Chapter 18: Deep Trouble:
Raf's POV:
We were all gathered around, trying to figure out Evox's plan.
"Maybe he's just trying to make some money," says Miko.
"I doubt he cares about money," says Twilight.
"I have this feeling," says Duke, but then he was interrupted when the Director came in.
"Sorry to interrupt," says the Director, "but Evox's boys are at it again. They've been spotted in one of the World's deepest trenches."
"We're on it," says Duke.

We met with Duke's friend, Alex Hopper, the Battleship guy.
"Good to see you again," says Lt. Hopper.
"Same here," says Duke, "so, you're gonna take us?"
"Well, unless you guys grow gills."
"She can grow a tail, a horn, and wings," says Miko about Twilight.
"What," asks Lt. Hopper.

We were traveling in Lt. Hopper's sub.
"Check out all the fish," says Miko.
"Kind of reminds myself of The Watah Civilizatiohn," says Brightmore.
"Your friends sure are weird," says Lt. Hopper.
"I know what you mean."
"Look," says Dr. Robertson, "it's a Carcharodon carcharias."
He means Great White Shark.
"And look over there," says Twilight, "it's another sub that looks like a cobra."
"Evox," says Duke.
We followed the sub, which then fired torpedos at us.
"We're getting a call," says Lt. Hopper.
"Hello Unit: E," says Blackthorne.
"Ugh," says Miko, "I hate that guy."
"We saw you following us and figured we'd show you what our sub can do."
It continued to fire torpedos.
"Tell me you got some of your own," says Miko.
"Of course," says Lt. Hopper, "did you think I would not expect a sub fight?"
We fired our own torpedos.
"This is sweet," says Miko.
The subs continued to fire torpedoes, but then something else happened. Both subs were grabbed by large tentacles.
"It's a Architeuthis," says Dr. Robertson.
"A what," asks Miko.
"Giant squid," says Raf.
The squid takes us both.

I woke up, but in my room. Was the whole thing a dream? Something doesn't feel right. I decided to take a look. It seems like my room, I mean, like an exact replica, but I don't think it's real. I tried to open the door, but it's locked. Weird, since when was my door locked on the outside? I then blasted it open with my Maximal powers and saw Skrulls.
"Definitely not my house."
The Skrulls tried to attack, but I blasted them. I then ran out.

I searched through the halls and saw different doors with windows next to them. I looked in one and saw Miko in what looked like her room. It's like a human zoo, and the zookeepers are the Skrulls. Somehow, they must've been responsible for that giant squid. They're studying us. I looked in another room and saw Blackthorne in his habitat. Some Skrulls were coming, and I hid in a barrel.
"One of them escaped," asks a Skrull, "how did that happen?"
"He had Cybertronian powers."
"I hate Cybertronians. Find him before Super-Skrull finds out."
The Skrulls split up.
"I have to get everyone out of here."
I then blasted Miko's door.
"Hey, what's the big..." Miko sees the hallway, "so, I didn't dream about the giant squid then?"
"Nope."
I managed to free my team and Lt. Hopper.
"What about them," asks Spike.
"If you aaare referring to Blackthorne and Badvibes," says Brightmore, "One seay we leave them."
"That's not how we do things," says Duke, "let them out too, Raf."
I was about to blast their doors, but...
"Cease them," says a Skrull.
"Unit: E, let's play rough!"
We then fought the Skrulls.
"I think we have them," says Twilight.
"Strange that they're not shapeshifting," says Dr. Robertson.
"I say go with it," says Miko, "we've had enough shapeshifting."
We managed to take them down. I then blasted Blackthorne and Badvibes' doors.
"What happened," asks Badvibes.
"Turns out we were all being held prisoner by the Skrulls," says Duke.
"Wonderful," says Blackthorne.
"Let's get out of here," says Lt. Hopper.
We all ran for the exit.
. . .
We finally made it to our subs, but then Super-Skrull came.
"Did you really think it would be that easy?"
"Super-Skrull," says Duke, "if we all work together, we can..."
Blackthorne and Badvibes then ditch us and leave in their subs.
"I really hate those guys," says Miko.
"Unit: E, let's play rough... again!"
We all fought against Super-Skrull, but because he has the powers of The Fantastic Four, that was easier said than done.
"Fools, you are no match for me!"
Ra-Vu and I stood the best chance against him. Twilight then levitated him, and we tried to hit him, but he used his forcefield.
"You just don't get it, I'm invincible!"
We needed a new plan, but then I realized something. As soon as Super-Skrull was about to attack, I blasted him.
"Hit him when he tries to hit you!"
We all did that until Super-Skrull made a forcefield around us.
"Now, I'm afraid I'm going to have to get rid of you."
"One thing you missed," says Twilight.
"What? GAHH!" Spike was biting his leg. Because he was unfocused, the field was gone, and we were able to knock him out.
"Now, let's get in the sub," says Duke.
. . .
As we were leaving, we still had the Skrulls' squid. It attacked us, but something strange happened. A mask got over my mouth and a scuba tank was on my back.
"Woah," says Miko, "I think you have a scuba mode."
"Guys," says Twilight, "I see something on the Squid's head!"
. . .
I exited the sub and saw what Twilight was talking about. It was a control chip. I then blasted it, freeing the squid. The squid then let go of the sub and turns its attention to the Skrull's base. I then went back into the sub, and we all left.

"A scuba mode," says Dr. Robertson, "your powers never cease to amaze me."
"What do you think Blackthorne and Badvibes were after," I asked.
"I don't know," says Duke, "but whatever it is, it can't be good."
Super-Skrull's POV:
I later talk to my beautiful Queen Veranke.
"The prisoners got away, my queen," I said.
"It doesn't matter. I gave a sample of my brother's blood to robotic weirdos for a weapon that could defeat the heroes, and as long as one of them isn't a Cybertronian, then it doesn't matter," says Queen Veranke.
"You gave those robots Errerth's blood, that's just sick and wrong," says one Skrull that gotten blasted by our lovely Queen.
"Yes, I never like him," says my queen.
"Well, not that you mention the prisoners, one of them is a Cybertronian." says another skrull and I looked at him angrily as the perfect Queen gets angry with me.
"KL'RT!" shouted my soon-to-be torturer, but she already tortures my heart by noticing my feelings for her, so actual torture isn't gonna be that bad.
Blackthorne's POV:
"We got the Heavy Water," I said.
"Exccccellent," says Evox, "now we jusssst need a meteorite, and the M.A.S. Devicccce will be complete!"
Next, Miko and Twilight will be helping Jem deal with the Misfits.
