Before I begin, this chapter contains spoilers to Tiny Toons Looniversity. Viewer discretion is advised.

So, I have watched all ten current episodes of Tiny Toons Looniversity, and here I am going to give my thoughts on the series as a whole, talk about my thoughts on each of the episodes in turn, and give my views and thoughts on the characters. Let's start with the series.

(The series as a whole)

In my opinion, the series is off to a good start. The animation is of much better quality than the Animaniacs reboot, and they gave a fair share of the spotlight to some of the other characters other than the main five. Some of the characters (mainly Furrball) having speaking roles, and others (mainly Fifi) being given new interests. Furrball actually speaks more than he does in the original, and Fifi seems to have a somewhat diva personality. More on the characters a little later.

Each of the episodes consist of at least one full plot instead of three separate stories unlike the original, each episode having at least two plots (like in the Loo Bru episode, Buster tries to get the Loo Bru from Montana Max while Babs and Sweetie have Dizzy as their roommate). The jokes work well too, it's as if the people behind it do care for the original source material while adding some of their own touches to make it more interesting. The theme song is catchy, the storylines are interesting, and the character designs look great.

Okay, let's go onto the characters. For preference, I will be talking about the main five, and the other characters. Let's begin.

(The characters)

Let's start with who else than Buster and Babs Bunny (this time, relation). Aside from being twins, there doesn't seem to be much difference between them, apart from Buster bring a bit less cool and Babs lacking her various impressions. But that doesn't mean they're not enjoyable. There's at least some potential with them being siblings considering their mother shown in Soufflé, Girl Hey. Whether they meet with their original counterparts or not is up to WB.

Plucky still seems to be as selfish and narcissistic as he was in the original, except he speaks in a somewhat snobbish voice and it is entertaining to see him and Buster interact. Hamton now has a stutter and an indecisive problem, as well as a new mom who seems to be famous with the Looney Tunes. And then we have Sweetie. Sweetie has gone from a very dislikeable character (in the original) into a very likable one (in the reboot). Not only does she have an interesting attire, they changed her from a narcissistic psychopathic cat-bullying bird into a strong-willed but caring friend. I'd like to see her act more rebellious against the staff, especially Yosemite Sam.

As explained before, Furrball managed to have more speaking roles and doesn't seem as unlucky as before. He apparently loves peanut brittle and it took him a while to use a duvet. Fifi seems to have a diva personality by having a liking for showing off her clothes that no one else has, and apparently she has two exes who are both rabbits from that boy band (as revealed in Tears of a Clone), meaning that she has a preference for boys outside of them being skunks (or at least looking like skunks).

Dizzy seems to be more goofy in this series with his voice and more liking for messiness and loud noises, Calamity and Beeper seem to be more or less the same as they were in the original, Sneezer at times has mucus coming out when he sneezes which I think is a nice touch, characters like Gogo and Marcia haven't had much screen time for me to talk about them, and then there's Shirley. Have you heard her voice yet? I find it extremely calming ever since I first heard it. Whenever I heard it, I felt very relaxed. You'd probably find it relaxing too. Overall, I cannot wait to see these versions of the characters again in more episodes to come. Hey, maybe I'll do a FanFiction series about them in the future someday.

And now, let's go to the episodes.

(The episodes)

Now, for this section, I'll be talking about each episode in turn in the order they're released, starting with Freshman Orientoontion, and ending with The Show Must Hop On. Here we go.

(Freshmen Orientoontion)

This was a great introduction to the series and the characters. It shows the bond Buster and Babs have (in this series), which involves them Babs having character development by choosing to stay with Sweetie instead of being transferred so she could be with Buster, and it was quite a nice moment when Hamton won that talent show by crying a river. Also, that moment with Plucky and Wile E was both clever and funny. A great introduction to a great reboot. (7.5/10).

(Give Pizza a Chance)

This was, my personal favourite episode of the series until I saw Tears of a Clone. Where to begin? The setups for both plots were well put together, the dialogue and slapstick was clever, some of the background characters got a bit of the spotlight, and it was overall very enjoyable. Although, there's a bit of a loophole. If Granny had all that money, why didn't she get the wall fixed herself instead of getting Buster, Plucky, and Hamton to do so. She could've just fixed it herself and saved herself the problems that occurred.

I didn't know what the disagreement was between Babs and Sweetie, but found out that it because of Sweetie having a messy side of the room, and Babs cleaning it. Also, the line Sweetie made about pigeons is in a way true. But a line I would like to rehear constantly is this:

"I got chocolate-covered-chocolate, candy-coated... AAAAGGGGGHHHHH!"

Also, the bit with Buster and Plucky becoming friends and Babs and Sweetie falling out reminds me of that episode of Spliced where Smarty Smarts and Two Legs Joe become friends while Peri and Entrée fall out. Overall, this is a great episode and I recommend it. Although I feel that they could've done more with the Babs and Sweetie arguing plot. This episode is enjoyable beginning to end.(9.5/10).

(Extra, So Extra)

Now this episode has an interesting premise and execution. Perhaps if Babs and Sweetie hadn't provoked Plucky into walking out on them, they wouldn't of had that feud. Plucky using Hamton's sleep-talking/ secret-sharing does seem like something he would've done in the original. The B plot with Buster and Merlin was good too. It has an interesting set-up, shots, and leads to an interesting way for Plucky to get his comeuppance in the end.

I was expecting them to actually be Hamton, Granny, and Sam acting to get Plucky to confess, but I wasn't expecting them to be in disguise. That was both clever and original. Overall, another great episode. They take an interesting concept and make it more interesting while bringing back an obscure Looney Tunes character. (9/10).

(Tooney Ball Lights)

While this episode does have an interesting premise, especially with the football scene, I think I like the ACME Bowl better, but that doesn't mean this episode wasn't good. It does have Buster having character development while working with Sweetie (as well as some of the other Tiny Toons). The plot with Babs and Plucky was okay enough, and the plot with Hamton was really good with him trying to fix his indecisiveness problem with Shirley's aid. Take some notes, Teen Titans Go. Overall: The variety makes this episode all the more welcoming for viewers and I'd like to see more episodes with the pairings mixed up like they did here. (7/10).

(Save the Loo Bru)

A lot of people will recognise this episode as the leaked episode of the series that was leaked back in January. And in my opinion, this was fairly enjoyable. But let me go into more detail.

For Buster's drag attire, I think I like his drag attire in Two-Tone Town in the original better than his drag attire in this episode. But at least the drag attire in this episode had somewhat of a personality and character to make it more fitting. This also applies to his second drag attire shown at the end of the episode (which I think is better than the first drag attire in this episode, but not better than his attire in Two-Tone Town).

The B plot with Babs, Sweetie, and Dizzy was really good and enjoyable. Roommate of the year Dizzy is not. Although, there was a scene that was shown in the leak that wasn't in the full episode, that being a scene where Sweetie and Dizzy throw stuff around. But overall, this is a good episode. Whether it be leaked or not, it's still interesting and a good introduction to the TTL Montana Max. (7/10).

(Prank You Very Much)

This might be a bit controversial, but I think that this was the weakest episode of the lot. First and foremost, Aqua Loo doesn't hold a candle to Perfecto Prep. I mean, Perfecto Prep had variety in it's characters and species. Aqua Loo, on the other hand, doesn't capture the same feeling that Perfecto Prep gives. Pretty much the only thing unique about each of the Aqua Loo students is what kind of sea creatures they are. Hey, they reformed at the end, so that's a plus.

Also, the plot twist at the end was so clever. With Dizzy being the one to make those posters and it not being his birthday was genius. It's like they combined that plot twist from Happy Birthday Hamton and added that twist to it. Overall, aside from the ending, this episode could've been better. (6/10).

(General Hogspital)

I may sound like a broken record, but this is an episode with clever ideas, especially that potion that removes the tooniness from toons. That does seem like something Wile E would try to use against the Road Runner.

Now, I know that this Buster is different from original Buster due to them being separate continuities, but this Buster could've been better in this episode. Although, I don't think Hamton's mother would take kindly to her son being in medical school, but she doesn't appear in this episode so I digress. Overall: This episode had a good premise, good ideas, and good execution. (6.5/10).

(Souffle, Girl Hey)

This episode is great for the introductions of both Lola and the mother of Buster and Babs. It's nice to see WB doing something new with Lola while combining her personalities from both Space Jam movies. It was also nice to see Plucky have a soft side when it comes to his friends. I'm pretty sure he also had a soft side in the original as well. Hope to see more of Lola and the mother of Babs and Buster in more episodes to come, as well as Chillest Cat, he was interesting. (8/10).

(Tears of a Clone)

Now THIS is an episode with good entertainment. It shows variety with the other characters, shows off some interesting ideas, and has some really clever jokes. The ending scene with Buster's clone being in prehistoric times when the meteor came and killed all the dinosaurs was the perfect way to end the episode. To say I recommend this episode would be an understatement. (10/10).

(The Show Must Hop On)

This episode provided some clever twists and cool character development. You'd think Babs with give Hamton the cactus role, Buster the role of Bugs, and Plucky the role of Daffy, but she actually gave them different roles. In this episode, Babs learned to be a good director, and Hamton got a bit of confidence. A Good way to end the first season. (8.5/10).

Alright, allow me to rank the episodes from what I consider worst to best:

10th: Prank You Very Much.

9th: General Hogspital

8th: Save the Loo Bru

7th: Tooney Ball Lights

6th: Freshman Orientoontion

5th: Soufflé, Girl Hey

4th: The Show Must Hop On

3rd: Extra, So Extra

2nd: Give Pizza a Chance

1st: Tears of a Clone

To give an overall percentage, season one of TTL has a 79%. That is 79/100. What are your thoughts on TTL? Let me know in reviews.
