Chapter 13: Bulletman:
Miko's POV:
We all looked at Duke in his cell. He was just sitting there. It was creepy.
"Good news," says Director Flagg, "we might have something that can help."
. . .
"With this machine, the Flex Fighters were able to enter Wingspan's dream. I'll need two volunteers to use it to enter Duke's mind."
Twilight and I both stepped forward.
"And while you're in Duke's mind, we got a report that another member of the Adventure Team may be in danger. Richard Ruby AKA Bulletman, Let's go team!"

Twilight and I were both hooked up to the machine.
"Question," I said, "is there anything we should worry about?"
"Well, apparently, first, you're going to experience your own dreams," says Dr. Robertson, "so you have to remember that it's just a dream."
Dr. Robertson then activated it.

I woke up in Cybertron. How did I end up here?
"Miko!"
I turned around and saw Hardshell. The Insecticon I took out to avenge Bulkhead when he was damaged by the Tox-N.
"Long have I waited for my revenge, Flesh bag."
And me without anyway to defend myself.
"No Bulkhead, no Wheeljack, no one to save you. Now, it's time for the bug to squash you!"
I then remembered something. "This is a dream." I then imagined and I was in the Apex Armor. I then grabbed his bugface and ripped it off his head. "It was great catching up, but now I gotta go and find Twilight." I found a door and used it.
Raf's POV:
We went to the home of Richard Ruby. Jack knocked on the door. Mr. Ruby answered.
"If you're with the bank, I know the due date is on the fourth and today's the last day of the month, but if you looked at it from my perspective... I'm really bad at math."
"Bulletman," asks Jack.
"That's a name I haven't heard in a while."

We were then in his place. He has not been doing well for himself.
"So, this Secret Society of Super..."
"Society of Ultimate Villainy," says Steel.
"Right. They're after the Infinity Sword, huhh? The Fractyl's over there in that case."
"We're just gonna call them shards," says Jack.
"Either way, you can have it. That thing ruined my life. But be careful. Remember, if you touch it..."
"I'm terribly sorry but we knoh the rule," says Brightmore.
Then a large green arm crashes through.
"Knock-knock," says Stretch Monster.
Miko's POV:
I was at Twilight's school. Sure, it was colorful. Then I saw Twilight and she was in some kind of levitation fight with a scarier version of herself.
"You're nothing without me," says the Scarier version.
"Twilight," I said, "it's all a dream!"
Hearing that, Twilight then used that imagination thing I did, and her friends showed up and helped her beat her evil twin.
"Thanks, Miko," says Twilight.
"No prob. So, about that..."
"Let's just find Duke."
We went through a door.
Raf's POV:
Steel took on the Stretch Monster. Stretch Monster has wrapped his arms around Steel, but Steel manages to break free and pins Stretch Monster to the ground.
"Give up you elastic beast!"
"You think I'd come alone!"
Serpentor came.
"Things were not this crazy in my day," says Bulletman.
"This is a typical day for us," says Jack.
Brightmore then summons Ra-Vu, who took on Serpentor.
Miko's POV:
We finally made it into Duke's mind, but we were greeted by what looked like Jack and Raf.
"So... is Duke dreaming about Jack and Raf," I asked.
Jack and Raf then revealed fangs and red eyes and tried to attack us, but Twilight managed to send them away.
"This could be how Duke sees us now," says Twilight, "thanks to Cobra Commander."
"So, we could be dealing with another evil you, an evil me, an evil Brightmore... well, Brightmore."
"Let's go," says Twilight.
We then ran and had to keep a look out for doppelgängers.
Raf's POV:
While Steel took on Stretch Monster and Ra-Vu took on Serpentor, the rest of us had to get Bulletman out of there. Jack carried the box that had the shard.
"We can't let them get the shard," says Jack.
"This way," says Bulletman.
We followed him.
"Where are we going," I asked.
"I have a bomb shelter we can use, and yes, I have used it in case of the end of the world."
We all look at him.
"I like to be prepared."
We entered the bomb shelter.
Miko's POV:
Twilight and I continued until we saw Dr. Robertson and Steel.
"Where do you think you're going," asks Dr. Robertson.
"Let's tear them apart," says Steel.
Twilight then levitated them away.
"Duke sure has a messed up brainwashed mind," I said.
"Let's keep going."
We continued running.
Raf's POV:
We entered the bomb shelter, but we found Cobra Commander there.
"You have alot of canned meat," says Cobra Commander.
"How did you know about this place," asks Bulletman.
"No secret is safe from me. Now, the shard?"
"We're not going to let you have it," says Jack.
"I suppose I'll have to rip it from your cold dead carcass."
Miko's POV:
Twilight and I continued running and then we ran into ourselves. Twilight tried to levitate them, problem, the other Twilight can do that too, so we just fought ourselves.
"You're too pathetic," my evil twin says.
"Shut up," I said.
Twilight and her evil twin kept levitating things to each other.
Eventually, we beat them and then moved on.
Raf's POV:
We were faced with Cobra Commander. He didn't seem to have any way to take us on while we had our NERF blasters. There's just one thing: he's Cobra Commander, so he probably has something up his sleeve.
"So, if you're not going to surrender the shard, then why aren't you taking me in?"
We just stared, and he stared back. It was the scariest staring contest anyone has ever experienced. We stared at Cobra Commander. He stared at us.
"Of course, I may have another surprise for you. You're worried, aren't you? I can't be trusted, can I?" Maybe I have another snake. Maybe there's a Water Creature hiding around here. Or maybe..." Cobra Commander removes his mask and reveals... The Choten? "I'm not who I seem to be!"
The real Cobra Commander comes out of hiding and takes the shard.
"Time to go."
Pythona comes as Cobra Commander and the Choten jump on her head.
"NO," says Jack.
We tried to go after them, but they left.
Miko's POV:
Twilight and I finally made it to Duke, but scary Brightmore was guarding him while he was chained up.
"If you fancy to save him, you'll have to mustah past myself," he says. Brightmore then summons a scary version of Ra-Vu.
"Great," I said, "even creatures from the Light Civilization have evil twins!"
We then had to avoid being crushed by Scary Ra-Vu. He kept slamming his fists, trying to hit us, and we kept jumping out of the way. Twilight kept trying to levitate fight him, but that kept failing.
"You aaare bally all," says Scary Brightmore.
"No... hope..." says Duke.
"Come on Duke," I said, "you're a soldier. You're dedicated to fighting jerks like Cobra Commander! You are our leader! You can fight this!"
"Silence," says Scary Brightmore.
Duke then got up and started breaking the chains. He then approached Scary Brightmore. "Brightmore may be a jerk sometimes," says Duke, "but he is no where near as bad as you." Duke then made him disappear and then Scary Ra-Vu disappears.
"Duke," I said as me and Twilight hug him.
"Good to see you girls. Now, let's get out of here."
Raf's POV:
We returned to the base empty handed.
"Cobra Commander has the shard," says Jack.
"Well, we got good news," says Miko.
Duke comes. "So, tell me what I missed." Duke was back.
Cobra Commander's POV:
I was looking at the shard we have obtained. "And there's still more to go." As I walked, I'd actually been thinking about Pythona and noticing how much weight she's been gaining lately, which is strange 'cause she's a snake and snakes don't gain weight. Then I walked into Serpentor and Pythona's room and saw something that made me shocked and realize why Pythona was gaining weight and that I can say is because of, "Why, Serpentor, you sly do... snake,"
In the next chapter, the team will be meeting Stalker.
