Chapter 54: Unit: E Adventures (2):
Miko's POV:
So, here's the thing. We saved the world, but now we have to be punished. We were on a Time Trial for going back in time to a point where we already existed. I tried to call for help, but the phone summoned Jackie Chan and his crew. Jade tries using the phone, but she summons Hammerhead and the Enforcers. Hammerhead then gets possessed by a demon named Shen Du. Now, to save Brightmore from being erased, we have to stop Shen Du.
We're going down the stairs.
"What could Shen Du want that's down here," asks Jackie.
"That's what we're gonna find out," says Roadblock.
"So, you also used to be on the wrong side," says Tohru.
"Indeed," says Brightmore.
Shen Du's POV:
"Firsssst, we musssst get passsst The Door of Fire," I ssssaid.
It wassssn't eassssy, but we managed to get passsst it.
"If you weren't in Hammerhead's body," ssssayssss Silver Sable, "I'd kill you right now."
"Don't worry, The Door of Water should cool ussss off."
"Guh-reat," ssssayssss Montana.
Miko's POV:
"Hey look," says Jade, "an opened fiery door!"
"Shen Du probably set it on fire," I said.
"Uncle does not think so."
"Well, we need to get them and the talismans." Jackie said as Uncle hit him.
"I told you; Talismans are not important." says Uncle.
"Of course, the talismans which I never heard of are important." says Steel.
As we go through the door, Uncle and Steel start arguing over whether the talismans are important or not.
Shen Du's POV:
After getting passsst the Door of Water, The Door of Thunder wassss next.
"But that ain't thunder," ssssayssss Montana, "that's electricity!"
"It wassss anccccient timessss," I ssssaid.
"Won't the electricity... be even more painful," asssskssss Fanccccy Dan, "because we're wet."
"More than likely."
We then got passsst the Door of Thunder, and it wassss painful.
"Next issss The Door of Wind."
"Why couldn't that be next," asssskssss Ox, "it could've dried us!"
"Let'ssss go."
Miko's POV:
Next was a door made of water and after we got past that, an electric door.
"An electric door," says Steel, "too bad I'm made of metal."
"There's something weird going on here," says Roadblock.
Uncle and Steel are still arguing over whether the talismans are important or not.
Shen Du's POV:
After we got passsst the Door of Wind, next wassss The Door of Moon. We had to overcome the forcccce of gravity to get to it. After we masssstered that, the next wassss The Door of Earth. That one wassss on the ground.
"Well, at least it's easier," ssssayssss Silver Sable.
We fell through.
Miko's POV:
A door that's surrounded by wind? A door that has its own gravity? And now a door in the ground? What is this place? Wait a minute, are Uncle and Steel still arguing over whether the talismans are important or not?
Shen Du's POV:
Next wassss The Door of SSSSky, which wassss on the cccceiling.
"Ya 'ave t' be kiddin' us," ssssayssss Montana.
"There'ssss a ladder," I ssssaid, "sssso ssssilencccce!"
We climbed the ladder and when we got to the top, there wassss a giant door.
"The Door of Mountain," I ssssaid, "Fanccccy Dan, usssse the power of the Ox Talissssman to open it."
He does so.
Miko's POV:
We fell down the floor door, and now we have to go up and down a ceiling door. This is a funhouse. We went up the ladder and saw a giant open door.
"That is one giant door," says Phil.
We went through as Uncle and Steel were still arguing over whether the talismans were important or not.
Shen Du's POV:
The lasssst door, The Door of Nightmaressss, issss going to be hard on me becausssse of... perssssonal sssstuff.
"Nightmares," shouted Montana.
"As in Bad Dreams," asssskssss Ox.
"Are you insane," ssssaid Fanccccy Dan.
"Look, we have to go in and facccce our greatesssst nightmaressss or we won't get the one thing that I needed."
Then Hammerhead took over.
"It's my body and I say we're gunnah ta find a way ta get back 'ome!"
"You dare defy me?!" I then grab Hammerhead by the neck.
"Use'a choking me?!"
"You will ssssuffer for..."
"Get awut awv my 'ead..."
"You mortal..."
"So... who are we rooting for," asssskssss Ox as the otherssss are looking at him.
After a while, I finally managed to remind Hammerhead of what would happen if we got the item that I needed, and we went to the door. I think Hammerhead'ssss woman and goonssss were going through their greatesssst nightmaressss, but I didn't noticccce as I was witnessssssing the death of... ssssomeone who wassss very closssse to me and my ssssiblingssss ssssincccce birth, but we managed to go through it, and I ssssaw the thing that I needed.
Miko's POV:
We saw a creepy looking door, so we went to it. As we walked through, I think we witnessed our nightmares. I have to go through the hardshell thing again, and I was amazed that Uncle and Steel's argument over whether the talismans are important or not is actually distracting them from their nightmares, but we went through. There he was.
"Behold the Pan'ku Box," says Shen Du, "go grab it for me!"
"Kay-yun't ya git it yourself," asks Montana.
"I cannot touch it," says Shen Du, "It issss forged of good magic, and I mosssst decidedly am not."
"Shen Du," says Jackie.
"Desssstroy them," says Shen Du.
A fight went out. During the fight, Shen Du tried to grab for the Pan'ku Box. His goons each used their talismans.
"Can't fight what you can't see," says Ox as he uses the Snake Talisman to turn invisible and starts beating Roadblock.
"Bring it, Metal Man," says Fancy Dan.
"I can't fight you..."
Fancy Dan uses the Ox Talisman to beat Steel.
During the fight, the old guy was looking at a mural.
"The power of the Sheep!" Silver Sable then fell to the ground. She then woke up. I wonder what that one did. "The power of Balance!"
"Spiritual Balance," says Tohru.
Montana tried to zap Jackie, but then Director Flagg kicked him, causing him to lose the Pig Talisman. Montana then goes to Fancy Dan and takes the Ox.
"Hey..." Fancy Dan then sees the Pig and takes that.
"Now ah'm goin' ta may-uk ya..."
I then took the Ox talisman from him.
"I'll take that!"
"Can't use call da Shadowkhan," asks Hammerhead.
"I have no power here."
"Den why can da talismans wark?"
"It'ssss... more complicated."
"Ra-Vu, Seekah of Lighting," says Brightmore, but nothing happens, "Kaijudoh doesn't wok here? That haaardly seems faair."
Silver Sable is then sent to where the old guy is.
"You are in my light," says the Old Guy and he sends her away.
Now the good guys have all the talismans.
"Let's get out of here," says Ox as they leave.
"We got all twelve talismans," says Tommy.
"TALISMANS ARE NOT IMPORTANT! The inscriptions are! Shen Du was one of Eight Demon Sorcerers who terrorized ancient world. Each with his or her own magic derived from Fire, Water, Thunder, Wind, Moon, Earth, Sky, and Mountain. One by one, the demons were defeated by The Eight Immortals, The Legendary Heroes of Ancient China. The Immortals use powerful Chi Spells to banish the demons to another realm. They use the Pan'ku Box to seal them in. Each demon behind his or her own portal. The only thing which could locate and unlock those portals is the Pan'ku Box."
"That almost explains the doors," I said as I remember the nineth door.
"Each demon once ruled a part of the world, and Shen Du is going to attempt to free them. So, it is a very good thing that Shen Du did not..."
"Where's the Pan'ku Box," asks Morning Glory.
"Aiiee-yaaaahh," says a very shocked Uncle, "We must get it back before Shen Du finds the doors and releases the seven other demons."
And Jackie has a look that says, 'You've got to be kidding me.'

Brightmore was expecting to be erased.
"I will give you all another chance. It's time you knew what this was about. There are not just eight demon sorcerers..."
"Yeah, we saw that Leonardo guy, I said.
The demon then laughs. "First, my name is Leangle, and second, you fools! She speaks of the Metal Demon! Hello Angelica."
"UUUUUUUUUhhhhhhhhh... hi. Who is that?"
"Ignore him," says Morning Glory, "anyway, there is The Metal Demon, Metlar. He was imprisoned in time, and by weakening the timeline, you have helped him escape. So, here is my request. I would like Unit: E to prevent Metlar from ever coming back."
"We will," says Jack.
"And we will deal with the Demon Sorcerers," says Jackie.
We were then given permission to leave.
"Alright," says Director Flagg, "let's get going."
We all left for home.
In the next chapter, the team runs into their old foe, Mr. Monopoly.
