Chapter 47: The Return of Nanosec:
Raf's POV:
Jack was still recovering from the venom from Slytherin.
"You okay," asks Twilight.
"Guess I'm still a little woozy," says Jack.
"Which is why you should get some rest," says Duke.
Then the Director came.
"You're all needed in Detroit. We just found a shard there."
"Jack, you stay behind," says Duke, "the rest of us, let's get going."

We were in Detroit. The Motor City.
"Y'know," says Miko, "the Autobots would love this place."
"Do you always say that whenever we're in Detroit," I ask.
"What? It is called Motor City." says Miko.
"Let's look around," says Duke, "Split up."

Miko, Steel, and I were at the police station. So far, everything seems normal. Then a breeze came by.
"What was that," asks Miko.
"I don't know," I said, "but there was something..."
Then it stopped.
"Nanosec," Miko and I both said.
"Surprised to see me," he asks.
"So, you're Nanosec," says Steel, "the guys told me about you."
Steel tries to catch Nanosec, but he's too fast. Nanosec then gets away. I called the others.
"Guys, we got a problem," I said, "Nanosec is back!"
"The fast guy," asks Roadblock.
"That's the one," says Duke, "team, I have a feeling he might be working with the Society. We have to move fast."
"Faster than Nanosec is a little hard," says Twilight.
"We just have to be smarter than him," says Brightmore.
"That isn't that hard," says Dr. Robertson.
"Twilight, assuming he still holds a grudge, you be careful," says Duke.
We all then hung up. Steel leans on a police car and then broke it. "Oops."
"This is why I hate machines," says a cop.
Twilight's POV:
Dr. Robertson, Brightmore, and I were at the museum. We figured someone discovered the Shard and made it a museum exhibit.
"Keep an eye out," says Brightmore.
Then a breeze came by. It was Nanosec.
"Give up, Nino," says Twilight.
"The name's Nanosec," Nanosec says. Nanosec then ties us up and runs around the museum.
"Dang it," he says, "there's no shard here!"
"So, you are working for Cobra Commander," I said.
"How can I turn down a chance to make whatever I want happen? That Infinity Sword could make me a chick magnet. Later, losers!"
He ran off.
Duke's POV:
Roadblock and I were at the library. We asked around. No one has seen anything that sounds like the Shard.
"So far, we're getting nowhere," says Roadblock.
Then a breeze came by. I stuck out my foot and tripped Nanosec.
"Nice try Sexton," I said.
Roadblock and I then tried to fight him, but his speed made it difficult. Then he manages to tie us up. He then ran around the library.
"Dang it. Not here either." He then ran off.
Raf's POV:
Miko, Steel, and I were trying to figure out how to catch Nanosec.
"So, does he do everything fast," asks Steel, "like, what does he do in the bathroom? Come to think of it, what do you guys do in the bathroom?"
"You don't wanna know," says Miko.
"I wish we knew where the Shard is," says Raf.
"Wait, my robot eyes are detecting something," says Steel.
"You have eyes," asks Miko.
"This way!"
"Seriously, you have eyes," repeatedly asks Miko.

We were at Book Tower.
"It's at the top of this building."
"Steel and I can fly," I said, "so we'll get up there."
"Kay, I'll just stay down here," says Miko.
. . .
Steel and I made it to the top, but we found Nanosec there, with the Shard in a container.
"You snooze, you lose," says Nanosec.
"Nice try, but we were not sleeping," says Steel, "in fact, I can't even sleep."
Nanosec then runs and we try to chase after him.

We ran all over Detroit, but Nanosec had the advantage of speed. We ran through the police station, an office building, a warehouse that's big enough to fit the Autobots, a clock tower, and other places. We lost him.

The whole team regrouped.
"So, Nanosec has the shard," says Duke.
"He's probably back with the Society by now," I said.
"Actually, I've detected the shard," says Steel, "I think Nanosec is still in Detroit."
"Then we still have a chance," says Twilight.
"Except he's too fast," I said. Then it dons on me. "Wait, I think I have an idea."
. . .
Nanosec was still running. He was about to leave Detroit, but we covered the streets with a special sticky substance, trapping him.
"What the..."
Twilight then levitates the shard back to us.
"You..."
"Sorry Nanosec," says Duke, "but we're not letting Cobra Commander have this shard." We then walked away.

We were on our way to the jet when the Police Captain showed up.
"You guys aren't going anywhere until you clean up the streets!"
Nanosec's POV:
I was now stuck. Then the boss came.
"Hello Nino."
"UUUUUUUUUhhhhhhhhh... Commander... I can explain..."
"No need. You just failed. Lucky for you, that's been happening a lot. Your speed is still useful, so I'll release you."
"I knew you were a good guy..."
"We both know I am not."
Cobra Commander then released me, and we left as those Unit: E losers began cleaning the streets.
