Chapter 4: Battleship:
Duke's POV:
My name is Conrad S. Hauser. But my friends call me Duke. I am the leader of Team 84. I was just looking at some old videos of the times my old team and I took down Cobra Commander and his bio-vipers. Then, I had a call.
"This is Duke."
"Duke, it's me."
I recognized that voice. "Hopper?"
"I need help."
"Hopper, what is it?"
"They're coming!"
The call ended. Something was up.
. . .
I was getting a jet ready, then Spike came.
"What's going on," he asked.
"I'm going to see an old friend," I explained.
"Are they one of the Joes?"
"Nope, it's a Navy Officer named Alex Hopper. He needs help with something."
"Can I come?"
"Sure, but first, check if it's okay with Twilight."
"Got it."
. . .
Spike and I headed to the Navy ship where Hopper worked. When we got there, Hopper was the first to see us.
"Glad you came, Army."
"Good to see you, Navy. Oh, this is Spike."
"Hi."
"A talking purple dog. I wish that was the strangest thing I've ever seen."
"What's up?"
"We're having some kind of alien problem. I know you find that hard to believe..."
"Actually, we have three co-workers that are friends with some aliens," says Spike.
"That makes sense," says Hopper.
"What do you know about them," I asked.
"They're called Garenonian Regents, and they've been attacking us, but I don't know what their plan is."
"Maybe we should've brought the others," says Spike.
He may be right. "Let's at least investigate."
. . .
I was checking the area while Spike was talking to Hopper.
"...and then Fluttershy told me about her childhood imaginary friend, Discord."
"Hey, have you ever heard about those aliens in New York," asks Hopper.
"Yeah, I think they're learning from that other big organization. The one that's being led by that eye patched guy."
"I found something," I said.
"What," asks Hopper.
"THE REGENTS ARE COMING!"
The Regents came and fired at us. I got in the jet and started fighting against them, but the ships proved too strong.
"A-14," says Spike.
"Hit," says Hopper.
"B-12," says Spike.
"Hit and that's my favorite vitamin," says Hopper.
"D-9," says Spike.
The aliens then attacked the navy ship.
"They sunk our Navy Ship," says Hopper.
My jet also crashed.
. . .
Hopper, Spike, and I were at a Navy base. I managed to call the rest of the team.
"They should be arriving," I said.
"What do we do now," asks Spike.
"We got five ships that could help," says Hopper, "gentlemen, say hello to our Carrier, our Battleship, our Destroyer, our Submarine, and our Patrol Boat."
"No offense, but I think we should use something in the air," says Spike.
"I tried that and now I owe Unit: E a new jet," I said, "we're going to have to attack from the Sea."
. . .
The rest of the team arrive.
"Okay, here's how it's gonna go," I said, "Jack, Miko, and Raf, you get the Patrol Boat. Twilight and Spike, you get the sub. Brightmore and Dr. Robertson, you get the Destroyer. I'll take the Battleship, and Hopper, you get the Carrier. Unit: E, let's play rough!"

The Regents came back, and we were all ready.
Jack, Miko, and Raf attacked with the Patrol Boat.
"Y'know," says Miko, "I just realized we never saw a transformer that can do boats or subs."
"We'll discuss that later," says Jack as they fired at the Regents.
"They're everywhere," says Raf.
"Miko," says Jack, "go crazy!"
"Oh yeah!"
Miko then started firing at everything.

"Well, I say - it meay have bin ah jolly tadgah up giving hah access to weapons," says Brightmore.
"Right now, let's focus on the aliens," says Dr. Robertson, "I'll drive, and you attack."
"Let's see if this thing can live up to its name," says Brightmore.
Brightmore then started firing at the Regents.

"Spike," says Twilight, "don't fire until I say ready."
"Got it."
"Okay, get ready..."
Spike then started blasting the Regents.
"Okay, that's on me."

I was driving the Battleship and blasting at the Regents. My experience was usually around terrorists, large battle suits, and bio-vipers. I guess that's what happens when you live in the world that we live in. I managed to shoot some aliens down, but there was one thing I didn't think of. The fact that I was alone doing two things. Driving and blasting. Then the Regents managed to overpower me until...
"They sunk our battleship," says Hopper.

I woke up in the alien ship. The Regents spoke in a language I could not understand. I looked over at the controls. I then remembered something I learned from Snake-Eyes. We were sparring. It was the first time I had ever had the upper hand. Then it seemed like I had killed him. It turns out he was using a ninja trick to mess with me. I didn't talk to him for a week. I also learned what it was like to "talk" like him. Anyway, I used that technique to trick the Regents. I stopped my heart and they all thought I was dead. So, when they checked on me, I fought them. I went over to the controls and in front of me was probably the leader.
"You the guy in charge?"
He looked pretty golden. So, I just call him the 'Gold Commander.' He and I fought. Actually, I don't know if he was male or female. These guys kind of look the same to me, and I'm sure we all look the same to them. The Gold Commander and I fought, and it wouldn't allow me to get near the controls, so I decided the next best idea. I pushed the Gold Commander into the controls, destroying them and causing the ship to crash.

After the ship crashed, I got out and saw my team. They all came to me. I'm thinking they all thought I was dead.
"Sir," says Twilight, "we all thought you were dead."
Called it. "Come on guys," I said, "it's gonna take more than that to kill me."
. . .
"Thanks for the help, Army," says Hopper.
"My pleasure, Navy," I said, "you know, you should consider joining Unit: E."
"I'll keep that in mind."
"Come on, guys, let's get back to base. I have a feeling I'm going to need to explain to Director Flagg about the crashed jet." We all laughed.
Did you catch the Ultimate Ben 10 reference? Anyway, Alex Hopper and the Regents are all from the Battleship movie. Also, in the next chapter, Unit: E will be dealing with an experiment gone wrong. A shapeshifting insect-human hybrid.
