his hand. Under those clothes was something even softer, the wolf couldn't fully describe it.

The rabbit trembled in the wolf's grip. There was nothing they could do now and they knew it. Hopeless against the sturdy arms, holding them at their mercy.

Of course, the true conquerors of this world: are those that live by their feral instincts. They are so strong, I can barely move. My body is ignoring my will! His razor sharp claws covers around half of my body!

Legosi let out loud, tiresome breaths. Each new one even longer than the last - like his body hadn't caught up to his mind.

It's like the entire world came to a deafening halt. As if all the sound in the universe disappeared just for this moment.

He could only make out one thing. It was shivering in his grasp. His muscles tingled in response.

A tremor. Is it me or you? It feels like you're slowly becoming a part of me.

The wolf moved a little to the side, making sure to keep his arms locked around his prey. His ears perked up, listening to the drumming coming from somewhere.

Your heartbeat is deafening. Maybe it's mine?

Legosi's tail wagged excitedly. His fur stood on etch, his eyesight seemed clearer than it ever was.

Huh, I am happy. Content even. W-What is this feeling of elation?

Legosi pondered the implications. What else could make him so happy, other than the thing he was doing right now?

It all felt so right. His chest heaved, his heart fluttering.

You're so hot and small. I wonder what's under those clothes? The soft fur, it all feels so gentle and genuine.

The wolf looked at his arm. There were signs of futile resistance; this made him even more ecstatic. He held their live in his hands.

My fur is becoming moist because of your breath. You're moving a lot, wriggling in my grasp. You know you cannot get out, yet you try anyways.

The wolf sniffed deeply taking in all the scent. Legosi gloated in satisfaction - the satisfying scent prickling his nose, his brain going haywire with glee.

Your- your smell is driving me c-crazy. Your fur is so appetizing, s-so warm. Your belly is so soft.

The wind howled around the two as if it was on cue. Their furs bristling in the cool wind. The helpless rabbit letting out a shiver.

The fountain was still loudly splashing water, but it was all background noise in the grand scheme of things. Nothing could break Legosi's immersion.

The wolf licked his lips; letting out a low growl. His claws shone in the moonlight. His teeth ever on edge, almost letting out a snarl.

I feel so hungry. You can feel it too, can't you? We both know what I want, do you want it too?

His stomach let out a loud groan. He held the creature even tighter, pulling it closer to his chest. His claws gently caressing their skin.

His prey whimpered, feeling the claws at their stomach. If this went on any longer she would faint. Up, down, left, right or under: she cannot escape - they both knew this.

Your flesh, how satisfying it would be in my mouth. The watery juiciness. I have to stop myself from salivating.

Legosi put more pressure on their skin, checking to see how thick it was. His prey squirmed in apprehension. It was clearly being uncomfortable by how her fur was stroked and her skin was prodded.

She let out small shrill breaths. Legosi could feel her shiver, making his heart flutter even more. She couldn't even make herself speak, that's how scared she was.

This is pathetic! I cannot even talk, I cannot even beg. All reason just left my body!

Legosi's body moved on its own, his hands slowly moving toward the neck. He was prodding at its jugular.

I-I can feel its anguish. S-So soft. I c-cannot stop myself. My h-hands are moving on their own. I want to d-draw their blood.

Legosi contemplated his options for a while. Was this the right choice? A little bit of drool dropped from his maw.

Would it be alright for me to give in? I know it would feel s-so good. It would-would be so gratifying.

"I think that's just fine."

A thundering voice boomed from out of nowhere - making Legosi afraid he had been found out.

The wolf looked around in surprise seeing nothing at first. He blinked and thought he saw something move from the corner of his eyes.

It appeared. It was so tiny. Like a puppy. It had no fur, no ears. It was pitch black and rocked a small tail.

What the hell? What is that?!

It moved closer, each passing step barely being audible.

"You've been holding it in for so long now."

It didn't seem to get louder the closer it moves. The voice stays at the same tone. It seemed to bellow in the back of Legosi's mind.

"Everyone has their limits. You simply can't hold it in anymore."

The wolf gave a surprised grunt. He didn't expect anyone or anything to justify his desires.

"You've worked so hard", it said coming to a halt.

"You've been holding yourself back ever since you were little."

What's going on?! I can't move. I suddenly feel so light.

The wolf wasn't afraid, rather he was excited. His tail betraying his true feelings, wagging in the wind.

"You've been living quietly in the shadows. Always playing by the rules. I bet you never expected this to happen?"

Legosi was in trance not being able to shake that seductive voice. He tried snapping out of it.

"I have been doing that to protect others!", he retorted desperately.

The voice let out a small chuckle, questioning the wolf's conviction on that statement.

"You are happy, aren't you? Finally being able to get what you've always wanted. Your heart cannot take any more refusal."

Is h-he right? H-how long am I supposed to keep living like this?

"I think it's very simple. Just give in. You haven't felt this good in a such a long time."

N-No! I-I won't betray myself or anyone else!

Legosi was desperate to escape the confines of his own psyche. Fighting to suppress his worst instincts. He couldn't help but whimper.

Does he choose for himself or others? Who does his life belong to?

"Look at me, Legosi! Stop fooling yourself! This is what you're meant to do, who you are meant to be!"

If I do this, I will n-never be able to live with myself! How will I ever be able to look my friends in the eyes?!

"Feeling guilty isn't wrong, Legosi. The world is a cruel, terrible place. You just have to make it less horrible for yourself."

He thought it all over. Society has shunned him for who he was the moment he was born. Hated for existing, loathed for absolutely no reason.

"Then, what am I supposed to do?"

The shadow appeared behind him; rubbed him on the back, an emphatic gesture. A consolation, manipulative in nature.

"The answer is obvious. Indulge. Savor. Be happy for once in your life."

Legosi thought it over, still pretty indecisive. Melancholy filled him, fought away by a slight hint of hope.

That hope was an illusion; a trap for him to lose himself. A carefully constructed lie made up by his own mind.

"I guess y-you're right. I a-am happy, right now. It's b-been so long s-since I've felt this good", the wolf admitted solemnly. "I am so tired of e-everything. Just give me one thing in this world I can have for myself."

He stroked his captive tenderly, relishing in silence. More saliva forming at the back of his mouth, drool slipping through his teeth.

The rabbit was quietly listening in to all this madness. Perceiving her assailant to have lost his marbles.

What is going on?! Who is he talking to? H-His voice, it's so deep and guttural, it's terrifying! I-I can't move!

Every time the wolf spoke; she could hear a deep growl emanating from his throat. It shook her entire being to the core.

Their heart was beating so fast it seemed like it could stop any minute. Sweat was glistening off of her fur, making her smell even stronger.

I-I am so scared. P-Please someone h-help me. Despite e-everything I don't want to d-die!

"I think you're ready."

The voice seems to echo off all surfaces. Legosi was surprised the reverberating sound didn't make the ground shake.

"Take a bite. You've waited for seventeen years just to have a taste. You earned this!"

The small puppy slowly transformed into a huge wolf. Gradually growing and contorting, until it was towering over the wolf like a giant.

"It's time to treat yourself for once. All people have ever done is take from you. Now it's time to take back!"

Legosi tried to resist with the little reason he had left. However, the voice was too much to just simply ignore.

"Do you feel that, Legosi? That's freedom calling your name!"

Was indulging freedom or a prison?

What about all my herbivore f-friends? W-What about Tem?

"What have they ever done for you?! You always had to break your back to please them! Let's repay them in kind!"

Legosi realized the shadow was correct. He'd done everything for them, yet he only received scorn. All his efforts only made everything worse.

"You know you're sick of pretending to care for them! You have had to abuse yourself for their wants and needs!"

What did they ever do for me, huh? N-Nothing.

"Yes, you are absolutely right", the wolf cried in small huffs. "I-It's about time! I gave t-them everything! I have f-forsaken myself for them!"

He was barely able to convince himself of that, despite his own objections. He couldn't take it anymore. Legosi wants to be in the limelight so badly.

"Take my hand; come into the light. Let's enjoy this, together!"

If I gave in, would all this weight finally be lifted from me? How calm that would make me feel.

The shadow held out his hand expectantly, giving the wolf a pleading glance. It was choosing between heaven or hell. He took it without hesitation, a feeling of a calming serenity washing over him like fresh wave.

Legosi groaned in satisfaction, he could finally let loose. It felt so refreshing; all his responsibilities, feigned morals and self-loathing fell off of his shoulders like bricks. This was the lightest the wolf had ever felt.

"You made the right choice, Legosi."

Legosi's groans were replaced with guttural growls, under those growls you could hear silent sniffles. "Enough of this! I-I want to be free!"

Tears were suddenly flowing from his face, not from sadness, but adrenaline fueled joy. The hold on the bunny's arm tightened, Legosi's claws beginning to draw blood.

Saliva was dripping down the wolf's muzzle. He was desperate for what was coming next. Anticipating the inevitable.

"Give it to me.. I'll eat you. I'll eat you!" The bunny squirmed in pain their cries being muffled by the wolf's arm.

T-This is it then. I am going to d-die! Just m-make it q-quick, p-please.

The predicament she was in didn't reflect her state of mind; it was as clear as a waterfall.

The bunny let out shallow tears of fear. She gripped the arms that were holding her tightly, begging for a release. She knew that nobody could hear her woeful cries, but did so anyways.

It was all futile, every single attempt of resistance was totally null in the end.

E-Everything will be in vain after all. T-This not what I e-expected, but it was bound to happen someday. M-Mom was right.

"Now, Bon Appétit, Legosi."

The shadow let out a guttural laugh. Goading Legosi on, though he didn't need it, he already made up his mind.

"P-Please, d-don't make it hurt too much", the rabbit squeaked. "M-Make it quick!"

Her pleading fell on deaf ears, Legosi was totally lost to his own desires. He wanted to hunt, to maim, to devour.

The rabbit was shivering in absolute fear. Totally at the mercy of a monster.

The muzzle of the wolf slowly opened going for the herbivores waist, then immediately changing his mind; going for the neck. It stayed there, frozen, for just a few seconds until it went down.

She let out a small shrill shriek, expecting the pain to soon follow.

I love you mom, d-dad, everyone. I-I am so sorry! I wish I could've seen y-you guys one last time.

A loud sound of teeth coming together was audible from a small distance. The tearing of flesh and fur only being heard by the perpetrator.

No blood spilled on the floor, only in the wolf's maw. Leaving no trace of the atrocity taking place.

There was one hasty groan of pain, then there was nothing.

Legosi took his meal to a more secluded area, behind a tree line. Relishing in the taste of his prey. He tore into it further, ripping at the flesh and fur.

The meat, the fluids, it all tastes so delightful! W-Why haven't I done this before?

The wolf was on the verge of tears, joyful tears. Legosi was still chomping on the leftovers. Each gulp and swallow was heavier and more satisfying than the last.

That v-voice was right. It t-tastes excellent! It's the best thing I've ever eaten! I-I w-want more!

The wolf held the remains over his gaping jaw and squeezed the blood out of it, consequently shoving it in his maw.

He relished every bite, every swallow, every satisfied groan from his stomach. He had to lick his lips every so often to not spill anything.

T-This feeling is s-so liberating! My mind has never been so clear before!

He looked at his bloody claws, high on adrenaline. It all seemed so surreal, he was warm but not sweating. It was this sweet warmth, like being hugged.

With every bite, he loved himself more than ever. He loved being a gray wolf, something he would've never thought was possible.

"Pity about the red though. I just washed this uniform", the wolf smiled amused. He laid the mess on the ground, preparing to rid himself of the mess. "I wish I could've played with you a little longer."

He wanted to fight the sun and have his fun till the morning came, but nothing lasts forever.

Legosi got up and layered the remains with dirt. Hiding the evidence as best as he could, given the circumstances.

The wolf made his way over to the fountain again. The place not reflecting what he just did. He wasn't as far away from the building as he would've liked.

Still not done? That deer is as perfectionistic as ever. That gives me a little more time then.

Legosi walked over to the fountain washing the blood of his paws and muzzle. Loathing that the red had to leave his hands so soon.

Red was his color for freedom; of liberty. He could still feel the metallic taste on his fangs. Legosi kept running his tongue through them, desperate for the taste not to escape him.

"I am lucky this uniform is of a darker color. If any blood had landed on my sleeves, there would be no way to wash that out."

My fur is still standing up from the blood. None the matter. I'll just wash it all off.

He was barely done washing it all until he heard someone yelling from the Theater building.

"Hey! Legosi! Lend me a hand here! Something happened to Louis, come with me!" The wolf looked at him surprised. The goat came running at the wolf. "Quickly, there is no time to just stand around!"

Zoe ushered the wolf along and Legosi reluctantly obliged. He followed him into the theater building and quickly descended the stairs.

Down, below the podium, he saw a wounded red deer, Louis. He didn't look in good shape, Legosi could smell his pained sweat from halfway up the stairs.

"Hey, Louis! I have Legosi here with me! Are you okay?" The deer was on the ground huffing in pain.

Louis looked at the goat annoyed. An accusatory glare fixed on his face, loathing the decision he had just made.

"Stop yelling before someone hears us, you clumsy goat." Legosi looked at the deer clearly holding his leg in pain.

Legosi crouched down next to the wounded Louis, reaching out to help him.

"Louis, y-your l-leg is hurt. Let m-me help you.", Legosi offered worried.

The deer immediately clapped back. "There is nothing wrong with my leg, damn it. Stop this nonsense now."

The wolf huffed angrily, showing his fangs slightly. "Obviously, you look dandy. Suit yourself."

Zoe looked at him in surprised awe. "L-Legosi-kun, d-don't say that. He's s-seriously hurt!"

Louis looked at him in exasperation, not expecting such a remark from the usually timid wolf. "Since when did you start mouthing off all of the sudden?"

He moved to stand on his right leg. Legosi could see the strain in his left leg, despite there being no pressure on it.

It's badly sprained. He should go to the infirmary immediately. Though we all know we cannot afford to do that, especially me.

"He- He saved-" Louis cut Zoe off. "Zoe this is hardly the time. Legosi, give me your shoulder."

Louis' order fell on deaf ears. Legosi was uncharacteristically pissed at his commanding attitude. The wolf raised his brows, questioning why he now needed help all of the sudden.

The deer sighed in exasperation. He gave the wolf his most sardonic side eye. "The stairs, you dumb dog. Come on, let's go."

"You seemed just fine a second ago. Why the change of heart?", Legosi asked rhetorically, letting a little bit of his fangs show.

Louis was unfazed by the predator's little power play. He wondered what possessed him to act out like this.

"There is no time to be bickering amongst ourselves. Just lend me your arm already, pup." Louis wasn't very inclined to deal with the unusually harsh wolf.

Legosi huffed, reluctantly lending his arm. He wasn't at all pleased. The adrenaline hadn't worn off yet, he had to stop himself from salivating in Louis' presence.

They slowly made their way up the stairs. Legosi couldn't wait to get out of here.

Rehearsals were over. Louis strained under the pain, his huffs clearly being heard by the wolf. "Legosi, thanks for keeping guard for us, really."

The wolf didn't expect appreciation, especially not from Louis. A small smile played on his lips.

"Sure, it's good to do your club mates a favor once in a while", The wolf admitted. "If you need anything, just ask."

The deer smiled contently. "That's good to hear, I owe you one. Did anything unusual happen?"

Legosi remained expressionless. The wolf took his time before answering, helping Louis to the outside first. They made it past the entrance, he gently let the deer go.

"Oh, no. Not really. It was a quiet night, nothing out of the ordinary", Legosi lied. "Not that anyone would be stupid enough to go out at this time anyways."

The deer gave him an amused smirk. "Right, except us."

The wolf sighed softly. It looked like nobody else was going outside tonight. It will take them some time to find his meal, he's got at least a few hours left.

"Thank you, Legosi, for all the help. I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow at rehearsals", Louis waved. "Zoe, make sure you know your lines by them. You know how I think about failure."

"R-Right, I will! Sorry again!", the goat stammered.

Louis let out a wry laugh. "Don't worry, it will be all healed up by tomorrow. Good night!"

Zoe let out all the pend up air in relief. He was so worried that he accidentally jeopardized the play.

"Alright, Louis-senpai, Legosi-kun, good night", Zoe said in farewell. As he moved towards the dorms, his body was still stiff with worry.

Yeah, yeah. Hurry up already, you dumb goat. I want to get out of here.

The wolf nodded with a smile. "Alright, see you guys tomorrow, good night."

Louis was still straining on his legs making his way towards the male herbivore dorms. "Oh, and Louis-senpai?"

The deer turned his head towards Legosi, eyeing him curiously. "Thanks for the advice earlier, I took it to heart."

A convincing smile played on the wolf's lips.

Louis shrugged. "No problem, anything to help. See you." His limp becoming ever the more clear as he walked off.

It's all thank to you, Louis. Without you, I would've never discovered such a fine taste. I am forever in your debt.
