This is a story RedHood123 suggested to me. In it, Jeff The Psycho pulls pranks on different characters. Here you go.
Jeff The Psycho was using pages from a phone book and sandpaper as toilet paper. He had just eaten an entire buffet of spicy Taco Bell courses.
After looking at one of his wipings, Jeff got an idea.
"I know, I'll pull pranks!" Jeff yelled. "But first, I wonder how that'll feel if I wiped this on my eye."
(First prank)
Hugo and Rita were making breakfast.
"Hugo, could you get the milk?" Rita asked.
"Alright." Hugo replied.
Jeff The Psycho replaced the jug of milk with a jug of Horse Sperm.
"You don't wanna know how it got that sperm." Jeff winked.
Hugo grabbed the jug, and was about to pour it.
"Hugo, wait!" Rita called. "I don't think that's milk!"
"Huh?" Hugo replied.
Hugo looked into the jug, and the milk looked thicker, and smelt different.
"Has the milk expired?" Hugo asked.
"No, I don't think that's milk." Rita replied. "Is that cum?! Is that fucking cum?!"
Jeff The Psycho was running away while laughing.
(Second prank)
Jeff was standing on the roof of King and Queen Pong's castle, waiting for them to come out. He was holding a bag full of mud.
Queen and King Pong stepped out to the entrance.
"Isn't it a lovely day, darling?" Queen Pong asked.
King Pong was about to reply 'Indeed it is, my dear.' until Jeff poured the mud on them.
"What?!" King Pong boomed. "Who dares pour mud on me and my queen?!"
"Better mud than tomato paste!" Jeff yelled, running off.
(Third prank)
Jeff was mixing a lot of Krazy Glues together.
"This one will really stick!" He laughed.
Jeff poured the glue mixture on the sidewalk, and hid behind a tree.
"Hehe, let's do this." Jeff whispered.
Violet the Gazelle was walking along the path, unaware that there was a large puddle of glue on the path. She never noticed the puddle until she stepped on it.
"Oh dear!" She exclaimed.
Jeff was laughing hysterically as he ran off.
(Fourth prank)
Jeff found Deery's personal water bowl.
"Oh, I know what to do here!" He laughed.
Jeff took out his penis, and began pissing in Deery's water bowl.
"Let's give her a little surprise drink!" Jeff laughed.
Jeff hid in a bush as Deery approached her bowl.
"Time for a salty beverage." She said to herself.
Before she could take a drink, she noticed her water was yellow, and smelled like pee.
"Did somebody piss in my water bowl?" She asked.
Jeff snuck away, giggling.
(Fifth prank)
Jeff was making changes to Geno's TV remote.
"He's not gonna like this." He laughed.
After hearing Geno come in, Jeff quickly hid near a ventilation duct.
"Alright, time to watch the Tiny Toons marathon." Geno told himself.
Geno turned on his TV, and it was showing The Emoji Movie
"NO!" Geno yelled.
Geno tried to change the channel, but it wouldn't change.
"I'm not sitting through this!" Geno yelled.
Seeing no other choice, Geno threw his remote at the TV, shattering it.
Jeff climbed into the vent duct, laughing. Geno could hear him.
(Sixth and final prank)
Jeff was pouring hot chili sauce on a dinner. Correction, Skunky and Fifi's dinner.
"This ought to fix it!" He laughed.
Jeff could hear footprints. Yikes! They were coming in!
Jeff hid in a closet as Fifi and Skunky came in.
"Oh mon amour, you didn't need to make zhis for me." Fifi informed.
"Wait, I don't remember adding this red sauce." Skunky informed.
Skunky took a dab of the red sauce, and tasted it. Afterwards, he immediately ran to the sink, and was drowning his tongue in water.
"Mon amour, what's wrong?" Fifi asked.
"That has got to be the spiciest sauce I have ever tried in my entire life!" Exclaimed Skunky. "Who added that sauce?!"
Jeff ran out of the closet, and jumped through the window, shattering it in the process.
(Jeff's comeuppance)
Jeff was running from the angry mob of people he pranked over the course of the story. Suddenly, he was caught in a rope trap, and was dangling in the air from a tree.
"Got him!" Announced Deadpool.
The other mob rushed over.
"What should we do to him?" Asked Violet.
"I 'ave an idea!" Announced Fifi.
Later, Jeff was strapped into a Skunk costume, full of glue which prevented him from taking it off.
"Hey! You can't costume me as a smelly skunk!" Jeff protested.
"So, why did you dress him as a Skunk?" Asked Rita.
"You'll see." Fifi replied.
"Oooh!" A voice yelled. "He is the hottest Skunk I have ever seen!"
A pink Skunk tail wrapped itself around Jeff. The Skunk was Bimbette (From Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Vacation).
"Oh Hell no!" Jeff yelled.
"Oh Hell yes!" Bimbette yelled. "You are so my new boyfriend!"
Jeff tried to run off, but Bimbette's tail was stopping him from movie.
"Let's go to our apartment!" Bimbette exclaimed.
Bimbette began dragging Jeff away despite his protests.
"Well, that's what I can justice." Geno informed. "He tried to make me watch The Emoji Movie."
Everyone else was horrified.
