Thanks for tuning into the first chapter of this fanfic! My track record is only one other story with Teen Titans (currently still being continued), but I have plenty of ideas and room to learn how to improve. With anything, please let me know your input on what you'll be reading.
This is a gender swap story revolving around Ben 10. Just to point out, this is not Ben Prime or the Ben we all grew up watching. Think of this version as a wholly different variant. Throughout the story, Ben is going to fight a handful of villains and new feelings towards his new position in life. Although the story is about Ben, it doesn't mean Gwen and Kevin won't have a plot that goes deeper into Ben's change.
In the future, there will be smut and most of it won't be vanilla. I will include trigger warnings, so please look out for them. Of course, it's not integral you read it to understand the story.

Today was the day the world's greatest hero and local celebrity of Bellwood turned 18. He had it all planned out; he would wake up to his parents surprising him with a traditional breakfast stacked with his favorite foods. Then hang out with Gwen, Kevin, and Rook around town while possibly kicking some bad guy butt or two. Finally, a huge surprise party, which he had known about for months now, was being thrown by Grandpa Max. Hopefully, he would get to see Kai. Just thinking about her made him blush.
When the young hero woke up, excited about what was to come in the day, he noticed that the Omnitrix was acting weird. It wouldn't activate, no matter how much he tried. Ben twisting, pulling, and slapping the watch didn't do it any favors either. As he continued with his aggressive hands-on method of trying to get the Omnitrix to work, it flashed its signature color, blinding the hero.
Instead of turning into one of the many cool aliens he was used to, Ben was instead transformed into a female version of himself. Like his aliens who were primed with greater physical attributes than their species, the same unfortunately counted for Ben as well. His messy hair was replaced with longer and shinier brunette hair that extended to the middle of her back. Ben's facial structure became more feminine, while his skin was softer, and clear of any imperfections. The hardened green eyes of Ben's were turned into a pair of hazel pupils that could hypnotize anyone. The final touches to his face were a pair of full lips that any woman would kill for.
Ben rushed to the full mirror in his room, knowing that something was wrong, this wasn't a transformation that he was used to. His jaw dropped to the floor seeing his new face, but he nearly passed out upon seeing his new body.
He had just hit six feet a month ago, but he was shrunken to just 5'7. No more did Ben have a muscular toned figure, it was replaced with a slender, yet athletic hourglass physique that put most models to shame. To add salt to the wound, his chest was heavier, no surprise given that his shirt was trying its best to not tear, showing a new set of breasts that compared to the sizes of cantaloupes.
"Wha- I- I- ah?!" Ben turned to look at his new derrière. It was thick, perfectly shaped, and robust. His newly thick thighs complimented this change, while Ben saw it as a curse. Finally, he looked in his boxers to find out his penis was replaced with a vagina. A shaved one at that.
Ben began to hyperventilate upon seeing the new changes. He wanted to date a girl who looked like this, not be one. He began to believe this was all just a horrible dream and began pinching herself repeatedly, only stopping once the pain began unbearable. Furthermore, he whined further, inadvertently modeling in the mirror and feeling himself all over as his eyes began to water with tears.
Unable to contain his composure much longer, he yelled at the top of her lungs in his new feminine voice.
After Ben's parents barged into their now daughter's room and saw the changes, they began to scream bloody murder in the confusion. The Tennyson household decided to call Gwen and Kevin after a series of crying, and incoherent yelling. Thankfully, when the couple arrived, they were much more calm than Ben's parents were. However, it took Kevin a few slaps from Gwen to stop him from laughing and making inappropriate jokes towards his best friend.
Kevin tried to fix the watch more technically in difference to what Ben had done. But, in the end, caused the watch to turn gray, make the dial spin momentarily, and return to its normal display. The three knew it was odd and all agreed that Kevin should step aside and let Gwen have a shot at resolving the issue. She began to meditate, consuming Ben's entire wrist in an orb of pink mana. She began to chant an ancient spell that sounded like she was speaking in tongue between the two of her friends. It felt like an eternity just watching her do whatever she was doing. With the stress of the situation, Ben was too impatient, even for his standards, and snapped at Gwen what the hold-up was. This caused Gwen to snap her eyes open and blast the watch with an immense amount of magic, shocking Ben in the process.
"Ow! That hurt, dweeb!" Ben cried out, holding his wrist in pain.
"As it should! When is it ever a good idea to surprise me when I'm in the middle of a spell, Ben?" Gwen exclaimed, shouting in the face of her newly feminized cousin.
"Well, you... you... ahhh! I can't even think of any insults for you right now!" Ben shouted, throwing his body dramatically on the bed.
Ben was on the verge of tears. He was always too stubborn to cry, but the transformation caused his mentality to become a bit more fragile. To hide his frustration and anguish, he grabbed the nearest pillow and pushed it against his face.
Gwen and Kevin stood and watched Ben pour his heart out, wailing like a dying seal in the wild. Kevin gave his girlfriend the side eye, letting her know that even though she wasn't in the wrong, she did fuck up in snapping at Ben in her current state. Gwen simply responded with an agreeing eye roll and walked over to Ben, sitting next to him and placing a hand on his thigh to attempt to call her down.
"Ben... I apologize for yelling. This is a difficult thing for you to go through, and it's not fair of us-" She stopped and glared at Kevin, who interrupted her with a correcting cough, "it's not fair of ME to talk to you like that. I can continue apologizing or... we can go to Azmuth so he can change you back before your birthday is over."
Ben immediately removed his teary face from the pillow to see Gwen give her a small, yet kind smile.
"Can we stop by Mr. Smoothie first?" Ben sniffled as she looked at Gwen with doe eyes. In return, Gwen shook her head and smiled before saying yes to the refreshing pit stop.
"I'll get the ship ready." Kevin stated, walking out of the room.
"Putting that A-41 cipher after your last encounter with Albedo was a horrible idea." Azmuth muttered, shaking his head while continuing to fiddle with the device. The gray frog worked for another fifteen minutes before looking at Ben's best friends standing behind him and lightly shaking his head.
The trio had been watching Azmuth for nearly nine hours, trying to correct their mistakes. At first, Azmuth was upset when they arrived at Galvan Prime for his help. However, the situation of Ben now being the opposite sex caused him to set everything aside and fix the issue at hand. For the first hour, he spent all of his time demeaning the team as he worked on the watch. He claimed that he could fix the watch with little issue; although he wouldn't show it, his certainty decreased with every hour.
"Ben..." The genius spoke, "I don't know how to tell you this. When the Omnitrix wasn't working initially, it seemed that it had been going through a short circuit. However, when you were messing with the watch, you were putting in a sequence to turn you into the opposite sex. If you had called me when it first happened, I easily could've fixed the issue. But when all of you continued tampering with the watch to try to help Ben, not only did the mode evolve, it even implemented numerous security measures to stop anyone or anything from getting rid of it. Somehow, it even reset and made it believe that you were always a woman. You know I wouldn't say this for any issue, but I would've recommended using Alien X to fix this, but your DNA would've reverted to your new form immediately when you turned back."
"It sucks that you had to turn in on your birthday, Tennyson." Kevin stated before getting elbowed by Gwen to shut up.
"Azmuth, do you remember when we told you about the time Albedo created the Genetic Alteration Field? Albedo couldn't transform back to his original form, and you're saying Ben can't either. Could that be related to what Ben's dealing with?" Gwen asked, placing a hand on Ben.
"Yes, but on a higher scale." Azmuth replied, "In the simplest of terms, the Omnitrix is creating millions of ways to keep Ben like this. Each plan evolves from the last with every passing microsecond."
After hearing this, everyone looked at Ben, giving the girl a sympathetic look.
"C'mon, Azmuth, there has to be another way!" Kevin exclaimed.
"Were you even paying attention while I was working on the Omnitrix for the past nine hours!? Azmuth yelled, "There's nothing I or anyone can do for Ben! Nothing! Nothing!"
The last word Azmuth spoke echoed throughout everyone's head.
Ben had blanked out for the last few hours, his body felt normal but was completely foreign to him as well. Today he turned 18. This was the day his life would finally start. Ever since he got his Omnitrix he lost a normal childhood. He had been fighting aliens, saving the world time and time again. It never seemed to stop. He was counting down this day for as long as he could remember. He was just a man for a minute before that was ripped away from him because of some 'glitch' that could've been fixed if he had just asked for help. Now he was stuck in a body he put himself in accidentally. His thoughts raced as he looked down past his large breasts, at his childbearing hips, and large thighs, all the way down to his dainty feet.
Then he snapped.
"WHY ME!?" He yelled in his now feminine voice, "This is the worst birthday ever! After everything I've done, this is how I end up!? I'm a hero and this is what I get?" he continued to rant, throwing his arms and gesturing to his body. Even the little movement in his arms sends his perfect body shaking in all the right places.
"I finally reached 6 feet! Do you know how much work I put in to get a six-pack in my old body!? Now look at me! There's got to be a way to make things right. We can make a new Omnitrix… anything... I don't care, just something to change me back!"
All Azmuth did was look at the ground beneath him, guilty at what was transpiring in front of him.
Ben quickly started rotating the watch to Alien X and slamming down on his most powerful alien. In a flash of green light, Ben was transformed, but not into his usual form. The three looked at Ben hovering there, his new Alien X form was almost as curvy as his human form. Ben quickly switched back to his human form, then rotated again and switched to Four Arms. Again, in a flash, he became the muscle-bound four arms but female. He switched back to his human form, rotating the watch and transforming faster and faster, he switched aliens.
"DAMN IT, ALL OF THESE FUCKING TRANSFORMATIONS ARE GIRLS! JUST GIVE ME AN ALIEN THAT'S A MAN! JUST GIVE ME MY OLD LIFE BACK!"
Azmuth began to move towards Ben just before the Omnitrix began beeping loudly.
"STOP!" shouted Azmuth, but Ben kept going, the beeping getting louder and faster. Gwen and Kevin managed to tackle and grab Ben before a giant green flash consumed them.
