This is not a parody of the song by Aaron Carter, featuring Nick Carter, with the same title as this story. Rather, when Bobby Generic's mom says he's too old to play with the Rugrats, it's up to Bobby and the Rugrats to prove to Bobby's parents, that you can't put an age on friendship.
