In a large cylinder shaped room full of monitor screens, a man with a familiar haircut, wearing a white suit outfit, was standing in the middle on a circular platform, as all the screens turned on, showing different parts of the city and satellites from outer space.
"Begin holo-search now." he instructed. " Notation, I'm seeing an influx of Triceraton population."
He saw a Triceaton moving through the city through his sunglasses.
"Inspect immigration reports." he said.
One of the screens showed a man skydiving, while another showed Europe with weather clouds.
"Weather patterns shifting over Europe. A dramatic spike in New Manhattan power grid usage." he said, as one showed lines going up and down, like on a diagram.
He turned to the screen as it showed the O'Neil Tech building.
"Hm, what's the cause? Code alpha." he said.
The screen zoomed in on the building.
"O'Neil Tech security camera activated." the computer said.
The other screens vanished before a big one of O'Neil Tech's front door.
"Angle two." the man requested.
The screen showed another camera angle, showing Cody, the Turtles and two other people, before a circle went around the Turtles and Cody.
"Magnify." the man said.
The camera zoomed in, showing Mikey.
"The future's so bright I gotta wear shades." he said, putting some sunglasses on.
The camera zoomed out slightly, showing all six Turtles and Cody.
"Impossible. The Turtles? Here?" the man questioned. "My old friends."
He stepped forward into the light, revealing he was none other than Agent John Bishop, who'd managed to survive the 100 years due to his alien DNA, which had kept him alive since the 1800s.
"This is a bright future indeed." he said.
The next day, in Cody's penthouse, the Turtles, Splinter, Cody and Serling were all in the kitchen, Mikey searching the cupboards for something to eat, while his family and Cody sat around the table, all with a bowl of green ceral, and a glass of water.
"Come on, you guys gotta keep your junk food somewhere." Mikey said.
He opened up a cupboard, seeing a bunch of tin cans and small boxes of food.
"Ah. Huh?" he muttered, taking a box. "Blech!"
He threw it away in disgust, before he took out a tin can.
"Hmm? Ah!" he gasped, throwing it away. "Blech!"
"Oh!" Serling yelped, as the can hit his head.
"Not one of these has cream filling listed in its ingredients." Mikey complained, throwing more cans away, which hit Serling. "I mean, how did you survive for a hundred years without things like sugar frosted sweetie cakes?"
"Serling buys nothing but the best." Cody assured, lifting some contents from his bowl with a spoon. "Masoodon balls are ten times healthier than anything from your century."
Elisa took a taste of her bowl's contents, as Raph dropped some of his from a spoon back into his bowl.
"Yeah, dig the mossy goodness." Raph said sarcastically, dropping his spoon.
Elisa chewed on her Masoodon Balls, but then spat them out all over the table.
"Ew, yuck!" she yelped, touching her throat. "Cody, I don't know how you stand this. It's disgusting in my opinion."
Mikey came over to them all with a can.
"I don't want best and most-healthiest, I want good." he said, holding it up. "Good as in bad."
He threw the can away, which bounced and hit off Serling's head.
"Oh!" he moaned.
"Cheese dogs, and burgers, and chicken fried steak and fried turkey jerky, and-" Mikey began, before Raph whacked his head with his spoon. "Ow!"
"We get the picture." Raph said. "Plus, you were getting drool on me."
"It's like at that wrestling stadium, none of our food was being sold." Elisa recalled.
"No one eats that stuff anymore." Cody explained. "I mean, maybe downtown you could find something."
"Downtown it is!" Mikey whooped, punching his arms up. "Lead the way, Cody."
A nearby door opened up, and Darrius Dunn stepped out.
"I want indigestion by noon." Mikey said.
"Downtown?" Darrius inquired, who stopped as everyone turned to him. "I hardly think so."
"Master Cody, have you forgotten about today's appointment?" Serling asked, coming up beside Darrius.
Cody lowered his head slightly, thinking.
"The O'Neil Tech quarterly board review? Young Cody has to inspire troops. Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours." Darrius assured.
"Aw, drak. Sorry guys, you'll have to tour downtown without me." Cody apologised, getting up.
He walked off towards Darrius, as the Turtles all looked at each other.
"Well, I guess it's just us." Donnie said.
A little later, the Turtles all raced down a hallway in various rides, Raph riding a motorcycle with Mikey behind him, Donnie and Cath riding the Steel Wheel, which had been repainted green and modified since the elder three Turtles took it from Triple-Threat, while Leo and Elisa both rode a Shell Speeder.
"Ha, ha!" Raph laughed, lifting his front wheel up.
Once out of the penthouse, they all raced along a freeway road, followed by another, then another, before they entered a street road and raced down it. They all soon pulled over and got off their vehicles and looked around.
"I just can't get over this city." Donnie said, as aliens walked down the street. "It's an engineering marvel. New Manhattan built right over our old Manhattan."
They all got off their vehicles and looked around.
"I know what you mean, Don." Cath agreed. "It's just...amazing."
"Hey, enough lip flapping. On to some lip smacking." Mikey said, banging his left fist against his right hand. "I smell eats!"
He ran over to a Hot Dog vendor cart, which the others turned to, before he stopped near it, with a pink-skinned alien behind the counter.
"Cheese dogs! One hundred percent beefy goodness filled with dreamy cheesiness." Mikey said happily, as the others approached him.
"One hundred percent, yes. Beef, no." the alien explained, making their smiles fade. "Rijerian rump beast, no cheese. Gel traxian tube worm juice."
He took out a hot dog that was covered in worms and green juice.
"More protein than cheese." he explained.
"Ugh." Leo, Raph and Donnie said disgusted, Raph touching his stomach, Donnie covering his mouth.
"Gross." Cath said, covering her mouth.
"Yuck." Elisa said, backing away.
"I'll take a dozen." Mikey said nervously, holding up his hand.
He began taking the hot dogs from the alien.
"Mikey, you are one sick turtle." Raph said.
"Gross." Donnie said disgusted.
Unknown to any of them, a figure dressed in white soldier armor and red goggles was watching them from a nearby alley.
"Get them alone." Bishop instructed through a headset.
The soldier moved away into the alley, as the Turtles began to walk down the street, Mikey scarfing one of the hot dogs.
"Okay, it's official, the food in this time is the only thing I hate about the future." Elisa declared.
"What? It's actually pretty good." Mikey said.
"Eww." Elisa shuddered.
"I'm with Elisa on this one, bro." Cath said. "You won't catch me eating something like that."
"Okay, your loss." Mikey said.
"You know, doesn't it feel great to be walking out in the open?" Leo asked, changing the subject as they stopped. "Not having anyone run away from us like we're monsters?"
Raph frowned slightly as the others smiled, seeing his point.
"Competition for the label monster's a lot fiercer here in the future." Raph said, as several aliens walked or floated past them, including an Utrom and a Triceraton. "Although the way Mikey's scarfing down those tube worm dogs, I think he's in the running."
They all turned left down the street, before a bunch of soldiers got in front of them all.
"Okay, we'll just be heading this way then." Leo said, holding his hands up as they backed away. "Carry on with your menacing."
They all turned around as another soldier jumped down and landed behind them, before came out from either side of the street, trapping them. They turned back to the first group as the second aimed their blasters, before Raph turned back to the second group.
"That does it. It's Ninja time!" Raph said, as all but Leo took out their weapons.
"Not here." Leo said, holding his arms out. "Too many civilians to risk a firefight. Go!"
"He's right." Cath said. "This isn't the right place."
"Fine." Raph sighed.
They all ran towards the first group of soldiers, before Leo and Cath both skidded beneath the legs of two of them. Donnie and Elisa then jumped over them, followed by Raph, who landed on ones back, making it bend down before he jumped away, then Mikey did the same. All the soldiers turned and fired at them, as they turned left into another alley, their blasts hitting the ground, creating a smokescreen. The Turtles kept on running, but then stopped, seeing they'd reached a dead end.
"Huh?" they muttered.
"Dead end?" Donnie gulped. "Emphasis on dead."
Leo took out his swords as they all turned around, Donnie and Mikey spinning their weapons, while Raph and Elisa combined their weapons.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm glad to see you're still fit, after all these years." Bishop said, stepping out of the smokescreen with two of the soldiers.
The Turtles all gasped, for they had not expected Bishop to be here in 2105.
"Bishop?!" they gasped, powering down their weapons.
"No way?!" Cath exclaimed.
They all held their stance, ready for battle.
"Great. Hip-hop didn't make it a hundred years into the future, but Bishop did?" Mikey said annoyed.
"Ha!" Raph grunted, running past him.
"Raph!" Leo called.
"Raph, wait?" Elisa called, holding her hand out.
Raph ignored them both and dived to slam his shoulder against Bishop, but went right through him, as it was only a hologram.
"OH!" he moaned, hitting a bin. "Hologram? You stinking..."
He got up as his siblings all approached the hologram, Cath glaring at it.
"What do you want, Bishop? And how are you even here in 2105?" Leo asked, as Raph moved to his left.
"I could ask you the same." Bishop admitted. "But first, how would you like to work for me?"
The Turtles all stared at him blankly, before they all burst out laughing.
"Work for you? Like the time you scrambled my DNA? Or tried to mutant the entire city of New York?" Donnie inquired.
"Or when you staged that fake alien invasion? Or tried to dissect us for our DNA to try and create an army of clone Slayers?" Cath recalled "That kind of work, Bishop?"
"Times have changed, my friends." Bishop assured.
He vanished, bringing up a hologram of Earth, with explosions going off in outer space.
"I spent centuries..."
A fleet of alien ships moved towards Earth.
"...struggling against the inevitable alien menace..."
A black spaceship flew past a satellite, before it turned and flew past the feet.
"...then one day realized that all I had done was waste precious time and resources."
Bishop stood in the spacecraft, as it was his personal cruiser, as another spaceship blew up outside.
"So I chose a new tact."
Bishop sat in a large meeting room, with other alien species sitting around him, acting as representatives to their own planets. He stood up and shook hands with a blue-skinned alien with yellow hair, who stood on the other side of the table.
"I decided the best way to protect the Earth from aliens was to make them our allies."
A crowd of humans and aliens alike clapped and cheered as the alien and Bishop lowered their hands.
"Hence the Pan Galactic Alliance was born."
Around the room were red banners, with a white symbol, which had a blue circle, a yellow star and green lines, and the letters P.G.A in red.
Bishop stood before a flag bearing the P.G.A emblem.
"An organization dedicated to the fair..."
Humans and aliens came up behind him on either side.
"...representation of all races from Earth and beyond..."
The hologram changed back to Bishop.
"…with peace as a common goal. And of course, I became its president. In an honest election, I assure you." Bishop assured.
"Yeah, right?" Cath scoffed, disbelievingly, glaring at him.
"So, it's like the U.N but for aliens, and you're the president?" Leo inquired.
"I knew I sensed a glitch in the matrix." Mikey said.
"Indeed. Despite my best efforts, the peace we've achieved is tenuous." Bishop explained. "Earth is still a target of the galaxy's greedy and corrupt, but as a non-partisan official, I can no longer show favoritism for the Earth, nor take matters into my own hands."
"So, what exactly do you want from us, Bishop?" Elisa asked.
"My sources inform me that a notorious intergalactic mercenary named Torbin Zixx will arrive on Earth tomorrow..." Bishop explained.
The hologram changed to show the outside of a building called Abroc's Abyss.
"...for a clandestine meeting here, at Abroc's Abyss."
"Then, why not just arrest him?" Leo inquired.
Bishop's hologram returned.
"I hope to catch him as well as his conspirators." he explained. "An open assault would tip them off. However, if I had some covert operatives working on my behalf… a team comfortable working in the shadows? Besides, we're not entirely certain what he looks like. With Zixx in New Manhattan, I have no doubt destruction will follow, unless you trust me and stop him."
The Turtles all looked amongst each other, all not sure about this, Raph and Cath being the most against this due to what Bishop had done to them in their time.
Later, in Cody's penthouse, the Turtles had all been telling Cody the story, who sat on a couch with Raph and Donnie, while Leo stood by a window, the others around the couch. To the Turtles surprised however, Cody was happy with the story about Bishop.
"Cool. You guys know President Bishop?" he said, amazed.
"So, it's true? Bishop wasn't feeding us a line of Rijerian rump beast?" Raph inquired, as Leo came over.
"No! He really is the president." Cody assured, shocking them all. "A great one, too. Everyone loves him. The guy's been incredible for the city, for alien's rights."
"Yeah, well, he's not the Bishop we know." Cath mumbled, folding her arms.
"What do you mean?" Cody asked. "He's-"
"We all have a bad history with so-called President Bishop." Elisa explained. "Cath has it the worst due what we've seen him do in our time."
"Oh..." Cody said.
"He really didn't rig that election to get made president, did he?" Cath asked.
"No, he didn't." Cody assured. "Man, you must really have a good reason for hating him."
"Oh, I do." Cath assured. "I'll never forgive him for what he's tried to do."
"Uh, guys, check this out?" Donnie said, changing the subject.
He held up a holopad, as Raph and Cody leaned in, while the others gathered around him.
"I found lots of dirt on Torbin Zixx." he explained.
The holopad showed an image of Zixx, who wore a crimson red outfit, and a purple cape and hood, which covered face completely.
"He's a troublemaker of legendary proportions." Donnie explained.
He pressed the holopad, bringing up another image, this one showing Zixx standing on a rooftop, with two people falling down from the building.
"Those are the best images you can get?" Leo asked, as Donnie brought up another image, this one showing Zixx running down an alley. "He could be anyone under that getup."
"Zixx of the Black Blade, Zixx the Enigma. He sounds pretty bad." Donnie said.
"Sure sounds like one bad dude." Cath noted.
"But it still doesn't prove Bishop's come over from the dark side." Raph said.
"No, but what if the president's right and this Zixx guy does something bad and nobody stops him?" Cody said.
"Not on our watch. But, if it's a trap, we'll make Bishop sorry he was ever reborn." Leo vowed.
That night, the Turtles were all outside Abroc's Abyss.
"There it is." Mikey said. "Well, it looks pretty normal from out here."
"You never know what's inside, bro." Elisa argued. "Remember that inn on D'Hoobnnib."
"Oh, thanks for bringing that up, Ellie." Mikey said sarcastically.
They all soon entered the place, seeing it was like a bar, with aliens all over the place drinking.
"So much for normal." Raph said.
They all began looking around, before they spotted a large blue alien with a small orange beard, wearing an outfit similar to Torbin Zixx, standing by a table, with two tiny purple aliens sitting on either end.
"Me the best smuggler in entire galaxy. Greased lightning. Nothing touch me, Torbin Zixx." the alien said.
"Business must be good." Mikey said, as Raph and Elisa put a hand on their chins. "Zixxies put on some pounds since that footage we saw."
"Pretty stupid for a wanted guy to pipe off like that." Raph argued.
"Yeah. Sounds to me like he's just a wannabe." Elisa reasoned.
"Oh, yeah?" one of the purple aliens said, pointing at the blue one. "Well, go suck a tube of traxian worm juice."
Both purple aliens laughed, making the blue one angry, as he started to punch his fist. He growled and held up his right one, before Leo came over and grabbed his forearm.
"Hey, take it easy." he said, getting the alien's attention. "Come on, my friends and I will buy you some Masoodon."
"Mind your own business!" the alien growled, trying to punch Leo, but missed as he ducked.
"Or the hard way works too, Zixx." Leo said, as his siblings took out their weapons. "It's ninja time!"
He jumped up as the alien tried to punch him, before he landed behind the alien, who turned to him, as several aliens ran off. He grabbed the table the two purple ones sat at, before he lifted it up.
"Ah!" they gasped.
They got out of their seats and ran off, as the alien approached the Turtles. Unknown to them all, a skinny man wearing the same clothes as the alien was watching from nearby.
"Getting a table in this place is murder." Mikey noted, as the alien waved the table around, making Leo back flip away - now with his swords out - to avoid it.
The alien scratched part of the table along the floor, making Donnie, Raph and Elisa dodge to avoid it, before Donnie back flipped away as the alien tried to hit him with it.
"I think we can see that, bro." Cath said.
Raph and Elisa both combined their weapons, before they twirled them around, then they tossed them at the alien, Elisa's hitting his chest, Raph's the table, destroying it.
"OH!" the alien grunted.
Donnie spun his Bo around, before he slashed it from right to left, sending a beam wave out, which hit the alien's chest.
"Oh!" he moaned, getting knocked up.
He turned and hit the floor on his back, as the Turtles all looked at him.
"Something's not right. For a mercenary, he seems pretty weak." Cath noted.
"Agreed." Elisa said quietly.
Leo approached the alien and put one of his swords near his face.
"Outside, Zixx!" Leo demanded. "We need to talk."
"He's got nothing to say to you." said the figure, now behind the Turtles.
They all turned to him, seeing he had Human skin, as his hood only covered the top part of his face.
"Back off." Leo advised, turning around. "This is Torbin Zixx, the legendary mercenary and smuggler. Our business is with him, not you."
He pointed his right sword at the figure, who smirked.
"Hmm? Snap that, spud, he's not Torbin Zixx..." he said, before he pulled out two blasters, showing his face, which was a crimson red mask over his eyes and forehead, with a blue line on. "...I am!"
"You're Torbin Zixx?" the boys said.
"I figured something was up." Cath said.
"Me too, since fatso here kept boosting about it." Elisa said.
"You six have to be the worst bounty hunters that have ever come after me." Zixx said. "At least you girls weren't completely fooled."
"Hey, if you're Torbin Zixx, then who's that big mouth?" Raph inquired, pointing at the alien.
"Just another wannabe. No class." Zixx replied.
"I figured he might be." Elisa said.
Raph came over and knocked Zixx's left blaster out of his hand with his right Sai, just as it went off, the blast hitting the floor. He looked up as his other blaster fired at the ceiling, creating a hole in it then fired a cable from his left at it, which pulled him up towards the hole.
"Don't let him get outside!" Leo said.
Zixx jumped down and landed near the door, before he turned and ran off as it opened.
"I'll get him!" Raph said, jumping onto the alien's chest.
"OH!" the alien moaned.
Raph jumped off him and ran towards the door, then turned right into a back alley Zixx ran down. He chased after Zixx, as they turned right into another alley, before he pounced and body tackled Zixx, making them both fall into a pile of boxes and a bin, which they knocked over. A box fell on Raph's head as he lay on his shell, while Zixx lay on his side near a fire escape ladder. Zixx got up and picked up the bin, as Raph sat up and knocked the bin off his head, shaking it, before Zixx put the bin on his head.
"Hey!" Raph complained. "What the shell?"
He got up and wobbled slightly, as Zixx stood by the ladder, before he jumped up and grabbed it.
"Get me outta here!" Raph demanded.
Zixx tossed a small disc towards the ground, which hit it, just as Raph threw the bin off his head. He turned around angrily as he heard Zixx laughing, as the disc produced a hologram of him.
"You think it's funny? Dude, I am so gonna knock your block off." Raph swore, punching his fist.
He jumped and dived towards the hologram to kick it, but his leg passed right through it and hit a dumpster bin, making him fall onto his shell.
"Ah!" he moaned.
He turned onto his side angrily, before he saw the disc beneath the hologram.
"I'm really starting to hate holograms." he grumbled, annoyed.
Later, Zixx was standing on a rooftop as wind blew his cape, waiting for someone he was meeting. He looked around, as a purple gooey matter came up on his left, making him turn to it, before it materialized into Sh'Okanabo.
"Right on time." Zixx said, turning around. "Do you always make such grand entrances?"
Sh'Okanabo laughed. "To an insect, a human being appears to be a god. I am called Sh'Okanabo." he explained, approaching Zixx.
"Right. And that's the small talk portion of the meeting. What's the job?" Zixx asked.
Sh'Okanabo extended out his left hand, showing a package, which Zixx took and looked at, before a hologram popped up from it.
"You're laying down all these credits for a moon run?" he inquired, as the hologram vanished. "That's it? That's like using a bazooka to kill a fly."
"Get the package to the moon, and do not fail me, Zixx." Sh'Okanabo snarled warningly.
"Consider the package delivered, so long as the credits clear." Zixx said, bowing his head.
He looked up and saw Sh'Okanabo had gone, just as the Turtles showed up on his left, all with their weapons out. Donnie - who spun his Bo around above him - stood on a generator, Cath and Mikey both stood on a rooftop next to the one Zixx was on, while Leo, Raph and Elisa all stood near them.
"Yo, poppin' Zixx!" Raph called, getting Zixx's attention. "We ain't through with you yet."
"Color me impressed. I've been found." Zixx smirked.
He jumped backwards and landed on the edge of the rooftop.
"But you've been Zixxed." he joked.
He winked and held his arms out, before he fell backwards off the rooftop, as the Turtles ran towards the edge.
"NO!" Leo yelled.
They all looked down at Zixx, who pressed a button on his left wrist, before a crimson colored speeder shaped starfighter, with red glass on the windows came flying towards the area. He landed in the cockpit, which closed up, before he began to fly off to do his job.
"That dirty dealing lunatic! We'll never catch him now." Raph snarled.
"Never say never, introducing..." Donnie said, before he aimed his left arm out, and shot a tracking device from his wrist device. "...dandy Donnie's tachyon tipped tracking device."
The tracker hit Zixx's ship, right near the cockpit window.
"Patent pending." Donnie said proudly, as Zixx kept flying his ship off.
Later, Zixx's ship flew down towards a building called Moonport, which had hundreds of cars parked outside, a tower with a searchlight shining around, and a neon sign saying 'Welcome to the NYC Moonport', while the Hovershell hovered above it,
"The Moonport. Gateway to the galaxy." Donnie said, before the Hovershell flew down towards it. "If you're a smuggler, it's the fastest way off Earth."
The Hoveshell began flying around the Moonport.
"There's the howitzer gravity lift. The ships are encased in a special field so they can be safely launched into space at incredible speeds..." Donnie explained, as a light shot from a tower behind the searchlight one, before a ship shot out of it towards the Moon. "...and everything on board survives the trip to the Moon."
The Hovershell flew down to the area of Zixx's ship.
"How the shell do you know all this?" Raph asked.
"Yeah. Care to tell us, Don?" Elisa asked.
The Hovershell landed on a stand/ledge area near Zixx's ship.
"Cody's almanac hollow vids." Donnie explained, as the cockpit window opened up. "We travel the world so you don't have to."
The Turtles all jumped out of it cockpit and landed on the ledge, before the elder three jumped down towards Zixx's ship, followed by the younger three.
"Don, Cath, Mikey, check Zixx's ship." Leo instructed, as he, Raph and Elisa landed on it, before jumping away. "We'll scout ahead."
They landed on the ground, as their younger siblings landed on the ship, then jumped down from it as the others ran off. The younger three all turned to the ship and looked at the cockpit, but saw it was empty.
"Empty. He's in the Moonport." Donnie realized.
They all turned around and ran towards a wall the others were all, before they hid behind it as well, which had a triangle neon sign saying 'Restricted Extra-Terran defense grid'. They all looked around, before they spotted the sign.
"Extra-Terran defense grid ahead." Donnie said.
A heptagon shaped hologram of the Earth popped up on his gauntlet, each corner representing a satellite.
"Satellites stationed around the Earth detect illegal or cloaked ships entering the Earth's atmosphere." he explained, as lines went out from three of the corners, before the hologram vanished. "Almanac channel, again."
"See, TV is good for you." Mikey said.
"Not now, Mikey." Cath said, annoyed.
Leo turned and jumped up to the top of the wall, grabbing the edge, before he pulled himself up. Raph copied him, followed by Elisa, Donnie, Cath and Mikey, before they all saw Zixx walking along a skylight that covered the Moonport.
"Zixx?" Leo said.
Zixx took out a device and placed it on the skylight, which created an opening, before he jumped through it, then turned and ran off. Leo jumped up and ran towards the skylight, followed by Raph, Elisa, Donnie, Cath and Mikey. They all approached the hole and dived into it one by one, which closed just as Mikey entered.
In a hanger bay, a transport shuttle set to take off was getting loaded with cargo by robots, while passengers sat in the seats.
"We should be moving soon." a male one said. "They're just loading the cargo."
Robots all around moved either away and past the shuttle, as Zixx hid behind a crate. He took out his grappling hook and fired it upwards, which wrapped around another overhead pipe, before he swung himself forward with it. He landed inside the shuttle, before he began crawling along the ceiling, just as the Turtles crouched down behind the crate.
"That ship there. He just went in there." Raph said.
A bunch of machines move boxes around inside, some pushing carts, others driving futuristic forklifts.
"That's the entrance to the cargo bay." Donnie said.
A forklift put a crate down, just as Zixx jumped down from the ceiling and hid behind another.
"He must want something in there." Elisa deduced.
"Or someone on the ship." Cath argued.
Zixx ran off and looked at several more crats, before he stopped and took out the device Sh'Okanabo gave him.
"Best way to smuggle something off planet is in the cargo hold of the guys doing the watching." he said, placing the device on the side of on a yellow crate.
"And the best way to get discovered is to talk to yourself out loud." Leo said.
Zixx turned around and saw all the Turtles standing behind him, all holding their weapons.
"Of course, the tracking device we planted on your racer didn't hurt." Donnie said.
Zixx took out a smoke bomb and threw it on the floor, creating a smokescreen around the room.
"Smokescreen!" Raph exclaimed.
"The oldest trick in the book!" Elisa exclaimed.
They both looked at where Zixx had been, before they charged in, then they both pounced and body tackled him, knocking him over a crate, as Donnie and Mikey approached the crates.
"Mikey, Donnie, get the package!" Leo said. "Cath, help me out."
Mikey approached the package on the crate, before it lit up and beeped, then spider like tentacles came out of it.
"What the shell?" Cath exclaimed.
"AH!" Mikey cried, as Donnie grabbed him.
They both fell onto their shells as Cath ran over to them, just dodging one of the tentacles, which wedged itself into the floor.
"Handle with care, huh?" Mikey said.
"You guys okay?" Cath asked.
"Yeah, just surprised as all." Donnie replied.
Raph and Elisa both had Zixx pinned to the floor, both trying to slash him with their weapons, but he managed to dodge their weapons. He waved his arms, making them both back away, before he got to his knees and stared at the package in horror.
"Oh, no!" he gasped, before he got up. "No!"
"What is it, another trick, Zixx of the lame escapes?" Donnie inquired scoffing.
"It's a bomb." Zixx said.
The square parts of the bomb extended out, showing a control panel with a countdown.
"Transport 23, proceed to howitzer gravity lift tube." a man said, in the Moonport control room.
The transport rose up and began to move towards the gravity lift tube, before it entered it, with two other ships in front of it.
"Uh, come again?" Mikey asked. "I thought you said..."
"A bomb. Neutrino splitter. Very effective with a fumble trigger." Zixx explained. "Try to open it, chop it out, or disarm it and you're drek, along with everyone for a mile."
Raph and Elisa put their weapons away, before they both grabbed Zixx and slammed him against a crate.
"There's passengers on this transport! Are you insane?" Raph asked.
"Do you know how many innocent people that thing could wipe out?!" Elisa said angrily.
"I didn't know." Zixx swore, shaking his head. "I just delivered the package. It's not like it was labeled a bomb."
The other Turtles all walked around the crate.
"I see, so you just turn a blind eye? How do you sleep, Zixx?" Donnie asked coldly.
"Yeah? From what we've seen and heard about you, you're nothing more than a cold-blooded mercenary who'll do anything for money!" Cath scowled angrily.
"Guys, forget him! We need a plan, now." Leo said.
"Um, scream very, very loudly." Mikey suggested.
"You guys work on that." Zixx said, before he kneed Raph's chest, then stomped on Elisa's foot.
"Oh!" they yelped, as Zixx jumped over them both.
"I'm outta here." he said.
He split kicked Leo and Donnie, knocking them into Mikey and Cath respectfully, before he put his hands on a crate, doing a handspring. He jumped away and landed on the floor, before he ran off and took out his blaster, which he fired at a panel, hitting it. The door opened up, then he ran out, as the Turtles gathered together and stared at it, all with their weapons put away.
"Let him go. There are innocent passengers on this ship." Leo said. "It's ninja time. Let's move!"
"He's right. They have to come first in this case." Cath agreed.
They all ran towards a smaller door, which opened up, before Leo ran through it, followed by Cath, Mikey, Elisa, Donnie and Raph.
"Attention passengers. Several ships are ahead of us in the queue, but we should be launching soon." a man in the control room said.
The passengers all began talking amongst themselves.
"Oh, I'm so excited." a woman said.
"What you gonna do?" a man asked.
"I'm not..." another woman said.
A door at the back of the aisle opened up, before Leo, Elisa, Mikey and Raph all ran down it.
"Um, ladies and gentlemen, there's an emergency situation." Leo explained, as they stopped by the other door and turned around. "Everyone needs to get to the escape pods, now!"
Nobody moved and stared at them blankly, a few blinking.
"How do you say bomb in future-ese?" Raph asked.
"'Cause we're serious! Someone's planted one in the cargo bay!" Elisa explained frantically.
"Ah!" the passengers gasped, one man touching his head.
They all got up and ran down the aisle to the open door.
"I knew it! I knew it!" a man said.
"Run!" another cried.
"Move! Move! Move!" a third said.
Leo turned to Raph and Elisa and smiled, while Raph frowned.
"Hey, it worked, didn't it." Elisa reasoned.
A little later, two escape pods exited the transport and landed in the cargo bay.
"Green light. Queue is in motion." a man said in the control room.
The transport moved down the tunnel, just as the cockpit door opened up, and Donnie and Cath saw a robot piloting it.
"Captain, you have to get us to a safe distance!" Donnie explained, as they came up on either side of it. "If that thing blows, it'll take out the whole Moonport!"
"Cannot abort the launch, sir." the robot said.
"What do mean you can't?!" Cath demanded frantically.
"The ship is locked into the runway channel, ma'am." the robot explained. "We are at the point of no return."
"Then is there any way we can go faster?" Donnie asked. "Cut the line and launch before the bomb explodes?"
"Yes. Override the autopilot." the robot explained.
"Excellent. Where's the autopilot?" Donnie asked.
"I am the autopilot." the robot explained.
"Oh, shell!" Cath groaned, facepalming herself.
The door opened up, then the other Turtles ran in.
"Donny, the good news is that all the passengers have made it to safety in the escape pods." Leo explained, as they stopped by Donnie and Cath.
"Bad news; no more escape pods!" Mikey added frantically.
Donnie pushed the robot aside.
"I'm overriding the autopilot." he said, pressing buttons.
The transport sped up and moved past the ship in front of it, banging it slightly as it did.
"We can't stop the bomb, but we can launch it as far away from the city as possible so no one gets hurt." Donnie explained, as the transport reached the end of the tube, then turned upright and moved to the end of another tube.
Outside the Moonport, the Hovershell flew away, but then turned back and flew towards the tower tube. It then flew down the tube, then began to fly circles around the transport.
"Ship launch sequence initiated in ten seconds." the man in the control room said.
The Hovershell came up in front of the transport's cockpit window, allowing the Turtles to see Zixx flying it, who held up his thumb.
"Torbin Zixx!" Raph said, pointing at it.
The Hovershell flew off and around the transport.
"Ship launch sequence initiated in five seconds." said the man in the control room.
The Hovershell landed on the roof of the transport.
"What's he doing docking with our ship?" Raph questioned.
"I have no idea." Elisa admitted, confused.
"Ship launch sequence activated." the man in the control room said.
Beams came out from the walls, hitting the transport, powering it up. Zixx pressed a button on the Hovershell's controls, opening up a hole tube of light into the transport's cockpit, which the Turtles looked at, as a hologram of Zixx appeared in it, which pointed upwards.
"He's our ride out of here. Go!" Leo said, as the hologram vanished.
Raph ran into the tube of light, followed by Elisa, then Leo, Cath, Mikey and Donnie, which slowly lifted them upwards.
"This better not be another hologram." Raph said.
"Three, two, one – ignition." the man in the control room said.
The transport lit up with blue energy, before it shot up the lift tube and towards outer space. Zixx turned the Hovershell's control stick, lifting it off the transport, just as the bomb detonated once close to the Moon, destroying a nearby satellite.
(Monitor room)
Bishop saw the explosion on all the monitor screens, before it showed the Extra-Terran defense grid, which went down.
"The Extra-Terran defense grid. It's down." he said.
(Moonport)
Zixx flew the Hovershell down to where his ship was, before he landed it near his ship. The cockpit window opened up, just as the Turtles entered it, all prepared to fight, Raph crouched down, seeing Zixx by the controls, who was smiling.
"Uh, thanks for changing from coward mode to rescue mode." Mikey said, as Raph got up.
"I thought you guys were just bounty hunters, but when I saw you go back to rescue the passengers… I may be Zixx of the Black Blade, but I'm no monster. I swear, I didn't know what the package was." Zixx swore.
"So, you're a mercenary, but you have a code of honor in you?" Cath questioned.
"Sort of." Zixx replied.
"So, who did know about the package?" Leo asked.
"His name's Sh'Okanabo." Zixx explained, pointing at the Turtles. "You find him, save a piece for me. I owe him."
"We owe you, Zixx, but you're crazy if you think we're just gonna let you go." Leo said.
Zixx laughed. "What makes you think I'd be dumb enough to give you a choice?" he said. "I'm already gone."
"Gone outta your mind, maybe." Raph retorted.
He leaped towards Zixx to pounce on him, but passed right through him and out of the cockpit, as it was just a hologram.
"Ah!" Raph groaned, hitting a puddle outside on his chest.
Donnie and Cath both approached the hologram.
"Wow, he's good." Donnie admitted, putting his hand through it.
"I can see why he's hard to catch." Cath said.
"Yeah. If Star Wars was real, he'd give Han Solo a run for his money." Elisa remarked.
Raph pulled himself up, just as Zixx's ship powered up, as he'd gotten in there and left the hologram after opening the cockpit. His ship sped up and raced away, before it flew off into the city, as Raph looked up at it.
"Show off." he growled.
In the monitor room, Bishop stood staring at some of the screens, as most showed different parts of a replay of what happened to the transport and satellite, but six showed the Turtles, one on each one. (Elisa was on Leo's left, while Cath was on Raph's right)
"While I would have preferred that a ten-trillion credit transport didn't detonate, your work was exceptional, my friends." Bishop remarked, impressively, as the other screens went dark. "You saved many, many lives tonight."
Cath frowned slightly, as she was still thinking about all the stuff Bishop had done in their time, and wasn't convinced he'd fully changed.
"What about this Sh'Okanabo?" Leo asked.
"Gesundheit." Mikey said.
"A myth. An alien bogeyman. Clearly Zixx meant to throw you off balance hoping you'd know the story." Bishop deduced. "We need to focus on facts, not fiction. Tonight's explosion temporarily knocked out our Terran defense grid. I do not believe that this is coincidence."
"What makes you say that?" Elisa inquired.
(Moonport)
A purple ship shaped like a scorpion shot down from the sky and began flying through the city.
"If the grid were the actual target, it stands that someone wanted to bring something very large to Earth undetected." Bishop explained.
A little later, in Chelsea Chasm, the ship rested at the bottom, out of sight from anything or anyone.
"If so, we are dealing with a clever and ruthless adversary."
Inside the ship, shadowy goo pulled away from the interior of it, showing Sh'Okanabo, who sat in a throne, with glowing globes shaped like eggs all around.
"So instead of worrying about fairy tales, we need to ask the question…"
Sh'Okanabo reached down and stroked one of the eggs near him.
"…what did they bring to Earth and just how dangerous will it prove to be?"
Sh'Okanabo laughed evilly, glad that his ship was now on Earth, for he had big plans here, which were not good at all.
