Chapter 48: Glitter Lucky:
Miko's POV:
We took a look at all the shards we have collected so far. Dr. Robertson was doing the math.
"I don't believe it," he said, "if I'm right, there should only be one shard left."
"Awesome," I said.
"If that's true," says Duke, "then we have to find it before the Society does."
"So far, we know all their members," says Steel, "Cobra Commander, Stretch Monster, the Choten, and Nanosec. Hmm, Nanosec seems pretty miner compared to the rest of them."
The Director then comes in.
"A Shard's been found. It's in Japan, a city called 'Rainbow Hills'."
"Let's go Team," says Duke.
. . .
We arrived in Rainbow Hills.
"Let's find the shard," says Duke, "if I'm right, Cobra Commander should be more determined to find the shard."
A breeze then went by us. It was Nanosec.
"Surprised to see me," asks Nanosec.
"Unit: E, let's play rough!"
We all tried to catch Nanosec, but he keeps moving so fast. He literally ran circles around us, but then something blasts him.
"Who the heck are you," asks Nanosec.
"A fabulous shimmer! A glow in your heart! I'm Glitter Lucky!" Her hair was a medium pink and was at thigh length, and was put into two short braids, the ends of which resembled pigtails. She gets a tiara with a pink gem in the center, wing hairpieces near the top of her head, dangling wing earrings, and a pink choker. Her dress has a striped top and a pleated pink skirt with two layers. With the exception of the center stripe, the entire top is pink. On her chest is a bow with a golden center that has the team symbol on it and is surrounded by light pink frills. Two tails hang from the back of her skirt. Underneath the skirt, she wears dark pink shorts. On her right hip lies a carry case for her... thing. Her sleeves have two layers; the top is white with spiky edges and adorned with pink beads, and the bottom is light pink and slightly frilly. Each of her armbands goes from above her wrist almost to her fingers, and they are white except for a dark pink layer at her wrist. She wears high-heeled boots that start below her knees. Each boot is white except for the toes, heel, and cuff, which are pink, and two dark pink ribbons that hang off of the cuff.
"She's probably more pink than Pinkie Pie," says Twilight.
"I don't know who you are," says Nanosec, "or why you're wearing that dumb outfit, but no one gets in my way!"
Nanosec runs to her, but this Glitter Lucky girl sends him away.
"I'LL BE BACK!"
Glitter Lucky then jumps to us.
"Thanks," says Duke, "what did you say your name was?"
"Glitter Lucky."
"Do you know a Glitter Ace," asks Raf.
"Yeah... wait, are you guys with S.H.I.E.L.D.?"
"Not exactly," says Duke, "but we are on a mission..."
"Does it have anything to do with the weird crystal I found?"
"What?"
. . .
Glitter Lucky to us to this magic realm. I think she called it the 'Library of Legends'."
"That's the shard," says Steel, "that fast guy's part of a group that wants to use it for evil purposes."
"Wow, it's a good thing I met you guys first," says Lucky.
"Guess that's why they call you Lucky," says Jack.
Cobra Commander's POV:
When the mysterious girl in pink sent Nanosec flying, I overheard the conversation Unit: E was having with her. I decided to secretly follow them. I saw the girl move some books around and I saw them enter the bookcase. The portal was still open, so I went through.
Miko's POV:
"Sweet," I said, "finally, we can just grab the shard without..."
A snake-like rope then grabbed the shard. We all looked and saw that it was that snake, Cobra Commander.
"I'll take that," he says.
"Oh, you ain't goin' nowhere!" Roadblock tries to attack Cobra Commander.
The shard started to glow. "Interesting."
Cobra Commander then disappears, and Roadblock hits a tree.
"I think he got away," says Roadblock.
Cobra Commander's POV:
The shard took me to a Mysterious Realm of Darkness. A Place of Nothing but Misery. I decided to take a look around. Then I saw what appeared to be a pile of clown noses. I picked one up and I can tell you these are going to be what I need.
Miko's POV:
We left the Library of Legends.
"We better find Cobra Commander," says Duke.
"That Orochimaru wannabe's probably long gone by now," says Roadblock.
Then we heard footsteps, big footsteps. We all look and see a giant clown with a black nose. It then pulled down a mask that covered its face, a mask that looked like Cobra Commander's.
"Twilight," says Lucky.
"What," asks Twilight.
"Oops. I meant it's a Twilight Buffoon. A buffoon is a clown like creature used for evil."
"And guess who's driving," says Cobra Commander's voice coming from it.
"Great, a snake and a clown," says Miko, "now I'm gonna be afraid of snake-clowns."
The Snake Clown was about to attack, but Brightmore summoned Ra-Vu, who then fought against it.
"What's that," asks Lucky.
"Brightmore used to be a part of a secret order that can summon creatures from another dimension," says Dr. Robertson.
"Wow."
Ra-Vu and Snake-Clown then fought.
"I cannot allow you to win," says Ra-Vu.
"You are no match for me, Light Creature," says Cobra Commander.
"By Eternal Haven, Angelic Liege, I will stop you!"
Snake-Clown then takes Ra-Vu's staff and starts hitting him with it.
"I'm gonna see if I can call my friends," says Lucky, "we may need their help!"
"And we're gonna hope Ra-Vu can hold him off," says Duke.
"I could stop my attack," says Cobra Commander, "if you surrender all your shards!"
"Not in a million years," I said.
"We would all rather die first," says Steel.
"Steel, never, ever say that to a pure evil guy," says Roadblock.
"Wish granted," says Cobra Commander as his snake-clown beats Ra-Vu. Something then blasts Snake-Clown. "What?"
"When you mess with me, you're playing with fire! I'm Glitter Sunny!"
"Puppies and kittens! The power of love! I'm Glitter Peace!"
"A force as strong as life itself! I'm Glitter Spring!"
"Cool and swift as the winter wind! I'm Glitter Breeze!"
"Time to blaze a way to a happy ending!"
"Ready, girls?"
"Shining bright! Here comes the Glitter Force!"
"How many Glitters are there," asks Jack.
"Who cares," says Steel, "as long as they're here to help!"
Lucky then kisses Breeze on the cheek. "Glad you guys could make it."
"None of us would miss this chance," says Breeze.
"I don't care if you're the Avengers," says Cobra Commander.
"Do you know the Avengers," asks Peace.
"I'm going to crush you all..."
"Boy, you're a real meanie," says a voice.
We all look down and see... whatever it is.
"Oh, hi, I'm Candy."
"This job keeps getting stranger," says Brightmore.
Just as Snake-Clown was about to attack, the Glitter Force activated something they call 'Princess Mode,' which gives them these dresses. Anyway, they use this power, and it defeats Snake-Clown.
"No," says Cobra Commander as he's surrounded.
Nanosec then comes and gets him out of there.
"It's not over," says Duke.
. . .
When Nanosec saved Cobra Commander, they dropped the last piece, and it's ours now.
"Thanks for your help," says Duke.
"Technically, we did all the work," says Lucky, "but sure."
"All the wok," says Brightmore, "'eaaars, and Ra-Vu did not doh much."
Spike then comes out of the jet.
"What did I miss?"
Candy then stares at Spike.
"Let's get back in," says Duke.
"You know, they make me think of me and my friends," says Twilight.
"You have to introduce us to them," says Steel.
Duke then gets a call.
"Yes, Sir? S.H.I.E.L.D. needs our help? Okay, we'll be in New York."
The next chapter will take place after The Ultimate Ben 10's four-part crossover.
