For this chapter, I'm going to be detail Retnuh, who will be the main antagonist of the soon-to-come Tiny Toons FanFiction where Buster and Babs become fugitives.

For starters, he is an anthropomorphic fox (which is fitting considering foxes eat rabbits). He is wearing a black hoodie with the hood always up and the zip always undone. He wears shades that are so dark you cannot see his eyes, he wears a black cap under his hoodie (by the way, his ears poke up from the cap and hoodie), he usually has a toothpick in his teeth (which he always bares for added intimidation), he wears a white vest under his hoodie, he has a lot of gold chains and necklaces around his neck, he wears blue fingerless gloves with "Your neck here" written on the palms, he wears shorts that go to his knees, he wears brass knuckles on both hands, usually has a combat knife in his right hand, wears big leather boots, has a thick RnB moustache and beard combo, he carries a rucksack full of dangerous weaponry (most of them illegal and some of them anti-toon), and his hands are mostly fists.

I'd like Retnuh to be one of those villains that some children reading about him would find him intimidating and scary, while some older readers would absolutely hate his guts. To make him more of a villain, I also plan to have him be an expert of setting various traps. Ranging from traps that ensnare, traps that hurt, to traps that ensnare and hurt. And to make him even more of a villain, I could also have him be a master of disguise. And not just normal disguises, I could have him disguise himself as some of the other Looney Tunes and Tiny Toons. When he is disguised as a Looney Tune or Tiny Toon, not only will there be nothing that gives away his identity, he also speaks in their voice perfectly to make it all the more convincing. For example, lets say he disguises himself as Bugs Bunny, he would also speak exactly how Bugs would speak.

"Eh, what's up, doc?"

I have plans for his actions in the upcoming story, but I won't say what they are, because I don't wanna spoil it for you. Let me know what you think of Retnuh in reviews.
